Two new salts, namely 2,6‐diamino‐4‐chloropyrimidinium 2‐carboxy‐3‐nitrobenzoate, C4H6ClN4+·C8H4NO6, (I), and 2,6‐diamino‐4‐chloropyrimidinium p‐toluenesulfonate monohydrate, C4H6ClN4+·C7H7O3S·H2O, (II), have been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In both crystal structures, the N atom in the 1‐position of the pyrimidine ring is protonated. In salt (I), the protonated N atom and the amino group of the pyrimidinium cation interact with the carboxylate group of the anion through N—H…O hydrogen bonds to form a heterosynthon with an R 22(8) ring motif. In hydrated salt (II), the presence of the water molecule prevents the formation of the familiar R 22(8) ring motif. Instead, an expanded ring [i.e. R 32(8)] is formed involving the sulfonate group, the pyrimidinium cation and the water molecule. Both salts form a supramolecular homosynthon [R 22(8) ring motif] through N—H…N hydrogen bonds. The molecular structures are further stabilized by π–π stacking, and C=O…π, C—H…O and C—H…Cl interactions.  相似文献

The ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) behavior of a variety of substituted 1,1′‐ethylenylferrocenes, or dicarba[2]ferrocenophanes, is reported. The electronic absorption spectra and tilted solid‐state structures of the monomers rac‐[Fe(η5‐C5H4)2(CHiPr)2] ( 7 ), [Fe(η5‐C5H4)2(C(H)MeCH2)] ( 8 ), and rac‐[Fe(η5‐C5H4)2(CHPh)2] ( 9 ) are consistent with the presence of substantial ring strain, which was exploited to synthesize soluble, well‐defined polyferrocenylethylenes (PFEs) [Fe(η5‐C5H4)2(C(H)MeCH2)]n ( 12 ) and [Fe(η5‐C5H4)2(CHPh)2]n ( 13 ) through photocontrolled ROP. Polymer chain lengths could be controlled by the monomer‐to‐initiator ratio up to about 50 repeat units and, consistent with the “living” nature of the polymerizations, sequential block copolymerization with a sila[1]ferrocenophane led to polyferrocenylethylene–polyferrocenylsilane (PFE‐b‐PFS) block copolymers ( 14 and 15 ). PFE polymers 12 and 13 showed two reversible oxidation waves, indicative of appreciable Fe???Fe interactions along the polymer backbone. The diblock copolymers were characterized by NMR spectroscopy, GPC analysis, and cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Tetrakis(p‐tolyl)oxalamidinato‐bis[acetylacetonatopalladium(II)] ([Pd2(acac)2(oxam)]) reacted with Li–C≡C–C6H5 in THF with formation of [Pd(C≡C–C6H5)4Li2(thf)4] ( 1a ). Reaction of [Pd2(acac)2(oxam)] with a mixture of 6 equiv. Li–C≡C–C6H5 and 2 equiv. LiCH3 resulted in the formation of [Pd(CH3)(C≡C–C6H5)3Li2(thf)4] ( 2 ), and the dimeric complex [Pd2(CH3)4(C≡C–C6H5)4Li4(thf)6] ( 3 ) was isolated upon reaction of [Pd2(acac)2(oxam)] with a mixture of 4 equiv. Li–C≡C–C6H5 and 4 equiv. LiCH3. 1 – 3 are extremely reactive compounds, which were isolated as white needles in good yields (60–90%). They were fully characterized by IR, 1H‐, 13C‐, 7Li‐NMR spectroscopy, and by X‐ray crystallography of single crystals. In these compounds Li ions are bonded to the two carbon atoms of the alkinyl ligand. 1a reacted with Pd(PPh3)4 in the presence of oxygen to form the already known complexes trans‐[Pd(C≡C–C6H5)2(PPh3)2] and [Pd(η2‐O2)(PPh3)2]. In addition, 1a is an active catalyst for the Heck coupling reaction, but less active in the catalytic Sonogashira reaction.  相似文献

In the salt trimethoprimium ferrocenecarboxylate [systematic name: 2,4‐diamino‐5‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxybenzyl)pyrimidin‐1‐ium ferrocene‐1‐carboxylate], (C14H19N4O3)[Fe(C5H5)(C6H4O2)], (I), of the antibacterial compound trimethoprim, the carboxylate group interacts with the protonated aminopyrimidine group of trimethoprim via two N—H…O hydrogen bonds, generating a robust R 22(8) ring motif (heterosynthon). However, in the cocrystal 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–ferrocene‐1‐carboxylic acid (1/1), [Fe(C5H5)(C6H5O2)]·C6H8ClN3, (II), the carboxyl–aminopyrimidine interaction [R 22(8) motif] is absent. The carboxyl group interacts with the pyrimidine ring via a single O—H…N hydrogen bond. The pyrimidine rings, however, form base pairs via a pair of N—H…N hydrogen bonds, generating an R 22(8) supramolecular homosynthon. In salt (I), the unsubstituted cyclopentadienyl ring is disordered over two positions, with a refined site‐occupation ratio of 0.573 (10):0.427 (10). In this study, the two five‐membered cyclopentadienyl (Cp) rings of ferrocene are in a staggered conformation, as is evident from the C…Cg Cg …C pseudo‐torsion angles, which are in the range 36.13–37.53° for (I) and 22.58–23.46° for (II). Regarding the Cp ring of the minor component in salt (I), the geometry of the ferrocene ring is in an eclipsed conformation, as is evident from the C…Cg Cg …C pseudo‐torsion angles, which are in the range 79.26–80.94°. Both crystal structures are further stabilized by weak π–π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [CoCl2(C5H5N)2(C12H6N2O2)]·2C5H5N, is a neutral CoII complex with two chloride anions coordinated in a cis fashion, two pyridine ligands in trans positions and a chelating 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐dione ligand that completes the octahedral coordination geometry. Two pyridine solvent molecules reside in channels (about 7 × 4 Å wide; the closest atom–atom distance within the channel is 10 Å). The three‐dimensional structure supporting these channels is held together by C—H...Cl [3.466 (8)–3.670 (9) Å] and C—H...O [3.014 (9)–3.285 (8) Å] hydrogen bonds, and can be viewed as a CsCl or bcu (body‐centred cubic) net.  相似文献

Zinc thiocyanate complexes have been found to be biologically active compounds. Zinc is also an essential element for the normal function of most organisms and is the main constituent in a number of metalloenzyme proteins. Pyrimidine and aminopyrimidine derivatives are biologically very important as they are components of nucleic acids. Thiocyanate ions can bridge metal ions by employing both their N and S atoms for coordination. They can play an important role in assembling different coordination structures and yield an interesting variety of one‐, two‐ and three‐dimensional polymeric metal–thiocyanate supramolecular frameworks. The structure of a new zinc thiocyanate–aminopyrimidine organic–inorganic compound, (C6H9ClN3)2[Zn(NCS)4]·2C6H8ClN3·2H2O, is reported. The asymmetric unit consist of half a tetrathiocyanatozinc(II) dianion, an uncoordinated 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidinium cation, a 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine molecule and a water molecule. The ZnII atom adopts a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry and is coordinated by four N atoms from the thiocyanate anions. The ZnII atom is located on a special position (twofold axis of symmetry). The pyrimidinium cation and the pyrimidine molecule are not coordinated to the ZnII atom, but are hydrogen bonded to the uncoordinated water molecules and the metal‐coordinated thiocyanate ligands. The pyrimidine molecules and pyrimidinium cations also form base‐pair‐like structures with an R22(8) ring motif via N—H…N hydrogen bonds. The crystal structure is further stabilized by intermolecular N—H…O, O—H…S, N—H…S and O—H…N hydrogen bonds, by intramolecular N—H…Cl and C—H…Cl hydrogen bonds, and also by π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

Reactions of di‐n‐butyltin(IV) oxide with 4′/2′‐nitrobiphenyl‐2‐carboxylic acids in 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 stoichiometry yield complexes [{(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′/2′)}2O]2 ( 1 and 2 ) and (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′/2′)2 ( 3 and 4 ) respectively. These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectroscopy. The IR spectra of these compounds indicate the presence of anisobidentate carboxylate groups and non‐linear C? Sn? C bonds. From the chemical shifts δ (119Sn) and the coupling constants 1J(13C, 119Sn), the coordination number of the tin atom and the geometry of its coordination sphere have been suggested. [{(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′)}2O]2 ( 1 ) exhibits a dimeric structure containing distannoxane units with two types of tin atom with essentially identical geometry. To a first approximation, the tin atoms appear to be pentacoordinated with distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. However, each type of tin atom is further subjected to a sixth weaker interaction and may be described as having a capped trigonal bipyramidal structure. The diffraction study of the complex (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′)2 ( 3 ) shows a six–coordinate tin in a distorted octahedral frame containing bidentate asymmetric chelating carboxylate groups, with the n‐Bu groups trans to each other. The n‐Bu? Sn? n‐Bu angle is 152.8° and the Sn? O distances are 2.108(4) and 2.493(5) Å. The oxygen atom of the nitro group of the ligand does not participate in bonding to the tin atom in 1 and 3 . Crystals of 1 are triclinic with space group P1 and of that of 3 have orthorhombic space group Pnna. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Heterobimetallic complexes of formula [M{(PPh2)2C2B9H10}(S2C2B10H10)M′(PPh3)] (M=Pd, Pt; M′=Au, Ag, Cu) and [Ni{(PPh2)2C2B9H10}(S2C2B10H10)Au(PPh3)] were obtained from the reaction of [M{(PPh2)2C2B10H10}(S2C2B10H10)] (M=Pd, Pt) with [M′(PPh3)]+ (M′=Au, Ag, Cu) or by one‐pot synthesis from [(SH)2C2B10H10], (PPh2)2C2B10H10, NiCl2 ? 6 H2O, and [Au(PPh3)]+. They display d8–d10 intermetallic interactions and emit red light in the solid state at 77 K. Theoretical studies on [M{(PPh2)2C2B9H10}(S2C2B10H10)Au(PPh3)] (M=Pd, Pt, Ni) attribute the luminescence to ligand (thiolate, L)‐to‐“P2‐M‐S2” (ML′) charge‐transfer (LML′CT) transitions for M=Pt and to metal (M)‐to‐“P2‐M‐S2” (ML′) charge‐transfer (MML′CT) transitions for M=Ni, Pd.  相似文献

The electronically unsaturated dirhenium complex [Re2(CO)8(μ‐H)(μ‐Ph)] ( 1 ) has been found to exhibit aromatic C?H activation upon reaction with N,N‐diethylaniline, naphthalene, and even [D6]benzene to yield the compounds [Re2(CO)8(μ‐H)(μ‐η1‐NEt2C6H4)] ( 2 ), [Re2(CO)8(μ‐H)(μ‐η2‐1,2‐C10H7)] ( 3 ), and [D6]‐ 1 , respectively, in good yields. The mechanism has been elucidated by using DFT computational analyses, and involves a binuclear C?H bond‐activation process.  相似文献

Quantum chemical calculations using density functional theory at the BP86/TZ2P level have been carried out to determine the geometries and stabilities of Group 13 adducts [(PMe3)(EH3)] and [(PMe3)2(E2Hn)] (E=B–In; n=4, 2, 0). The optimized geometries exhibit, in most cases, similar features to those of related adducts [(NHCMe)(EH3)] and [(NHCMe)2(E2Hn)] with a few exceptions that can be explained by the different donor strengths of the ligands. The calculations show that the carbene ligand L=NHCMe (:C(NMeCH)2) is a significantly stronger donor than L=PMe3. The equilibrium geometries of [L(EH3)] possess, in all cases, a pyramidal structure, whereas the complexes [L2(E2H4)] always have an antiperiplanar arrangement of the ligands L. The phosphine ligands in [(PMe3)2(B2H2)], which has Cs symmetry, are in the same plane as the B2H2 moiety, whereas the heavier homologues [(PMe3)2(E2H2)] (E=Al, Ga, In) have Ci symmetry in which the ligands bind side‐on to the E2H2 acceptor. This is in contrast to the [(NHCMe)2(E2H2)] adducts for which the NHCMe donor always binds in the same plane as E2H2 except for the indium complex [(NHCMe)2(In2H2)], which exhibits side‐on bonding. The boron complexes [L2(B2)] (L=PMe3 and NHCMe) possess a linear arrangement of the LBBL moiety, which has a B?B triple bond. The heavier homologues [L2(E2)] have antiperiplanar arrangements of the LEEL moieties, except for [(PMe3)2(In2)], which has a twisted structure in which the PInInP torsion angle is 123.0°. The structural features of the complexes [L(EH3)] and [L2(E2Hn)] can be explained in terms of donor–acceptor interactions between the donors L and the acceptors EH3 and E2Hn, which have been analyzed quantitatively by using the energy decomposition analysis (EDA) method. The calculations predict that the hydrogenation reaction of the dimeric magnesium(I) compound L′MgMgL′ with the complexes [L(EH3)] is energetically more favorable for L=PMe3 than for NHCMe.  相似文献

In the 1H NMR spectra of the 1‐vinylpyrroles with amino‐ and alkylsulfanyl groups in 5 and 2 positions, an extraordinarily large difference between resonance positions of the HA and HB terminal methylene protons of the vinyl group is discovered. Also, the one‐bond 1J(Cβ,HB) coupling constant is surprisingly greater than the 1J(Cβ,HA) coupling constant in pyrroles under investigation, while in all known cases, there was a reverse relationship between these coupling constants. These spectral anomalies are substantiated by quantum chemical calculations. The calculations show that the amine nitrogen lone pair is removed from the conjugation with the π‐system of the pyrrole ring so that it is directed toward the HB hydrogen. These factors are favorable to the emergence of the intramolecular C–HB???N hydrogen bonding in the s‐cis(N) conformation. On the other hand, the spatial proximity of the sulfur to the HB hydrogen provides an opportunity of the intramolecular C–HB???S hydrogen bonding in the s‐cis(S) conformation. Presence of the hydrogen bond critical points as well as ring critical point for corresponding chelate ring revealed by a quantum theory of atoms in molecules (QTAIM) approach confirms the existence of the weak intramolecular C–H???N and C–H???S hydrogen bonding. Therefore, an unusual high‐frequency shift of the HB signal and the increase in the 1J(Cβ,HB) coupling constant can be explained by the effects of hydrogen bonding. The coordination chemistry of mixed‐ligand complexes continues to be an active area of research since these compounds have a wide range of applications. Many coordination polymers and metal–organic framworks are emerging as novel functional materials. Aminopyrimidine and its derivatives are flexible ligands with versatile binding and coordination modes which have been proven to be useful in the construction of organic–inorganic hybrid materials and coordination polymers. Thiophenecarboxylic acid, its derivatives and their complexes exhibit pharmacological properties. Cobalt(II) and copper(II) complexes of thiophenecarboxylate have many biological applications, for example, as antifungal and antitumor agents. Two new cobalt(II) and copper(II) complexes incorporating thiophene‐2‐carboxylate (2‐TPC) and 2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxypyrimidine (OMP) ligands have been synthesized and characterized by X‐ray diffraction studies, namely (2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxypyrimidine‐κN)aquachlorido(thiophene‐2‐carboxylato‐κO)cobalt(II) monohydrate, [Co(C5H3O2S)Cl(C6H9N3O2)(H2O)]·H2O, (I), and catena‐poly[copper(II)‐tetrakis(μ‐thiophene‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2O:O′)‐copper(II)‐(μ‐2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxypyrimidine‐κ2N1:N3)], [Cu2(C5H3O2S)4(C6H9N3O2)]n, (II). In (I), the CoII ion has a distorted tetrahedral coordination environment involving one O atom from a monodentate 2‐TPC ligand, one N atom from an OMP ligand, one chloride ligand and one O atom of a water molecule. An additional water molecule is present in the asymmetric unit. The amino group of the coordinated OMP molecule and the coordinated carboxylate O atom of the 2‐TPC ligand form an interligand N—H…O hydrogen bond, generating an S(6) ring motif. The pyrimidine molecules also form a base pair [R22(8) motif] via a pair of N—H…N hydrogen bonds. These interactions, together with O—H…O and O—H…Cl hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions, generate a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. The one‐dimensional coordination polymer (II) contains the classical paddle‐wheel [Cu2(CH3COO)4(H2O)2] unit, where each carboxylate group of four 2‐TPC ligands bridges two square‐pyramidally coordinated CuII ions and the apically coordinated OMP ligands bridge the dinuclear copper units. Each dinuclear copper unit has a crystallographic inversion centre, whereas the bridging OMP ligand has crystallographic twofold symmetry. The one‐dimensional polymeric chains self‐assemble via N—H…O, π–π and C—H…π interactions, generating a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

Due to their rich structural chemistry and wide variety of applications, borate materials have provided a rich area of research. In a continuation of this research, diethylammonium bis(2‐oxidobenzoato‐κ2O1,O2)borate, C4H12N+·BO4(C7H4O)2, (1), and propylammonium bis(2‐oxidobenzoato‐κ2O1,O2)borate, C3H10N+·BO4(C7H4O)2, (2), have been synthesized by the reaction of boric acid with salicylic acid under ambient conditions. In both structures, the B atom exhibits a slightly distorted tetrahedral environment formed by the bidentate coordination of two salicylate anions via the O atoms of the central carboxylate and oxide groups. In the crystals of salts (1) and (2), mixed cation–anion layers lying parallel to the (101) plane are formed through N—H…O, C—H…O and C—H…π/N—H…O hydrogen‐bonding interactions, resulting, in each case, in a two‐dimensional supramolecular architecture in the solid state. The photoluminescence properties of the salts were studied using the as‐synthesized samples and reveal that salts (1) and (2) both display a strong blue‐light emission, with maxima at 489 and 491 nm, respectively. In DFT/TD–DFT (time‐dependent density functional theory) studies, the blue emission appears to be derived from an intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) excited state. In addition, IR and UV–Vis spectroscopies were used to investigate the title salts.  相似文献

Redox reactions of [(L1,2Mg)2] and Sb2R4 (R=Me, Et) yielded the first Mg‐substituted realgar‐type Sb8 polystibides [(L1,2Mg)442:2:2:2‐Sb8)] (L1=HC[C(Me)N(2,4,6‐Me3C6H2)]2, L2=HC[C(Me)N(2,6‐i‐Pr2C6H3)]2). Compounds [(L1,2Mg)2] serve both as reducing agents, initiating the cleavage of the Sb?C bonds, and as stabilizers for the resulting Sb8 polyanion. The polystibides were characterized by NMR and IR spectroscopies, elemental analysis, and X‐ray structure analysis. In addition, results from quantum chemical calculations are presented.  相似文献

A novel dinuclear bismuth(III) coordination compound, [Bi2(C7H3NO4)2(N3)2(C12H8N2)2]·4H2O, has been synthesized by an ionothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, IR, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The molecular structure consists of one centrosymmetric dinuclear neutral fragment and four water molecules. Within the dinuclear fragment, each BiIII centre is seven‐coordinated by three O atoms and four N atoms. The coordination geometry of each BiIII atom is distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal (BiO3N4), with one azide N atom and one bridging carboxylate O atom located in axial positions. The carboxylate O atoms and water molecules are assembled via O—H...O hydrogen bonds, resulting in the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. Two types of π–π stacking interactions are found, with centroid‐to‐centroid distances of 3.461 (4) and 3.641 (4) Å.  相似文献

Carbon–carbon bond reductive elimination from gold(III) complexes are known to be very slow and require high temperatures. Recently, Toste and co‐workers have demonstrated extremely rapid C?C reductive elimination from cis‐[AuPPh3(4‐F‐C6H4)2Cl] even at low temperatures. We have performed DFT calculations to understand the mechanistic pathway for these novel reductive elimination reactions. Direct dynamics calculations inclusive of quantum mechanical tunneling showed significant contribution of heavy‐atom tunneling (>25 %) at the experimental reaction temperatures. In the absence of any competing side reactions, such as phosphine exchange/dissociation, the complex cis‐[Au(PPh3)2(4‐F‐C6H4)2]+ was shown to undergo ultrafast reductive elimination. Calculations also revealed very facile, concerted mechanisms for H?H, C?H, and C?C bond reductive elimination from a range of neutral and cationic gold(III) centers, except for the coupling of sp3 carbon atoms. Metal–carbon bond strengths in the transition states that originate from attractive orbital interactions control the feasibility of a concerted reductive elimination mechanism. Calculations for the formation of methane from complex cis‐[AuPPh3(H)CH3]+ predict that at ?52 °C, about 82 % of the reaction occurs by hydrogen‐atom tunneling. Tunneling leads to subtle effects on the reaction rates, such as large primary kinetic isotope effects (KIE) and a strong violation of the rule of the geometric mean of the primary and secondary KIEs.  相似文献

Semirigid organic ligands can adopt different conformations to construct coordination polymers with more diverse structures when compared to those constructed from rigid ligands. A new asymmetric semirigid organic ligand, 4‐{2‐[(pyridin‐3‐yl)methyl]‐2H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl}pyridine ( L ), has been prepared and used to synthesize three bimetallic macrocyclic complexes and one coordination polymer, namely, bis(μ‐4‐{2‐[(pyridin‐3‐yl)methyl]‐2H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl}pyridine)bis[dichloridozinc(II)] dichloromethane disolvate, [Zn2Cl4(C12H10N6)2]·2CH2Cl2, ( I ), the analogous chloroform monosolvate, [Zn2Cl4(C12H10N6)2]·CHCl3, ( II ), bis(μ‐4‐{2‐[(pyridin‐3‐yl)methyl]‐2H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl}pyridine)bis[diiodidozinc(II)] dichloromethane disolvate, [Zn2I4(C12H10N6)2]·2CH2Cl2, ( III ), and catena‐poly[[[diiodidozinc(II)]‐μ‐4‐{2‐[(pyridin‐3‐yl)methyl]‐2H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl}pyridine] chloroform monosolvate], {[ZnI2(C12H10N6)]·CHCl3}n, ( IV ), by solution reaction with ZnX2 (X = Cl and I) in a CH2Cl2/CH3OH or CHCl3/CH3OH mixed solvent system at room temperature. Complex ( I ) is isomorphic with complex ( III ) and has a bimetallic ring possessing similar coordination environments for both of the ZnII cations. Although complex ( II ) also contains a bimetallic ring, the two ZnII cations have different coordination environments. Under the influence of the I? anion and guest CHCl3 molecule, complex ( IV ) displays a significantly different structure with respect to complexes ( I )–( III ). C—H…Cl and C—H…N hydrogen bonds, and π–π stacking or C—Cl…π interactions exist in complexes ( I )–( IV ), and these weak interactions play an important role in the three‐dimensional structures of ( I )–( IV ) in the solid state. In addition, the fluorescence properties of L and complexes ( I )–( IV ) were investigated.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, namely poly[[(3‐aminopyrazin‐4‐ium‐2‐carboxylate‐κ2N1,O)di‐μ‐chlorido‐cadmium(II)] monohydrate], {[CdCl2(C5H5N3O2)]·H2O}n, (1), and poly[2‐amino‐3‐carboxypyrazin‐1‐ium [(3‐aminopyrazine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N1,O)di‐μ‐chlorido‐cadmium(II)] monohydrate], {(C5H6N3O2)[Cd(C5H4N3O2)Cl2]·H2O}n, (2), have been synthesized from the reaction of cadmium(II) chloride and 3‐aminopyrazine‐2‐carboxylic acid (Hapca) under mild conditions in acidic media. The two coordination polymers have been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and show chloride‐bridged zigzag chains with octahedrally coordinated metal ions, where Hapca acts as a bidentate ligand via the π‐conjugated N atom and a carboxylate O atom. The chains are further interconnected via noncovalent interactions into three‐dimensional supramolecular networks. The dominant H…O and H…Cl interactions for both compounds were quantified using Hirshfeld surface analysis. The thermal stability and topological analysis of the two‐dimensional networks of (1) and (2) are also discussed.  相似文献

4,4′‐Bipyridine‐1,1′‐diium (H2bipy) acetylenedicarboxylate, C10H12N22+·C4O42−, (1), is a new member of a family of related structures with similar unit‐cell parameters. The structures in this family reported previously [Chen et al. (2012). CrystEngComm, 14 , 6400–6403] are (H2bipy)[Cu(ox)2] (ox is oxalate), (2), (H2bipy)[NaH(ox)2], (3), and (H2bipy)[H2(ox)2], (4). Compound (1) has a one‐dimensional structure, in which H2bipy2+ cations and acetylenedicarboxylate (ADC2−) anions are linked through a typical supramolecular synthon, i.e.R22(7), and form linear `–cation–anion–' ribbons. Through an array of nonclassical C—H...O hydrogen bonds, adjacent ribbons interact to give two‐dimensional sheets. These sheets stack to form a layered structure viaπ–π interactions between the H2bipy2+ cations of neighbouring layers. The supramolecular isostructurality of compounds (1)–(4) is ascribed to the synergistic effect of multiple interactions in these structures. The balanced strong and weak intermolecular interactions stabilizing this structure type include strong charge‐assisted N—H...O hydrogen bonds, C—H...O contacts and π–π interactions.  相似文献

The reactions of unsymmetric phosphorus ylides of the type [Ph2P(CH2)nPPh2?C(H)C(O)C6H4p‐CN] (n = 1 (Y1); n = 2 (Y2)) with C60 and M(dba)2 (M = Pd or Pt; dba = dibenzylideneacetone) are reported. Based on the various coordination modes of these ylides in complexation, the following new Pd/Pt–cyclopropa[60]fullerene complexes were obtained: P,C‐coordinated [(η2‐C60)Pd(κ2‐Y1)] ( 1 ) and [(η2‐C60)Pt(κ2‐Y1)] ( 2 ) complexes and P‐coordinated [(η2‐C60)Pd(Y2)2] ( 3 ) and [(η2‐C60)Pt(Y2)2] ( 4 ) complexes. These compounds were characterized using Fourier transform infrared, UV–visible and NMR (1H, 13C and 31P) spectroscopies and scanning electron microscopy. Furthermore, cytotoxicity studies showed that nanoparticles of these complexes can be used as non‐toxic labels for cellular imaging application. Also energy decomposition analysis results revealed that the percentage contribution of ΔEelec in total interaction energy is considerably larger than that of ΔEorb. Thus, in all complexes the (η2‐C60)M? (Y1) bond is considerably more electrostatic in nature than the (η2‐C60)? M(Y1) bond. Finally, by application of the Taguchi method for optimization of parameters in Suzuki–Miyaura reaction, the catalytic activity of Pd complexes 1 and 3 was investigated in the cross‐coupling reaction of various aryl chlorides with phenylboronic acid. According to analysis of variance results, solvent has the highest F value and it has high contribution percentage (36.75%) to the yield of Suzuki–Miyaura reaction.  相似文献
