The reaction of bidentate N,N-dimethylaniline-arylamido ligands,o-C6H4NMe2(CH2NHAr)(Ar =Ph,1a;2,6-Me2C6H3,1b; 2,6-Et2C6H3,1c; 2,6-ipr2C6H3,1d) with ZnEt2 yields the complexes o-C6H4(NMe2)(CH2NAr)ZnEt (2a-2d),respectively.All the complexes were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses.It was found that all the zinc complexes were efficient catalysts for the ring-opening polymerization of L-lactide in the presence of benzyl alcohol with good molecular weight control and narrow polydispersity.  相似文献

Two vic-dioxime ligands (LxH2) containing morpholine group have been synthesized from 4-[2-(dimethylaminoethyl)] morpholine with anti-phenylchloroglyoxime or anti-monochloroglyoxime in absolute THF at -15 ℃. Reaction of two vic-dioxime ligands with MCl2·nH2O (M: Ni, Cu or Co and n=2 or 6) salts in 1 : 2 molar ratio afforded metal complexes of type [M(LxH)2] or [M(LxH)2·2H2O]. All of metal complexes are non-electrolytes as shown by their molar conductivities (Am) in DMF (dimethyl formamide) at 10^-3 mol·L^-1. Structures of the ligands and metal complexes have been solved by elemental analyses, FT-IR, UV-Vis, ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR, magnetic susceptibility measurements, molar conductivity measurements. Furthermore, redox properties of the metal complexes were investigated by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Eight neutral mononuclear complexes constructed from transition metals (M = Co(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ), Cd(Ⅱ)) and ligands N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-L-phenylalanine (L-Hpmpa) and N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-L-tyrosine (L-Hpmtyr) have been synthesized by both hydrothermal and conventional room temperature reactions. Four of them have been structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffractions. They are: [Co(L-pmpa)2·2H2O] 1, [Ni(L-pmpa)2·2H2O] 2, [Cu(L-pmpa)2·2H2O] 3 and [Cu(L-pmtyr)2·2H2O] 4. Single-crystal X-ray analysis, IR and elemental analysis revealed that complexes 1, 2 and 3 are isostructural. Powder X-ray diffraction, IR and elemental analysis revealed that complexes 4, 5 (Zn[L-pmtyr]2·2H2O), 6 (Cd[L-pmtyr]2·2H2O), 7 (Co[L-pmtyr]2·2H2O) and 8 (Ni[L-pmtyr]2·2H2O) are isostructural. The photoluminescence properties of L-Hpmtyr ligand, compounds 5 and 6 were also investigated.  相似文献

Two new complexes [Cu(dafo)2(en)](ClO4)2·2H2O (en=NH2CH2CH2NH2) 1 and [Cu(dafo)2(dap)](ClO4)2·2H2O [dap=NH2CH2CH(CH3)NH2] 2 (dafo=4,5-diazafluoren-9-one) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectra. Meanwhile, the complex 1 has been characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The initial DNA binding interactions of the complexes 1 and 2 have been investigated by UV spectra, emission spectra and cyclic voltammogram. Concluding the results of three methods used to measure the interaction of complexes 1 and 2 with DNA, the action mode of the two complexes with DNA is intercalation, and character of ligands and steric effect may affect the interaction of the complexes with DNA.  相似文献

Three hexakis(imidazole)metallo complexes of Co, Cd and Ni were synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The crystal and molecular structures have been determined by X-ray crystallography analysis. The metal ions have an octahedral geometry with the MN6 chromophore. The electrochemical experimental results indicate that both [Co(Im)6]C12·2HCl·2H2O (1) and [Ni(Im)6]C12·4H2O (3) [Im=imidazole] could interact with DNA mainly by intercalation.  相似文献

The reactions of 4-pyrimidin-5-ylbenzoic acid (HL) with Co(NO3)2·6H2O and Ni(NO3)2·6H2O gave rise to two isomorphous mononuclear coordination complexes, namely, [CoL2(H2O)4] (1) and [NiL2(H2O)4] (2). Both compounds were characterized by IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray crystallographic analyses reveal that they crystallize in monoclinic, space group P21/n. In the crystal structures of these two complexes, only one nitrogen atom of L coordinates to the metal center, and neither carboxylate group nor another nitrogen atom of L links to Co(Ⅱ) or Ni(Ⅱ). 2D Layers with significant hydrogen bonds can be observed, and they are further linked by L to form a 3D supramolecular network. Nitrogen atoms are not involved in forming hydrogen bonds, but carboxylic groups of the ligands play an important role in the configuration of this hydrogen-bond layer.  相似文献

Cis-dioxo-metal complex ( NH3CH2CH2NH2 ) 2.5 [ Mo0.5^(V)W0.5^(VI)O2 ( OC6H4O ) 2] 1 was obtained by the reaction of tetra-butyl ammonium hexamolybdotungstate with 1, 2-dihydroxybenzene in the mixed solvent of CH3OH, CH3CN and ethylenediamine,and characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-vis and EPR analysis. Compared with its analogous complexes (NH3CH2CH2NH2)3[Mo^(V)O2(OC6H40)2] 2 and (NH3CH2CH2NH2)2[W^(VI)O2(OC6H4O)2] 3, the results show that tungsten(VI) is less active in redox than molybdenum (VI) and that the change of the valence induced by substitution of W(VI) for Mo(V) in EMO2(OC6H40)2]n- does not influence the coordination geometry of the complex anion in which the metal center exhibits distorted octahedral coordination with cis-dioxo catechol. The responses to EPR of complexes 1 and 2 are active but complex 3 is silent,and the UV-vis spectra exhibited by the three complexes are obvious different because of the different electronic configuration between the central Mo(V) and W(VI) ions in the complexes.It is noteworthy that complexes 1 and 2 have the similar EPR signal to flavoenzyme, suggesting that the three complexes have the same coordination geometry feature with the co-factor of flavoenzyme.  相似文献

Two ligands [ortho-C6H4NR2(CH2NH)]2CH2CH2(3: R=Me; 4: R=EO were prepared by the reduction of preligands [ortho-C6H4NR2(CH=N)]zCH2CH2(1: R=Me; 2: R=Et). These ligands reacted with AIMe3 to afford the corresponding dinuclear aluminum complexes {A1Me2[ortho-C6H4NR2(CH2N)]}2CHzCH2(5: R=Me; 6: R=Et). All the compounds were characterized by 1H and UC nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopies and elemental analyses. The catalytic properties of the aluminum complexes towards the ring-opening polymerization of lactones were investi- gated in the presence of benzvl alcohol. All the oolvmerization reactions were proceeded in a controlled manner.  相似文献

Reactions of 1,3-diisopropylcarbodiimide with alkali metal amides, MN(SiMe3)2 (M=Li or Na) in hexane or THF produced the alkali metal guanidinates { (i-PrN)2C [N(SiMe3)2]Li }2 (1) and { (i-PrN)2C[N(SiMe3)2]Na(THF) } 2 (2) in nearly quantitative yields. Both complexes 1 and 2 were well characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, ^1H and ^13C NMR spectra, and X-ray diffraction. It was found that the guanidinates adopt different coordination modes in these complexes.  相似文献

Two new half-sandwich zirconium(IV) complexes bearing salicylaldimine ligands of the type Cp*Zr[2-tBu-4-R-6-(CH=NiPr)C6H2O]C12[R=H(1), tBu(2)] were prepared by the reaction of Cp*ZrC13 with the corresponding lithium of salicylaldimine ligands 2-tBu-4-R-6-(CH=NiPr)C6H2OLi[R=H(LiLa), tBu(LiLb)]. Com- plexes 1 and 2 were characterized by 1H NMR, BC NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. When activated with AliBu3 and Ph3CB(C6F5)4, both complexes 1 and 2 exhibited reasonable catalytic activities for ethylene polymeriza- tion, producing polyethylenes with moderate molecular weight. Complexes 1 and 2 also exhibited reasonable catalyt- ic activities for ethylene copolymerization with 1-hexene, producing poly(ethylene-co-l-hexene)s with moderate molecular weight and reasonable 1-hexene content.  相似文献

Three new coordination complexes, [Co(L)(ADTZ)]·H2O(1), [Cd(L)(ADTZ)]·H2O(2) and [Zn(L)(ADTZ)]·H2O(3)[L=3-pyridylnicotinamide, H2ADTZ=2,5-(s-acetic acid)dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole], were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. These complexes were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). Complexes 1-3 exhibit the similar 2D double-layer networks based on 1D [M-L], zigzag chains and 1D [M-ADTZ]2n double-chains with different distances between metal ions and with various conformations of ADTZ anions. In complexes 1 and 3, the 2D sheets are extended into a 3D supramolecular frameworks by hydrogen bonding interactions. The subtle effects of the central metal atoms on the structures of the title coordination polymers were discussed. The electrochemical properties of complex 1 and luminescent properties of complexes 2 and 3 were investigated. In addition, complexes 1-3 exhibit photocatalytic activity for dye methylene blue degradation under UV light and show good stability toward photoca- talysis.  相似文献

The reaction of anhydrous YbCl3 with 1 equiv, of Li2Me2Si(NPh)2 in THF, after workup, yielded a ytterbium(Ⅲ) chloride [{Me2Si(NPh)2Yb}(μ2-CI)(TMEDA)]2·3PhMe (1) (TMEDA=tetramethylethanediamine). The same reaction followed by treatment with Na-K alloy afforded a new ytterbium(H) complex supported by a bridged diamide with four coordinated LiC1 molecules, [{Me2Si(NPh)2Yb(THF)2}(μ3-CI)(μ4-CI){Li(THF)}2]2·2THF (2) in high yield. Both complexes were structurally characterized by X-ray analysis to be dimers. Complex 1 was a chlorine-bridged dimer with ytterbium in a distorted octahedral geometry. In complex 2 two [Me2Si(NPh)2Yb(THF)2]- (μ3-CI)[Li(THF)]2 moieties were connected with each other by two μ4-CI bridges to form a "chair-form" framework.  相似文献

Two macrocyclic zinc(II) complexes {[ZnL(VO3)2]·0.33H2O}n(1) and [ZnL(H2O)2][Ni(CN)4](2)(L = 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) have been obtained from the reactions of [ZnL](ClO4)2 with NH4VO3 and K2[Ni(CN)4], respectively, and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XRPD, TG and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicated that the Zn(II) atom lies on an inversion center and is octahedrally coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of the tetradentate macrocyclic ligand in the equatorial plane and two oxygen atoms of [VO4] tetrahedra in the axial positions in 1, and two oxygen atoms of two water molecules in 2. Complex 1 shows a three-dimensional structure, which is constructed by the links of [VO3]nn- chains with [ZnL]2+, forming one-dimensional channels occupied by guest water molecules. The monomers of [ZnL(H2O)2]2+ and [Ni(CN)4]2- are connected through the intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional sheet in complex 2.  相似文献

Seven novel platinum (Ⅱ) complexes [Pt (Ⅱ) (NH3) (CH3NH2) X2] (Ⅰ -Ⅶ) (X: CH3COO- ,CH2 ClCOO - , CHCl2COO -, C6H5-COO - , p-CH3O-C6H4 -COO - , p-NH2-C6 H4 -COO - , p-NO2 -C6 H4 -COO-) were prepared and characterized by means of elemental analysis, molar conductivity, thermal analysis,IR, UV, and 1 H NMR spectrometries. The cytotoxicity against HCT-8, BGC-823, MCF-7, EJ, and HL-60 cell lines increases in the following sequence: cisplatin >Ⅳ>Ⅴ>Ⅵ>Ⅶ>Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ. Moreover, the complexes(Ⅰ -Ⅶ) display substantially greater activities against EJ and HL-60 cell lines than those against the cell lines from other carcinomas. They can induce a concentration-dependent accumulation of HL-60 cells in the G2/M phase of the cell cycle as cisplatin. There is no significant correlation between total DNA platination levels and cytotoxicity of the complexes.  相似文献

[H2N(CH2)3NH312[MoO2(C10H6O2)2] (1) was synthesized by the 2,3-dihydroxynaphthalene in the mixed solvent of CH3OH, CH3CN reaction of (n-Bu4N)4[Mo8O26] with and 1,3-propanediarnine. (C5HllN2)2- [HeN(CH2)3NH2][MoO2(CloH6O2)2] (2) was obtained by the reaction of Na2MoO4.2H20 with 2,3-dihydroxynaphthalene in the same solvent above. Both of the complexes possess complex anion [Mo(VI)O2(OC10H6O)2]^2- which shows pseudo-octahedrally coordinated fashion, while the counterions are two protonated 1,3-propanediamine in complex 1 and (CsH11N2)^+ in complex 2. (C5H11N2)+ is the byproduct of reaction 2, which results from combination of acetonitrile with 1,3-propanediamine. Packing diagrams of the two complexes are also different. There is anti-parallel-aligned-double-meso-bilayer unit in complex 1. However there are four chiral anions arranged in anticlockwise orientation in complex 2.  相似文献

A series of rare-earth metal amides supported by a cyclohexyl-linked bis(β-diketiminato) ligand were synthesized,and their catalytic activities for hydrophosphonylation of aldehydes and ketones were developed.Reaction of [(Me3Si)2N]3 RE(Cl)Li(THF)3 with the cyclohexyl-linked bis(-diketimine) H2L(1)(L=Cy[NC(Me)CHC(Me)NAr]2,Cy = cyclohexyl,Ar=2,6-i-Pr2C6H3) gave the rare-earth metal amides LREN(SiMe3)2(RE = Nd(2),Sm(3),Dy(4),Er(5),Y(6)).All complexes were fully characterized by elemental,spectroscopic and single-crystal X-ray analyses.Investigation of the catalytic properties of the complexes reveals that these complexes exhibited a high catalytic activity towards the hydrophosphonylation of aldehydes and ketones in the presence of a very low loading of rare-earth metal amides(0.1-1 mol%) at room temperature in a short time.  相似文献

The copolymerizations of ethylene with 10-undecen-1-ol have been investigated using vanadium precatalysts, bis(imino)pyrrolyl vanadium(Ⅲ) complexes 1-3, 2,5-C4H2N(CH=NR)2VCl2(THF)2 [R = C6H5 (1), 2,6-iPr2C6H3 (2), C6F5 (3)], and the iminopyrrolyl and b-diketiminate ones for comparison. The polar monomer was pretreated by diethylaluminium chloride (present also as the cocatalyst) before the copolymerization. The monomer reactivity ratios were evaluated using the Fineman-Ross method. The ligand structure considerably influenced the catalytic activity and tolerance towards the polar monomer, the polar monomer incorporation and the molecular weights of the resultant copolymers. The bis(imino)pyrrolyl vanadium complexes exhibited promising catalytic performance for the copolymerization, and a high catalytic activity up to 3.84 kg/mmolv·h with a high comonomer incorporation of 14.0 mol% was achieved by complex 3 under mild conditions.  相似文献

A series of neutral bimetallic lanthanide aryloxides p-C6H4[OLnL(THF)n]2 [Ln = Y(1), Yb(2), Sm(3)(n = 1) and La(4)(n = 2), L = Me2NCH2CH2N{CH2-(2-O–C6H2–tBu2-3,5)}2] and alkoxides p-C6H4CH2[OLnL(THF)]2 [Ln = Y(5), Yb(6)] supported by an amine-bridged bis(phenolate) ligand have been synthesized through one-pot reactions of Ln(C5H5)3(THF), LH2 with p-benzenediol and 1,4-benzenedimethanol, respectively. All complexes have been fully characterized by elemental analyses, single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, and IR and multi-nuclear NMR spectroscopy(in the cases of 1, 4 and 5). Study of their catalytic behavior revealed that, in general, all complexes are efficient initiators for the polymerization of rac-lactide(LA) and rac-β-butyrolactone(BBL), except for 3 and 4 in the case of BBL. The influence imposed by lanthanides of different ionic radii and initiating groups of different structures on the activity, controllability, and stereoselectivity of polymerization were systematically studied and compared. Highly heterotactic PLA(Pr up to 0.99) and syndiotactic PHB(Pr ≈ 0.81) with high molecular weight and narrow polydispersity formed and were automatically capped with hydroxyl functionality at both ends.  相似文献

8,9,12-Trihydro-9,9-pentamethylene- 12-(3-nitrophenyl)- 11H-naphtho[ 1',25,6]- pyrano[2,3-d]pyfimidin- 11 (10H)-one 1, another conversion product of Ffiedlandler reaction, has been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-4H-benzo[f]chromene-3-carbonitrile 2 with cyclohexanone in the presence of Lewis acid catalysts. The crystal of the title compound 1 THF solvate, C60H62N6O10, was obtained and determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 11.4633(11), b = 12.6247(12), c = 19.658(2)A, α = 72.642(8), β = 89.045(9), γ = 68.340(5)°, V = 2509.6(4), Z = 2, De = 1.359 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1088, Mr = 1027.16, the final R = 0.0674 and wR = 0.1869 with Ⅰ 〉 2σ(Ⅰ) and the goodness-of-fit S = 1.045 on F^2. The pyrimidine ring has an envelope conformation, linked with a six-membered ring through a spiro C atom. The crystal packing of 1 THF solvate is stabilized by N-H…O hydrogen bonds, and π-π stacking interaction occurs between two adjacent nearly planar molecules of 1.  相似文献

O-(p-tolyl)dithiophosphato nickel complex [Ni(S2P{O}OC6HaCH3-p)(dppv)] has been synthesized by the treatment of (dppv)NiCl2 (dppv = Ph2PCH=CHPPh2) with (p-CH3C6HaO)2P{S}SH'Et2NH in THF. The new complex was fully characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 31p NMR spectroscopies and thermo-gravimetric analysis. The molecular structure of the complex was established by X-ray crystallography. The crystal crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.2739(5), b = 17.8803(8), c = 20.1879(12) A, fl = 93.269(5), V = 3342.1(3) A3, Z = 4, C33H29NiO2P3S2, Mr = 673.30, Dc = 1.338 g/cm3, F(000) = 1392 and #(MoKa) = 0.877 rnm-l. The final R = 0.0578 and wR = 0.1045 for 4138 observed reflections with 1 〉 20(/) and R = 0.1050 and wR = 0.1204 for all data. The Ni centre atom adopts a NiP2S2 square-planar geometry with two phosphorus atoms from the dppv ligand and two sulfur atoms from the O-(p-tolyl)dithiophosphate ligand. The most interesting structural feature of the title complex resides in its 1D helical chain structure constructing via intermolecular C-H'"O secondary interactions along the b-axis. The adjacent helical chains running in opposite directions are connected into a 1D double-stranded helical chain and further linked into a 2D supramolecular network by weak C-H.--C interaction.  相似文献
