建立了测定卷烟主流烟气中硫化氢含量的离子色谱法.采用玻璃纤维滤片捕集卷烟烟气粒相物,并用0.5%(体积分数)乙二胺-50 mmol/L氢氧化钠-250 mmol/L乙酸钠溶液萃取粒相物,吸收液吸收气相物中的硫化氢,合并粒相萃取液与气相吸收液,经离子色谱柱分离,以1.5 mol/L氢氧化钠-1 mol/L乙酸钠-2%(体积分数)乙二胺(40∶50∶10,体积比)为流动相,安培检测器检测并施加-100 mv的检测电位.运用方法对12种市售卷烟样品进行了测定,结果表明:方法的线性范围为0.1~5.0μg/mL,检出限为1.03μg/mL,定量限为3.41μg/mL,回收率为102.3%~107.2%,相对标准偏差小于5%.方法处理简单、准确度高,可以用于卷烟烟气中硫化氢含量的测定.  相似文献

建立了超低温溶剂提取结合全二维气相色谱/飞行时间质谱(GC×GC-TOF/MS)测定卷烟主流烟气中有机酸类成分的方法。首先利用乙醚为提取溶剂的超低温溶剂提取装置对卷烟主流烟气进行捕集,然后将提取液通过液液萃取、N,O-双(三甲基硅烷)三氟乙酰胺(BSTFA)衍生化后,以DB-1(30 m×0.25 mm,1.0μm)为一维色谱柱、DB-wax(1.5 m×0.1 mm,0.1μm)为二维色谱柱组成的柱系统对目标物进行分离,在调制周期为6 s、质量扫描范围为m/z 45~450的条件下,卷烟主流烟气中12种有机酸成分可以在58 min内得到准确的检测。实验结果表明,卷烟主流烟气中12种有机酸标准曲线相关系数R2>0.99,加标回收率为80.2%~107.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)的范围为0.4%~12.1%(n=5),方法检出限为1.3~24.5μg/kg,定量限为4.1~77.1μg/kg。  相似文献

建立了超声辅助萃取-离子色谱法同时测定卷烟主流烟气中主要有机酸的方法.采用20 mL 30 mmol/L J NaOH溶液在50℃下对捕集了卷烟主流烟气的剑桥滤片超声萃取50 min,AS11-HC分离柱、Ion AG11-HC保护柱、ASRS-ULTRAⅡ抑制器,KOH溶液为淋洗液,用电导检测器同时测定了卷烟主流烟气中的乳酸、甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、苹果酸和草酸的含量.方法的线性范围1.0~400 mg/L,相关系数为0.9990~0.9995,相对标准偏差1.4%~4.8%,检出限0.03~0.09 mg/L,回收率为92%~104%.采用此方法测定了19种不同规格卷烟样品主流烟气中6种有机酸的含量,并且以6种有机酸为指标对样品进行了聚类分析.结果表明,6种有机酸的含量分布特征可反映不同等级卷烟产品的特性,可用于不用等级卷烟产品的比较和分类.  相似文献

提出了离子交换色谱-脉冲安培检测法分离测定卷烟主流烟气中硫化氢的含量。样品中的硫化氢经含有100 mmol·L-1氢氧化钠-400 mmol·L-1乙酸钠-0.5%乙二胺-20 mmol·L-1抗坏血酸混合溶液捕集后,以IonPacAS7阴离子交换色谱柱为分离柱、100 mmol·L-1氢氧化钠-400 mmol·L-1乙酸钠-0.5%乙二胺混合溶液为淋洗液洗脱,银电极为工作电极,pH/Ag/AgCl电极为复合参比电极,用脉冲安培检测法进行测定。硫离子的质量浓度在0.1~5.0 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限为1.52μg·L-1。方法的加标回收率在92.4%~96.4%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.0%~3.3%之间。  相似文献

建立了气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)测定卷烟主流烟气中呋喃的方法。方法以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为吸收液,用两个串联的吸收瓶捕集主流烟气中的呋喃,HP-PLOT Q毛细管柱分离,选择离子监测,外标法定量。两个串联吸收瓶对主流烟气中呋喃的有效捕集率达99%以上;在0.05~2.5μg/m L的浓度范围内,回归方程线性关系良好(R2=0.9999),检出限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.02μg/支和0.06μg/支;平均加标回收率在93.3%~98.1%之间,RSD小于4%,5 h内样品溶液中呋喃含量的变化率小于6%;用本方法对10种卷烟样品进行测定分析,呋喃的含量在7.57~21.15μg/支之间。  相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定卷烟主流烟气中氨基甲酸乙酯含量的分析方法。采用剑桥滤片捕集卷烟主流烟气中的氨基甲酸乙酯,以乙醇为萃取溶剂,振荡技术提取滤片中的目标物,探讨了洗脱溶剂种类、用量及不同类型固相萃取小柱对目标物的净化效果。在优化实验条件下,方法在6~720μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r2)为0.999 9,平均加标回收率为93.7%~99.8%,日内重复性RSD小于6%,日间重复性RSD小于5%,定量下限(LOQ)为0.26 ng/cig。该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好、溶剂用量少,适合于卷烟主流烟气中氨基甲酸乙酯含量的测定。  相似文献

设计了高效的烟气捕集装置,建立了一种稀硫酸吸收、离子色谱法测定的卷烟主流烟气中氨的分析新方法.与早期的比色法、容量法、氨电极法、气相色谱法相比,该方法快速、简便,不需要复杂的样品前处理,完成一次分析只需12 min.检出限为0.005 mg/L,RSD为3.7%,空白加标回收率在87%~102%之间,吸烟加标回收率在98%~106%之间.测定了国内50种主要品牌卷烟,其主流烟气中氨含量范围为6.50~14.22μg/支烟.  相似文献

建立了测定卷烟主流烟气中的吡啶、2-甲基吡啶、4-甲基吡啶和喹啉等半挥发性氮杂芳烃的液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC/MS/MS)。采用甲醇吸收法从主流烟气中收集目标分析物,利用Zorbax的色谱柱SB-AQ(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm,C18)为分离柱,乙腈与乙酸铵缓冲液作为流动相进行梯度分离;质谱采用MRM多反应监测模式。检测了不同品牌卷烟在ISO抽吸模式下主流烟气中吡啶等的含量。结果表明,该方法的线性相关系数均为0.999,检测限范围在3.36~13.1 ng/cig之间,所有分析物的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于7.2%,方法适用于卷烟主流烟气中吡啶类化合物的分析测定。  相似文献

建立了一种快速测定卷烟主流烟气中相关成分的方法,其中包括一氧化碳、4-(甲基亚硝氨基)-3-吡啶-1-丁酮(NNK)、苯酚、巴豆醛、氨和氰化氢6种相关成分. 采用在吸烟机上同时使用溶剂捕集和滤片捕集的方式,溶剂捕集氨、氰化氢和巴豆醛,滤片捕集NNK、氨、氰化氢和苯酚,样品采集后分别在高效液相色谱、离子色谱和液相色谱/质谱联用仪上检测. 一氧化碳使用吸烟机自带的非散射红外检测器检测. 试验结果表明,与检测卷烟烟气中6种相关成分的烟草行业标准方法相比,简化了分析程序,避免重复抽吸卷烟的捕集步骤,得到的NNK相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.0%,其它检测结果的RSD均小于3.0%,方法精密度良好,适合卷烟主流烟气中相关成分含量的测定.  相似文献

N-亚硝基降烟碱(NNN)、4-(亚硝基甲氨基)-1-(3-吡啶基)-1-丁酮(NNK)、N-亚硝基新烟草碱 (NAT)和N-亚硝基假木贼碱(NAB)是4种广泛存在于烟草和烟气中的致癌物,准确测定其含量对评估其对人体健康的影响有着重要的作用。采用液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(LC-ESI MS/MS)技术建立了卷烟主流烟气中NNN、NNK、NAT和NAB的测定方法,并将其用于中国烤烟和混合型卷烟主流烟气的分析。卷烟主流烟气通过剑桥滤片捕集,捕集烟气后的滤片在加入100 μL氘代混合内标后用10 mL 100 mmol/L醋酸铵水溶液萃取,萃取液过水相滤膜后直接进行LC-ESI MS/MS检测。选用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,以流动相0.1%(v/v)乙酸水溶液和0.1%(v/v)乙酸甲醇溶液梯度洗脱,质谱检测采用正离子扫描,多反应监测模式。NNN、NNK、NAT和NAB的检出限分别为0.019、0.002、0.008和0.007 μg/L,回收率为84.9%~104.5%,相对标准偏差(n=8)为2.96%~6.65%。该方法的检出限低,特异性好,适用于卷烟主流烟气中NNN、NNK、NAT和NAB释放量的检测。  相似文献

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.  相似文献

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom.
