用X射线单晶衍射分析法研究主体分子2,2’-二羟基-1,l’-二萘与客体分子乙酸乙酯(3:1)晶态包结物的晶体结构。其化学式为C64H50O8,Mr=947.08。晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为P1。晶胞参数:个独立衍射点,5823个可观察点(F≥3σF)。2,2’-二羟基-1,1’-二萘与乙酸乙酯形成以氢键联系的包结物3个主体分子中的6个羟基形成21环的氢键体系。  相似文献

合成了β-环糊精-烟酸超分子体系,用差热分析和核磁共振等方法进行了表征,利用X射线衍射数据确定了其结构。分子式为(C42H70O35)·(C6O2H5N)·7.53(H2O)·0.73(CH3OH),属单斜晶系P21空间群,a=1.51616(4),b=1.02642(4),c=2.09296(3)nm,β=110.209(2)°,V=3.05659(3)nm^3。最小二乘修正结果,R=0.0576。晶体结构测定结果表明,这个超分子体系是属于较少见的“浅包结”方式,客体位于环糊精主体窄口端,伯羟基的O(66),O(67)原子及大多数水分子处于无序状态,大量存在的分子内和分子间氢键,形成了一个密集的氢键网络。氢键是超分子体系形成及稳定存在的主要驱动力。  相似文献

用皮考林酸和六水合氯化镍反应制备了一种三维氢键超分子配合物,经X射线衍射分析确定了单晶结构.该晶体属单斜晶系,P21/m空间群,晶胞参数为:a=0.976 0(2)nm,b=0.522 54(10)nm,c=1.450 1(3)nm,Mr=374.98,α=90.08(3)°,β=90.08(3)°,γ=90°,V=0.739 63(3)nm3,Z=2,ρ=1.684 g/cm3,F(000)=388,μ=1.357 mm-1,R=0.039 0,wR=0.090 8.共收集2 656个衍射数据,其中1 569个为独立衍射点(Rint=0.033 2),可观测点数1 382个(I>2σ(I)).结果表明,在组成该超分子体系的基本结构单元[N i(C6H4O2N)2.(H2O)4]中,N i(Ⅱ)离子形成六配位的稍拉长的八面体构型,配合物单元之间通过氢键相互连接,形成了无限延伸的具有网状结构的三维超分子体系.  相似文献

合成了[Y(NTO)2NO3(H2O)5]·2H2O(NTO为3-硝基-1,2,4-三唑-5-酮),并测定了晶体结构,晶体属单斜晶系,空间群Cm,晶胞参数:a=0.6773(2)urn,b=20866(2)um,c=0.6551(1)um;β=102.98(2)°,V=0.9021(1)um3,Z=2,DC=1.970g·cm-3,μ=33.49cm-1,F(000)=54O,R=0.032.中心Y(Ⅲ)与2个NTO的羰基氧原子、1个NO3的1个氧原子及5个水分子的氧原子配位,形成畸变的十二面体.Y-O键长在0.2283~0.2478um之间.  相似文献

用内消旋5,7,7,12,14,14-六甲基-1,4,8,11-四氮杂环十四烷(cth)和K_3[Fe(CN)_6〕合成了氢键连接的超分子化合物[H_3cth][Fe(CN)_3]·3H_2O.该化合物的晶体属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数a=0.930 97(9)nm,b=1.051 60(11)nm,c=1.638 47(17)nm,a=101.077(2)°,β=90.860(2)°,γ=111.671(2)°, V=1.456 4(3) nm3, Z=2, R=0.0415.晶体中质子化的大环四胺与六氰合铁(Ⅱ )离子之间通过氢键连接成二维层状结构,而水分子所形成的氢键使化合物呈现三维超分子网络.  相似文献

该文基于Hg2+可与K4[Fe(CN)6]原位反应形成Hg2[Fe(CN)6]纳米酶的机理,并利用过氧化氢(H2O2)可激发Hg2[Fe(CN)6]酶活性,以及焦磷酸盐(PPi)可通过与Hg2+结合阻止Hg2[Fe(CN)6]纳米酶的形成的原理,构建了多功能酶级联传感平台。当葡萄糖存在时,葡萄糖氧化酶氧化葡萄糖生成H2O2,Hg2[Fe(CN)6]催化H2O2分解产生的羟基自由基(·OH)可氧化底物3,3'',5,5''-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)显色,从而实现葡萄糖的检测。该方法对葡萄糖检测的线性范围为0.10 ~ 500 μmol/L,检出限为30 nmol/L。当酸性磷酸酶(ACP)存在时,ACP可以水解PPi并释放出与PPi结合的Hg2+,Hg2+与K4[Fe(CN)6]原位反应生成Hg2[Fe(CN)6]纳米酶,进而可实现ACP的检测。结果表明,该方法对ACP检测的线性范围为0.03 ~ 50 U/L,检出限为0.007 0 U/L。该传感平台操作简单、灵敏度高,为多功能传感体系的设计提供了一种新的思路。  相似文献

用中温水热技术合成了(4,4'-bipyH)3[PW12O40](4,4'-bipy)·7H2O,用元素分析、X射线单晶衍射、IR、UV-vis和TG-DTA 对其进行了表征.结果表明,化合物的晶体属单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群.标题化合物是由3个质子化的4,4'-bipy分子、一个Keggin结构的钨磷杂多阴离子[PW12O40]3-和一个4,4'-bipy分子及7个结晶水分子所组成.钨磷杂多阴离子与质子化的联吡啶及结晶水分子之间通过氢键作用,连接成无限二维层状结构,形成超分子化合物.  相似文献

利用水热法合成了两种过渡金属配合物为模板剂的含水硼酸盐晶体Co(en)3[B4O5(OH)4]Cl·3H2O(1) 和 [Ni(en)3][B5O6(OH)4]2·2H2O (2),并通过元素分析、X射线单晶衍射、红外光谱及热重分析对其进行了表征。化合物1晶体结构的主要特点是在所有组成Co(en)33+, [B4O5(OH)4]2–, Cl– 和 H2O之间通过O–H…O、O–H…Cl、N–H…Cl和N–H…O四种氢键连接形成网状超分子结构。化合物2晶体结构的特点是[B5O6(OH)4]–阴离子通过O–H…O氢键连接形成沿a方向有较大通道的三维超分子骨架,模板剂[Ni(en)3]2+阳离子和结晶水分子填充在通道中。  相似文献

用MnSO4·H2O,KSCN,六次甲基四胺(HMTA)制备出超分子化合物[Mn(NCS)2(H2O)2(HMTA)2][Mn(NCS)2(H2O)4](H2O)2,并测定了其晶体结构。该化合物由[Mn(NCS)2(H2O)2(HMTA)2],[Mn(NCS)2(H2O)4]和H2O三部分组成,每一个HMTA配体中仅有一个N原子与Mn原子配位,剩余的3个N分别与[Mn(NCS)2(H2O)4]中的H2O及结晶H2O之间形成氢键。[Mn(NCS)2(H2O)2(HMTA)2]和[Mn(NCS)2(H2O)4]之间通过N…H—O氢键边接成无限延伸的线性长链,链与链、以及链和结晶H2O之间通过七种形式的氢键构成三维结构的超分子。用Z-扫描法测定该化合物在DMF溶液中的三阶非线性光学性质,发现它具有自聚焦效应,三阶非线性折射系数n2=9.52×10^-9m^2·W^-1,非线性极化率χ^(3)=3.41×10^-12esu.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Na2Pd(2,6-pydc)2(H2O)6]n (2,6-H2pydc = 2,6-pyri- dinedicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 11.962(2), b = 6.5552(13), c = 12.673(3) , β = 91.72(3)°, V = 993.3(3) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 590.68, Dc = 1.975 g/cm3, μ = 1.059 mm-1, F(000) = 592, the final R = 0.0211 and wR = 0.0454. In the crystal the Pd(II) ion adopts a distorted four-coordinated square-planar geometry and bonds to two bidentate 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylate molecules through caronyl oxygen and pyridine nitrogen atoms. The title compound (4,4′-H2bipy)[CdBr4]·H2O 1 has been synthesized via hydrothermal reaction and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/c with a=8.260(3),b=23.926(7),c=9.774(2),β=106.777(9)o,C10H12Br4CdN2O,Mr=608.26,V=1849.4(9)3,Z=4,Dc=2.185 g/cm3,S=1.005,μ(MoKα) =9.814 mm–1,F(000)=1128,R=0.0646 and wR=0.0989.
