The reactions of [N(3)P(3)Cl(6)] with one, two, or three equivalents of the difunctional 1,2-closo-carborane C(2)B(10)H(10)[CH(2)OH](2) and K(2)CO(3) in acetone have been investigated. These reactions led to the new spiro-closo-carboranylphosphazenes gem-[N(3)P(3)Cl(6-2n)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)](n)] (n=1 (1), 2 (2)) and the first fully carborane-substituted phosphazene gem-[N(3)P(3)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)](3)] (3). A bridged product, non-gem-[N(3)P(3)Cl(4)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)]] (4), was also detected. The reaction of the well-known spiro derivatives [N(3)P(3)Cl(2)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)] and [N(3)P(3)Cl(4)(O(2)C(12)H(8))] with the same carborane-diol and K(2)CO(3) in acetone gave the new compounds gem-[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(3-n)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)](n)] (n=1 (5) or 2 (6), respectively), without signs of intra- or intermolecularly bridged species. Upon treatment with NEt(3) in acetone, compound 5 was converted into the corresponding nido-carboranylphosphazene. However, the reaction of gem-[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)]] (5) with NEt(3) in ethanol instead of acetone proceeded in a different manner to give the new compound (NHEt(3))(2)[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)(O)[OCH(2)C(2)B(9)H(10)CH(2)OCH(2)CH(3)]] (7). For compounds with two 2,2'-dioxybiphenyl units, gem-[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)]] (5), (NHEt(3))[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(9)H(10)]] (8), and (NHEt(3))(2)[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)(O)[OCH(2)C(2)B(9)H(10)CH(2)OCH(2)CH(3)]] (7), a mixture of different stereoisomers may be expected. However, for 5 and 7 only the meso compounds seem to be formed, with the same (R,S)-configuration as in the precursor [N(3)P(3)Cl(2)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)]. The reaction of 5 to give 8 seems to proceed with a change of configuration at one phosphorus center, giving a racemic mixture. The crystal structures of the nido-carboranylphosphazenes 7 and 8 have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

A cyanide-bridged molecular square of [Ru(II) (2)Fe(II) (2)(mu-CN)(4)(bpy)(8)](PF(6))(4).CHCl(3).H(2)O, abbreviated as [Ru(II) (2)Fe(II) (2)](PF(6))(4), has been synthesised and electrochemically generated mixed-valence states have been studied by spectroelectrochemical methods. The complex cation of [Ru(II) (2)Fe(II) (2)](4+) is nearly a square and is composed of alternate Ru(II) and Fe(II) ions bridged by four cyanide ions. The cyclic voltammogram (CV) of [Ru(II) (2)Fe(II) (2)](PF(6))(4) in acetonitrile showed four quasireversible waves at 0.69, 0.94, 1.42 and 1.70 V (vs. SSCE), which correspond to the four one-electron redox processes of [Ru(II) (2)Fe(II) (2)](4+) right arrow over left arrow [Ru(II) (2)Fe(II)Fe(III)] (5+) right arrow over left arrow [Ru(II) (2)Fe(III) (2)](6+) right arrow over left arrow [Ru(II)Ru(III)Fe(III) (2)](7+) right arrow over left arrow [Ru(III) (2)Fe(III) (2)](8+). Electrochemically generated [Ru(II) (2)Fe(II)Fe(III)](5+) and [Ru(II) (2)Fe(III) (2)](6+) showed new absorption bands at 2350 nm (epsilon =5500 M(-1) cm(-1)) and 1560 nm (epsilon =10 500 M(-1) cm(-1)), respectively, which were assigned to the intramolecular IT (intervalence transfer) bands from Fe(II) to Fe(III) and from Ru(II) to Fe(III) ions, respectively. The electronic interaction matrix elements (H(AB)) and the degrees of electronic delocalisation (alpha(2)) were estimated to be 1090 cm(-1) and 0.065 for the [Ru(II) (2)Fe(II)Fe(III) (2)](5+) state and 1990 cm(-1) and 0.065 for the [Ru(II) (2)Fe(III) (2)](6+) states.  相似文献

The spontaneous formation of the heteroligated complex [PtCl(kappa(2)-Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)SMe)(Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)SPh)]Cl (8 a) by a novel ligand rearrangement process has been observed. By using the weak-link approach, the relative arrangement of the alkyl and aryl groups can be controlled by abstraction of chloride from 8 a to form the closed complex [Pt(kappa(2)-Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)SMe)(kappa(2)-Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)SPh)][BF(4)](2) (5) and reopening using halide ions to form semi-open complexes [PtX(kappa(2)-Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)SMe)(Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)SPh)]BF(4) (8 b; X=Cl(-)) and (8 c; X=I(-)). Analogous procedures using Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)SMe and 1,4-(Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)S)(2)C(6)H(4) lead to heteroligated bimetallic complexes 7 and 9, illustrating that this ligand rearrangement process can be used as a tool for the assembly of complementary metallosupramolecular structures.  相似文献

The reaction of trans-[(C(6)F(5))(p-tol(3)P)(2)PtCl] (PtCl) and butadiyne (cat. CuI, HNEt(2)) gives trans-[(C(6)F(5))(p-tol(3)P)(2)Pt(Ctbond;C)(2)H] (PtC(4)H, 81 %), which reacts with excess HC(triple bond)CSiEt(3) under Hay coupling conditions (O(2), cat. CuCl/TMEDA, acetone) to yield PtC(6)Si (53 %). A solution of PtC(6)Si in acetone is treated with wet nBu(4)NF to generate PtC(6)H. The addition of ClSiMe(3) (F(-) scavenger) and then excess HC(triple bond)CSiEt(3) under Hay conditions gives PtC(8)Si (39 %). Hay homocouplings of PtC(4)H, PtC(6)H, and PtC(8)H (generated in situ analogously to PtC(6)H) yield PtC(8)Pt, PtC(12)Pt, and PtC(16)Pt (97-92 %). Reactions of PtC(4)H and PtC(6)H with PtCl (cat. CuCl, HNEt(2)) give PtC(4)Pt and PtC(6)Pt (69 %, 34 %). The attempted conversion of PtC(8)H to PtC(10)Si affords mainly PtC(16)Pt, with traces of PtC(20)Pt and PtC(24)Pt. The complexes PtC(x)Pt are exceedingly stable (dec pts 234 to 288 degrees C), and Et(3)P displaces p-tol(3)P to give the corresponding compounds Pt'C(8)Pt' and Pt'C(12)Pt' (94-90 %). The effect of carbon chain lengths upon IR nu(C(triple bond)C) patterns (progressively more bands), UV/Vis spectra (progressively red-shifted and more intense bands with epsilon >600 000 M(-1) cm(-1)), redox properties (progressively more difficult and less reversible oxidations), and NMR values are studied, and analyzed with respect to the polymeric sp carbon allotrope "carbyne". The crystal structure of PtC(12)Pt shows a dramatic, unprecedented degree of chain bending, whereas the chains in PtC(8)Pt, Pt'C(12)Pt', and PtC(16)Pt are nearly linear.  相似文献

Reaction of K(10)[alpha(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61)] or K(10)[alpha(1)-P(2)W(17)O(61)] or [Bu(4)N][OsCl(4)N] in a water/methanol mixture, and subsequent precipitation with (Bu(4)N)Br provided [alpha(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61){Os(VI)N}](7-) and [alpha(1)-P(2)W(17)O(61){Os(VI)N}](7-) Dawson structures as tetrabutylammonium salts. Reactions of [(Bu(4)N)(4)][alpha-H(3)PW(11)O(39)] with either [ReCl(3)(N(2)Ph(2))(PPh(3))(2)] or [Bu(4)N][ReCl(4)N] are alternatives to the synthesis of [(Bu(4)N)(4)][alpha-PW(11)O(39){Re(VI)N}]. (183)W and (15)N NMR, EPR, IR, and UV-visible spectroscopies and cyclic voltammetry have been used to characterize these compounds and the corresponding [(Bu(4)N)(4)][alpha-PW(11)O(39){Os(VI)N}] Keggin derivative.  相似文献

Manual grinding of the organometallic complex [Fe(eta(5)-C(5)H(4)COOH)(2)] with a number of solid bases, namely 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, C(6)H(12)N(2), 1,4-phenylenediamine, p-(NH(2))(2)C(6)H(4), piperazine, HN(C(2)H(4))(2)NH, trans-1,4-cyclohexanediamine, p-(NH(2))(2)C(6)H(10), and guanidinium carbonate [(NH(2))(3)C](2)[CO(3)], generates quantitatively the corresponding adducts, [HC(6)H(12)N(2)][Fe(eta(5)-C(5)H(4)COOH)(eta(5)-C(5)H(4)COO)] (1), [HC(6)H(8)N(2)][Fe(eta(5)-C(5)H(4)COOH)(eta(5)-C(5)H(4)COO)] (2), [H(2)C(4)H(10)N(2)][Fe(eta(5)-C(5)H(4)COO)(2)] (3), [H(2)C(6)H(14)N(2)][Fe(eta(5)-C(5)H(4)COO)(2)].2 H(2)O, (4.2 H(2)O), and [C(NH(2))(3)](2)[Fe(eta(5)-C(5)H(4)COO)(2)].2 H(2)O, (5.2 H(2)O), respectively. Crystallization from methanol in the presence of seeds of the ground sample allows the growth of single crystals of these adducts; therefore we were able to determine the structures of the adducts by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. This information was used in turn to identify and characterize the polycrystalline materials obtained by the grinding process. In the case of [HC(6)N(2)H(12)][Fe(eta(5)-C(5)H(4)COOH)(eta(5)-C(5)H(4)COO)] (1), the base can be removed by mild treatment regenerating the starting dicarboxylic acid, while in all other cases decomposition is observed. The solid-solid processes described herein imply molecular diffusion through the lattice, breaking and reassembling of hydrogen-bonded networks, and proton transfer from acid to base.  相似文献

Three C(90) fractions were isolated by multi-step HPLC from fullerene soot obtained from direct current (DC) arc discharge of undoped graphite rods. C(90) of each fraction was chlorinated with VCl(4) or SbCl(5) in ampoules at 290-310 °C, affording a series of C(90)Cl(n) compounds. Single-crystal X-ray crystallography with the use of synchrotron radiation resulted in structure elucidation of seven C(90)Cl(n) compounds containing six different isolated pentagon rule (IPR) C(90) cages (the number of the C(90) isomer is given in the parentheses): C(90)(46)Cl(32) (I), C(90)(34)Cl(32) (II), C(90)(35)Cl(24) (III), and C(90)(35)Cl(28) (IV), C(90)(32)Cl(24) (V as co-crystals with III), co-crystals of C(90)(30)Cl(22) and C(90)(28)Cl(24) (VI), and C(90)(28)Cl(24) (VII). Cage connectivities of C(90) isomers 35 and 28 have been crystallographically confirmed for the first time. The chlorination patterns of the C(90)Cl(n) molecules are discussed in terms of the formation of isolated aromatic systems and isolated C=C double bonds on the fullerene cage. The distribution of six C(90) isomers in three HPLC fractions is compared with data from the literature.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterisation of a pyridazine-containing two-armed grid ligand L2 (prepared from one equivalent of 3,6-diformylpyridazine and two equivalents of p-anisidine) and the resulting transition metal (Zn, Cu, Ni, Co, Fe, Mn) complexes (1-9) are reported. Single-crystal X-ray structure determinations revealed that the copper(I) complex had self-assembled as a [2 x 2] grid, [Cu(I) (4)(L2)(4)][PF(6)](4).(CH(3)CN)(H(2)O)(CH(3)CH(2)OCH(2)CH(3))(0.25) (2.(CH(3)CN)(H(2)O)(CH(3)CH(2)OCH(2)CH(3))(0.25)), whereas the [Zn(2)(L2)(2)(CH(3)CN)(2)(H(2)O)(2)][ClO(4)](4).CH(3)CN (1.CH(3)CN), [Ni(II) (2)(L2)(2)(CH(3)CN)(4)][BF(4)](4).(CH(3)CH(2)OCH(2)CH(3))(0.25) (5 a.(CH(3)CH(2)OCH(2)CH(3))(0.25)) and [Co(II) (2)(L2)(2)(H(2)O)(2)(CH(3)CN)(2)][ClO(4)](4).(H(2)O)(CH(3)CN)(0.5) (6 a.(H(2)O)(CH(3)CN)(0.5)) complexes adopt a side-by-side architecture; iron(II) forms a monometallic cation binding three L2 ligands, [Fe(II)(L2)(3)][Fe(III)Cl(3)OCl(3)Fe(III)].CH(3)CN (7.CH(3)CN). A more soluble salt of the cation of 7, the diamagnetic complex [Fe(II)(L2)(3)][BF(4)](2).2 H(2)O (8), was prepared, as well as two derivatives of 2, [Cu(I) (2)(L2)(2)(NCS)(2)].H(2)O (3) and [Cu(I) (2)(L2)(NCS)(2)] (4). The manganese complex, [Mn(II) (2)(L2)(2)Cl(4)].3 H(2)O (9), was not structurally characterised, but is proposed to adopt a side-by-side architecture. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility studies yielded small negative J values for the side-by-side complexes: J=-21.6 cm(-1) and g=2.17 for S=1 dinickel(II) complex [Ni(II) (2)(L2)(2)(H(2)O)(4)][BF(4)](4) (5 b) (fraction monomer 0.02); J=-7.6 cm(-1) and g=2.44 for S= 3/2 dicobalt(II) complex [Co(II) (2)(L2)(2)(H(2)O)(4)][ClO(4)](4) (6 b) (fraction monomer 0.02); J=-3.2 cm(-1) and g=1.95 for S= 5/2 dimanganese(II) complex 9 (fraction monomer 0.02). The double salt, mixed valent iron complex 7.H(2)O gave J=-75 cm(-1) and g=1.81 for the S= 5/2 diiron(III) anion (fraction monomer=0.025). These parameters are lower than normal for Fe(III)OFe(III) species because of fitting of superimposed monomer and dimer susceptibilities arising from trace impurities. The iron(II) centre in 7.H(2)O is low spin and hence diamagnetic, a fact confirmed by the preparation and characterisation of the simple diamagnetic iron(II) complex 8. M?ssbauer measurements at 77 K confirmed that there are two iron sites in 7.H(2)O, a low-spin iron(II) site and a high-spin diiron(III) site. A full electrochemical investigation was undertaken for complexes 1, 2, 5 b, 6 b and 8 and this showed that multiple redox processes are a feature of all of them.  相似文献

The reactions of the cationic, diiron-bridging carbyne complexes [Fe(2)(mu-CAr)(CO)(4)(eta(8)-C(8)H(8))]BF(4) (1, Ar=C(6)H(5); 2, Ar=p-CH(3)C(6)H(4); 3, Ar=p-CF(3)C(6)H(4)) with LiN(C(6)H(5))(2) in THF at low temperature gave novel N-nucleophilic-addition products, namely, the neutral, diiron-bridging carbyne complexes [Fe(2)(mu-CAr)(CO)(4)(eta(7)-C(8)H(8)N(C(6)H(5))(2))] (4, Ar=C(6)H(5); 5, Ar=p-CH(3)C(6)H(4); 6, Ar=p-CF(3)C(6)H(4))). Cationic bridging carbyne complexes 1-3 react with (C(2)H(5))(2)NH, (iC(3)H(7))(2)NH, and (C(6)H(11))(2)NH under the same conditions with ring cleavage of the COT ligand to produce the novel diiron-bridging carbene inner salts [Fe(2)[mu-C(Ar)C(8)H(8)NR(2)](CO)(4)] (7, Ar=C(6)H(5), R=C(2)H(5); 8, Ar=p-CH(3)C(6)H(4), R=C(2)H(5); 9, Ar=p-CF(3)C(6)H(4), R=C(2)H(5); 10, Ar=C(6)H(5), R=iC(3)H(7); 11, Ar=p-CH(3)C(6)H(4), R=iC(3)H(7); 12, Ar=p-CF(3)C(6)H(4), R=iC(3)H(7); 13, Ar=C(6)H(5), R=C(6)H(11); 14, Ar=p-CH(3)C(6)H(4), R=C(6)H(11), 15, Ar=p-CF(3)C(6)H(4), R=C(6)H(11)). Piperidine reacts similarly with cationic carbyne complex 3 to afford the corresponding bridging carbene inner salt [Fe(2)[mu-C(Ar)C(8)H(8)N(CH(2))(5)](CO)(4)] (16). Compound 9 was transformed into a new diiron-bridging carbene inner salt 17, the trans isomer of 9, by heating in benzene. Unexpectedly, the reaction of C(6)H(5)NH(2) with 2 gave a novel COT iron-carbene complex [Fe(2)[=C(C(6)H(4)CH(3)-p)NHC(6)H(5)](mu-CO)(CO)(3)(eta(8)-C(8)H(8))] (18). However, the analogous reactions of 2-naphthylamine with 2 and of p-CF(3)C(6)H(4)NH(2) with 3 produce novel chelated iron-carbene complexes [Fe(2)[=C(C(6)H(4)CH(3)-p)NC(10)H(7)](CO)(4)(eta(2):eta(3):eta(2)-C(8)H(9))] (19) and [Fe(2)[=C(C(6)H(4)CF(3)-p)NC(6)H(4)CF(3)-p](CO)(4)(eta(2):eta(3):eta(2)-C(8)H(9))] (20), respectively. Compound 18 can also be transformed into the analogous chelated iron-carbene complex [Fe(2)[=C(C(6)H(4)CH(3)-p)NC(6)H(5)](CO)(4)(eta(2):eta(3):eta(2)-C(8)H(9))] (21). The structures of complexes 6, 9, 15, 17, 18, and 21 have been established by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The ethene derivatives [(eta(5)-C(5)R(5))RuX(C(2)H(4))(PPh(3))] with R=H and Me, which have been prepared from the eta(3)-allylic compounds [(eta(5)-C(5)R(5))Ru(eta(3)-2-MeC(3)H(4))(PPh(3))] (1, 2) and acids HX under an ethene atmosphere, are excellent starting materials for the synthesis of a series of new halfsandwich-type ruthenium(II) complexes. The olefinic ligand is replaced not only by CO and pyridine, but also by internal and terminal alkynes to give (for X=Cl) alkyne, vinylidene, and allene compounds of the general composition [(eta(5)-C(5)R(5))RuCl(L)(PPh(3))] with L=C(2)(CO(2)Me)(2), Me(3)SiC(2)CO(2)Et, C=CHCO(2)R, and C(3)H(4). The allenylidene complex [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuCl(=C=C=CPh(2))(PPh(3))] is directly accessible from 1 (R=H) in two steps with the propargylic alcohol HC triple bond CC(OH)Ph(2) as the precursor. The reactions of the ethene derivatives [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuX(C(2)H(4))(PPh(3))] (X=Cl, CF(3)CO(2)) with diazo compounds RR'CN(2) yield the corresponding carbene complexes [(eta(5)-C(5)R(5))RuX(=CRR')(PPh(3))], while with ethyl diazoacetate (for X=Cl) the diethyl maleate compound [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuCl[eta(2)-Z-C(2)H(2)(CO(2)Et)(2)](PPh(3))] is obtained. Halfsandwich-type ruthenium(II) complexes [(eta(5)-C(5)R(5))RuCl(=CHR')(PPh(3))] with secondary carbenes as ligands, as well as cationic species [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Ru(=CPh(2))(L)(PPh(3))]X with L=CO and CNtBu and X=AlCl(4) and PF(6), have also been prepared. The neutral compounds [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuCl(=CRR')(PPh(3))] react with phenyllithium, methyllithium, and the vinyl Grignard reagent CH(2)=CHMgBr by displacement of the chloride and subsequent C-C coupling to generate halfsandwich-type ruthenium(II) complexes with eta(3)-benzyl, eta(3)-allyl, and substituted olefins as ligands. Protolytic cleavage of the metal-allylic bond in [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Ru(eta(3)-CH(2)CHCR(2))(PPh(3))] with acetic acid affords the corresponding olefins R(2)C=CHCH(3). The by-product of this process is the acetato derivative [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Ru(kappa(2)-O(2)CCH(3))(PPh(3))], which can be reconverted to the carbene complexes [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuCl(=CR(2))(PPh(3))] in a one-pot reaction with R(2)CN(2) and Et(3)NHCl.

HP-Ca(2)Si(5)N(8) was obtained by means of high-pressure high-temperature synthesis utilizing the multianvil technique (6 to 12 GPa, 900 to 1200 degrees C) starting from the ambient-pressure phase Ca(2)Si(5)N(8). HP-Ca(2)Si(5)N(8) crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system (Pbca (no. 61), a=1058.4(2), b=965.2(2), c=1366.3(3) pm, V=1395.7(7)x10(6) pm(3), Z=8, R1=0.1191). The HP-Ca(2)Si(5)N(8) structure is built up by a three-dimensional, highly condensed nitridosilicate framework with N([2]) as well as N([3]) bridging. Corrugated layers of corner-sharing SiN(4) tetrahedra are interconnected by further SiN(4) units. The Ca(2+) ions are situated between these layers with coordination numbers 6+1 and 7+1, respectively. HP-Ca(2)Si(5)N(8) as well as hypothetical orthorhombic o-Ca(2)Si(5)N(8) (isostructural to the ambient-pressure modifications of Sr(2)Si(5)N(8) and Ba(2)Si(5)N(8)) were studied as high-pressure phases of Ca(2)Si(5)N(8) up to 100 GPa by using density functional calculations. The transition pressure into HP-Ca(2)Si(5)N(8) was calculated to 1.7 GPa, whereas o-Ca(2)Si(5)N(8) will not be adopted as a high-pressure phase. Two different decomposition pathways of Ca(2)Si(5)N(8) (into Ca(3)N(2) and Si(3)N(4) or into CaSiN(2) and Si(3)N(4)) and their pressure dependence were examined. It was found that a pressure-induced decomposition of Ca(2)Si(5)N(8) into CaSiN(2) and Si(3)N(4) is preferred and that Ca(2)Si(5)N(8) is no longer thermodynamically stable under pressures exceeding 15 GPa. Luminescence investigations (excitation at 365 nm) of HP-Ca(2)Si(5)N(8):Eu(2+) reveal a broadband emission peaking at 627 nm (FWHM=97 nm), similar to the ambient-pressure phase Ca(2)Si(5)N(8):Eu(2+).  相似文献

Alternatively, 1 was obtained by the reaction of the aryltellurenyl diethyldithiacarbamate 8-Me(2) NC(10) H(6) Te(S(2) CNEt(2) ) with hydrochloric acid. The base hydrolysis of 2 provided the novel telluroxanes (8-Me(2) NC(10) H(6) Te)(2) OCl(4) (3), (8-Me(2) NC(10) H(6) Te)(6) O(5) Cl(8) (4), (8-Me(2) NC(10) H(6) Te)(6) O(8) Cl(2) (5), [(8-Me(2) NC(10) H(6) Te)(2) O(3) ](n) (6) and (8-Me(2) NC(10) H(6) Te)(6) O(8) (OH)(2) (7) depending on the reaction conditions applied. The reaction of 7 with ClTe(OiPr)(3) in the presence of water gave rise to the telluroxane (8-Me(2) NC(10) H(6) Te)(6) Te(2) O(12) Cl(2) (8). The crystal and molecular structures of 1-3 and 5-8 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The telluroxane clusters and polymers 6-8 hold potential as model compounds for alkali tellurite glasses (M(2) O)(x) (TeO(2) )(1-x) (M=Li, Na, K) for which no precise structural data are available.  相似文献

The double-aromatic character of selected monocyclic carbon, boron, and borocarbon rings is demonstrated by refined nucleus-independent chemical shift (NICS) analyses involving the contributions of individual canonical MOs and their out-of-plane NICS tensor component (CMO-NICS(zz)). The double aromaticity considered results from two mutually orthogonal Hückel p AO frameworks in a single molecule. The familiar pi orbitals are augmented by the in-plane delocalization of electrons occupying sets of radial (rad) p orbitals. Such double aromaticity is present in B(3) (-), C(6)H(3) (+), C(6) (4+), C(4)B(4) (4+), C(6), C(5)B(2), C(4)B(4), C(2)B(8), B(10) (2-), B(12), C(10), C(9)B(2), C(8)B(4), C(7)B(6), C(6)B(8), and C(14). Monocyclic C(8) and C(12) are doubly antiaromatic, as both the orthogonal pi and radial Hückel sets are paratropic. Planar C(7) and C(9) monocycles have mixed aromatic (pi) and antiaromatic (radial) systems.  相似文献

A straightforward to assemble catalytic system for the intermolecular hydroacylation reaction of beta-S-substituted aldehydes with activated and unactivated alkenes and alkynes is reported. These catalysts promote the hydroacylation reaction between beta-S-substituted aldehydes and challenging substrates, such as internal alkynes and 1-octene. The catalysts are based upon [Rh(cod)(DPEphos)][ClO(4)] (DPEphos=bis(2-diphenylphosphinophenyl)ether, cod=cyclooctadiene) and were designed to make use of the hemilabile capabilities of the DPEphos ligand to stabilise key acyl-hydrido intermediates against reductive decarbonylation, which results in catalyst death. Studies on the stoichiometric addition of aldehyde (either ortho-HCOCH(2)CH(2)SMe or ortho-HCOC(6)H(4)SMe) and methylacrylate to precursor acetone complexes [Rh(acetone)(2)(DPEphos)][X] [X=closo-CB(11)H(6)Cl(6) or [BAr(F) (4)] (Ar(F)=3,5-(CF(3))(2)C(6)H(3))] reveal the role of the hemilabile DPEphos ligand. The crystal structure of [Rh(acetone)(2)(DPEphos)][X] shows a cis-coordinated diphosphine ligand with the oxygen atom of the DPEphos distal from the rhodium. Addition of aldehyde forms the acyl hydride complexes [Rh(DPEphos)(COCH(2)CH(2)SMe)H][X] or [Rh(DPEphos)(COC(6)H(4)SMe)H][X], which have a trans-spanning DPEphos ligand and a coordinated ether group. Compared to analogous complexes prepared with dppe (dppe=1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane), these DPEphos complexes show significantly increased resistance towards reductive decarbonylation. The crystal structure of the reductive decarbonylation product [Rh(CO)(DPEphos)(EtSMe)][closo-CB(11)H(6)I(6)] is reported. Addition of alkene (methylacrylate) to the acyl-hydrido complexes forms the final complexes [Rh(DPEphos)(eta(1)-MeSC(2)H(4)-eta(1)-COC(2)H(4)CO(2)Me)][X] and [Rh(DPEphos)(eta(1)-MeSC(6)H(4)-eta(1)-COC(2)H(4)CO(2)Me)][X], which have been identified spectroscopically and by ESIMS/MS. Intermediate species in this transformation have been observed and tentatively characterised as the alkyl-acyl complexes [Rh(CH(2)CH(2)CO(2)Me)(COC(2)H(4)SMe)(DPEphos)][X] and [Rh(CH(2)CH(2)CO(2)Me)(COC(6)H(4)SMe)(DPEphos)][X]. In these complexes, the DPEphos ligand is now cis chelating. A model for the (unobserved) transient alkene complex that would result from addition of alkene to the acyl-hydrido complexes comes from formation of the MeCN adducts [Rh(DPEphos)(MeSC(2)H(4)CO)H(MeCN)][X] and [Rh(DPEphos)(MeSC(6)H(4)CO)H(MeCN)][X]. Changing the ligand from DPEphos to one with a CH(2) linkage, [Ph(2)P(C(6)H(4))](2)CH(2), gave only decomposition on addition of aldehyde to the acetone precursor, which demonstrated the importance of the hemiabile ether group in DPEphos. With [Ph(2)P(C(6)H(4))](2)S, the sulfur atom has the opposite effect and binds too strongly to the metal centre to allow access to productive acetone intermediates.  相似文献

Slow diffusion reactions of the pentaphosphaferrocene [Cp*Fe(η(5)-P(5))] (Cp*=η(5)-C(5)Me(5) (1)) with CuX (X=Cl, Br, I) in different stoichiometric ratios and solvent mixtures result in the formation of one- and two-dimensional polymeric compounds 2-6 with molecular formula [{Cu(μ-X)}{Cp*Fe(μ(3),η(5):η(1):η(1)-P(5))}](n) (X=Cl (2a), I (2'c)), [{Cu(μ-I)}{Cp*Fe(μ(3),η(5):η(1):η(1)-P(5))}](n) (3), [{CuX}{Cp*Fe(μ(4),η(5):η(1):η(1):η(1)-P(5))}](n) (X=Cl (4a), Br (4b), I (4c), Br (4'b), I (4'c)), [{Cu(3)(μ-I)(2)(μ(3)-I)}{Cp*Fe(μ(5),η(5):η(1):η(1):η(1):η(1)-P(5))}](n) (5) and [{Cu(4)(μ-X)(4)(CH(3)CN)}{Cp*Fe(μ(7),η(5):η(2):η(1):η(1):η(1):η(1):η(1)-P(5))}](n) (X=Cl (6a), Br (6b)), respectively. The polymeric compounds have been characterised by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and, for selected examples, by magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR spectroscopy. The solid-state structures demonstrate the versatile coordination modes of the cyclo-P(5) ligand of 1, extending from two to five coordinating phosphorus atoms in either σ or σ-and-π fashion. In compounds 2a, 2'c and 3, two phosphorus atoms of 1 coordinate to copper atoms in a 1,2 coordination mode (2a, 2'c) and an unprecedented 1,3 coordination mode (3) to form one-dimensional polymers. Compounds 4a-c, 4'b, 4'c and 5 represent two-dimensional coordination polymers. In compounds 4, three phosphorus atoms coordinate to copper atoms in a 1,2,4 coordination mode, whereas in 5 the cyclo-P(5) ligand binds in an unprecedented 1,2,3,4 coordination mode. The crystal structures of 6a,b display a tilted tube, in which all P atoms of the cyclo-P(5) ligand are coordinated to copper atoms in σ- and π-bonding modes.  相似文献

Reaction of [RhCl(PPh3)2]2 with parahydrogen revealed that the binuclear dihydride [Rh(H)2(PPh3)2mu-Cl)2Rh(PPh3)2] and the tetrahydride complex [Rh(H)2(PPh3)2(mu-Cl)]2 are readily formed. While magnetisation transfer from free H2 into both the hydride resonances of the tetrahydride and [Rh(H)2Cl(PPh3)3] is observable, neither transfer into [Rh(H)2(PPh3)2(mu-Cl)2Rh(PPh3)2] nor transfer between the two binuclear complexes is seen. Consequently [Rh(H)2(PPh3)2(mu-Cl)]2 and [Rh(H)2(PPh3)2(mu-Cl)2Rh(PPh3)2] are not connected on the NMR timescale by simple elimination or addition of H2. The rapid exchange of free H2 into the tetrahydride proceeds via reversible halide bridge rupture and the formation of [Rh(H)2(PPh3)2(mu-Cl)RhCl(H)2(PPh3)2]. When these reactions are examined in CD2Cl2, the formation of the solvent complex [Rh(H)2(PPh3)2(mu-Cl)2Rh(CD2Cl2)(PPh3)] and the deactivation products [Rh(Cl)(H)PPh3)2(mu-Cl)(mu-H)Rh(Cl)(H)PPh3)2] and [Rh(Cl)(H)(CD2Cl2)(PPh3)(mu-Cl)(mu-H)Rh(Cl)(H)PPh3)2] is indicated. In the presence of an alkene and parahydrogen, signals corresponding to binuclear complexes of the type [Rh(H)2(PPh3)2(mu-Cl)(2)(Rh)(PPh3)(alkene)] are detected. These complexes undergo intramolecular hydride interchange in a process that is independent of the concentration of styrene and catalyst and involves halide bridge rupture, followed by rotation about the remaining Rh-Cl bridge, and bridge re-establishment. This process is facilitated by electron rich alkenes. Magnetisation transfer from the hydride ligands of these complexes into the alkyl group of the hydrogenation product is also observed. Hydrogenation is proposed to proceed via binuclear complex fragmentation and trapping of the resultant intermediate [RhCl(H)2PPh3)2] by the alkene. Studies on a number of other binuclear dihydride complexes including [(H)(Cl)Rh(PMe3)2(mu-H)(mu-Cl)Rh(CO)(PMe3)], [(H)2Rh(PMe3)2(mu-Cl)2Rh(CO)(PMe3)] and [HRh(PMe3)2(mu-H)(mu-Cl)2Rh(CO)(PMe3)] reveal that such species are able to play a similar role in hydrogenation catalysis. When the analogous iodide complexes [RhIPPh3)2]2 and [RhI(PPh3)3] are examined, [Rh(H)2(PPh3)2(mu-I)2Rh(PPh3)2], [Rh(H)2(PPh3)2(mu-I)]2 and [Rh(H)2I(PPh3)3] are observed in addition to the corresponding binuclear alkene-dihydride products. The higher initial activity of these precursors is offset by the formation of the trirhodium phosphide bridged deactivation product, [[(H)(PPh3)Rh(mu-H)(mu-I)(mu-PPh2)Rh(H)(PPh3)](mu-I)2Rh(H)2PPh3)2]  相似文献
