Isotopic effect on tautomeric behaviors of the synthesized 5‐phenoxy‐ (1a), 5‐(2,6‐dimethylphenoxy)‐ (1b), 5‐(2,6‐diisopropylphenoxy)‐ (1c), 5‐(2,6‐dimethoxyphenoxy)‐ (1d) and 5‐(4‐methylphenoxy)‐tetrazole (1e) were investigated in DMSO‐d6 by adding one drop of D2O. Among 1a–e, 1a, 1d and 1e show small rotational barrier around C5? O1 and O1? C6 while in 1b and 1c there are distinguishable rotational barrier about that bonds. The 1H NMR spectra of 1b and 1c show slightly different chemical shifts for two methyl and isopropyl groups on those phenyl ring, respectively, while the chemical shifts difference (Δδ) between two methyl and two isopropyl groups were enhanced by adding D2O. The 13C NMR spectra of 1b show two overlapped singlets for methyl groups after adding D2O. Representatively, the calculations of compound 1c were performed with GAUSSIAN‐03and the rotational barrier about C5? O1 and between isopropyl group and phenyl ring in 1c was calculated with B3LYP/6‐31G(d) basis set. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A series of eleven new 2‐methylthio‐3H‐7‐[(o‐; m‐ and p‐substituted) phenoxy]‐4‐(p‐substituted‐phenyl)‐[1,5]benzodiazepines, which have potentially useful pharmacological activities, has been synthesized by condensing the 4‐[(o‐; m‐ and p‐R1)phenoxy]‐1,2‐phenylendiamines with 3,3‐dimercapto‐1‐(p‐R2‐phenyl)‐2‐propen‐1‐one. Afterward the lH‐[1,5]benzodiazepine‐2‐thiones obtained were treated with sodium hydride and methyl iodide. The structure of all products was corroborated by ir, 1H nmr, 13C nmr and ms.  相似文献

A new synthesis to obtain eleven novel derivatives of 11‐[(om‐ and p‐substituted)‐phenyl]‐8‐chloro‐3,3‐dimethyl‐2,3,4,5,10,11‐hexahydro‐1H‐dibenzo[b,e][1,4]diazepin‐1‐ones with possible pharmacological activity in the central nervous system in two efficient steps has been developed. The final products were obtained by condensation and cyclization between 3‐[4‐chloro‐1,2‐phenylenediamine]‐5,5‐dimethyl‐2‐cyclohexenone with (om‐ and p‐substituted)benzaldehyde. The structure of all products was corroborated by ir, 1H‐nmr, 13C‐nmr and high resolution in ms.  相似文献

A series of m‐ and p‐substituted phenyl benzoates, 2‐thienoates, and 2‐furoates were prepared and their 1H and 13C nmr spectroscopic characteristics were examined. In general, good correlations were observed between the chemical shift values of protons and carbons of the acyl aromatic rings and the Hammett σ. Plots of the chemical shift values of the carbonyl carbons of the benzoates against those of the 2‐thienoates and 2‐furoates gave an excellent correlation and the values of the slopes are 0.85 and 0.75, respectively, in dimethyl sulfoxide‐d6 and 0.90 and 0.78, respectively, in chloroform‐d. The values could be considered as a set of aromaticity indices.  相似文献

A small library of polytopic receptors has been synthesized from mesop‐ and mesom‐aminophenylcalix[4]pyrroles and p‐ or m‐phthaloyl or trimesic chloride. Selected bis‐carboxylates and the citrate anion, which either exhibit altered distribution profiles in cancerous tissues in comparison with healthy tissues or are metabolites of carcinogenic substances (for example, trans,trans‐muconic acid from benzene exposure in humans) were tested as ligands. Varied affinities and binding modes were observed as a function of the number of calix[4]pyrroles and the topology of amide units present in each of the polytopic receptors. The structures of the 1:1 complexes derived by molecular modeling are in excellent agreement with the results of 1H NMR complexation studies.  相似文献

The conformational flexibility and dynamics of two (1→6)‐linked disaccharides that are related to the action of the glycosyl transferase GnT‐V have been investigated. NMR NOE and T‐ROE spectroscopy experiments, conformation‐dependent coupling constants and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations were used in the analyses. To facilitate these studies, the compounds were synthesised as α‐d‐ [6‐13C]‐Manp‐OMe derivatives, which reduced the 1H NMR spectral overlap and facilitated the determination of two‐ and three‐bond 1H,1H, 1H,13C and 13C,13C‐coupling constants. The population distribution for the glycosidic ω torsion angle in α‐d‐ Manp‐(1→6)‐α‐d‐ Manp‐OMe for gt/gg/tg was equal to 45:50:5, whereas in α‐d‐ Manp‐OMe it was determined to be 56:36:8. The dynamic model that was generated for β‐d‐ GlcpNAc‐(1→6)‐α‐d‐ Manp‐OMe by MD simulations employing the PARM22/SU01 CHARMM‐based force field was in very good agreement with experimental observations. β‐d‐ GlcpNAc‐(1→6)‐α‐d‐ Manp‐OMe is described by an equilibrium of populated states in which the ? torsion angle has the exo‐anomeric conformation, the ψ torsion angle an extended antiperiplanar conformation and the ω torsion angle a distribution of populations predominantly between the gauchetrans and the gauchegauche conformational states (i.e., gt/gg/tg) is equal to 60:35:5, respectively. The use of site‐specific 13C labelling in these disaccharides leads to increased spectral dispersion, thereby making NMR spectroscopy based conformational analysis possible that otherwise might be difficult to attain.  相似文献

Bis(N‐(pyrrol‐2‐ylmethyl)‐N‐butyldithiocarbamato‐S,S′)copper(II) ( 1 ), bis(N‐(pyrrol‐2‐ylmethyl)‐N‐(2‐phenylethyl)dithiocarbamato‐S,S′)copper(II) ( 2 ), bis(N‐methylferrocenyl‐N‐(2‐phenylethyl)dithiocarbamato‐S,S′)copper(II) ( 3 ) and bis(N‐furfuryl‐N‐methylferrocenyldithiocarbamato‐S,S′)copper(II) ( 4 ) were prepared and characterized using elemental analysis and infrared and UV–visible spectroscopies. X‐ray diffraction (XRD) studies on 3 show that each copper centre adopts the square planar geometry by the coordination of four sulfur atoms of the metalloligand N‐methylferrocenyl‐N‐(2‐phenylethyl)dithiocarbamate. The Cu? S distances are symmetrical and are in the range 2.293–2.305 Å. The supramolecular architecture in complex 3 is sustained in the solid state by C? H???π, C? H???S, Fe???Fe and H???H interactions. Density functional theory calculations were carried out for 3 . Anion (F?, Cl?, Br? and I?) binding studies with complex 1 were performed using cyclic voltammetry. Copper sulfide, copper–iron sulfide‐ 1 and copper–iron sulfide‐ 2 nanoparticles were prepared from complexes 2 , 3 and 4 , respectively, and they were characterized using powder XRD, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy‐dispersive X‐ray, UV–visible, photoluminescence and infrared spectroscopies. TEM images of copper–iron sulfide‐ 1 and copper–iron sulfide‐ 2 reveal that the particles are spherical and oval shaped, respectively. Photocatalytic activities of as‐prepared nanoparticles were studied by decolourization of methylene blue and rhodamine‐B under UV light. It was found that copper–iron sulfide degrades methylene blue and rhodamine‐B much better than does copper sulfide.  相似文献

In the title compound (systematic name: 6‐benzylamino‐7H‐purin‐3‐ium p‐toluenesulfonate), C12H12N5+·C7H7O3S, the adenine moiety exists as the N3‐protonated N7—H tautomer. The dihedral angle between the adenine ring system and the phenyl ring is 82.76 (11)°. Two of the sulfonate O atoms form C—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the H atoms on the N and C atoms in the 3‐ and 8‐positions, respectively, of the adenine moiety, leading to a zigzag chain. Two antiparallel zigzag chains are linked by the remaining sulfonate O atom through Hoogsteen‐site H atoms (i.e. those on the N atoms in the 6‐ and 7‐positions) of the adenine moiety, leading to a double chain. An annulus formed by a pair of inversion‐related anions and cations has been identified. An intramolecular toluenesulfonate–phenyl C—H...π interaction is also present.  相似文献

In the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of 1‐(2‐selenophenyl)‐1‐alkanone oximes, the 1H, the 13C‐3 and 13C‐5 signals of the selenophene ring are shifted by 0.1–0.4, 2.5–3.0 and 5.5–6.0 ppm, respectively, to higher frequencies, whereas those of the 13C‐1, 13C‐2 and 13C‐4 carbons are shifted by 4–5, ~11 and ~1.7 ppm to lower frequencies on going from the E to Z isomer. The 15N chemical shift of the oximic nitrogen is larger by 13–16 ppm in the E isomer relative to the Z isomer. An extraordinarily large difference (above 90 ppm) between the 77Se resonance positions is revealed in the studied oxime isomers, the 77Se peak being shifted to higher frequencies in the Z isomer. The trends in the changes of the measured chemical shifts are well reproduced by the GIAO calculations of the 1H, 13C, 15N and 77Se shielding constants in the energy‐favorable conformation with the syn orientation of the? The title compound, C23H15Cl2NO3, crystallizes with two independent mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit. The chroman­one moiety consists of a benzene ring fused with a six‐membered heterocyclic ring which adopts a sofa conformation. The five‐membered spiro­isoxazoline ring is in an envelope conformation. The p‐chloro­phenyl rings bridged by the five‐membered ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The chromanone moiety of one mol­ecule packs into the cavity formed by the p‐chloro­phenyl rings of a second mol­ecule through the formation of C—H?π interactions. The structure is stabilized by weak C—H?O, C—H?Cl and C—H?π interactions.  相似文献

A series of twelve new 2‐[(o‐ and p‐substituted)aminophenyl]‐3H‐5‐[(o‐ and p‐substituted)phenyl]‐7‐chloro‐1,4‐benzodiazepines, which have possible pharmacological properties has been obtained. The synthesis was carried out following six steps. The structure of all products was corroborated by ir, 1H nmr, 13C nmr and ms. In addition for the compound 2‐(o‐chloroaminophenyl)‐3H‐5‐(o‐fluorophenyl)‐7‐chloro‐1,4‐benzodiazepine 7, its structure was confirmed by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

Electrophilic trisubstituted ethylene monomers, ring‐substituted 2‐phenyl‐1,1‐dicyanoethylenes, RC6H4CH?C(CN)2 (where R is 2‐methoxy, 3‐methoxy, 4‐methoxy, 4‐ethoxy, 4‐propoxy, and 4‐butoxy), were synthesized by piperidine catalyzed Knoevenagel condensation of ring‐substituted benzaldehydes and malononitrile, and characterized by CHN elemental analysis, IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR. Novel copolymers of the ethylenes and styrene were prepared at equimolar monomer feed composition by solution copolymerization in the presence of a radical initiator (AIBN) at 70°C. The composition of the copolymers was calculated from nitrogen analysis, and the structures were analyzed by IR, 1H and 13C NMR, GPC, DSC, and TGA. High T g of the copolymers in comparison with that of polystyrene indicates a substantial decrease in chain mobility of the copolymer due to the high dipolar character of the trisubstituted ethylene monomer unit. The gravimetric analysis indicated that the copolymers decompose in the 290–450°C range.  相似文献

Diketo acid derivatives are potent and selective HIV-1 integrase inhibitors. To investigate the detailed synthesis of those derivatives, a series of p/m-[p-(un)substituted phenylsulfonamido]phenyl β-diketo acid derivatives have been designed and synthesized. The quinoxalone derivatives as the potential bioisosteres of the biologically labile β-diketoacid pharmacophores have also been synthesized from reactions of the corresponding diketo acids with o-phenylenediamine. The structures of all diketo acid (ester) and quinoxalone derivatives were confirmed by 1^H NMR, 13^C NMR, IR, HRMS and/or MS (ESI). X-ray crystallographic analysis of 11b demonstrates a similar arrangement of the side chain of quinoxalone derivatives with the parent diketoacids due to the intramolecular hydrogen bond (O…H-N) and the sp^2 hybridization configuration of the two nitrogen atoms of the quinoxalone ring.  相似文献

A series of m‐ and p‐substituted anilides of benzoic acid, 2‐thienoic acid, and 2‐furoic acid were prepared and their 1H and 13C nmr spectroscopic characteristics were examined. In general, good correlations were observed between the chemical shifts of proton and carbon signals of the acyl aromatic rings and the Hammett σ. Plots of the chemical shift values of the carbonyl carbons of the benzanilides against those of the 2‐thienamides and 2‐furamides gave an excellent correlation and the values of the slopes are 0.79 and 0.52, respectively, in dimethyl sulfoxide‐d6. Group 12 and silver(I) tetramethyl‐m‐benziporphodimethene (TMBPDM) complexes with phenyl, methylbenzoate, or nitrophenyl groups as meso substituents were synthesized and fully characterized. The dimeric silver(I) complex displays an unusual η2,π coordination from the β‐pyrrolic C?C bond to the silver ion. All of the complexes displayed a close contact between the metal ion and the inner C(22)? H(22) on the m‐phenylene ring. The downfield chemical shifts of H(22) and large coupling constants between CdII and H(22) strongly support the presence of an agostic interaction between the metal ion and inner C(22)–H(22). Crystal structures revealed that the syn form is the predominant conformation for TMBPDM complexes. This is distinctively different from the exclusive anti conformation observed in m‐benziporphyrin and tetraphenyl‐m‐benziporphodimethene (TPBPDM) complexes. Evidently, intramolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions between axial chloride and methyl groups stabilize syn conformations. Unlike the merely syn conformation observed in the solid‐state structures of TMBPDM complexes that contain an axial chloride, in solution these complexes display highly solvent‐ and temperature‐dependent syn/anti ratio changes. The observation of dynamic 1H NMR spectroscopic scrambling between syn and anti conformations from the titration of chloride ion into the solution of the TMBPDM complex suggests that axial ligand exchange is a likely pathway for the conversion between syn and anti forms. Theoretical calculations revealed that intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the axial chloride and CHCl3 stabilizes the anti conformation, which explains the increased ratio for the anti form when dichloromethane or chloroform was used as the solvent.  相似文献

A novel method for the preparation of chromogenic calixarenes with azo groups was reported.p-Substituted(-NO2,-CH3,-Cl)amilines were diazotized with isoamyl nitrite in EtONa/EtOH under refluxing condition.Fifteen mono-,bis-,tris-and tetrakis(p-substituted phenyl)azo calix[4]arenes (including proximal and distal isomers) were obtainged respectively by diazo-coupling in different molar ratio to calix[4]arenes(1) under pH=7.5-9.0 in non-aqueous solution at 0-5℃.^1H NMR and ^13C NMR spectra of (p-substtituted phenyl)azo calix[4]-arenes indicated that they existed in cone conformation in solution.  相似文献

Chloride abstraction from the half‐sandwich complexes [RuCl2(η6p‐cymene)(P*‐κP)] ( 2a : P* = (Sa,R,R)‐ 1a = (1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl bis[(1R)‐1‐phenylethyl)]phosphoramidite; 2b : P* = (Sa,R,R)‐ 1b = (1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl bis[(1R)‐(1‐(1‐naphthalen‐1‐yl)ethyl]phosphoramidite) with (Et3O)[PF6] or Tl[PF6] gives the cationic, 18‐electron complexes dichloro(η6p‐cymene){(1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl {(1R)‐1‐[(1,2‐η)‐phenyl]ethyl}[(1R)‐1‐phenylethyl]phosphoramidite‐κP}ruthenium(II) hexafluorophosphate ( 3a ) and [Ru(S)]‐dichloro(η6p‐cymene){(1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl {(1R)‐1‐[(1,2‐η)‐naphthalen‐1‐yl]ethyl}[(1R)‐1‐(naphthalen‐1‐yl)ethyl]phosphoramidite‐κP)ruthenium(II) hexafluorophosphate ( 3b ), which feature the η2‐coordination of one aryl substituent of the phosphoramidite ligand, as indicated by 1H‐, 13C‐, and 31P‐NMR spectroscopy and confirmed by an X‐ray study of 3b . Additionally, the dissociation of p‐cymene from 2a and 3a gives dichloro{(1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl [(1R)‐(1‐(η6‐phenyl)ethyl][(1R)‐1‐phenylethyl]phosphoramidite‐κP)ruthenium(II) ( 4a ) and di‐μ‐chlorobis{(1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl [(1R)‐1‐(η6‐phenyl)ethyl][(1R)‐1‐phenylethyl]phosphoramidite‐κP}diruthenium(II) bis(hexafluorophosphate) ( 5a ), respectively, in which one phenyl group of the N‐substituents is η6‐coordinated to the Ru‐center. Complexes 3a and 3b catalyze the asymmetric cyclopropanation of α‐methylstyrene with ethyl diazoacetate with up to 86 and 87% ee for the cis‐ and the trans‐isomers, respectively.  相似文献

The synthesis of all the final compounds was carried out by four steps.
