Co‐pyrolysis of B2Br4 with PBr3 at 480 °C gave, in addition to the main product closo‐1,2‐P2B4Br4, conjuncto‐3,3′‐(1,2‐P2B4Br3)2 ( 1 ) and the twelve‐vertex closo‐1,7‐P2B10Br10 ( 2 ), both in low yields. X‐ray structure determination for 1 [triclinic, space‐group P1 with a = 7.220(2) Å, b = 7.232(2) Å, c = 8.5839(15) Å, α = 97.213(15)°, β = 96.81(2)°, γ = 94.07(2)° and Z = 1] confirmed that 1 adopts a structure consisting of two symmetrically boron–boron linked distorted octahedra with the bridging boron atoms in the 3,3′‐positions and the phosphorus atoms in the 1,2‐positions. The intercluster 2e/2c B–B bond length is 1.61(3) Å. The shortest boron–boron bond within the cluster framework is 1.68(2) Å located between the boron atoms antipodal to the phosphorus atoms. The icosahedral phosphaborane 2 was characterized by 11B‐11B COSY NMR spectroscopy showing cross peaks indicative for the isomer with the phosphorus atoms in 1,7‐positions. Both the X‐ray data of 1 and the NMR spectroscopic data of 1 and 2 give further evidence for the influence of an antipodal effect of heteroatoms to cross‐cage boron atoms and, vice versa, of an additional shielding of the phosphorus atoms caused by B‐Hal substitution at the boron positions trans to phosphorus.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C8H12BN4)(C13H18BN6)] or Bp′Tp′NiII, where Bp′ is (3,5‐dimethylpyrazol‐1‐yl)dihydro(pyrazol‐1‐yl)borate and Tp′ is bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazol‐1‐yl)hydro(pyrazol‐1‐yl)borate, contains a divalent NiII centre bound by the chelating N atoms of the polysubstituted pyrazolylborate ligands. It is shown to lack a strong agostic B—H...Ni interaction, implying that the sixth coordination site is unoccupied in the solid state. This square‐pyramidal complex is the only known crystal structure where the NiII centre is pentacoordinated while bonded exclusively to pyrazolyl units. This is of interest with respect to electrochemical and catalytic properties.  相似文献

Preparation, Spectroscopic Characterization and Crystal Structures of Mercury(II)‐bis(tetracyanoborate) Hg[B(CN)4]2 and Dimercury(I)‐bis(tetracyanoborate) Hg2[B(CN)4]2 Hg[B(CN)4]2 ( 1 ) is synthesised by the reaction between Hg(NO3)2 and K[B(CN)4]2. In a comproportionation reaction of 1 with elemental mercury the corresponding mercury(I) salt Hg2[B(CN)4]2 ( 2 ) is obtained. The compounds were characterised by vibrational‐ and NMR‐spectroscopy, and their crystal structures were determined. Hg[B(CN)4]2 crystallizes in the trigonal system in the space group P3¯m1 with a = 781.75(3) pm, c = 601.68(2) pm, V = 318.44(2)Å3, and one formula unit per unit cell. For Hg2[B(CN)4]2 an orthorhombic unit cell with a = 568.9(1) pm, b = 3280.9(7) pm, c = 601.68(2) pm, V = 1389.6(5)Å, and Z = 4 is observed.  相似文献

The new ligand‐deficient chain polymer [Hg(μ‐Br)2(3,5‐Br2py)] has been obtained in form of single crystals by thermolysis of the ligand‐rich [Hg(μ‐Br)2(3,5‐Br2py)2] at 180 °C at ambient pressure. From this reaction, high quality crystals of the product are directly accessible. The title compound features HgII cations in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination; their metal centers aggregate via edge‐sharing with asymmetric halide bridges to chains in which all apical N donor ligands are oriented to the same side of the [Hg(μ‐Br)2] backbone. The new polymer cannot be prepared by stoichiometric reaction in solution.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cu(C12H9N2O)(C2H3O2)(C12H10N2O)], is a neutral CuII complex with a primary N3O2 coordination sphere. The Cu centre coordinates to both a deprotonated and a neutral molecule of N‐phenylpyridine‐2‐carboxamide and also to an acetate anion. The coordination around the metal centre is asymmetric, the deprotonated ligand providing two N donor atoms [Cu—N = 1.995 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å] and the neutral ligand providing one N and one O donor atom to the coordination environment [Cu—N = 2.042 (2) Å and Cu—O = 2.2557 (19) Å], the fifth donor being an O atom of the acetate ion [Cu—O = 1.9534 (19) Å]. The remaining O atom from the acetate ion can be considered as a weak donor atom [Cu—O = 2.789 (2) Å], conferring to the Cu complex an asymmetric octahedral geometry. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N—H...O, C—H...O and C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

In the five‐membered ring in the title compound, (2‐aminoethoxy)bis(2‐thienyl)boron, C10H12BNOS2, the B atom is four‐coordinate with dimensions N—B 1.654 (3), O—B 1.479 (3), and C—B 1.606 (3) and 1.609 (3) Å. An intermolecular hydrogen bond between an amino H atom and the ethoxy O atom links the molecules into infinite chains along the a axis. Only one of the two amino H atoms is involved in hydrogen bonding because there is only the one acceptor atom, the ethoxy O atom, and the molecular geometry precludes formation of a second hydrogen bond by the second amino H atom.  相似文献

The Ru—N bond distances in the title complex, [Ru(NO2)(C11H9N3)(C15H11N3)]BF4 or [Ru(NO2)(tpy)(azpy)]BF4, [tpy is 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine and azpy is 2‐(phenylazo)pyridine], are Ru—Npy 2.063 (4), Ru—Nazo 2.036 (4), Ru—Nnitro 2.066 (3) Å, and Ru—Ntpy 2.082 (4), 1.982 (3) and 2.074 (4) Å. The azo N atom is trans to the nitro group. The azo N=N bond length is 1.265 (5) Å, which is the shortest found in such complexes to date. This indicates a multiple bond between Ru and the N atom of the nitro group, and π‐backbonding [dπ(Ru) π*(azo)] is decreased.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [LiPd2Cl4(C12H12N2)2](C24F20B)·1.196CD2Cl2 or [{(Me2bipy)PdCl2}2(μ‐Li)]+·B(C6F5)4·1.196CD2Cl2 (Me2bipy is 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine), an Li+ cation is stabilized by complexation with two (Me2bipy)PdCl2 units through weak Li—Cl interactions. This compound is thus a rare example of a complex that exhibits an arrested Cl abstraction.  相似文献

Reaction of bis(diisopropylamino)(methylamino)borane, (NHiPr)2B(NHMe), with 2,4,6‐trichloroborazine (ClBNH)3 affords 2,4,6‐tri[bis(diisopropylamino)boryl(methylamino)]borazine, 2,4,6‐[(NiPr2)2B(Me)N]3B3N3H3, which is the first boryl‐borazine structurally characterized. According to the X‐ray single crystal structure and the chemical shifts of 11B NMR resonances of boron atoms, compared with the aminoborane and borazine analogs, the borazine and boryl π‐systems are not coplanar either in the solid state or in organic solution. [Fc2B2(Br)(μ‐NPEt3)2]+Br – a Ferrocenyl‐substituted Phosphoraneiminato Complex of Boron [Fc2B2(Br)(μ‐NPEt3)2]+Br has been prepared from ferrocenylboron dibromide, [Fe(η5‐C5H5)(η5‐C5H4BBr2)], and the silylated phosphoraneimine Me3SiNPEt3 in dichloromethane solution to give orange‐red single crystals which were characterized by IR, NMR and 57Fe Mössbauer spectra, as well as by a crystal structure determination. [Fc2B2(Br)(μ‐NPEt3)2]+Br · 3 CH2Cl2 ( 1 · 3 CH2Cl2): Space group P21/n, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at –50 °C: a = 1370.6(3), b = 2320.9(5), c = 1454.4(2), β = 95.38(1)°, R1 = 0.061. In the cation of 1 the ferrocenyl‐substituted boron atoms are connected by the nitrogen atoms of the [NPEt3] groups to form a planar B2N2 four‐membered ring. One of the boron atoms having planar, the other tetrahedral coordination.  相似文献

The reaction of 2‐methylpyridine with TiBr4 affords tetrabromo(2‐methylpyridine‐N)titanate(IV), C6H7Br4NTi. The environment around the Ti atom can be described as a slightly distorted trigonal bipyramid, with the nitrogen base occupying an equatorial position. The crystal structure of the title compound is isomorphous with tetrachloro(2‐methylpyridine‐N)titanate(IV).  相似文献

The title dimer, bis[1‐cyclopentadienyl‐2‐methyl‐1‐titana‐3‐trimethylsilyl‐2,3‐dicarba‐closo‐hexaborane(6)], [Ti(C5H5)(C6H16B4Si)]2, reveals that the centrosymmetric molecule consists of two bent‐sandwich titanacarboranes bridged by the B—H—Ti bonds. The average bond distances are Ti—B 2.445 (3), Ti—C(cage) 2.334 (2) and Ti—C(Cp) 2.376 (3) Å, and the corresponding bond angles are Cp—Ti—Cp 163.2 (1) and Cp—Ti—Cb (Cb = C2B3 face) 139.9 (1)°; the Ti—H separations are 2.10 (2) and 2.19 (2) Å.  相似文献

The achiral meso form of the title compound, C18H38N2O42+·2Cl, crystallizes to form undulating layers consisting of chains linked via weak hydroxyalkyl C—H...Cl contacts. The chains are characterized by centrosymmetric hydrogen‐bonded dimers generated via N—H...Cl and hydroxycycloalkyl O—H...Cl interactions. transN‐Alkyl bridges subdivide the chains into hydrophilic segments flanked by hydrophobic cycloalkyl stacks along [001].  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Ru(C10H8N2S)2(C11H11N3S)](PF6)2·C2H3N, is composed of a bivalent octahedral RuII complex, two PF6 anions and an acetonitrile solvent molecule. Two PF6 units are found on a crystallographic binary axis, therefore contributing just one half each to the asymmetric unit cell. The structure displays a peculiar stereochemistry of the cation. Three bidentate ligands around the Ru centre, together with the coordination of the non‐symmetric S atom, mean that these two atoms are chiral. This would lead to four stereoisomers, but only an enantiomeric pair was found in the analyzed sample.  相似文献

In the title regioisomeric nucleosides, alternatively called 1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐furanosyl)‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidine, C10H12N4O3, (II), and 2‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐furanosyl)‐2H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidine, C10H12N4O3, (III), the conformations of the glycosylic bonds are anti [?100.4 (2)° for (II) and 15.0 (2)° for (III)]. Both nucleosides adopt an S‐type sugar pucker, which is C2′‐endo‐C3′‐exo (2T3) for (II) and 3′‐exo (between 3E and 4T3) for (III).  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Zn(C12H11N2O2S)2(C10H8N2)], consists of monomeric molecules in which the central ZnN2N′N′′ unit has a distorted tetrahedral geometry, with bond lengths ranging from 2.020 (3) to 2.109 (3) Å. The anionic ligands are potential bidentate donors and thus there are two secondary Zn—N interactions. The shorter of these is 2.317 (3) Å and completes at the Zn atom an irregular five‐coordinated geometry, which can be described as a square pyramid showing 30% distortion towards the trigonal bipyramid; the other Zn—N contact is much longer at 2.549 (3) Å.  相似文献

<!?tpct=26.8pt>In the ionic title compound, [Ni(NO3)(C10H9N3)2]NO3, the central NiII atom exhibits cis‐NiN4O2 octahedral coordination with three chelating ligands, viz. one nitrate anion and two di‐2‐pyridylamine (dpya) molecules. A second nitrate group acts as a counter‐ion. The complex cations and the nitrate anions are also linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The compound was prepared in two different reproducible ways: direct synthesis from Ni(NO3)2 and dpya yielded systematically twinned crystals (the twinning law is discussed), while single crystals were obtained unexpectedly from the Ni(NO3)2/dpya/maleic acid/NaOH system.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Rh(CH3)2(C2H3N)(C9H21N3)](C24H20B), the geometry around the RhIII centre is distorted octahedral, with elongated Rh—N bonds trans to the metal‐bonded methyl groups. The metal‐containing cations are located in channels formed by an anionic supramolecular mesh, in which aromatic π–π interactions between anionic [B(Ph)4]? units play a major role.  相似文献

In the first title salt, [Cu(C12H8N2)2(C5H10N2Se)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre occupies a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment defined by four N donors from two 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligands and by the Se donor of a 1,3‐dimethylimidazolidine‐2‐selone ligand, with the equatorial plane defined by the Se and by two N donors from different phen ligands and the axial sites occupied by the two remaining N donors, one from each phen ligand. The Cu—N distances span the range 1.980 (10)–2.114 (11) Å and the Cu—Se distance is 2.491 (3) Å. Intermolecular π–π contacts between imidazolidine rings and the central rings of phen ligands generate chains of cations. In the second salt, [Cu(C10H8N2)2(C3H6N2S)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre occupies a similar distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment comprising four N donors from two 2,2′‐bipyridyl (bipy) ligands and an S donor from an imidazolidine‐2‐thione ligand. The equatorial plane is defined by the S donor and two N donors from different bipy ligands. The Cu—N distances span the range 1.984 (6)–2.069 (7) Å and the Cu—S distance is 2.366 (3) Å. Intermolecular π–π contacts between imidazolidine and pyridyl rings form chains of cations. A major difference between the two structures is due to the presence in the second complex of two N—H...O hydrogen bonds linking the imidazolidine N—H hydrogen‐bond donors to perchlorate O‐atom acceptors.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O2)2(H2O)2], the CuII ion lies on an inversion centre and has an elongated centrosymmetric octahedral environment, equatorially trans‐coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate quinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands and axially coordinated by two water O atoms. Symmetry‐related molecules are linked by strong O—H...O hydrogen bonds, involving the uncoordinated carboxyl O atom of the carboxylate group and the coordinated water molecules, to form a two‐dimensional network. Weak intermolecular C—H...N interactions also stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献
