用ICP研究鹿科动物骨质疏松症的微量元素特征

鹿科动物的骨质疏松症是近几年出现的一种疾病，它影响鹿的生长发育和繁殖，病重者死亡。我们采集梅花鹿和白唇鹿的毛，血样，用低温灰化方法和温法消解处理样品，用ＩＣＰ分析了毛，血清中微量元素的含量。病梅花鹿毛样中Ｍｇ，Ａｌ，Ｃａ，Ｔｉ，Ｆｅ，Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ的含量比正常组高，Ｔｉ，Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ的偏差率大于１５％，而Ｓｉ，Ｍｎ，Ｐ，Ｐ，Ａｇ，Ｂａ，Ｌａ，Ｃｅ，Ｐｂ比正常组低，Ｖ，Ａｇ，Ｂａ，Ｌａ，Ｃｅ，Ｐｂ存在...     

ICP—AES法分析植物样品中营养元素的应用研究

本文采用微波消化样品建立植物样品中营养元素的ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ测定方法。通过实际样品的分析，初步探讨了葡萄，苹果等植株中Ｂ，Ｃａ，Ｃｕ，Ｆｅ，Ｍｇ，Ｐ，Ｓ，Ｚｎ等元素含量变化与施肥的关系，为植物果树营养诊断提供了有益的参考。     

健康人及尿石患者头发中微量元素的相关性研究

用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ测定了尿石症高发现地区－广东省东莞市尿石症患者发中Ｃａ，Ｍｇ，Ａｌ，Ｃｄ，Ｃｏ，Ｃｒ，Ｍｎ，Ｆｅ，Ｃｕ，Ｍｏ，Ｚｎ，Ｂａ，Ｓｒ等十三种微量元素，并和健康人进行比较，经ｔ检验发现：Ｂａ，Ｃｄ，Ｍｏ，Ｓｒ，Ｍｎ，Ｚｎ和Ｍｇ／Ｃａ比值间存在显著性差异。     

血液病与微量元素关系的研究

研究了血液病与微量元素的关系,发现再生障碍性贫血患者治疗前血清Ｃｕ升高（Ｐ〈０．０５）,缓解后Ｃｕ恢复正常。骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）中ＲＡ＋ＲＡＳ组Ｃｕ及Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值高,Ｚｎ值降低不明显;ＲＡＥＢ＋ＲＡＥＢ－Ｔ组Ｃｕ及Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ高,Ｚｎ值明显降低（Ｐ〈０．０５）。急性白血病、淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤及慢粒患者血清Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ及Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值与对照组比较均呈显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０５￣０．０１）,而缓解     

菊花微量及宏量元素分析

用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法测定了药用野菊花和抗白菊及６种人工栽培菊花中Ａｓ，Ｂ、Ｂａ、Ｃａ、Ｃｄ、Ｃｏ、Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｇ、Ｍｎ、Ｍｏ、Ｎｉ、Ｐｂ、Ｓｅ、Ｓｉ、Ｖ、Ｚｎ、Ｐ、Ｓ、Ｋ等元素的含量。结果表明：（１）菊花中Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｐ、Ｓ、Ｋ含量很高，Ｂ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ、Ｚｎ也有较高的含量；（２）野菊花中Ｂ、Ｃａ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｇ含量较其他品种高、，抗白菊中Ｍｎ、Ｓｅ、Ｓ含量高地其他品种；（３）代栽培的菊花Ｋ、Ｐ含量高于     

微波消解-ICP-AES法测定茶叶中微量元素

在微波消解器中,以ＨＮＯ３－ＨＣｌＯ４分解茶叶,然后用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法测定样品溶液中的Ｂａ,Ｃａ,Ｃｕ,Ｆｅ,Ｍｎ,Ｐｂ,Ｚｎ,本法简便快速,污染少,回收率为９０．２％￣１０６．３％,相对标准偏差为１．７％￣６．２％。     

不同产地高良姜无机元素含量的比较

用等离子体发射光谱法测定了三个不同产地高良姜的元素含量，在２７种被测元素中，除Ａｓ、Ｂｅ、Ｃｒ、Ｍｏ、Ｐｂ、Ｓｂ、Ｔｌ７种元素未被检出外，三个产地的高良姜均含有Ａｇ、Ａｌ、Ｂ、Ｂａ、Ｃａ、Ｃｄ、Ｃｏ、Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｇ、Ｍｎ、Ｎａ、Ｎｉ、Ｓｅ、Ｓｉ、Ｖ、Ｚｎ、Ｋ、Ｐ、Ｓ２０种元素，湛江产的高良姜大多数元素的含量要高于其它两地。Ｚｎ和Ｍｎ两种人体必需微量元素的含量较丰富。     

ICP—AES法同时测定人血清中多种微量元素

本文提出了一种能同时测定血清中Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｋ、Ｎａ和Ｐ等微量元素的ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ分析方法。血清样品用硝酸和高氯酸消化，对影响谱线强度的因素进行了研究，方法简便、准确。现已应用于临床化验及人血清微量元素标准物质研制工作中的定值分析。     

海带中生命元素的ICP—AES研究

应用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ技术测定了Ｓｒ，Ｃａ，Ｍｇ，Ｐ，Ｆｅ，Ｃｕ，Ｍｎ和Ｚｎ等８种生命元素在海带中的分布，发现三种分布模式；（１）Ｆｅ，Ｃｕ，Ｍｎ，Ｚｎ在叶状体末端和边缘，固着器末端含量高，其余部位含量低；（２）Ｓｒ和Ｃａ的分布规律与第一类相似，但固着器基部高于固着器末端；（３）Ｍｇ和Ｐ均匀分布。     

用多变量统计分析方法辨识肺癌患者分类中的关键元素(英文)

用逐步判别、主成分分析和聚类方法研究了根据血清和毛发样品中元素含量对正常人和肺癌患者分类中的关键元素．用主成分分析的结果表明,在肺癌患者与正常人的分类中,血清中的Ｃａ,Ｃｒ,Ｃｕ,Ｐ和Ｚｎ是关键元素,而毛发中的Ａｌ,Ｂ,Ｃｒ,Ｐ和Ｓｒ是关键元素．对于正常人和癌症患者元素之间的欧氏距离不同     

Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. Dichroism of absorption and polarization of phosphorescence of molecules of the closed form of nitrobenzospirothiopyran

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom.
