采用高温固相法合成了一种长波紫外激发的SrZnO2:Eu^3+, Li^+发光材料, 用X射线衍射谱、荧光光谱对样品进行了表征. 结果表明, Eu^3+离子在SrZnO2基质中主要占据Sr^2+离子不对称性格位, 发射来源于5D0→7F2 612 nm为主的红光. 加入电荷补偿剂Li^+离子能显著提高发光强度, 350~400 nm内的激发峰也有明显提高, 同时观察到来自Eu^3+离子高能级5D1→7FJ(J=0~2)的跃迁发射, 并对其产生机制进行了初步探讨. 实验结果表明, SrZnO2:Eu^3+, Li^+是一种有发展前途的长波紫外激发红光荧光体.  相似文献

采用高温熔融法制备了ZnO-P2O5:Tb^3+玻璃,并以热释光为手段,研究了基质组成、Tb^3+掺杂浓度、熔制气氛、Tb^3+与其他稀土离子共掺等因素对ZnO-P2O5:Tb^3+玻璃的发光中心、陷阱浓度及陷阱能级分布的影响。结果表明:ZnO含量的增加,使得与Zn^2+配位的氧空位的数量增多,导致50-150℃低温区对应的陷阱浓度增加;还原气氛下,Tb^3+掺杂后,一方面形成发光中心使得热释光强度提高,另一方面,可能由于不等价取代基质中的Zn^2+离子产生新的缺陷使得陷阱能级加深;空气气氛下,大部分Tb^3+被氧化成Tb^4+,发光中心浓度降低;Ce^3+,Eu^3+,Dy^3+,Nd^3+,Pr^3+和Er^3+与Tb^3+共掺时,陷阱能级深度与陷阱中心的电荷密度发生了不同程度的变化。  相似文献

用高温固相反应法制备了稀土离子Eu^3+掺杂的三元稀土硼酸盐Ba3Gd(BO3)3发光材料,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱和扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段对Ba3Gd(BO3)3∶Eu^3+荧光粉的制备条件、发光性能以及形貌进行了研究。XRD结果表明,在1000℃时可得到Ba3Gd(BO3)3纯相。扫描电镜照片显示颗粒基本为球形,粒径约为200-400 nm。发光光谱测试表明,Ba3Gd(BO3)3∶Eu^3+荧光粉在近紫外区(UV)(396 nm)和蓝光区(466 nm)可以被有效地激发,分别用255和396 nm的紫外光激发样品时,以Eu3+的5D0-7F2(611和616 nm)超灵敏跃迁为主要发射峰。当Eu3+的掺杂浓度为10%(摩尔分数)时,Ba3Gd(BO3)3∶Eu3+在611和616 nm处的发光强度最大。因此,这种荧光粉是一种可能应用在白光LED上的红色荧光材料。  相似文献

H3BO3对微波等离子体法合成SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+的影响   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
采用微波等离子体法合成SrAl2O4:Eu^2+ Dy^3+长余辉发光材料,探讨了H3BO3的加入对材料的光谱性能、余辉性能、相组成结构、微观形貌的影响。结果表明,适量的添加助溶剂H3BO3,有利于增强材料的发光强度,延长余辉时间,但过量的添加反而会导致发光性能下降。本试验确定硼酸的最佳添加量为10%。综合检测分析结果推断,硼酸加入后在高温下大部分形成液相,并通过液相传质促进晶体生长,提高基质的结晶程度,同时促进稀土离子Eu^2+,Dy^3+进入晶格并使其分布更均匀;而少部分则会进入晶格发生B取代Al,引起晶体场畸变,从而提高了材料的发光强度和长余辉特性。  相似文献

采用碳酸盐前躯体高温分解法合成了Sr1-xZnxY2S4∶Er^3+,Sr1-xZnxY2S4∶Eu^2+和Sr1-xZnxY2S4∶Er^3+,Eu^2+红色荧光粉。XRD图谱表明,Zn^2+掺杂量x〈0.2 mol时,粉末样品为CaFe2O4型正交晶体。Zn^2+离子在Sr1-xZnxY2S4∶Er^3+,Eu^2+中的固溶量(xmol)对荧光粉的发射强度影响很大。随着Zn^2+离子掺杂浓度的增加,Sr1-xZnxY2S4∶Er^3+,Eu^2+(SZYSEE)紫外区激发峰(200-413 nm)发生红移,并与可见光激发带(413-600 nm)形成一个连续的宽带谱,与紫外和GaN基LED芯片辐射都有良好的匹配性。当Zn^2+掺杂量为0.1 mol时,SZYSEE的发光强度达到最大,其发光强度比未掺Zn2+的增强10.7倍。Sr0.9Zn0.1Y1.76S4∶0.24Er^3+,0.006Eu^2+是一种潜在的白光LED用红色荧光粉。  相似文献

As an Hg-free lamp using phosphor, the Bi^3+ and EH^3+ co-doped Y2O2S phosphors were prepared and their luminescence properties under vacuum ultraviolet(VUV) excitation were investigated. The VUV photoluminescent intensity of Y2O2S:Eu^3+ was weak, however, considerably stronger red emission at 626 nm with good color purity was observed in Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Bi^3+ systems. Investigation on the photoluminescence reveals that the strong VUV luminescence of Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Bi^3+ at 147 nm is mainly because the Bi^3+ acts as a medium and effectively performs the energy transfer process: Y^3+-O^2-→Bi^3+→Eu^3+, while the intense emission band at 172 nm is attributed to the absorption of the characteristic ^1So-^1P1 transition of Bi^3+ and the direct energy transfer from Bi^3+ to Eu^3+. The Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Bi^3+ shows excellent VUV optical properties compared with the commercial (Y,Gd)BO3:Eu^3+. Thus, the Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Bi^3+ can be a potential red VUV-excited candidate applied in Hg-free lamps for backlight of liquid crystal display.  相似文献

以NH4F为助熔剂采用固相反应法合成了Eu^3+掺杂的α—Gd2(MoO4)3荧光粉。研究了引入不同含量助熔剂时对材料的结晶、荧光粉颗粒粒径、表面形貌及光谱性质的影响。实验结果表明,引入重量比为3%时样品具有好的结晶和优良的光谱性质;同时,随着助熔剂量的增加Eu^3+离子在晶体中所处的格位对称性发生了变化;另外,通过Eu^3+掺杂浓度变化的结果讨论了Eu^3+的浓度猝灭行为。光谱测量的结果表明,该荧光粉与其他商品荧光粉不同,其最有效的激发波长不在电荷迁移带范围,而是465和395nm跃迁,该荧光粉可作为近紫外LED和三基色荧光粉组合型自光器件的红色荧光粉的候选材料。  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成了SrZnP2O7:Eu^3+荧光粉,该荧光粉的激发主峰值位于400nm,适用于UVLED管芯的激发;在紫外激发下的发射峰由位于591和597nm(^5D0~^7F1),616,624和629nm(^5D0~^7F2),656nm(^5D0~^7F3)及688nm(^5D0~^7F4)4组线状峰构成,对应Eu^3+的特征跃迁,呈现橙红色发光。分析了Eu^3+离子浓度对样品发光效率的影响,随着浓度增加,其发射一直增强,但其发光效率已经开始减弱。Bi^3+的加入使发光强度得到很大提高,并讨论了在SrZnP2O7基质中Bi^3+对Eu^3+的能量传递和敏化作用。  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了碱土金属离子(Mg^2+,Ca^2+,Ba^2+)掺杂的SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+长余辉荧光粉。XRD谱分析表明,随着基质中掺入的碱土金属离子(Mg^2+,Ca^2+,Ba^2+)浓度增加,基质晶格常数也随之发生变化。Mg^2+,Ca^2+和Ba^2+ 3种碱土离子在SrAl2O4中的固溶范围分别为40%,15%和30%。光谱分析则表明在固溶范围内随着掺杂Mg^2+,Ca^2+和Ba^2+浓度的增大,样品的发射峰值会在480~530nm范围出现规律性移动。适当浓度的Mg^2+,Ba^2+掺杂会不同程度地提高样品的发光强度,而Ca^2+的掺杂则会降低发光强度。但是碱土金属离子(Mg^2+,Ca^2+,Ba^2+)的掺杂并不能延长SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+荧光粉的余辉时间。  相似文献

In this paper we describe the phosphine-catalyzed [3 + 2], [3 + 3], [4 + 3], and [3 + 2 + 3] annulations of azomethine imines and allenoates. These processes mark the first use of azomethine imines in nucleophilic phosphine catalysis, producing dinitrogen-fused heterocycles, including tetrahydropyrazolo-pyrazolones, -pyridazinones, -diazepinones, and -diazocinones. Counting the two different reaction modes in the [3 + 3] cyclizations, there are five distinct reaction pathways-the choice of which depends on the structure and chemical properties of the allenoate. All reactions are operationally simple and proceed smoothly under mild reaction conditions, affording a broad range of 1,2-dinitrogen-containing heterocycles in moderate to excellent yields. A zwitterionic intermediate formed from a phosphine and two molecules of ethyl 2,3-butadienoate acted as a 1,5-dipole in the annulations of azomethine imines, leading to the [3 + 2 + 3] tetrahydropyrazolo-diazocinone products. The incorporation of two molecules of an allenoate into an eight-membered-ring product represents a new application of this versatile class of molecules in nucleophilic phosphine catalysis. The salient features of this protocol--the facile access to a diverse range of nitrogen-containing heterocycles and the simple preparation of azomethine imine substrates--suggest that it might find extensive applications in heterocycle synthesis.  相似文献

The reciprocal system 3Tl2S + Bi2Se3 ? 3Tl2Se + Bi2S3 has been investigated by DTA, X-ray powder diffraction analysis, and emf measurements. Some polythermal sections and the isothermal section at 500 K of the phase diagram and the projection of the liquidus surface of this system have been constructed, and the types and coordinates of the invariant and univariant equilibria have been determined. The existence of wide regions of quaternary solid solutions based on the binary compounds Tl2S, Tl2Se, Bi2S3, and Bi2Se3, and solid solutions between the temary compounds TlBiS2 and TlBiSe2 have been established.  相似文献

Direct variable reaction coordinate transition state theory (VRC-TST) rate coefficients are reported for the (3)CH(2) + OH, (3)CH(2) + (3)CH(2), and (3)CH(2) + CH(3) barrierless association reactions. The predicted rate coefficient for the (3)CH(2) + OH reaction (approximately 1.2 x 10(-10) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1) for 300-2500 K) is 4-5 times larger than previous estimates, indicating that this reaction may be an important sink for OH in many combustion systems. The predicted rate coefficients for the (3)CH(2) + CH(3) and (3)CH(2) + (3)CH(2) reactions are found to be in good agreement with the range of available experimental measurements. Product branching in the self-reaction of methylene is discussed, and the C(2)H(2) + 2H and C(2)H(2) + H2 products are predicted in a ratio of 4:1. The effect of the present set of rate coefficients on modeling the secondary kinetics of methanol decomposition is briefly considered. Finally, the present set of rate coefficients, along with previous VRC-TST determinations of the rate coefficients for the self-reactions of CH(3) and OH and for the CH(3) + OH reaction, are used to test the geometric mean rule for the CH(3), (3)CH(2), and OH fragments. The geometric mean rule is found to predict the cross-combination rate coefficients for the (3)CH(2) + OH and (3)CH(2) + CH(3) reactions to better than 20%, with a larger (up to 50%) error for the CH(3) + OH reaction.  相似文献

Bi3+ and lanthanide ions have been codoped in metal oxides as optical sensitizers and emitters. But such codoping is not known in typical semiconductors such as Si, GaAs, and CdSe. Metal halide perovskite with coordination number 6 provides an opportunity to codope Bi3+ and lanthanide ions. Codoping of Bi3+ and Ln3+ (Ln=Er and Yb) in Cs2AgInCl6 double perovskite is presented. Bi3+-Er3+ codoped Cs2AgInCl6 shows Er3+ f-electron emission at 1540 nm (suitable for low-loss optical communication). Bi3+ codoping decreases the excitation (absorption) energy, such that the samples can be excited with ca. 370 nm light. At that excitation, Bi3+-Er3+ codoped Cs2AgInCl6 shows ca. 45 times higher emission intensity compared to the Er3+ doped Cs2AgInCl6. Similar results are also observed in Bi3+-Yb3+ codoped sample emitting at 994 nm. A combination of temperature-dependent (5.7 K to 423 K) photoluminescence and calculations is used to understand the optical sensitization and emission processes.  相似文献
