A series of arylantimony ferrocenecarboxylates with the formula (C5H5FeC5H4CO2)nSbAr(5?n) (n = 1, 2; Ar = C6H5, 4‐CH3C6H4, 3‐CH3C6H4, 2‐CH3C6H4, 4‐ClC6H4, 4‐FC6H4) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectra. The crystal structures of (C5H5FeC5H4CO2)2Sb(4‐CH3C6H4)3 and C5H5FeC5H4CO2SbPh4 were determined by X‐ray diffraction. Four human neoplastic cell lines (HL‐60, Bel‐7402, KB and Hela) were used to screen these compounds. The results indicate that these compounds at 10 µM show certain in vitro antitumor activities. Some new N‐4‐Fluorobenzoyl phosphoric triamides with formula 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O)X2, X = NH‐C(CH3)3 ( 1 ), NH‐CH2‐CH=CH2 ( 2 ), NH‐CH2C6H5 ( 3 ), N(CH3)(C6H5) ( 4 ), NH‐CH(CH3)(C6H5) ( 5 ) were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR and Mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures of compounds 1 , 3 and 4 were investigated by X‐ray crystallography. The P=O and C=O bonds in these compounds are anti. Compounds 1 and 3 form one dimensional polymeric chain produced by intra‐ and intermolecular ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. Compound 4 forms only a centrosymmetric dimer in the crystalline lattice via two equal ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. 1H and 13C NMR spectra show two series of signals for the two amine groups in compound 1 . This is also observed for the two α‐methylbenzylamine groups in 5 due to the presence of chiral carbon atom in molecule. 13C NMR spectrum of compound 4 shows that 2J(P,Caliphatic) coupling constant for CH2 group is greater than for CH3 in agreement with our previous study. Mass spectra of compounds 1 ‐ 3 (containing 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O) moiety) indicate the fragments of amidophosphoric acid and 4‐F‐C6H4CN+ that formed in a pseudo McLafferty rearrangement pathway. Also, the fragments of aliphatic amines have high intensity in mass spectra.  相似文献

Some new phosphoramidates were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures of CF3C(O)N(H)P(O)[N(CH3)(CH2C6H5)]2 ( 1 ) and 4‐NO2‐C6H4N(H)P(O)[4‐CH3‐NC5H9]2 ( 6 ) were confirmed by X‐ray single crystal determination. Compound 1 forms a centrosymmetric dimer and compound 6 forms a polymeric zigzag chain, both via ‐N‐H…O=P‐ intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Also, weak C‐H…F and C‐H…O hydrogen bonds were observed in compounds 1 and 6 , respectively. 13C NMR spectra were used for study of 2J(P,C) and 3J(P,C) coupling constants that were showed in the molecules containing N(C2H5)2 and N(C2H5)(CH2C6H5) moieties, 2J(P,C)>3J(P,C). A contrast result was obtained for the compounds involving a five‐membered ring aliphatic amine group, NC4H8. 2J(P,C) for N(C2H5)2 moiety and in NC4H8 are nearly the same, but 3J(P, C) values are larger than those in molecules with a pyrrolidinyl ring. This comparison was done for compounds with six and seven‐membered ring amine groups. In compounds with formula XP(O)[N(CH2R)(CH2C6H5)]2, 2J(P,CH2)benzylic>2J(P,CH2)aliphatic, in an agreement with our previous study.  相似文献

A number of alkyltin(IV) paratoluenesulfonates, RnSn(OSO2C6H4CH3‐4)4?n (n = 2, 3; R = C2H5, n‐C3H7, n‐C4H9), have been prepared and IR spectra and solution NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) are reported for these compounds, including (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OSO2X)2 (X = CH3 and CF3), the NMR spectra of which have not been reported previously. From the chemical shift δ(119Sn) and the coupling constants 1J(13C, 119Sn) and 2J(1H, 119Sn), the coordination of the tin atom and the geometry of its coordination sphere in solutions of these compounds is suggested. IR spectra of the compounds are very similar to that observed for the paratoluenesulfonate anion in its sodium salt. The studies indicate that diorganotin(IV) paratoluenesulfonates, and the previously reported compounds (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OSO2X)2 (X = CH3 and CF3), contain bridging SO3X groups that yield polymeric structures with hexacoordination around tin and contain non‐linear C? Sn? C bonds. In triorganotin(IV) sulfonates, pentacoordination for tin with a planar SnC3 skeleton and bidentate bridging paratoluenesulfonate anionic groups are suggested by IR and NMR spectral studies. The X‐ray structure shows [(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OSO2C6H4CH3‐4)2·2H2O] to be monomeric containing six‐coordinate tin and crystallizes from methanol–chloroform in monoclinic space group C2/c. The Sn? O (paratoluenesulfonate) bond distance (2.26(2) Å) is indicative of a relatively high degree of ionic character in the metal–anion bonds. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Studies on Selenium Compounds. LXIV. Preparation and Properties of Acid Derivatives of Phenylselenium(IV) Compounds (C6H5) 2SeX2 and (C6H5) 3SeX. Reactions of (C6H5) 2SeBr2 and (C6H5) 3SeCl with silver salts of acids are investigated. From (C6H5) 2SeBr3 and AgY (Y = N03, CH3CO3, CF3CO2, 1/2 SO4, CH3SO3, NCO) the compounds (C6H5) 2Se(NO3) 2 (C6H5) 2Se(CH3CO2) 2, (C6Hs) 2Se(CF3CO2) 2, (C6H5) 2SeSO4, (C6H5) 2Se(CH3SO3) 2 and (C6H5) 2Se(NCO) 2 are prepared. They are characterized by solubility, molecular weight and conductivity. Reaction of (C6H5) 3SeCl and AgX (X = NO3, CH3CO2) yields (C6H5) 3SeNO3 and (C6H5) 3SeCH3CO2.  相似文献

Reaction Behaviour of Copper(I) and Copper(II) Salts Towards P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3 ‐ the Solid‐State Structures of {[P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]CuOClO3}ClO4, {[P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]Cu}ClO4, [P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]CuONO2 and [P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)2(C6H4CH2NMe2H+NO3‐2)]CuONO2 The reaction behaviour of P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3 ( 1 ) towards different copper(II) and copper(I) salts of the type CuX2 ( 2a : X = BF4, 2b : X = PF6, 2c : X = ClO4, 2d : X = NO3, 2e : X = Cl, 2f : X = Br, 13 : X = O2CMe) and CuX ( 5a : X = ClO4, 5b : X = NO3, 5c : X = Cl, 5d : X = Br) is discussed. Depending on X, the transition metal complexes [P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3Cu]X2 ( 3a : X = BF4, 3b : X = PF6), {[P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]CuX}X ( 4 : X = ClO4, 11a : X = Cl, 11b : X = Br, 14 : X = O2CMe), {[P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]Cu}ClO4 ( 6 ), [P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]CuX ( 7a : X = Cl, 7b : X = Br, 10 : X = ONO2), [P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)2(C6H4CH2NMe2H+NO3‐2)]CuONO2 ( 9 ) and [P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]CuCl}CuCl2 ( 12 ) are accessible. While in 3a , 3b and 6 the phosphane 1 preferentially acts as tetrapodale ligand, in all other species only the phosphorus atom and two of the three C6H4CH2NMe2 side‐arms are datively‐bound to the appropriate copper ion. In solution a dynamic behaviour of the latter species is observed. Due to the coordination ability of X in 3a , 3b and 6 non‐coordinating anions X are present. However, in 4 one of the two perchlorate ions forms a dative oxygen‐copper bond and the second perchlorate ion acts as counter ion to {[P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]CuOClO3}+. In 7 , 9 and 10 the fragments X (X = Cl, Br, ONO2) form a σ‐bond with the copper(I) ion. The acetate moiety in 14 acts as chelating ligand as it could be shown by IR‐spectroscopic studies. All newly synthesised cationic and neutral copper(I) and copper(II) complexes are representing stable species. Redox processes are involved in the formation of 9 and 12 by reacting 1 with 2 . The solid‐state structures of 4 , 6 , 9 and 10 are reported. In the latter complexes the copper(II) ( 4 ) or copper(I) ion ( 6 , 9 , 10 ) possesses the coordination number 4. This is achieved by the formation of a phosphorus‐ and two nitrogen‐copper‐ ( 4 , 9 , 10 ) or three ( 6 ) nitrogen‐copper dative bonds and a coordinating ( 4 ) or σ‐binding ( 9 , 10 ) ligand X. In 6 all three nitrogen and the phosphorus atoms are coordinatively bound to copper, while X acts as non‐coordinating counter‐ion. Based on this, the respective copper ion occupies a distorted tetrahedral coordination sphere. While in 4 and 10 a free, neutral Me2NCH2 side‐arm is present, which rapidly exchanges in solution with the coordinatively‐bound Me2NCH2 fragments, this unit is protonated in 10 . NO3 acts as counter ion to the CH2NMe2H+ moiety. In all structural characterized complexes 6‐membered boat‐like CuPNC3 cycles are present.  相似文献

Reactions of one or two equiv. of cyclohexyl isocyanide in THF at room temperature with Mo?Mo triply bonded complexes [Mo(CO)2(η5‐C5H4R)]2 (R=COCH3, CO2CH3) gave the isocyanide coordinated Mo? Mo singly bonded complexes with functionally substituted cyclopentadienyl ligands, [Mo(CO)2(η5‐C5H4R)]2(μη2‐CNC6H11) ( 1a , R=COCH3; 1b , R=CO2CH3) and [Mo(CO)2(η5‐C5H4R)(CNC6H11)]2 ( 2a , R=COCH3; 2b , R=CO2CH3), respectively. Complexes 1a , 1b and 2a , 2b could be more conveniently prepared by thermal decarbonylation of Mo? Mo singly bonded complexes [Mo(CO)3(η5‐C5H4R)]2 (R=COCH3, CO2CH3) in toluene at reflux, followed by treatment of the resulting Mo?Mo triply bonded complexes [Mo(CO)2(η5‐C5H4R)]2 (R=COCH3, CO2CH3) in situ with cyclohexyl isocyanide. While 1a , 1b and 2a , 2b were characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopy, 1b was further characterized by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

The new compound (NH3CH2CH2NH3)2{Na2[μ2-(C6H4O2)2](C6H4OOH)2} has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The yellow crystals crystallized in the triclinic system with space group P-1 and a=0.6091(2) nm, b= 1.0274(3) nm, c= 1.2466(4) nm, α=89.073(6)°, β=89.376(6)°, γ=78.873(5)°, V=0.7653(4) nm^3, Z= 1, R1=0.0568, wR2=0.1198. Every sodium ion coordinates in trigonal prismatic fashion with two O atoms from a terminal chelating catecholato ligand and four O atoms from bridging P2 catecholato ligands, Two neighboring NaO6 trigonal prisms are face-shared and centrosymmetric with regard to the inversion center consisting of four tri-bridging O atoms to form a binuclear cluster {Na2[μ2-(C6H4O2)2]}^2- anion. The comparison of ^13C NMR spectrum of tlie complex in solid state with that in solution indicated that the rapid exchange between the bridging [μ2-(C6H4O2]^2- and terminal [C6H4OOH]^- ligands was present in solution.  相似文献

From the reaction of 1‐HOCPh2‐2‐NMe2C6H4 ( 1 ), 1‐HOC(C6H11)2‐2‐NMe2C6H4 ( 2 ) and 1‐HOCPh2CH2‐2‐NMe2C6H4 ( 3 ) with n‐BuLi in diethyl ether, the solvent‐free chelated dimethylamino lithium alkoxides [1‐LiOCPh2‐2‐NMe2C6H4]2 ( 4 ), [1‐LiOC(C6H11)2‐2‐NMe2C6H4]2 ( 5 ) and [1‐LiOCPh2CH2‐2‐NMe2C6H4]2 ( 6 ) were obtained. The lithium alkoxides 4 – 6 were characterized by 1H, 7Li, and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Crystal structure determinations of 5 and 6 were carried out. Compounds 5 and 6 are examples of structurally characterized solvent‐free chelated dimethylamino lithium alkoxides and 6 is a rare example of this type containing a seven‐membered ring. The o‐substituted hybrid phenylphosphines, PPh2(o‐C6H4NH2) and PPh2(o‐C6H4OH), could be deprotonated with LDA or n‐BuLi to yield PPh2(o‐C6H4NHLi) and PPh2(o‐C6H4OLi), respectively. When added to a solution of (η5‐C5H5)Fe(CO)2I at room temperature, these two lithiated reagents produce a chelated neutral complex 1 (η5‐C5H5)Fe(CO)[C(O)NH(o‐C6H4)PPh2C,P‐η2] for the former and mainly a zwitterionic complex 2 , (η5‐C5H5)Fe+(CO)2[PPh2(o‐C6H4O?)] for the latter. Complex 1 could easily be protonated and then decarbonylated to give 4 [(η5‐C5H5)Fe(CO){NH2(o‐C6H4)PPh2N,P‐η2}+]. Complexes 1 and 4‐I have been crystallographically characterized with X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

Synthesis and Crystal Structures of Bismuth Chalcogenolato Compounds Bi(SC6H5)3, Bi(SeC6H5)3, and Bi(S‐4‐CH3C6H4)3 Bismuth(III) acetate reacts with thiophenol in ethyl alcohol at 80 °C to yield Bi(SC6H5)3 ( 1 ). Slow cool down of the deep yellow mixture lead to the formation of orange crystals of 1 . The homotype phenylselenolato compound of bismuth Bi(SeC6H5)3 ( 2 ) has been prepared by the reaction of BiX3 (X = Cl, Br) with Se(C6H5)SiMe3 in diethyl ether. In the same way as Bi(SC6H5)3 ( 1 ) the reaction between bismuth(III) acetate and 4‐tolulenethiole results in red crystals of Bi(S‐4‐CH3C6H4)3 ( 3 ). In consideration of three longer Bi–E distances (intermolecular interactions, E = S; Se) the Bi(EPh)3 molecules form via face‐linked octahedra 1‐dimensional chains in the crystal lattice, while for 3 the 1‐dimensional chain is formed by face‐linked trigonal prisma. We reported herein the synthesis and structures of Bi(SC6H5)3 ( 1 ), Bi(SeC6H5)3 ( 2 ), and Bi(S‐4‐CH3C6H4)3 ( 3 ).  相似文献

Bipy, Phen, and P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3 in the Synthesis of Cationic Silver(I) Complexes; the Solid‐State Structures of [P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]AgOTf and [Ag(phen)2]OTf The reaction of [P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]AgX ( 1a , X = OTf; 1b , X = OClO3) with equimolar amounts of LcapL ( 2a , LcapL = 2, 2′‐bipyridine, bipy; 2b , LcapL = 4, 4′‐dimethyl‐2, 2′‐bipyridine, bipy′; 2c , LcapL = 1, 10‐phenanthroline, phen) leads to the formation of the cationic complexes {[P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]Ag(LcapL)}+X (LcapL = bipy: 3a , X = OTf; 3b , X = ClO4; LcapL = bipy′: 3c , X = OTf; 3d , X = ClO4; LcapL = phen: 3e , X = OTf; 3f , X = ClO4) in which the building blocks LcapL and P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3 act as bidentate chelating ligands and are datively‐bound to the silver atom. Spectroscopic studies reveal that on the NMR time‐scale the phosphane group is dynamic with exchanging the respective Me2NCH2 built‐in arms. While complex 3e is stable in the solid‐state, it appeared that solutions of 3e start to decompose upon precipitation of colloidal silver when they are heated or irradiated with light, respectively. Appropriate work‐up of the reaction mixture allows the isolation of the phosphane P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3 ( 5 ) along with [Ag(phen)2]OTf ( 4 ). The solid‐state structures of neutral 1a and cationic 4 are reported. Mononuclear 1a crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with the cell parameters a = 16.7763(2), b = 14.7892(2), c = 25.44130(10)Å, β = 106.1260(10), V = 6063.83(11)Å3 and Z = 4 with 8132 observed unique reflections (R1 = 0.0712), while 4 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with the cell parameters a = 26.749(3), b = 7.1550(10), c = 26.077(3)Å, β = 113.503(2), V = 4576.8(10)Å3 and Z = 4 with 6209 observed unique reflections (R1 = 0.0481). The unit cell of 1a consists of two independent molecules. In both molecules the silver atom possesses a distorted tetrahedral coordination sphere and a boat‐like conformation for the six‐membered AgPNCH2C2/phenyl cycles is found. In 4 , as typical for 1a , the silver atom possesses the coordination number 4. The two phen ligands are tilted by 40.63°. The OTf group is acting as non‐coordinating counter ion.  相似文献

The zinc alkoxide molecules in di‐μ3‐ethanolato‐diethyltetrakis(μ2‐2‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐3‐olato‐κ3O3,O4:O3)tetrazinc(II), [Zn4(C2H5)2(C2H5O)2(C6H5O3)4], (I), and bis(μ3‐2‐ethoxyphenolato‐κ4O1,O2:O1:O1)bis(μ2‐2‐ethoxyphenolato‐κ3O1,O2:O1)bis(μ2‐2‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐3‐olato‐κ3O3,O4:O3)bis(2‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐3‐olato‐κ2O3,O4)tetrazinc(II) toluene disolvate, [Zn4(C6H5O3)4(C8H9O2)4]·2C7H8, (II), lie on crystallographic centres of inversion. The asymmetric units of (I) and (II) contain half of the tetrameric unit and additionally one molecule of toluene for (II). The ZnII atoms are four‐ and six‐coordinated in distorted tetrahedral and octahedral geometries for (I), and six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral environment for (II). The ZnII atoms in both compounds are arranged in a defect dicubane Zn4O6 core structure composed of two EtZnO3 tetrahedra and ZnO6 octahedra for (I), and of four ZnO6 octahedra for (II), sharing common corners. The maltolate ligands exist mostly in a μ2‐bridging mode, while the guetholate ligands prefer a higher coordination mode and act as μ3‐ and μ2‐bridges.  相似文献

The reactions of Fe(CO)5 or Fe3(CO)12 with NaBEt3H or KB[CH(CH3)C2H5]3H, respectively and treatment of the resulting carbonylates M2Fe(CO)4, M = Na, K with elemental selenium in appropriate ratios lead to the formation of M2[Fe2(CO)6(μ‐Se)2]. Subsequent reactions with organo halides or the complex fragment cpFe(CO)2+, cp = η5‐C5H5 afforded the selenolato complexes [Fe2(CO)6(μ‐SeR)2], R = CH2SiMe3 ( 1 ), CH2Ph ( 2 ), p‐CH2C6H4NO2 ( 3 ), o‐CH2C6H4CH2 ( 4 ) and cpFe(CO)2+ ( 5 ) in moderate to good yields. A similar reaction employing Ru3(CO)12, Se and p‐O2NC6H4CH2Br leads to the formation of the corresponding organic diselenide. The X‐ray structures of 1 , 3 , 4 and 5 were determined and revealed butterfly structures of the Fe2Se2 cores. The substituents in 1 , 3  and 5 adopt different conformations depending on their steric demand. In 4 , the conformation is fixed because of the chelate effect of the ligand. The Fe–Se bond lengths lie in the range 235 to 240 pm, with corresponding Fe–Fe bond lengths of 254 to 256 pm. The 77Se NMR data of the new complexes are discussed and compared with the corresponding data of related complexes.  相似文献

Reaction of Ndcl3 with AlCl3 and mesitylene in benzene gives complex [Nd(η6‐1, 3, 5‐C6H3Me3)‐(AlCl4)3](C6H6) (1) which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, MS and X‐ray diffractions. The X‐ray determination indicates that 1 has a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry and crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 0.9586(2), b = 1.1717(5), c = 2.8966(7) nm, β = 90.85 (2)°, V = 3.2529 (6) nm3,Dc= 1.573 g/cm3, Z = 4. A comparison of bond parameters for all the reported Ln (η6‐Ar) (AlCl4)3 complexes indicates that the bond distance of La? C is shortened with the increasing of methyl group on benzene and with the decreasing of radius of lanthanide ions.  相似文献
