A series of 10α-acyloxy-N-phenethyl-8-azabicyclo[4.3.1]decane derivatives have been synthesized and studied by 1H and 13C nmr spectroscopy, and the crystal structure of N-phenethyl-10aL-(xanten-9″-carbonyloxy)bicyclo[4.3.1]decane 2 has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The compounds studied display in deuteriochloroform the same preferred conformation adopted by the piperidine ring as a distorted chair conformation flattened at N-8 with both the phenethyl and acyloxy groups in the equatorial position with respect to the piperidine ring. These results are in close agreement with that found for compound 2 in the crystalline state.  相似文献

The facile preparation of a racemic hydrazine bridged diphosphonium compound possessing a ring system analogous to bicyclo[3.3.2]decane is reported. Although the reaction yield is low, the structure of the compound, which possesses an eight-membered ring, two phosphonium cationic centers, a biimino bridge, molecular chirality and two fused aromatic rings locked into roughly perpendicular planes is unusual. The compound displays substantial biological activity in the brine shrimp test and cleaves plasmid DNA.  相似文献

The thermal rearrangement of 7 -propargyloxy-cycloheptatriene in decane solution at 180°C gave bicyclo[3.3.2]deca-3,7,9-trien-2-one ( 13 ) and the unstable 2,7-dihydro-cyclohepta[ b ]-pyran ( 12 ) (Scheme 2). The structures of these compounds were determined mainly by NMR. spectroscopy. Derivatives of 13 were also identified by comparison with known compounds (Scheme 3). Possible mechanisms for the formation of 13 and 12 are outlined in Schemes 5 and 6 respectively. The thermal rearrangement of 2-propargyloxy-cycloheptatrienone ( 21 ) gave, in high yield, 2-methyl-8H-cyclohepta[b]furan-8-one ( 22 ) (Scheme 7).  相似文献

A series of crystalline host compounds, which have a bicyclo[2.2.1]heptene-7-one system, has been synthesized and their inclusion behavior has been investigated. The cycloadduct of phencyclone and N-naphthylmaleimide forms a 1:1 crystalline inclusion complex with 2-butanone. Carboxylic acid host compounds (3) having a phenanthrene-condensed bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-en-7-one skeleton have been synthesized by the [4 + 2]pi cycloaddition of phencyclone (1a) with 2-alkenoic acids (2) and their inclusion behavior was investigated. The endo [4 + 2]pi cycloadducts (3) enclathrated alcohols and ethers besides aromatics and ketones. The X-ray crystallographic analysis of the inclusion compound (3ac-dioxane) of the endo [4 + 2]pi cycloadduct (3ac) of phencyclone and trans 2-butenoic acid (2c) indicated that dioxanes are located at the opposite side of the bridged carbonyl of the bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-en-7-one moiety, in which the O-H...O and C-H...O hydrogen bonds play an important role in the inclusion complex formation. Similarly, a pair of 3-pentanone molecules were included in the endo [4 + 2] pi cycloadduct (3ae) of 1a and cinnamic acid (2e). In both cases, the hosts are linked by the edge-to-face interaction between the phenanthrene and phenyl rings and the "bidentate" C-H...O hydrogen bonds between the phenanthrene-ring hydrogens and the bridged carbonyl or the carboxylic carbonyl group. The endo [4 + 2] pi cycloadduct (3bl) of tetracyclone (1b) and acrylamide (2l) also showed a wide-range inclusion behavior, in which alcohols are included by making a hydrogen-bond loop with the amide groups. The inclusion behavior of the carboxylic acid Diels-Alder hosts is discussed on the basis of the single crystal X-ray analysis, thermal analysis and semiempirical molecular orbital calculation data.  相似文献

The mass spectra of bicyclic ketones bicyclo[4.2.1]nonan-9-one, bicyclo[5.2.1]decan-10-one, bicyclo[4.3.1]decan-10-one and bicyclo[5.3.1]undecan-11-one specifically deuterated in positions both adjacent and nonadjacent to the carbonyl carbon have been investigated. The fragmentation and rearrangement processes predominating appear to be dictated by the inherent strain in the molecules. An unusual tendency for fragment ions to recyclize is supported by deuterium labeling results, high resolution mass measurements, metastable studies and comparison with model compounds. The mass spectra of the bicyclic ketones under investigation are considerably more complex than those of acyclic ketones.  相似文献

The energies of various conformations have been calculated by molecular mechanics for cis and trans isomers of 2,4,7,9-tetraoxabicyclo[4.4.0] decane and 3,5,8,10-tetraoxabicyclo[5.3.0]decane and their methyl derivatives. These molecules are models for reaction products from formaldehyde and the tetrols, pentitols, and hexitols. The conformational equilibria were analyzed for the cis-bicyclo [4.4.0] and cis-bicyclo[5.3.0] systems and compared with available experimental data. The thermodynamic stability of bicyclo[4.4.0] products was found to be higher than that of bicyclo[5.3.0] derivatives in the gas phase in every case studied. Discrepancies with experimental data that exist in a few cases can be ascribed to solvent effects.  相似文献

The cyanosubstituted trimethylenemethane donor undergoes palladium-catalyzed [6 + 3] cycloaddition with a variety of tropones to yield bicyclo[4.3.1]decadienes in excellent regio-, diastereo-, and enantioselectivity. Products of the Pd-TMM [6 + 3] cycloaddition participate in a thermal [3,3] sigmatropic rearrangement to yield bicyclo[3.3.2]decadienes in good yield.  相似文献

The Alder-Rickert ethylene extrusion reaction manifests in the ground state structures of compounds 9-12 which contain the bicyclo[2.2.2]octadiene moiety and compounds 13, 14, and 17-20 which contain the bicyclo[2.2.2]octene moiety. A significant decrease of the 13C-13C one-bond coupling constants for the C-C bonds, which break in this fragmentation reaction, suggests lengthening, and hence weakening of these bonds. In the unsymmetrical systems these effects are also shown to be associated with strengthening of the CH2-CH2 bond, which is ultimately lost from the molecule as ethylene. Low-temperature crystal structures of compounds 9-12 and 16 provide evidence for similar crystal packing requirements of the CH2-CH2 and CH=CH moieties.  相似文献

Azulenones with an angular acyl substituent were synthesized by the reactions of 2-aryl-2-chloroacylketenes with phenylthioacetylene or ethoxyethyne. Acyl-substituted azulenones with a methoxy group in the cycloheptatriene moiety could be rearranged to spiro[4.5] compounds. Spiro[4.5] and bicyclo[5.3.0]decane ring systems were constructed en route to a formal synthesis of (±)-acorenol and synthesis of the hydroazulene core of pseudolaric acid, respectively.  相似文献

Simple and efficient Grignard procedures are reported for the syntheses of B-allenyl-10-(phenyl)-9-borabicyclo[3.3.2]decane (1) and its B-(gamma-trimethylsilylpropargyl) counterpart (2) in both enantiomeric forms. Both add selectively to ketones, providing propargyl- and alpha-silylallenyl 3-degree-carbinols, respectively (i.e., 6 (61-93% ee) and 9 (64-98% ee)). The air-stable boron byproduct is efficiently recovered and recycled back to either 1 or 2. The ozonolysis and bromination of 9 provide nonracemic alpha-hydroxy acids and gamma-bromopropynyl carbinols, respectively.  相似文献

Five new limonoids, including andhraxylocarpins A and B ( 1 and 2 ) which contain a 9‐oxa‐tricyclo[3.3.2.17, 10]undecane‐2‐ene motif, andhraxylocarpins C and D ( 3 and 4 ), which contain a (Z)‐bicyclo[5.2.1]dec‐3‐en‐8‐one substructure, and andhraxylocarpin E ( 5 ), which contains a tricyclo[3.3.1.13, 6]decane‐9‐one scaffold, were isolated from the seeds of two true mangroves, Xylocarpus granatum and Xylocarpus moluccensis, that were collected in the estuaries of Andhra Pradesh, India. The absolute configurations of these compounds were determined by extensive NMR investigations, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, and by circular dichroism and optical rotatory dispersion spectroscopy, in combination with quantum‐chemical calculations. The pronounced structural diversity of limonoids from these mangroves might originate from environmental factors.  相似文献

提出了球形主体分子的设计思想,把具有球形结构的分子柏木醇(1)、马钱子碱(2)、三乙烯二胺(1,4-二氮-二环[2.2.2]辛烷(3)作为主体分子,把酚类化合物,诸如苯酚(4)、邻甲苯酚(5)、间甲苯酚(6)、对甲苯酚(7)、对氯苯酚(8)和对硝基苯酚(11)等作为客体分子,进行了主客体分子相素作用实验,采用粉末X射线衍射、1^HNMR等分析手段确认了包结化合物的形成及主客体分子的摩尔比,摩尔比(H/G)分别为(1)+(4)1:1,(1)+(5)1:1,(1)+(6)1:1,(1)+(7)1:1,(1)+(11)1:2,(2)+(11)1:1,(3)+(4)1:2,(3)+(5)1:3,(3)+(6)1:2,(3)+(7)1:2,(3)+(8)1:2,(3)+(11)1:2,对典型包结化合物的单晶,诸如柏木醇和邻甲苯酚、马钱子碱和对硝基苯酚以及三乙烯二胺和对硝基苯酚,进行了四圆X射线衍射结构分析,结果表明,包结化合物的堆砌结构特征随主体分子的体积大小而改变,从隧道型如(1)+(5)和(2)+(11)转变为夹层型如(3)+(11)。用Nd:YAG激光测试晶体的SHG效应,结果表明,大部分包结物晶体具有非线性光学性质。  相似文献

Utilizing the biscarbene character of electrophilically activated alkynes, a novel tandem intramolecular cyclopropanation/Cope rearrangement of 3-siloxy-1,3,9-trien-7-ynes catalyzed by W(CO)5(L) for the stereoselective construction of bicyclo[5.3.0]decane framework is achieved. When 3-siloxy-1,3,9-trien-7-ynes were treated with a catalytic amount of W(CO)6 under photoirradiation, bicyclo[5.3.0]decanes were obtained in good yield stereoselectively. In this reaction, the Cope rearrangement of the divinylcyclopropane intermediates, generated by the intramolecular cyclopropanation of 3-siloxy-1,3,9-trien-7-ynes based on the W(CO)5(L)-catalyzed electrophilic activation of alkynes, occurs to give synthetically useful functionalized bicyclo[5.3.0]decane derivatives stereoselectively.  相似文献

Relative rate constants for the gas-phase reactions of OH radicals with a series of bi- and tricyclic alkanes have been determined at 299 ± 2 K, using methyl nitrite photolysis in air as a source of OH radicals. Using a rate constant for the reaction of OH radicals with cyclohexane of 7.57 × 10?12 cm3/molec·s, the rate constants obtained are (× 1012 cm3/molec·s): bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane, 5.53 ± 0.15; bicyclo[2.2.2]octane, 14.8 ± 1.0; bicyclo[3.3.0]octane, 11.1 ± 0.6; cis-bicyclo[4.3.0]nonane, 17.3 ± 1.3; trans-bicyclo[4.3.0]nonane, 17.8 ± 1.3; cis-bicyclo[4.4.0]decane, 20.1 ± 1.4; trans-bicyclo[4.4.0]decane, 20.6 ± 1.2; tricyclo[5.2.1.02,6]decane, 11.4 ± 0.4; and tricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]decane, 23.2 ± 2.1. These data show that overall ring strain energies of ?4–5 kcal mol?1 have no significant effect on the rate constants, but that larger ring strain results in the rate constants being decreased, relative to those expected for the strain-free molecules, by ratios which increase approximately exponentially with the overall ring strain.  相似文献

Optically active 1,3-bridged cyclobutanes 10 of the bicyclo[3.1.1]heptane ring system and 1,2-bridged cyclobutanes 11 of the bicyclo[3.2.0]heptane ring system were produced by UV irradiation of alpha,beta,gamma,delta-unsaturated esters 9a and 9c-f. The preference of endo-stereochemistry at C-6 bridged head was observed in cross-adducts 10. On the other hand, irradiation of conjugated dienol 9b led via only parallel cycloaddition to 1,2-bridged cyclobutane 11.  相似文献

A type II intramolecular oxidopyrylium‐mediated [5+2] cycloaddition reaction allows the efficient and diastereoselective formation of various highly functionalized and synthetically challenging bridged seven‐membered ring systems (such as bicyclo[4.4.1]undecane, bicyclo[4.3.1]decane, bicyclo[5.4.1]dodecane, and bicyclo[6.4.1]]tridecane). This simple, thermal, direct transformation has a broad substrate scope and is high yielding, with high functional‐group tolerance and unique endo selectivity. The highly strained tricyclic cores of ingenol mebutate (picato) and cyclocitrinol are synthesized efficiently and diastereoselectively using this methodology.  相似文献
