A one‐step method was reported for the synthesis of 6‐acetamido‐3‐(N‐(2‐(dimethylamino) ethyl) sulfamoyl) naphthalene‐1‐yl 7‐acetamido‐4‐hydroxynaphthalene‐2‐sulfonate by treating 7‐acetamido‐4‐hydroxy‐2‐naphthalenesulfonyl chloride with equal moles of N, N‐dimethylethylenediamine in acetonitrile in the presence of K2CO3. The chemical structure of the obtained compounds was characterized by MS, FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, gCOSY, TOCSY, gHSQC, and gHMBC. The chemical shift differences of 1H and 13C being δ 0.04 and 0.2, respectively, were unambiguously differentiated. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Synthesis of ethyl 5‐amino‐4‐cyano‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylate 5 has been achieved via abnormal Beckmann rearrangement of o‐chloroaldehyde 1 . Reaction of o‐aminocarbonitrile 5 with concentrated H2SO4 furnished expected o‐aminocarboxamide pyrazole 6 . Key intermediates o‐aminocarbonitrile 5 and o‐aminocarboxamide 6 were successfully utilized for the synthesis of pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives. The replacement of Cl in o‐chlorocarbonitrile 3 with secondary amine furnished new synthon 13 , which was further used for the synthesis of polysubstituted heterocycles. The obtained new products were well characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR, and mass spectra.  相似文献

The synthesis of a new series of 4‐aryl‐3‐chloro‐2‐oxo‐N‐[3‐(10H‐phenothiazin‐10‐yl)propyl]azetidine‐1‐carboxamides, 4a – 4m , is described. Phenothiazine on reaction with Cl(CH2)3Br at room temperature gave 10‐(3‐chloropropyl)‐10H‐phenothiazine ( 1 ), and the latter reacted with urea to yield 1‐[3‐(10H‐phenothiazin‐10‐yl)propyl]urea ( 2 ). Further reaction of 2 with several substituted aromatic aldehydes led to N‐(arylmethylidene)‐N′‐[3‐(phenothiazin‐10‐yl)propyl]ureas 3a – 3m , which, on treatment with ClCH2COCl in the presence of Et3N, furnished the desired racemic trans‐2‐oxoazetidin‐1‐carboxamide derivatives 4a – 4m . The structures of all new compounds were confirmed by IR, and 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy, FAB mass spectrometry, and chemical methods.  相似文献

In this study, we report the synthesis a series of novel 2‐[N‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)‐6,14‐endo‐etheno‐6,7,8,14‐tetrahydrothebaine‐7α‐yl]‐5‐phenyl‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivatives ( 7a – e ) which have potential opioid antagonist and agonist. The substitution reaction of 6,14‐endo‐ethenotetrahydrothebaine‐7α‐carbohydrazide with corresponding benzoyl chlorides gave diacylhydrazine compounds 4a – e in good yields. The treatment of compounds 4a – e with POCl3 caused the conversion of side‐chain of compounds 5a – e into 1,3,4‐oxadiazole ring at C(7) position; thus, compounds 5a – e were obtained. Subsequently, cyanamides ( 6a – e ) were prepared from compounds 5a – e and then compounds 7a – e were synthesized by the azidation of 6a – e with NaN3. The structures of the compounds were established on the basis of their IR, 1H NMR, 13C APT, 2D‐NMR (COSY, NOESY, HMQC, HMBC) and high‐resolution mass spectral data.  相似文献

Chitosan ( 1 ) was prepared by basic hydrolysis of chitin of an average molecular weight of 70000 Da, 1H‐NMR spectra indicating almost complete deacetylation. N‐Phthaloylation of 1 yielded the known N‐phthaloylchitosan ( 2 ), which was tritylated to provide 3a and methoxytritylated to 3b . Dephthaloylation of 3a with NH2NH2?H2O gave the 6‐O‐tritylated chitosan 4a . Similarly, 3b gave the 6‐O‐methoxytritylated 4b . CuSO4‐Catalyzed diazo transfer to 4a yielded 95% of the azide 5a , and uncatalyzed diazo transfer to 4b gave 82% of azide 5b . Further treatment of 5a with CuSO4 produced 2‐azido‐2‐deoxycellulose ( 7 ). Demethoxytritylation of 5b in HCOOH gave 2‐azido‐2‐deoxy‐3,6‐di‐O‐formylcellulose ( 6 ), which was deformylated to 7 . The 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of 7 to a range of phenyl‐, (phenyl)alkyl‐, and alkyl‐monosubstituted alkynes in DMSO in the presence of CuI gave the 1,2,3‐triazoles 8 – 15 in high yields.  相似文献

One pot green synthesis of 1‐(1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl)spiro[azetidine‐2,3′‐(3H)‐indole]‐2′,4′(1′H)‐diones was carried out by the reaction of indole‐2,3‐diones,4‐amino‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole and acetyl chloride/chloroacetyl chloride in ionic liquid [bmim]PF6 with/without using a catalyst. It was also prepared by conventional method via Schiff's bases, 3‐[4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl]imino‐indol‐2‐one. Further, the corresponding phenoxy derivatives were obtained by the reaction of chloro group attached to azetidine ring with phenols. The synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical and spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and FAB mass) data. Evaluation for insecticidal activity against Periplaneta americana exhibited promising results.  相似文献

A series of 3‐(3‐hydroxyphenyl)‐4‐alkyl‐3,4‐dihydrobenzo[e][1,3]oxazepine‐1,5‐dione compounds with general formula CnH2n+1CNO(CO)2C6H4(C6H4OH) in which n are even parity numbers from 2 to 18. The structure determinations on these compounds were performed by FT‐IR spectroscopy which indicated that the terminal alkyl chain attached to the oxazepine ring was fully extended. Conformational analysis in DMSO at ambient temperature was carried out for the first time via high resolution 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Diselenadiphosphetane Diselenides and Triselenadiphospholane Diselenides – Synthesis and Characterization by 31P and 77Se Solid‐State NMR Spectroscopy 1,3‐Diselena‐2,4‐diphosphetane‐2,4‐diselenides (RPSe2)2 with R = Me, Et, t‐Bu, Ph, 4‐Me2NC6H4, 4‐MeOC6H4 have been synthesized by different methods. The insoluble compounds were investigated by 31P and 77Se solid‐state NMR and the purity of the compounds has been checked by their CP MAS sideband NMR spectra. The structure of the investigated compounds has been confirmed by the isotropic and anisotropic values of the chemical shifts and the 1JP–Se coupling constants. In addition, two new 1,2,4‐triselena‐3,5‐diphospholane‐3,5‐diselenides, (RPSe2)2Se (R = Me, Et), formed under similar synthesis conditions, were investigated. Their structure was derived from the 77Se satellites of 31P solution spectra and from solid‐state spectra. For (t‐BuPSe2)2 the experimentally obtained principal values of phosphorus and selenium shielding tensors are compared with values from IGLO calculations (HF und SOS DFPT). The calculated orientations of the principal axes are discussed.  相似文献

Twenty 2,3‐disubstituted‐4(3H)‐quinazolinones were synthesed by one‐pot three‐component method with isatoic anhydride, orthoesters and amines as raw materials in the presence of KAl(SO4)2·12H2O (Alum) under microwave irradiation and solvent‐free conditions. 6‐Bromo‐2‐propyl‐3‐p‐tolylquinazolin‐4(3H)‐one ( 4m ), 6‐bromo‐2‐methyl‐3‐phenethylquinazolin‐4(3H)‐one ( 4n ) and 6‐bromo‐2‐ethyl‐3‐phenethylquinazolin‐4(3H)‐one ( 4o ) were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis.  相似文献

A series of new chiral 2(5H)‐furanone derivatives containing bis‐1,2,3‐triazole moiety were designed and synthesized from (5S)‐5‐alkoxy‐3,4‐dihalo‐2(5H)‐furanones 1 , dicarboxyl amino acids 2 , propargyl bromide, and organic azides 5 under mild conditions via the sequential three steps, including asymmetric Michael addition‐elimination, substitution and no‐ligand click reaction. Twelve new intermediates, including N‐[5‐alkoxy‐2(5H)‐furanonyl] dicarboxyl amino acids 3 and their corresponding propargyl esters 4 , and twelve target molecules 6 were characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The influences of different synthetic conditions and substrates in each step were investigated. The research provides a new method and idea for the synthesis of 2(5H)‐furanone compounds with polyheterocyclic structure due to the diversities of four basic unit molecules.  相似文献

Four aluminum alkyl compounds, [CH{(CH3)CN‐2,4,6‐MeC6H2}2AlMe2] ( 1 ), [CH{(CH3)CN‐2,4,6‐MeC6H2}2AlEt2] ( 2 ), [CH{(CH3)CN‐2‐iPrC6H4}2AlMe2] ( 3 ), and [CH{(CH3)CN‐2‐iPrC6H4}2AlEt2] ( 4 ), bearing β‐diketiminate ligands [CH{(Me)CN‐2,4,6‐MeC6H2}]2 (L1H) and [CH{(Me)CN‐2‐iPrC6H4}]2 (L2H) were obtained from the reactions of trimethylaluminum, triethylaluminum with the corresponding β‐diketiminate, respectively. All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray structural analysis, and elemental analysis. Compounds 1 – 4 were found to catalyze the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε‐caprolactone (ε‐CL) with good activity.  相似文献

The synthesis of two O‐2′,3′‐cyclic ketals, i.e., 5 and 6 , of the cytostatic 5‐fluorouridine ( 2 ), carrying a cyclopentane and/or a cyclohexane ring, respectively, is described. The novel compounds were characterized by 1H‐, 19F‐, and 13C‐NMR, and UV spectroscopy, as well as by elemental analyses. Their crystal structures were determined by X‐ray analysis. Both compounds 5 and 6 show an anti‐conformation at the N‐glycosidic bond which is biased from +ac to +ap compared to the parent nucleoside 2 . The sugar puckering is changed from 2′E to 3′E going along with a reduction of the puckering amplitude τm by ca. 10–13° due to the ketalization. The conformation about the sugar exocyclic bond C(4′)? C(5′) of 5 and 6 remains unchanged, i.e., g+, compared with compound 2 .  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization and ε‐caprolactone polymerization behavior of lanthanide amido complexes stabilized by ferrocene‐containing N‐aryloxo functionalized β‐ketoiminate ligand FcCOCH2C(Me)N(2‐HO‐5‐But‐C6H3) (LH2, Fc = ferrocenyl) are described. The lanthanide amido complexes [LLnN(SiMe3)2(THF)]2 [Ln = Nd ( 1 ), Sm ( 2 ), Yb ( 3 ), Y ( 4 )] were synthesized in good yields by the amine elimination reactions of LH2 with Ln[N(SiMe3)2]3(µ‐Cl)Li(THF)3 in a 1:1 molar ratio in THF. These complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis, and 1H NMR spectroscopy was added for the analysis of complex 4 . The definitive molecular structures of complexes 1 and 3 were determined by X‐ray diffraction studies. Synthesis of novel 4-(4-methylsulfonylphenyl)-3-phenyl-2(3H)-thiazole thione derivatives with functionalized diarylheterocycle pharmacophore as potential COX-2 inhibitors was described. The title compounds were synthesized by cyclocondensation of corresponding dithiocarbamate and 2-bromo-1-(4-methylsulfonylphenyl)ethanone, followed by dehydration with H2SO4. A green and convenient approach to the synthesis of novel 4,7‐diaryl‐2‐oxo(thio)‐1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8‐octahydroquinazoline‐5‐one derivatives from appropriate aromatic aldehydes and 5‐aryl‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione with urea or thiourea in the presence of dilute HCl as catalyst in water is described. This method provides several advantages such as environmental friendliness, low cost, high yields, and simple workup procedure. The structures of all compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS, and 1H NMR. The crystal and molecular structure of 4‐(4′‐chlorophenyl)‐7‐(4′‐methoxyphenyl)‐1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8‐octahydroquinazoline‐2,5‐dione 5m have been determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The crystal of compound 5m belongs to monoclinic with space group P‐21/c, a = 1.4353 (4) nm, b = 1.4011 (4) nm, c = 0.9248 (3) nm, α = 90.00°, β = 101.242 (6)°, γ = 90.00°, Z = 4, V = 1.8241 (9) nm3, R1 = 0.0448, and wR2 = 0.1022. An advanced novel magnetic ionic liquid based on imidazolium tagged with ferrocene, a supported ionic liquid, is introduced as a recyclable heterogeneous catalyst. Catalytic activity of the novel nanocatalyst was investigated in one‐pot three‐component reactions of various aldehydes, malononitrile and 2‐naphthol for the facile synthesis of 2‐amino‐3‐cyano‐4H‐pyran derivatives under solvent‐free conditions without additional co‐catalyst or additive in air. For this purpose, we firstly synthesized and investigated 1‐(4‐ferrocenylbutyl)‐3‐methylimidazolium acetate, [FcBuMeIm][OAc], as a novel basic ferrocene‐tagged ionic liquid. This ferrocene‐tagged ionic liquid was then linked to silica‐coated nano‐Fe3O4 to afford a novel heterogeneous magnetic nanocatalyst, namely [Fe3O4@SiO2@Im‐Fc][OAc]. The synthesized novel catalyst was characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Fourier transform infrared and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopies, X‐ray diffraction, and transmission and field emission scanning electron microscopies. Combination of some unique characteristics of ferrocene and the supported ionic liquid developed the catalytic activity in a simple, efficient, green and eco‐friendly protocol. The catalyst could be reused several times without loss of activity.  相似文献

Synthesis and characterization of bis[2‐(arylimino)‐1,3‐thiazolidin‐4‐ones] are described. The one‐pot, pseudo‐five‐component reaction of an aliphatic diamine, isothiocyanatobenzene, and dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioate at room temperature in anhydrous CH2Cl2 gives the title compound in relatively high yield. Under the same conditions, aromatic 1,2‐diamines yield 2‐(arylimino)‐N‐(enaminoaryl)‐1,3‐thiazolidin‐4‐ones in a pseudo‐four‐component reaction. Their structures were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this type of cyclization is proposed (Scheme 3).  相似文献

Synthesis ofN1‐3‐{(4‐substitute daryl‐3‐chloro‐2‐oxo‐azetidine)‐iminocarbamyl}‐propyl‐6‐nitroindazole 4a – 4s was conducted by a conventional method. All the compounds were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FAB‐Mass techniques and chemical methods. All the final synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity and antitubercular activity with MIC values against some selected microorganisms.  相似文献

An efficient one‐pot synthesis of 3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3‐yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one (=3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives 4 by a four‐component reaction of a salicylaldehyde 1 , 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one, a benzylamine 2 , and a diaroylacetylene (=1,4‐diarylbut‐2‐yne‐1,4‐dione) 3 in EtOH is reported. This new protocol has the advantages of high yields (Table), and convenient operation. The structures of these coumarin (=2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives, which are important compounds in organic chemistry, were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. Convergent syntheses of the 9‐(3‐X‐2,3‐dideoxy‐2‐fluoro‐β‐D ‐ribofuranosyl)adenines 5 (X=N3) and 7 (X=NH2), as well as of their respective α‐anomers 6 and 8 , are described, using methyl 2‐azido‐5‐O‐benzoyl‐2,3‐dideoxy‐2‐fluoro‐β‐D ‐ribofuranoside ( 4 ) as glycosylating agent. Methyl 5‐O‐benzoyl‐2,3‐dideoxy‐2,3‐difluoro‐β‐D ‐ribofuranoside ( 12 ) was prepared starting from two precursors, and coupled with silylated N6‐benzoyladenine to afford, after deprotection, 2′,3′‐dideoxy‐2′,3′‐difluoroadenosine ( 13 ). Condensation of 1‐O‐acetyl‐3,5‐di‐O‐benzoyl‐2‐deoxy‐2‐fluoro‐β‐D ‐ribofuranose ( 14 ) with silylated N2‐palmitoylguanine gave, after chromatographic separation and deacylation, the N7β‐anomer 17 as the main product, along with 2′‐deoxy‐2′‐fluoroguanosine ( 15 ) and its N9α‐anomer 16 in a ratio of ca. 42 : 24 : 10. An in‐depth conformational analysis of a number of 2,3‐dideoxy‐2‐fluoro‐3‐X‐D ‐ribofuranosides (X=F, N3, NH2, H) as well as of purine and pyrimidine 2‐deoxy‐2‐fluoro‐D ‐ribofuranosyl nucleosides was performed using the PSEUROT (version 6.3) software in combination with NMR studies.  相似文献
