A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn3(btec)(OH)2(H2O)2]n (1, btec = 1,2,4,5- benzenetetracarboxylate) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in mono- clinic, space group C2/c, with a = 19.580(3), b = 5.0137(8), c = 15.975(3), β = 121.629(2)°, V = 1335.3(4)3, C10H8O12Zn3, Mr = 516.27, Z = 4, Dc = 2.568g/cm3, μ = 5.419 mm-1, F(000) = 1016, R = 0.0590 and Rw = 0.1279 for 1110 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains two crystallographically unique Zn(Ⅱ) atoms which are connected through the bridging carboxylate oxygen atoms of the btec ligands and μ2-bridging oxygen atoms of water molecules to generate an infinite one-dimensional chain. The adjacent chains are linked together through the benzene rings of the btec ligands to form a two-dimensional polymeric network. The adjacent two-dimensional layers are further connected together by the benzene rings of btec ligands to give the final three-dimensional structure. The benzene rings act as pillars between two layers.  相似文献

At room temperature, a coordination polymer [Ni(btec)(H2O)4][Ni(imi)2(H2O)4]·2H2O was synthesized by reaction of NiCl2·6H2O, 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic dianhydridc and imidazole in a water/THF solution. The structure was determined by X-ray diffraction crystal structure analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic P1 space group with the crystal cell parameters of a=0.67542 (2) nm, b=1.000 14 (1) nm, c=1.09088 (3) nm, α=74.140(2)°, β= 74.388(1)°, y=73.239(2)°, and V=0.664 09(3) nm3, Z=1. The crystal structure shows that Ni1 atom is coordinated by four water and two imidazole molecules, while Ni2 is coordinated by four water molecules and two carboxyl oxygen atoms. The 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate ions bridge Ni2 coordination centers to form one-dimensional chain structure. Moreover, the chains are further linked together by hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional network. CCDC: 295873.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of 5-(pyridin-2-yl-methyl)aminoisophthalic acid(H2paip) with Mn(OAc)2·4H2O and Cu(NO3)2·3H2O produced two 2D complexes, [Mn(paip)]n·nH2O(1) and [Cu(paip)(H2O)]n(2). In complex 1, paip serves as a μ4-bridge, and its two carboxylate groups in μ2,η2-bridging and chelating modes connect Mn(Ⅱ) into 1D chains, which are further extended into a 2D layer through coordination of two chelating nitrogen atoms. However, paip in complex 2 acts as a μ3-bridge to link Cu(Ⅱ) into a 2D layer, in which two carboxylate groups function in a monodentate mode, and hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water and carboxylate oxygen atoms further extend the 2D layers into a 3D supramolecular network. The frameworks of complexes 1 and 2 are stable up to 470 and 250 ℃, respectively. Magnetic measurement shows that complex 2 possesses a weak antiferromagnetic interaction.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers {[Zn2L1(2,2'-bpy)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n(1) and [Zn2L2(2,2'-bpy)2(H2O)2]n(2)(H4L1 = terphenyl-2,2',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid, H4L2 = quarterphenyl-2,2',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid, and 2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction studies. Complex 1 displays 2D wavelike networks, which are further joined together through O–H···O hydrogen bonds to give a 3D supramolecular network. Complex 2 exhibits 1D ladder-like chains, and they are further joined together by π-π stacking and O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions to form a 3D supramolecular network. The results indicate that the backbone of carboxylate ligands has significant effects on the formation and structure of the resulting functional coordination polymers. Additionally, thermal stability and photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 are also investigated in detail.  相似文献

Two metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) of formulae [Co_7(L)_3(4,4?-BPy)_2(OH)_2(H_2O)_6]·-4 H_2O(1) and [Cd_2(L)(2,2?-BPy)2]n(2, H_4L = 5-(3,5-dicarboxybenzyloxy)-isophthalic acid,2,2?-BPy = 2,2?-bipyridine, 4,4?-BPy = 4,4?-bipyridine) were synthesized under solvothermal conditions. The structures of 1 and 2 were characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis.In complex 1, six cobalt atoms were connected by oxygen atoms to form a defect dicubane structure. The defect dicubane structures were further linked by Co(4,4?-BPy) units to generate a3-D network structure. Compound 2 displays a 2-D chain structure. The photoluminescent property of complex 2 is investigated. The results show the exclusive luminescence emission bands being originated from intraligand π-π* transitions.  相似文献

A Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn(NIP)(3,3'-bpt)]·H2O(1, NIP = 5-nitroisophthalate, 3,3'-bpt = 1H-3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazolate) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction at 140 ℃ and structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction and luminescent properties. In complex 1, the zinc atom is five-coordinated with three carboxylate oxygen atoms from three H2 NIP and two nitrogen atoms from two 3,3'-bpt, respectively, forming a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry and showing a 1D chain structure, which is further bridged by NIP to form a 3D supramolecular network via self-assembly of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A novel two-dimensional lead(II) coordination polymer 1, [C11H7Cl2NO3Pb]n, has been prepared by solvothermal reaction of new bridging ligand(5-chloro-quinolin-8-yloxy)acetic acid(HL) with PbCl2, and its structure was characterized by IR, elemental analysis, TG-DTA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 16.7603(7), b = 8.6907(4), c = 8.4745(3), β = 101.1110(11)°, C11H7Cl2NO3 Pb, Mr = 479.27, V = 1211.25(9)3, Z = 4, Dc = 2.628 g/cm3, F(000) = 880, μ = 14.367 mm-1, R = 0.0173 and wR = 0.0508. The asymmetric unit contains one lead(II) cation, one(5-chloro-quinolin-8-yloxy)acetate(L) ligand and a chloride ion. The PbII center is hepta-coordinated in a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The coordination sphere of the Pb atom is completed by two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom of the same L ligand, two bridging chloride ions and two bridging oxygen atoms of two adjacent L ligands. Two PbII centers are linked by the two L ligands to form a C2-symmetric dimer unit with a planar [Pb2O2] ring. Each dimer unit acts as a secondary building unit(SBU) and links adjacent four dimer units by the chloride atoms and oxygen atoms of carboxylate groups of L, forming a two-dimensional array. Such two-dimensional layers are packed through intermolecular C–H···Cl hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. When the dimer unit is viewed as a 4-connected node, 1 is simplified as a 4-nodal 2-D network with square lattices of the diagonal lengths to be 6.079(1). The fluorescence emission peak of complex 1 appears near 407 nm.  相似文献

Two novel coordination compounds of Zn(Ⅱ) with Ph3P (CH2)2CO-2(L), namely, [ZnL4(H2O)2]·(ClO4)2·2H2O(compound 1) and [Zn2Cl4(μ-L-O,O′)2](compound 2), have been prepared. The single crystal X-ray structure analysis of these compounds indicates that in compound 1 the Zn(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by four monodentate carboxylato groups on the equatorial plane and two aqua ligands occupy the axial coordination positions. The pendant oxygen atoms form strong hydrogen bonds with the aqua molecules which results in the stability of this structure. In compound 2, two Zn(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by a pair of carboxylato groups, showing a skew-bridge mode, and thus enabling a long Zn(Ⅱ)…Zn(Ⅱ) separation. As we know, it is a dinuclear coordination compound with the longest Zn…Zn separation.  相似文献

Two macrocyclic zinc(II) complexes {[ZnL(VO3)2]·0.33H2O}n(1) and [ZnL(H2O)2][Ni(CN)4](2)(L = 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) have been obtained from the reactions of [ZnL](ClO4)2 with NH4VO3 and K2[Ni(CN)4], respectively, and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XRPD, TG and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicated that the Zn(II) atom lies on an inversion center and is octahedrally coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of the tetradentate macrocyclic ligand in the equatorial plane and two oxygen atoms of [VO4] tetrahedra in the axial positions in 1, and two oxygen atoms of two water molecules in 2. Complex 1 shows a three-dimensional structure, which is constructed by the links of [VO3]nn- chains with [ZnL]2+, forming one-dimensional channels occupied by guest water molecules. The monomers of [ZnL(H2O)2]2+ and [Ni(CN)4]2- are connected through the intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional sheet in complex 2.  相似文献

A novel Ca(Ⅱ) coordination polymer,[Ca L2(H2O)2]n (1,HL=4-acetylphenoxyacetic acid) has been synthesized with 4-acetylphenoxyacetic acid,Ca(ClO_4)2·4H2O and Na OH as raw materials.Complex 1 was characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that the Ca(Ⅱ)ion is eight-coordinated in a distorted triangular dodecahedral geometric configuration with six carboxylate Oatoms of four L ligands and two O atoms of two coordinated water molecules.Complex 1 forms a one-dimensional chained structure by the bridging effect of carboxylate O atoms.The antitumor activity of HLligand and complex 1 has also been investigated.  相似文献

Based on 5-dimethylamino-isophthalic acid(H_2dia) and 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene(bpe) mixed linkers, a new d~(10)-configuration Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer material, [Zn(dia)(bpe)(H_2O)]n(1), was synthesized. In the asymmetric unit, there are one Zn~(2+) ion, two dia~(2-)anions, one neutral bpe linker and one free H_2O molecule. In the complex, adjacent Zn~(2+) ions are alternately bridged by the dia~(2-)dianions to generate chains which are further connected by flexible bpe ligands to form a two-dimensional(2 D) layer structure. In topology, the structure of 1 represents a non-interpenetrating 4-connected sql topology. Moreover, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, solid UV-Vis absorption spectra and photoluminescent property of 1 are also investigated.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of Cd(OAc)2·H2O with 1,2-benzenedicarboxylate(1,2-BDC),imidazole and H2O resulted in the formation of a binuclear polymeric Cd(Ⅱ) complex {[Cd2(1,2-BDC)2(Im)4]·(H2O)}n which was then characterized by elemental analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal is of monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a = 14.6455(3),b = 9.3530(2),c = 23.7838(5) ,β = 106.6290(10)°,C112H104Cd8N32O36,Mr = 3373.47,V = 3121.64(11) 3,Dc = 1.795 g/cm3,F(000) = 1672,μ = 1.428 cm-1 and Z = 1.The final R = 0.0316 and wR = 0.0687 for 5045 reflections with I > 2σ(I).In the title complex,the two Cd(Ⅱ) ions are in different coordination environments with distorted octahedral and pengonal bipyramidal geometries,respectively.Two Cd polyhedra are linked together through one μ2-η1:η1 and one μ2-η1:η2 carboxylate groups from different 1,2-BDC ligands,giving rise to a binuclear Cd(Ⅱ) cluster,and such clusters are connected by bridged 1,2-BDC ligands to form a 2-D structure along the c axis.The inter-and intermolecular hydrogen bonds further connect the 2-D structures into a 3-D supramolecular network.  相似文献

A novel water cluster [Mn(phen)2·H2O·Cl]·p-FBA·3H2O (p-FBA = p-fluorobenzoic acid and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of MnCl2 with p-FBA and phen at 150 ℃ and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectra and TG. Its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction study. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1,with a = 10.5768(1),b = 11.5960(1),c = 12.9916(2) ,α = 101.816(2),β = 95.397(2),γ = 103.052(2)o,V = 1502.8(3) 3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.463 g/cm3,R = 0.0399 and wR = 0.0997. The crystal structure shows that the manganese(Ⅱ ) ion is six-coordinated by four nitrogen atoms,one chloride ion and one oxygen atom forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The structure includes three acyclically connected water molecules and one coordinated water molecule thus forming a (H2O)4 water cluster. This water pattern forms a cross-linked discrete ring. The steady (H2O)4 is further extended into a cage-like structure by the hydrogen-bonding interaction formed by dissociative aqua molecule and Cl-ligand. The dimer structure is further extended into a one-dimensional (1D) structure through C-H···O interaction. π···π Stacking interaction among adjacent phen aromatic rings further stabilizes the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title ladder organotin carboxylate,{[(C6H5CH2)2Sn]4(p-NH2C6H4-COO)2O2(OCH3)2}·0.5H2O 1,has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses,IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.Complex 1 is located across on an inversion center and displays a Sn4O4 ladder-like structure with a one-dimensional supramolecular chain through C-H…π interactions.In the asymmetric unit two Sn(Ⅳ) atoms assume similar trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry.Two aminobenzoate groups coordinate to the terminal Sn(Ⅳ) atoms.The deprotonated methanol molecule bridges two independent Sn(Ⅳ) atoms.A half of lattice water molecule is disorderly filled in the cavity formed by Sn(Ⅳ) complexes.  相似文献

Three new Zn(Ⅱ)/Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymers based on 2-mercaptonicotinic acid (H2mna) with 1,2-di(4-pyridyl)ethylene (dpe) introduced as a bridging ligand have been synthesized via hydrothermal method and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction as well as elemental analysis and IR. As reported in this paper, [Zn2(dpe)0.5(mna)2] (1) can be classified as a two-dimensional layer structure in which the 1D chain composed of Zn(Ⅱ) and mna ligands is bridged by dpe ligands, while the complex named [Zn4(dpe)4(mna)4] (2) is a tetra-nuclear cluster compound. These two compounds are further extended to three-dimensional structures by hydrogen bonds along with C-H…π and π…π interactions. Compound 3 with general formular [Cd2(dpe)0.5(mna)2]·H2O belongs to a three-dimensional porous structure in which the 2D metal layers formed by the coordination of Cd(Ⅱ) and mna ligands are connected with the bridging of dpe ligands.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, {[Cd(OPY)_2(tdc)(H_2O)]·H2 O}n(OPY = 4,4?-(oxybis(4,1-phenylene))dipyridine, H2 tdc = thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid), has been synthesized hydrothermally based on a V-shaped ligand OPY. The structure was fully characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. In1, two OPY ligands and one water molecule acted as terminal ligands coordinating to Cd~(2+) cation to form [Cd(OPY)_2 H_2O]~(2+) units, which are then linked by tdc2-ligands to generate a one-dimensional chain. Every two adjacent chains linked by extensive O–H···O hydrogen bonds constitute one-dimensional double-chains, and such chains are extended into two-dimensional layers via O–H···N hydrogen bonds. These layers are further connected to form a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture via π-π stacking interactions. In addition, the thermal stability and solid state fluorescence property of 1 were also investigated.  相似文献

Zn C6H8N2O5.H2O(NCGZn) has been synthesized, and its functional groups present in the title compound were confirmed by elemental analysis, TG and IR spectral studies. Meanwhile, the crystal of NCGZn was obtained by slow evaporation of a saturated aqueous solution at room temperature and confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P21 with a = 5.03220(1), b = 13.3747(4), c = 12.9944(4), β = 92.987(2)°, V = 873.39(4)3, Z = 2, C12H20N4O12Zn2, Mr = 543.10, Dc = 2.065 g/cm3, F(000) = 552, μ(Mo Ka) = 2.826 mm-1, R= 0.0422 and w R = 0.1142. In NCGZn, Zn1 and the symmetry formed Zn1 ions are connected by five atoms from four NCG-2H anions and a water molecule. A NCG ligand has two carboxylate groups, one connecting a Zn ion, and the other bridgiong two Zn ions. The NCG ligand bridges four Zn ions through the amino group and two carboxylate groups with a water molecule to yield a 3D coordination polymer structure with hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reaction of benzene-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylic(Btec) dianhydride with La2O3 lead to a new organometallic compound, [La2(betc)(Hbtec)(H2O)3][HCONH(CH3)2](I). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that it crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n that mimics orthorhombic space group Pnma(viz. pseudo-merohedral twinning structure) with a = 7.6002(16), b = 18.954(4), c = 18.213(4) ?, β = 90.121(3)o, V = 2623.5(9) ?3, Z = 4, Mr = 907.21, Dc = 2.297 g/cm3, F(000) = 1752, μ(Mo Kα) = 3.32 mm-1, R = 0.0575 and w R = 0.0956. The structure of I features a 3-D framework constructed by La(III) cations, btec4- ligands, Hbtec3-ligands and coordinated water molecule. All of the La(III) cations are 10-coordinated by O atoms into 1-D infinite chains, which are further interconnected by C atoms of btec ligands to form a 3-D framework.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, namely [Zn(pdc)(bbi)]n {H2 pdc = 2,3-pyridine dicar- boxylic acid, bbi = 1,1-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole)}, has been prepared under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 /n with a = 8.436(3), b = 16.988(5), c = 12.106(4), β = 92.204(5)°, V = 1733.6(9)3, Z = 4, C17 H17 N5 O4 Zn, Mr = 420.73, Dc = 1.612 g/cm3, F(000) = 864, μ(MoKa) = 0.452 mm-1, the R = 0.0672 and wR = 0.1645. In the mononuclear complex, each Zn(II) is five-coordinated by one carboxylate O and one pyridyl N atoms from one pdc anion, one carboxylate O atom from another pdc anion, and two N atoms from two bib ligands. The Zn(II) ions are connected by pdc ligands to form skeleton chains, and bbi ligands further link them to construct a 2D framework. The thermal and luminescence properties of the complex were also investigated.  相似文献
