高分子科学是蓬勃发展的高分子材料工业的理论基础,对其深刻理解、灵活运用是进行高分子工业实践的前提条件,然而当前高分子专业学生中存在对高分子科学不感兴趣或者"偏见"现象,影响了高分子科学的教学效果和后续实践,因此,开展高分子科学教学研究,对培养具备深厚高分子科学理论与应用兴趣的专门人才具有重要意义。作者阐述了为激发学生长久、自主学习兴趣进行的高分子科学第一课教学改进体会,即强调高分子材料的价值宣讲、突出高分子知识的应用特性和演义高分子科学丰富历史,结合知识性、故事性和实际性多维度教学,引导同学们走近高分子、走进高分子、爱上高分子。 相似文献

自从20世纪70年代提出高分子前药的概念以来,伴随着纳米技术的发展,"高分子药物学"作为高分子科学和材料学、纳米科学、药物学、临床医学、分析科学的交叉学科,正在悄然形成.本文综述了近年高分子药物在药物化学、制剂学、药效学等方面所取得的进展,概述了高分子药物的药理学和药代动力学与小分子药物的区别与联系,指出了高分子药物药效学、药理学和药代动力学研究中的难题和瓶颈,特别是高分子药物可能存在的"三种状态"及从"纳米颗粒药"到"单个高分子药"再到"小分子药"的转变,分析了高分子药输送过程中存在的多重屏障如毛细血管壁、细胞外基质和细胞壁等,阐述了高分子药物的"生理靶向"和"EPR"效应的竞争,指出了高分子药在靶向输送和逆转耐药方面的优势,强调了发展相关分析方法的必要性,期盼高分子科学家与药物学家进行真诚有效的合作,大力促进我国高分子药物学和高分子药物产业的创新和发展. 相似文献

为了培养学生对高分子科学技术的专业兴趣,激发学习热情,浙江大学从2004年开始面向高分子材料专业本科生开设《高分子近代史》专业选修课。通过让同学们了解高分子科学和高分子工业的建立和发展历程,建立和加深学生对高分子科学和学科知识整体性、结构性的理解。以世界高分子发展和中国高分子发展的两条线索向同学们介绍高分子科学技术发展中的重要历史事件、涌现的著名高分子科学家、产生的具有历史性意义的研究成果与材料,给同学们展现高分子科学与技术发展的波澜壮阔的历史画卷。经过十多年的尝试和努力,《高分子近代史》课程在教学内容、授课方式和考核方式上均形成了自己的教学特色,受到了本科生的欢迎,对激发和培养同学们学习高分子的兴趣和热情,起到了积极的作用。 相似文献

本文对2011~2013年我国高分子科学重要研究进展进行了综述。全文分为高分子化学、响应性高分子、高分子物理、高分子组装、超分子聚合物、光电功能聚合物、生物医用高分子、石墨烯/聚合物复合体系、聚合物杂化体系和高分子工程等10部分。近年我国内地学者发表的高分子领域研究论文总量跃居世界第一,论文引用数跃居第二,在诸多分支领域中学科发展水平大幅提高,达到或接近国际水平的研究成果快速增多,国际影响力逐年提高。我国高分子学者通过基础研究,为高分子工业技术水平提升和创新也做出了许多贡献。本文还对本学科前沿、发展趋势进行了介绍与展望。文中共引用了227篇参考文献。 相似文献

Flory-Huggins theory of polymer solutions has been used to express the condition of extrema values in the total sorption, as well as the inversion point in the preferential adsorption parameters for termary polymer systems. Two approaches have been followed, the first considers the binary and ternary interaction parameters independent of polymer concentration and solvent composition. In the second one, this dependence has been introduced. Our attention is focused on the volume fraction of solvent mixture dependence of the above parameters, in order to confirm or not the coincidence between the extrema values and the inversion point. Several cosolvent and cononsolvent ternary polymer systems, have been used to test the validity of the equations obtained. Also, it has been verified, from an experimental point of view, that in cosolvent ternary polymer systems there is coincidence in both compositions while in cononsolvent ternary polymer systems, such coincidence does not appear. 相似文献

The reactivity between the active species of atom transfer radical addition and the unsaturated groups of graphene oxides (GOs) has been demonstrated in this work. The reaction and the sequential surface‐initiated atom transfer radical polymerization provide a convenient approach to anchor various polymer chains and to buildup various polymer architectures, such as linear polymer, V‐shape block polymer, multibonded polymer layer, and hierarchical brush‐on‐layer polymer, on GO sheet surfaces. The chemical structures and morphology of the polymer‐modified GOs have been characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and atomic force microscopy. After organomodification, the GOs exhibit a good dispersion ability in organic solvent over 80 days, amphiphilic characteristics, and temperature‐responsive properties. Reduction of the GOs has been performed to result in graphene‐like materials showing certain extent of electron conductivities. A complete expression for the enthalpy of mixing of inhomogeneous polymer–polymer–solvent systems applicable for small as well as large concentration fluctuations has been developed. This is used to express the free energy of inhomogeneous polymer–polymer–solvent systems in an extended form of the Landau-Ginzburg functional. The gradient energy parameters obtained here are consistent with the published results. The free energy functional has been applied to develop a generalized continuity equation for spinodal decomposition in polymer–polymer systems. A linearized version of this continuity equation has been used to study the effect of the gradient terms on the dominant wavelength during spinodal decomposition. 相似文献

Summary: A new principle of design of enzyme-like complexing polymer sorbents and metal polymer complex catalysts has been developed. The principle is based on the use of memory of polymer composition and consists in conformational prearrangement of macromolecules of noncrosslinked complexing polymer favorable for sorbing metal ions and/or catalyzing substrate position followed by intermolecular crosslinking. New water-soluble functional polymer nanocomposites with nanoparticles of metallic silver in a matrix of 1-vinyl-1,2,4-triazole copolymers with crotonic acid have been synthesized. The resulting nanocomposites contain isolated silver nanoparticles 2–12 nm in diameter, preferably spherical in shape, and uniformly distributed in the polymer matrix. ATR IR spectroscopy has revealed that the nanoparticles affect the state of the carboxyl groups in the polymer matrix. It has been found that the size of zero-valent silver nanoparticles depends on the ratio of monomer units in the polymer matrix. The thermo-oxidative stabilities of the synthesized copolymers and polymer nanocomposites produced on their basis have been examined. 相似文献
