A molecularly imprinted polymer has been synthesized to specifically extract adefovir, an antiviral drug, from serum and urine by dispersive solid‐phase extraction before high‐performance liquid chromatography with UV analysis. The imprinted polymers were prepared by bulk polymerization by a noncovalent imprinting method that involved the use of adefovir (template molecule) and functional monomer (methacrylic acid) complex prior to polymerization, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross‐linker, and chloroform as porogen. Molecular recognition properties, binding capacity, and selectivity of the molecularly imprinted polymers were evaluated and the results show that the obtained polymers have high specific retention and enrichment for adefovir in aqueous medium. The new imprinted polymer was utilized as a molecular sorbent for the separation of adefovir from human serum and urine. The serum and urine extraction of adefovir by the molecularly imprinted polymer followed by high‐performance liquid chromatography showed a linear calibration curve in the range of 20–100 μg/L with excellent precisions (2.5 and 2.8% for 50 μg/L), respectively. The limit of detection and limit of quantization were determined in serum (7.62 and 15.1 μg/L), and urine (5.45 and 16 μg/L). The recoveries for serum and urine samples were found to be 88.2–93.5 and 84.3–90.2%, respectively.  相似文献

Uric acid (UA) sensor based on molecularly imprinted polymer‐modified hanging mercury drop electrode was developed for sensitive and selective analysis in aqueous and blood serum samples. The uric acid‐imprinted polymer was prepared from melamine and chloranil and coated directly onto the surface of a hanging mercury drop electrode, under charge‐transfer interactions at +0.4 V (vs. Ag/AgCl), in model 303A electrode system connected with a polarographic analyzer/stripping voltammeter (PAR model 264A). The binding event of uric acid was detected in the imprinted polymer layer through differential pulse, cathodic stripping voltammetry (DPCSV) at optimized operational conditions [accumulation potential +0.4 V (vs. Ag/AgCl), accumulation time 120 s, pH 7.0, scan rate 10 mV s?1, pulse amplitude 25 mV]. The limit of detection for UA was found to be 0.024 μg mL?1 (RSD=0.64%, S/N=3). Under the optimized operational conditions, the sensor was able to differentiate between uric acid and other closely structural‐related compounds and interfering substances. Ascorbic acid (AA), a major interferent in UA estimation, was not adsorbed on the surface of sensor electrode. The present sensor is, therefore, UA‐selective at all concentrations of AA present in human blood serum samples. The précised and accurate quantification of UA have been made in the dilute as well as concentrated regions varying within limits 0.1–4.0 and 9.8–137.0 μg mL?1, respectively.  相似文献

A novel strategy to improve the sensitivity of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) sensors was proposed for the determination of β2‐agonists. The imprinted sol‐gel film was prepared by mixing silica sol with a functional monomer of antimony‐doped tin oxide (ATO) and a template of β2‐agonists. ATO, which was embedded in the surface of the molecularly imprinted sol‐gel film, not only provides the excellent conductivity for biosensor but also increases the stability and the surface area of the MIP film. The imprinted sensor was characterised by field emission scanning electron microscope, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and electrochemical methods. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the peak current was linear with the logarithm of the concentration of clenbuterol (CLB) in the range of 5.5 nM–6.3 µM, and a detection limit of 1.7 nM was obtained. Meanwhile, the electrochemical sensor showed excellent specific recognition of the template molecule among structurally similar coexisting substances. Furthermore, the proposed sensor was satisfactorily applied to determine β2‐agonists in human serum samples. The good results indicated that highly effective molecularly imprinted sol‐gel films doped with ATO can be employed for other analytes.  相似文献

Nickel is one of the heavy metals which has been considered as a serious pollutant affecting the human health. Therefore, it is necessary to control its concentration in foods and drinks. Recently, ion‐imprinted polymer based electrochemical sensors have been attracted lots of attention due to their valuable selectivity and sensitivity toward target analytes. In this study, Ni(II)‐1,10‐phenanthroline complex was prepared in ethanol and added stepwise to the aqueous solution of dopamine, followed by pH adjustment for self‐polymerization of dopamine in alkaline conditions. During the polymerization process, Ni(II)‐imprinted polydopamine (Ni‐PDA) was formed due to effective interactions between polydopamine and 1,10‐phenanthroline ligands carrying Ni(II) ions. A thin film of Ni‐PDA was anchored on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) through a simple casting procedure. After drying, the sensor was employed for the determination of Ni(II) ions by means of differential pulse voltammetry. Under optimum conditions, a linear calibration curve was obtained in the range 1–25 μM with the detection limit of 0.39 μM (S/N=3). Due to excellent selectivity to Ni(II) ions, the sensor was not suffered from the excess amount of interfering ions and used for Ni(II) determination in different water and tea samples.  相似文献

A biomimetic potentiometric field monitoring device was developed for the trace determination of phorate (O,O‐diethyl S‐ethyl thiomethyl phophorodithioate) in natural waters. The sensing element was fabricated by the inclusion of phorate imprinted polymer materials in the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) matrix. The sensor surface can be reused without conditioning unlike most other conventional sensors. Operational parameters such as amount and nature of plasticizers sensing material, pH and response time were optimized. The response characteristics of the non‐imprinted (NIPIM) and imprinted polymer inclusion membrane (IPIM) sensors for phorate were compared under optimum conditions. The IPIM sensor responds linearly to phorate in the concentration in the ranges 1×10?9 to 1×10?6 M and 1×10?6 to 1×10?5 M of different slopes with a detection limit of 1×10?9 M. The selectivity was tested with various common organophosphorous (OP) pesticides and herbicides. In addition to superior sensitivity and selectivity of IPIM over NIPIM‐based sensor, IPIM‐based phorate sensor was found to be stable for 3 months and can be used for more than 40 times without any loss in sensitivity. The applicability for analyzing ground, river and tap‐water samples was successfully demonstrated via recovery studies.  相似文献

The proposed L ‐histidine sensing system composed of a molecularly imprinted solid‐phase microextraction component combined with a molecularly imprinted polymer sensor was used to determine critical levels of test analyte in a complex matrix of highly diluted human blood serum without any non‐specific sorption and false‐positive contributions. The molecularly imprinted polymer was a zwitterionic polymer brush derived from the disodium salt of EDTA and chloranil, grafted to solid‐phase microextraction material. The hyphenated approach was able to detect L ‐histidine quantitatively with a limit of detection as low as 0.0435 ng/mL (RSD = 0.2%, S/N = 3).  相似文献

A new bio-mimetic quartz crystal thickness-shear-mode (TSM) sensor, using an imprinted polymer coating as the sensitive material, has been fabricated and applied to the determination of nicotine (NIC) in human serum and urine. The molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized using NIC as the template molecule and methacrylic acid (MAA) as the functional monomer. The sensor showed high selectivity and a sensitive response to NIC in aqueous system. The linear response range of the sensor was between 5.0 x 10(-8) and 1.0 x 10(-4) M with a detection limit of 2.5 x 10(-8) M. The viscoelasticity of the coating in the air and in liquid has been studied by the impedance spectrum. The MIP sensor was stable and exhibited effective reproducibility. Satisfactory results were achieved in the detection of the real samples.  相似文献

An electrochemical creatinine sensor based on a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP)‐modified sol‐gel film on graphite electrode was developed. The surface coating of MIP over sol‐gel was advantageous to obtain a porous film with outwardly exposed MIP cavities for unhindered selective rebinding of creatinine from aqueous and biological samples. A fast differential pulse, cathodic stripping voltammetric response of creatinine can be obtained after being preanodized the sensor in neutral medium containing appropriate amount of creatinine at +1.8 V versus SCE for 120 s. A linear response over creatinine concentration in the range of 1.23 to 100 μg mL?1 was exhibited with a detection limit of 0.37 μg mL?1 (S/N=3).  相似文献

A simple, sensitive, and selective molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction and spectrophotometric method has been developed for the clean‐up and preconcentration of indapamide from human urine. Molecularly imprinted polymers were prepared by a non‐covalent imprinting approach using indapamide as a template molecule, 2‐(trifluoromethyl) acrylic acid as a functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a crosslinker, N,N‐azobisisobutyronitrile as a thermal initiator and acetonitrile as a porogenic solvent. A non‐imprinted polymer was also prepared in the same way, but in the absence of template. Molecularly imprinted polymer and non‐imprinted polymer sorbents were dry‐packed into solid‐phase extraction cartridges. Eluates from cartridges were analyzed using a spectrophotometer for the determination of indapamide by referring to the calibration curve in the range 0.14–1.50 μg/mL. Preconcentration factor, limit of detection, and limit of quantification were 16.30, 0.025 μg/mL, and 0.075 μg/mL, respectively. A relatively high imprinting factor (9.3) was also achieved and recovery values for the indapamide spiked into human urine were in the range of 80.1–81.2%. In addition, relatively low within‐day (0.17–0.42%) and between‐day (1.1–1.4%) precision values were obtained as well. The proposed molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction and spectrophotometric method was successfully applied to selective extraction, preconcentration, and determination of indapamide from human urine samples.  相似文献

In this study, a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized by electrochemical polymerization and used to construct an electrochemical sensor for determination of meldonium (MEL) selectively for the first time. The polymer film was generated by using o‐phenylenediamine (o‐PD) as a monomer on the surface of carboxylic acid functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) modified pencil rod electrode in the presence of MEL as a template. MEL imprinted (MELimp) and non‐imprinted (N‐imp) polymer films and coated electrodes were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), profilometry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Voltammetric measurements were carried out in a ferrocyanide/ferricyanide redox probe solution for MELimp and N‐imp electrodes in the presence and absence of template molecule. The decrease in peak current of redox probe was linear with the concentration of MEL in the range of 0.1–5 μg/mL and the limit of detection (3 s/b) was found to be 0.066 μg/mL under optimized experimental conditions. The proposed sensor was successfully applied for selective determination of MEL in human urine sample with long term stability and good reproducibility.  相似文献

A tailor‐made Cu(II) ion‐imprinted polymer based on large‐surface‐area graphene oxide sheets has been synthesized for the preconcentration and determination of trace copper from food samples by solid‐phase extraction. Attributed to the ultrahigh surface area and hydrophilicity of graphene oxide, the Cu(II) ion‐imprinted polymer prepared by the surface ion‐imprinting technique exhibited a high binding capacity and a fast adsorption rate under the optimized experimental conditions. In the static adsorption experiments, the maximum adsorption capacity of Cu(II) ion‐imprinted polymer is 109.38 mg/g at 25°C, which is much higher than that of the nonimprinted polymer (32.12 mg/g). Meanwhile, the adsorption is very rapid and equilibrium is reached after approximately 30 min. The adsorption mechanism is found to follow Langmuir adsorption model and the pseudo‐second‐order adsorption process. The Cu(II) ion‐imprinted polymer was used for extracting and detecting Cu(II) in food samples combined with graphite flame atomic adsorption spectrometry with high recoveries in the range of 97.6–103.3%. The relative standard deviation and limit of detection of the method were evaluated as 1.2% and 0.37 μg/L, respectively. The results showed that the novel absorbent can be utilized as an effective material for the selective enrichment and determination of Cu(II) from food samples.  相似文献

A voltammetric sensor for sensitive and specific determination of trans‐resveratrol (RES) were prepared based on immobilization of an RES‐imprinted film on the surface of functionalized Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) electrode, which was modified with γ‐methacyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (γ‐MPS). Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) was presented to extract RES from the molecularly imprinted polymer film and RES were extracted rapidly and completely. The binding performance of the imprinted electrode with the template RES were investigated using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The results showed that the imprinted ITO film can give selective recognition to the template RES over that of structurally analogous molecules. A linear response to RES in the concentration range of 2.0×10?6 M to 2.0×10?5 M was observed with a correlation coefficient of 0.992, and the detection limit of the electrochemical sensor was 8.0×10?7 M. Whereas, binding to the reference nonimprinted electrode, made in the same way but without the addition of template RES, there was almost no response to RES.  相似文献

A highly selective sample cleanup procedure combined with molecularly imprinted SPE was developed for the isolation of crystal violet from seawater and seafood samples. The molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared using crystal violet as the template molecule, methacrylic acid as the functional monomer, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross‐linker. The crystal violet‐imprinted polymer was used as the selective sorbent for the SPE of crystal violet. An off‐line molecularly imprinted SPE method followed by HPLC with diode‐array detection for the analysis of crystal violet was also established. Good linearity on the molecularly imprinted SPE columns was obtained from 0 to 200 μg/L (R2 > 0.99). The result demonstrated that the proposed method can be used for the direct determination of crystal violet in seawater and seafood samples. Finally, five samples were analyzed and the following crystal violet concentrations were obtained: 0.92 and 0.52 μg/L in two seawater samples, as well as 0.36 and 0.27 μg/kg in two seafood samples. There is no crystal violet detected in the third seawater sample.  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor for amoxicillin (AMX) detection based on reduced graphene oxide (RGO), molecular imprinted overoxidized polypyrrole (MIOPPy) modified with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) is described in this work. The electrochemical behavior of the imprinted and non‐imprinted polymer (NIP) was carried out by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and impedance spectroscopy (IS). The structure and morphology of the prepared MIP sensor were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV‐Visible, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and its experimental parameters such as monomer and template concentration, pH buffer solution, incubation time of AMX and AuNPs, scan rate as well as electropolymerization scan cycles were optimized to improve the performance of the sensor. The peak current obtained at the MIP electrode was proportional to the AMX concentration in the range from 10?8 to 10?3 mol L?1 with a detection limit and sensitivity of 1.22 10?6 mol L?1 (Signal to noise ratio=3) and 2.52×10?6 μAmol?1 L, respectively. It was also found that this sensor exhibited reproducibility and excellent selectivity against molecules with similar chemical structures. Besides, the analytical application of the AMX sensor confirms the feasibility of AMX detection in milk and human serum.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical sensor for bisphenol A was developed through the combination of a molecular imprinting technique with a multiwalled carbon nanotube paste electrode. A molecularly imprinted polymer and nonimprinted polymer were synthesized in the presence and absence of bisphenol A, and then used to prepare the electrode. The bisphenol A imprinted polymer was applied as a selective recognition element in the electrochemical sensor. Differential pulse voltammetry was used to characterize the electrochemical behavior of bisphenol A at the modified electrodes. The results showed that the imprinted sensor had highest response for bisphenol A. Parameters including the carbon paste composition, pH, and adsorption time for the imprinted sensor were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the differential pulse voltammetry peak current was linear with the concentration of bisphenol A from 0.08 to 100.0 µM, with a detection limit of 0.022 µM. The imprinted sensor for bisphenol A exhibited good selectivity, stability, and reproducibility. This sensor was successfully used for the determination of bisphenol A in real water samples.  相似文献

An imprinted fluorescent sensor was fabricated based on SiO2 nanoparticles encapsulated with a molecularly imprinted polymer containing allyl fluorescein. High fluorine cypermethirin as template molecules, methyl methacrylate as functional monomer, and allyl fluorescein as optical materials synthesized a core‐shell fluorescent molecular imprinted sensor, which showed a high and rapid sensitivity and selectivity for the detection of τ‐fluvalinate. The sensor presented appreciable sensitivity with a limit of 13.251 nM, rapid detection that reached to equilibrium within 3 min, great linear relationship in the relevant concentration range from 0 to 150 nM, and excellent selectivity over structural analogues. In addition, the fluorescent sensor demonstrated desirable regeneration ability (eight cycling operations). The molecularly imprinted polymers ensured specificity, while the fluorescent dyes provided the stabile sensitivity. Finally, an effective application of the sensor was implemented by the detection of τ‐fluvalinate in real samples from vodka. The molecularly imprinted fluorescent sensor showed a promising potential in environmental monitoring and food safety.  相似文献

A molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized and applied as a sorbent in the solid‐phase extraction device. The imprinted polymer was characterized by fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope. The results revealed that imprinted polymer possess sensitive selectivity and reliable adsorption properties for five NSAIDs. The imprinted polymer was successfully applied to the pre‐concentration for five NSAIDs in different water samples prior to UPLC‐MS/MS. In the early studies, several factors were investigated, including pH adjustment, the kind of elution solvent and the volume of elution solvent. Finally, we found that the pH 5 and an aliquot of 2 mL methanol were suitable for the water samples. The limits of detection and limits of quantitation of five nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs varied from 0.007 to 0.480 μg L−1 and 0.03 to 1.58 μg L−1, respectively. The spiking recoveries of the target analytes were 50.33‐127.64% at the levels of 0.2 μg L−1, 2 μg L−1 and 5 μg L−1. The precision and accuracy of this method showed a great increase compared with traditional solid‐phase extraction. The developed method was successfully applied to extraction and analysis of NSAIDs in different water samples with satisfactory results which could help us better understand their environmental fate and risk to ecological health.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to evaluate the use of a molecularly imprinted polymer as a selective solid‐phase extraction sorbent for the clean‐up and pre‐concentration of patulin from apple‐based food products. Ultra high pressure liquid chromatography coupled to ultraviolet absorbance detection was used for the analysis of patulin. The molecularly imprinted polymer was applied, for the first time, to the determination of patulin in apple juice, puree and jam samples spiked within the maximum levels specified by the European Commission No. 1881/2006. High recoveries (>77%) were obtained. The method was validated and found to be linear in the range 2–100 μg/kg with correlation coefficients greater than 0.965 and repeatability relative standard deviation below 11% in all cases. Compared with dispersive solid‐phase extraction (QuEChERS method) and octadecyl sorbent, the molecularly imprinted polymer showed higher recoveries and selectivity for patulin. The application of Affinisep molecularly imprinted polymer as a selective sorbent material for detection of patulin fulfilled the method performance criteria required by the Commission Regulation No. 401/2006, demonstrating the suitability of the technique for the control of patulin at low ppb levels in different apple‐based foods such as juice, puree and jam samples.  相似文献

An electrode modified with ZnS and gold nanoparticles (Au‐ZnS NPs) is introduced for highly sensitive voltammetric determination of ganciclovir (GCV). Surface structure and topography of the modified electrode was studied by SEM, EDX and XRD techniques. Electrochemical oxidation of GCV was investigated by cyclic (CV) and square wave voltammetry (SWV) in Briton‐Robinson buffer solution (pH 1.5). The results showed that electrochemical oxidation of GCV at the Au‐ZnS modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) is irreversible and exhibited diffusion controlled electrode process over the pH range from 1.0 to 6.0. The oxidation potential peak and pH relationship showed that electrons and protons were transferred simultaneously over the electrochemical oxidation process. Using the proposed sensor, the linear calibration curves were obtained in the ranges of 0.04–1.50 μM and 1.5–70.0 μM with detection limit of 0.01 μM GCV by SWV technique. The modified electrode was successfully applied as a sensitive, reproducible and repeatable sensor for determination of the trace amount of GCV in human serum, urine and cymevene vials. Reasonable results were obtained from comparing the measurements of the real samples by the new sensor to high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) as a standard method.  相似文献
