建立了离子转换色谱与紫外检测器联用检测啤酒中无机阴离子与有机酸的新方法。在传统的离子色谱基础上引入两根离子转换柱,无机阴离子与有机酸经过两步转换,定量转换成有相同紫外响应的碘酸盐,然后用紫外检测器代替电导检测器进行定量分析。在Dionex AS11-HC阴离子色谱柱上,采用KOH梯度淋洗方式实现了12种无机阴离子与有机酸的分离。结果表明,12种无机阴离子和有机酸检出限(S/N=3)与定量限(S/N=10)分别为6.168~29.01 μg/L与20.56~66.30 μg/L;线性关系良好(r在0.9994以上),回收率为89.0%~117.0%,RSD均小于1.0%,该方法与传统的电导检测器检测结果相当。该方法简单快捷,只需采用少数标准曲线,就可以实现啤酒中无机离子与有机酸的定量测定。 相似文献

建立了以YSA-8阴离子交换柱的离子色谱法分析乙二醇中微量有机酸和无机阴离子的方法,比较了进样乙二醇浓度对F-及有机酸测定结果的影响,进样乙二醇质量分数低于8.5%时,能够得到较准确的数据.用本法对所测的有机酸和无机阴离子检出限均在8.9 μg/L以下,线性相关系数r在0.996~0.999范围内,标准样中各物质的离子峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)在4.2%以下(n=11),对乙二醇质量分数约为8.5%的样品中F-及有机酸的加标回收率在91.6%~100.0%之间,乙二醇含水料直接测定无机阴离子的加标回收率在91.8%~104.8%之间. 相似文献

建立离子色谱梯度淋洗抑制电导法测定电厂水中有机酸和无机阴离子的方法。选用Ion Pac AG11–HC(50 mm×4 mm)阴离子保护柱和Ion Pac AS11–HC(250 mm×4 mm)阴离子分析柱对样品进行分离,以氢氧化钾溶液梯度淋洗,自再生抑制电导检测器检测,同时测定电厂水中的有机酸和无机阴离子。F–,Cl–,NO2–,Br–,NO3–的线性范围为0.005~2 mg/L,CH3COO–,HCOO–,SO42–,PO43–的线性范围为0.01~5 mg/L,各组分线性相关系数为0.998 9~0.999 3,检出限为0.122~0.989 ng/m L,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2.0%(n=7),样品加标平均回收率为97.9%~101.7%。该方法操作简便,实用性强,可以用于电厂水中有机酸和无机阴离子的检测。 相似文献

固相萃取-离子色谱法测定甘蔗糖蜜及糖蜜酒精废液中的非氮有机酸和无机阴离子 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
建立了固相萃取-离子色谱测定甘蔗糖蜜及糖蜜酒精废液中乙酸、乳酸、琥珀酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、草酸、富马酸、柠檬酸、乌头酸等非氮有机酸和盐酸根、硫酸根、磷酸根等3种无机阴离子的方法。样品稀释液经强阴离子(SAX)固相萃取小柱净化除去糖类和色素等干扰基质,再用稀KOH溶液洗脱,经0.45 μm水膜过滤后,用IonPac AS15阴离子分离柱、KOH溶液梯度淋洗-抑制电导检测分离分析。考察了固相萃取小柱对待测离子的保留和洗脱条件。实验结果表明,除乙酸和乳酸的分离不完全、苹果酸与琥珀酸的组分重叠外,其余组分可达到完全分离,被测组分的浓度与其峰高在一定的范围呈良好的线性关系,检出限均低于0.20 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.7%。测定了2种甘蔗糖蜜和1种糖蜜酒精废液中有机酸及无机阴离子,结果满足检测的要求,样品中各组分的加标回收率为94%~109%。 相似文献

An ion chromatographic (IC) method for the determination of six organic acids and three inorganic anions in Bayer liquors
was proposed. Formic, acetic, propionic, oxalic, succinic, glutaric acid, F−, Cl−, and SO
4
2−
were separated and determined within 33 min. For the first time, repeatability, reproducibility, and recoveries for the determination
of these acids in Bayer liquors were estimated. The analytes were removed from a Bayer liquor by using an ion-exchange resin
column. The chromatographic separation was achieved with only one IonPac AS11-HC column thermostated at 30°C. Organic acids
and inorganic anions were detected with a suppressed conductance detector. The precision results showed that the relative
standard deviations of the repeatability and reproducibility were <2.94 and <1.37%, respectively. The accuracy of the method
was confirmed with an average recovery ranging between 86.3 and 105.6%. Under optimum conditions the detection limits ranged
from 0.008 to 0.053 mg/L.

Since the development of low-pressure ion chromatography (LPIC), many inorganic cations and anions as well as organic acids could be analyzed at a low-pressure of 1.96 x 10(5)-2.94 x 10(5) Pa. And the ultra-short columns took the place of the common long chromatographic columns. Furthermore, the ultra-short columns of LPIC not only reduced the system pressure appreciably, but also achieved high sensitivity and precision. In order to assess the characteristics of the super-short columns, much analysis, i.e., the analysis of alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, transition-metals, rare-earth elements, inorganic anions and organic acids as well as the common amino acids, were conducted. 以自制的6.0μm单分散大孔交联聚氯甲基苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯(Poly(4-vinylbenzylchloride-co-divi-nylbenzene),PCMS/DVB)微球为基质和引发剂,CuCl和自行合成的三[(2-二甲基氨基)乙基]胺(Tris[2-(dimeth-ylamino)ethyl]amine,Me6TREN)组成混合催化体系,使4-乙烯基吡啶(4-Vinyl pyridine,4-VP)在甲苯中进行原子转移自由基聚合,制得4-乙烯基吡啶聚合物,单体4-乙烯基吡啶的接枝率为8.55%。将该聚合物与正溴丁烷反应制得新型亲水色谱固定相。在亲水作用色谱模式下,流速1 mL/min,乙腈-水为流动相可分离5种芳胺化合物和4种酚类化合物。在离子交换色谱模式下,6 mmol/L Na2CO3-5.5 mmol/L NaHCO3为淋洗液可分别分离5种无机阴离子和4种短链有机酸。结果表明,此固定相对极性化合物和无机阴离子具有良好的分离性能,是一种性能优异的亲水作用色谱固定相。 相似文献
