采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物(P(AA/AMPS))耐盐性高吸水树脂,利用正交试验、单因素分析确定了合成树脂的最佳实验工艺条件,并对树脂的吸水性、保水性、反复吸水性能进行研究。结果表明,树脂在最佳条件下吸水倍率为1753.4g/g;树脂具有良好的耐盐性,吸盐水倍率达到189.64g/g;在一定温度范围内,树脂具有良好的保水性能。  相似文献

采用2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酸(AA)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)为主要原料,以二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂制备出P(AMPS+AA)高吸水膨胀树脂,考察了AMPS与AA配比、中和度、交联剂种类与用量、LAS加量等合成工艺对吸水树脂性能的影响。研究结果表明,在丙烯酸系吸水树脂中引入AMPS结构单元,有利于提高树脂在盐水中的吸液能力,改善高吸水树脂的耐盐性;在以DVB为交联剂制备P(AMPS+AA)树脂时,LAS加量对树脂性能影响显著,当DVB用量为0.3%-0.45%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠用量0.15%-0.3%时,制备的P(AMPS+AA)树脂具有较高吸水能力,并且其稳定性比N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)交联的树脂优良,在高温碱性或酸性条件下显示出良好的耐水解性能。  相似文献

以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,蒙脱土(MMT)为改性剂,过硫酸钾和无水亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发体系,六亚甲基四胺(C6H12N4)为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成了一种新型高吸水聚合物凝胶型屏蔽暂堵剂(MTC 1),其结构经IR表征。在最优合成条件(AM/AMPS/AA=11/7/1, m/m/m,引发剂加量0.6 wt%,于45 ℃反应2.5 h)下,MTC-1的最大吸水倍率为1006倍。岩心流动实验结果表明:MTC-1的堵水性能较高,封堵效率达到83.72%。  相似文献

选用聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(PEGDA)为扩链剂,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-甲基-2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸(AMPS)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为主单体,采用水溶液聚合方法合成了两性三元共聚物AM/AMPS/DMC;测定了共聚物的性能,并利用红外光谱研究了其分子结构.结果表明,所合成的共聚物具有良好的耐酸和高温稳定性,以及高抗剪切率.  相似文献

水溶性高分子AM/AMPS系由丙烯酰胺(AM)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)组成.本文应用光化学方法对AM/AMPS共聚物进行改性,得到活性可聚合产物.应用这种方法,在高分子链上生成的过氧化物含量随UV光照时间有明显变化,照射5-10 min过氧化物含量最高.值得指出,较高的过氧化物生成量仅在采用二苯酮作为光敏剂和保持低温的条件下才能得到.这种活性改性AM/AMPS共聚物,可用光聚合或热聚合方法引发不同烯类单体共聚合,得到不同用途的接枝/交联共聚物产品.  相似文献

淀粉/AMPS/DMC高吸水树脂的合成及对重金属离子的吸附性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以可溶性淀粉、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)作交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法,合成了一种新型淀粉/AMPS/DMC高吸水树脂。通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和热重分析确定了所合成高吸水树脂的结构组成,并研究了其对Cu~(2+)、Ni~(2+)两种重金属离子的吸附能力。结果显示,淀粉/AMPS/DMC高吸水树脂对于CuSO_4和NiSO_4的吸附极限浓度均为2g/L,均在2~3 min内吸附完全,其等温吸附行为符合Freundlich方程。  相似文献

采用泡沫体系分散聚合法,过硫酸铵(APS)及N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)为氧化还原引发体系,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,碳酸钠为发泡剂,聚氧化乙烯-氧化丙稀(PF127)为泡沫稳定剂,用羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)接枝丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)合成了CMC-g-(AA-co-AMPS)超大多孔水凝胶。通过FTIR、SEM表征,表明材料是具有超大多孔结构的CMC-g-(AA-co-AMPS)水凝胶。对各影响因素的研究表明,在m(CMC)∶m(AA)∶m(AMPS)为1∶4∶1,w(APS)为0.8%[其中m(APS)∶m(TMEDA)=2∶1],w(Na2CO3)=65%,w(PF127)=0.2%,温度为65℃时,制得的凝胶吸蒸馏水倍率可达1281g/g,吸0.9%盐水倍率达143g/g,10min时已基本达到溶胀平衡。  相似文献

A novel radical grafting copolymerization process has been designed for water-soluble polymers which avoids the problems of conducting grafting reactions in highly viscous polymerization media. A variety of water-soluble graft copolymers having starch or dextran as the backbone chain with grafted side chains of polyacrylamide (—AM—), poly (acrylic acid ) (—AA—), poly (acrylamide-co-acrylic acid) (—AM—NH_4AA—) or poly ( acrylamide-co-2-acryiamido-2-methyl-l-propanesulphinic acid) (—AM—AMPS—) have been synthesized in gel droplets using aceric sulphate redox initiator, and their properties compared. The reaction conditions were optimized taking into account reaction kinetic data and the observed properties of the products produced under different reaction conditions. The effects of the ratios of [backbone]/[graft monomer], [ AM]/[ AA]/[AMPS] , [Ce~(4+)]/[ S_2O_8=] and pH value on the reaction rate , conversion, grafting degree, grafted chain length and the product molecular weight have been investigated.  相似文献

Experimental studies were conducted to realize displacement performance effect of anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) on hyperbranched poly(AM/AA/AMPS/GA), which was successfully synthesized via free radical polymerization using modified dendritic functional monomer (GA), acrylamide (AM), acrylate (AA), and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid (AMPS). Compared with individual polymer, SP (surfactant polymer) binary systems showed lower apparent viscosity, interfacial tension, and hydrodynamic radius as the result of the electrostatic repulsion between the tail end of hydrophilic polymer branched chain and the head of the surfactant. It was found from abundant static adsorption and dynamic retention tests that the values of static adsorption and dynamics retention of SDBS which is mixed with hyperbranched polymer decrease due to the competitive interaction. However, unlike this phenomenon, SDBS would heighten the dynamic retention value of poly(AM/AA/AMPS/GA), resulting in addition of residual resistance factor. Oil displacement experiment indicated that SP solutions have greater capability of enhance oil recovery than individual polymer under same conditions.  相似文献

系列的高分子量水溶性丙烯酰胺 /丙烯酸 /2 丙烯酰胺 2 甲基丙磺酸 (AM/AA/AMPS)三元共聚物(P3A)由相应的 (AM/AMPS)二元共聚物通过部分水解方法制得 .聚合物的结构和组成使用电位滴定和13 C NMR谱测定 ,得到的结果指出 ,在设定的试验条件下 ,水解过程中 ,高分子链上AMPS单元具有充分的稳定性 ,而丙烯酰胺基平稳地转变为丙烯酸 .在所有不同聚合物 (P2A)情况下 ,由于阴离子基团和OH-离子的静电相斥作用 ,酰胺基的水解反应均遵循自动减缓动力学的模式 ,同时 ,最后反应转化率趋向极限 ,AM剩余值位于 3 0mol%左右 ,另外对各种三元共聚物 (P3A)的溶液特性粘数和组成的关系亦作了详细的研究 .  相似文献

采用粘度和光谱方法,研究了强酸性和弱酸性2种阴离子型单体与丙烯酰胺的三元共聚物(P3A)在稀水溶液中pH诱发的构象变化,P3A聚合物由丙烯酰胺(AM)和强酸性离子单体(AMPS)及弱酸性离子单体(AA)组成.试验结果表明P3A聚合物溶液的粘度随pH呈现非单调的增长关系,在pH为4~5范围内产生急剧的升高,这现象归因于聚合物链团从紧密状态向膨胀状态迅速的转变.这两种状态的溶液粘度变化幅度和聚合物P3A中AMPS和AA组合比例紧密相关,芘探针在聚合物P3A溶液中的荧光强度和pH的关系呈现类似粘度变化的结果.在低pH值时,发现单一弱酸离子共聚物(P2AA)溶液发生相分离,然而在含有强酸单元(AMPS)的P3A聚合物情况下,这种现象不再产生.  相似文献

The synthesis of novel superabsorbent polymers (SAPs) based on itaconic acid (IA) and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid (AMPS) is described for application in personal hygiene products such as disposable diapers. The AMPS is introduced to improve the low absorption performance of the existing IA-based SAPs. The salt-resistant properties of AMPS are shown to improve the absorption performance of SAP with respect to aqueous salt solutions. Further, the high ionization constant of the sulfonic acid group of AMPS contributes to the increase of the centrifugation retention capacity (CRC) of the SAP. Meanwhile, the amide group of AMPS improves the gel strength of the SAP by forming hydrogen bonds between the polymer chains. This increase in gel strength is demonstrated by the enhanced absorbency under load (AUL) and rheological analysis. The degree of neutralization affect the absorption properties of SAP, and the SAP exhibits maximum CRC and AUL of 57.3 and 14.4 g/g at 60% neutralization, respectively. As a crosslinking agent content increased, AUL increased but CRC significantly decreased. Additionally, soil pH evaluation confirms that SAP do not cause soil acidification.  相似文献

Acrylic acid (AA)–acrylamide (AM) based superabsorbent polymers (SAP) were synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization using potassium‐persulfate as the initiator, N,N′‐methylene bisacrylamide (BIS) as a crosslinker, sorbitan monostearate (Span 60) as the dispersant, cyclohexane as the solvent, and bis(methacryloylamino)‐azobenzene as the hydrophobic surface crosslinker. The influence of the polymerization parameters on the properties of the SAPs, water absorption (Q), morphology of the SAPs, swelling kinetics, salt resistance, and the reversibility of water absorption were investigated. The prepared SAPs have excellent water absorption, rapid water uptake, and good resistance to NaCl solutions. Furthermore, they show better reversible water uptake than the previously reported SAPs. The average water absorbency is 2800 g/g and 181 g/g of liquid absorbance in 0.025M NaCl solution. The initial water uptake rate is 1357 g/g/min and the reversibility of water absorption is 200 g/g in the repeated fourth cycle. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Polymeric fluorosurfactants, using poly(N,N‐dimethylacrylamide) (PDMA) or PDMA copolymers containing acrylic acid (AA) or 2‐acrylamido‐2‐methyl‐1‐propanesulfonic acid (AMPS) comonomers were synthesized by copolymerization of DMA, DMA/AA, or DMA/AMPS and methacrylates composed of 1,1‐dihydroperfluorodecanoyl groups separated from the methacrylate by polyethylene glycol (PEG) groups with molecular weights ranging from 1 to 6 kD. The stability of aqueous perfluorocarbon (PFC) emulsions mediated by these polymeric fluorosurfactants was found to be affected by polymer concentration, ionic comonomer content, perfluoroalkyl (RF) comonomer content, and PEG spacer length. Thus, emulsion stability characterized by average particle size and morphology was improved by increased AA or AMPS content (up to 30 weight percent), increased PEG chain length and RF comonomer content, and greater polymer concentration.  相似文献

为了提高油田压裂改造中常用水基压裂液的耐温和耐盐性能,本文以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和季铵盐型长尾疏水单体(DS)为原料,制备了疏水改性聚合物增稠剂(AAAD)。 有机硼酸盐与葡萄糖酸钠形成配合物(GS-2)为交联剂,再加入其它添加剂,AAAD通过交联反应,制备出改性聚合物压裂液。 评价了该体系的流变性、黏弹性、耐温性、抗盐性和破胶性等性能。 结果表明,压裂液在温度150 ℃、剪切速率170 s-1条件下具有良好的流变性能;在90 ℃,破胶剂过硫酸铵质量分数为0.01%条件下,4 h即可破胶,破胶液黏度为1.6 mPa·s。  相似文献
