Chiral metalloporphyrins [Mn(Por*)(OH)(MeOH)] (1) and [Ru(Por*)(CO)(EtOH)] (2) catalyze asymmetric aziridination of aromatic alkenes and asymmetric amidation of benzylic hydrocarbons to give moderate enantiomeric excesses. The mass balance in these nitrogen-atom-transfer processes has been examined. With PhI=NTs as the nitrogen source, the aziridination of styrenes, trans-stilbene, 2-vinylnaphthalene, indene, and 2,2-dimethylchromene catalyzed by complex 1 or 2 resulted in up to 99 % substrate conversions and up to 94 % aziridine selectivities, whereas the amidation of ethylbenzenes, indan, tetralin, 1-, and 2-ethylnaphthalene catalyzed by complex 2 led to substrate conversions of up to 32 % and amide selectivities of up to 91 %. Complex 1 or 2 can also catalyze the asymmetric amidation of 4-methoxyethylbenzene, tetralin, and 2-ethylnaphthalene with "PhI(OAc)(2) + NH(2)SO(2)Me", affording the N-substituted methanesulfonamides in up to 56 % ee with substrate conversions of up to 34 % and amide selectivities of up to 92 %. Extension of the "complex 1 + PhI=NTs" or "complex 1 + PhI(OAc)(2) + NH(2)R (R=Ts, Ns)" amidation protocol to a steroid resulted in diastereoselective amidation of cholesteryl acetate at the allylic C-H bonds at C-7 with substrate conversions of up to 49 % and amide selectivities of up to 90 % (alpha:beta ratio: up to 4.2:1). An aziridination- and amidation-active chiral bis(tosylimido)ruthenium(VI) porphyrin, [Ru(Por*)(NTs)(2)] (3), and a ruthenium porphyrin aziridine adduct, [Ru(Por*)(CO)(TsAz)] (4, TsAz=N-tosyl-2- (4-chlorophenyl)aziridine), have been isolated from the reaction of 2 with PhI=NTs and N-tosyl-2-(4-chlorophenyl)aziridine, respectively. The imidoruthenium porphyrin 3 could be an active species in the aziridination or amidation catalyzed by complex 2 described above. The second-order rate constants for the reactions of 3 with styrenes, 2-vinylnaphthalene, indene, ethylbenzenes, and 2-ethylnaphthalene range from 3.7-42.5x10(-3) dm(3) mol(-1) s(-1). An X-ray structure determination of complex 4 reveals an O- rather than N-coordination of the aziridine axial ligand. The fact that the N-tosylaziridine in 4 does not adopt an N-coordination mode disfavors a concerted pathway in the aziridination by a tosylimido ruthenium porphyrin active species.  相似文献

[Ru(II)(F(20)-tpp)(CO)] (1, F(20)-tpp=meso-tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrinato dianion) was covalently attached to poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) through the reaction of 1 with PEG and sodium hydride in DMF. The water-soluble PEG-supported ruthenium porphyrin (PEG-1) is an efficient catalyst for 2,6-Cl(2)pyNO oxidation and PhI==NTs aziridination/amidation of hydrocarbons, and intramolecular amidation of sulfamate esters with PhI(OAc)(2). Oxidation of PEG-1 by m-CPBA in CH(2)Cl(2), dioxane, or water afforded a water-soluble PEG-supported dioxoruthenium(VI) porphyrin (PEG-2), which could react with hydrocarbons to give oxidation products in up to 80 % yield. The behavior of the two PEG-supported ruthenium porphyrin complexes in water was probed by NMR spectroscopy and dynamic light-scattering measurements. PEG-2 is remarkably stable to water. The second-order rate constants (k(2)) for the oxidation of styrene and ethylbenzene by PEG-2 in dioxane-water increase with water content, and the k(2) values at a water content of 70 % or 80 % are up to 188 times that obtained in ClCH(2)CH(2)Cl.  相似文献

Selective amidation of simple hydrocarbons with pre-isolated and in-situ formed iminoiodanes catalyzed by ruthenium complexes [Ru(III)(Me(3)tacn)(CF(3)CO(2))(3).H(2)O] (2b, Me(3)tacn = N,N', N"-trimethyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononane) and cis-[Ru(II)(6, 6'-Cl(2)bpy)(2)Cl(2)] (3, 6,6'-Cl(2)bpy = 6,6'-dichloro-2, 2'-bipyridine) was investigated. With PhI=NTs as nitrogen source, both catalysts efficiently promote the amidation of adamantane, cyclohexene, ethylbenzene, cumene, indan, tetralin, and diphenylmethane to afford N-substituted sulfonamides in 80-93% yields with high selectivity. Competitive amidations of para-substituted ethylbenzenes and kinetic isotope effect for the amidation of cyclohexene/cyclohexene-d(10) suggest that the amidation processes probably proceed via the hydrogen abstraction by a reactive Ru=NTs species to form a carboradical intermediate. The amidation with PhI(OAc)(2)/TsNH(2) gave results comparable to those obtained with PhI=NTs. Extension of the "PhI(OAc)(2)/TsNH(2) + catalyst 2b or 3" protocol to MeSO(2)NH(2) and PhCONH(2) with ethylbenzene as substrate produced the corresponding N-substituted amides in up to 89% yield.  相似文献

[Ru(VI)(TMP)(NSO2R)2] (SO2R = Ms, Ts, Bs, Cs, Ns; R = p-C6H4OMe, p-C6H4Me, C6H5, p-C6H4Cl, p-C6H4NO2, respectively) and [Ru(VI)(Por)(NTs)2] (Por = 2,6-Cl2TPP, F20-TPP) were prepared by the reactions of [Ru(II)(Por)(CO)] with PhI=NSO2R in CH2Cl2. These complexes exhibit reversible Ru(VI/V) couple with E(1/2) = -0.41 to -0.12 V vs Cp2Fe(+/0) and undergo imido transfer reactions with styrenes, norbornene, cis-cyclooctene, indene, ethylbenzenes, cumene, 9,10-dihydroanthracene, xanthene, cyclohexene, toluene, and tetrahydrofuran to afford aziridines or amides in up to 85% yields. The second-order rate constants (k2) of the aziridination/amidation reactions at 298 K were determined to be (2.6 +/- 0.1) x 10(-5) to 14.4 +/- 0.6 dm3 mol(-1) s(-1), which generally increase with increasing Ru(VI/V) reduction potential of the imido complexes and decreasing C-H bond dissociation energy (BDE) of the hydrocarbons. A linear correlation was observed between log k' (k' is the k2 value divided by the number of reactive hydrogens) and BDE and between log k2 and E(1/2)(Ru(VI/V)); the linearity in the former case supports a H-atom abstraction mechanism. The amidation by [Ru(VI)(TMP)(NNs)2] reverses the thermodynamic reactivity order cumene > ethylbenzene/toluene, with k'(tertiary C-H)/k'(secondary C-H) = 0.2 and k'(tertiary C-H)/k'(primary C-H) = 0.8.  相似文献

Reactions of dioxoruthenium(VI) porphyrins, [Ru(VI)O2(Por)], with p-chloroaniline, trimethylamine, tert-butylamine, p-nitroaniline, and diphenylamine afforded bis(amine)ruthenium(II) porphyrins, [Ru(II)(Por)(L)2] (L-p-ClC6H4NH2, Me3N, Por=TTP, 4-Cl-TPP; L=tBuNH2, Por = TPP, 3,4,5-MeO-TPP, TTP, 4-Cl-TPP, 3,5-Cl-TPP) and bis(amido)ruthenium(IV) porphyrins, [Ru(IV)(Por)(X)2] (X=p-NO2C6H4NH, Por=TTP, 4-Cl-TPP; X = Ph2N, Por = 3,4,5-MeO-TPP, 3,5-Cl-TPP), respectively. Oxidative deprotonation of [Ru(II)(Por)(NH2-p-C6H4Cl)2] in chloroform by air generated bis(arylamido)ruthenium(IV) porphyrins, [RuIV(Por)(NH-p-C6H4Cl)2] (Por=TTP. 4-Cl-TPP). Oxidation of [RuII(Por)-(NH2tBu)2] by bromine in dichloromethane in the presence of tert-butylamine and traces of water produced oxo(imido)ruthenium(VI) porphyrins, [RuVI-O(Por)(NtBu)] (Por=TPP, 3,4,5-MeO-TPP, TTP, 4-Cl-TPP, 3,5-Cl-TPP). These new classes of ruthenium complexes were characterized by 1H NMR, IR, and UV/visible spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. The structure of [Ru(IV)(TTP)(NH-p-C6H4Cl)2 . CH2Cl2 was determined by X-ray crystallography. The Ru-N bond length and the Ru-N-C angle of the Ru-NHAr moiety are 1.956(7) A and 135.8(6) degrees, respectively.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Unsaturated sulfonamides underwent direct intramolecular aziridination catalyzed by Rh(2)(OAc)(4) with PhI(OAc)(2) and Al(2)O(3) to give the corresponding aziridine products in excellent yields (up to 98%) and with good to excellent conversions. High turnovers (up to 1375) were achieved. The intermolecular rhodium-catalyzed amidation of cholesteryl acetate with PhI=NTs or PhI(OAc)(2)/NH(2)R as the nitrogen source exhibited both excellent regio- and alpha-selectivity (alpha/beta ratio up to 9:1).  相似文献

beta-Halogenated dioxoruthenium(VI) porphyrin complexes [Ru(VI)(F(28)-tpp)O(2)] [F(28)-tpp=2,3,7,8,12,13, 17,18-octafluoro-5,10,15,20-tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrinato(2-)] and [Ru(VI)(beta-Br(8)-tmp)O(2)] [beta-Br(8)-tmp=2,3,7,8,12,13,17,18-octabromo-5,10,15,20- tetrakis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)porphyrinato(2-)] were prepared from reactions of [Ru(II)(por)(CO)] [por=porphyrinato(2-)] with m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid in CH(2)Cl(2). Reactions of [Ru(VI)(por)O(2)] with excess PPh(3) in CH(2)Cl(2) gave [Ru(II)(F(20)-tpp)(PPh(3))(2)] [F(20)-tpp=5,10,15,20-tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrinato(2-)] and [Ru(II)(F(28)-tpp)(PPh(3))(2)]. The structures of [Ru(II)(por)(CO)(H(2)O)] and [Ru(II)(por)(PPh(3))(2)] (por=F(20)-tpp, F(28)-tpp) were determined by X-ray crystallography, revealing the effect of beta-fluorination of the porphyrin ligand on the coordination of axial ligands to ruthenium atom. The X-ray crystal structure of [Ru(VI)(F(20)-tpp)O(2)] shows a Ru=O bond length of 1.718(3) A. Electrochemical reduction of [Ru(VI)(por)O(2)] (Ru(VI) to Ru(V)) is irreversible or quasi-reversible, with the E(p,c)(Ru(VI/V)) spanning -0.31 to -1.15 V versus Cp(2)Fe(+/0). Kinetic studies were performed for the reactions of various [Ru(VI)(por)O(2)], including [Ru(VI)(F(28)-tpp)O(2)] and [Ru(VI)(beta-Br(8)-tmp)O(2)], with para-substituted styrenes p-X-C(6)H(4)CH=CH(2) (X=H, F, Cl, Me, MeO), cis- and trans-beta-methylstyrene, cyclohexene, norbornene, ethylbenzene, cumene, 9,10-dihydroanthracene, xanthene, and fluorene. The second-order rate constants (k(2)) obtained for the hydrocarbon oxidations by [Ru(VI)(F(28)-tpp)O(2)] are up to 28-fold larger than by [Ru(VI)(F(20)-tpp)O(2)]. Dual-parameter Hammett correlation implies that the styrene oxidation by [Ru(VI)(F(28)-tpp)O(2)] should involve rate-limiting generation of a benzylic radical intermediate, and the spin delocalization effect is more important than the polar effect. The k(2) values for the oxidation of styrene and ethylbenzene by [Ru(VI)(por)O(2)] increase with E(p,c)(Ru(VI/V)), and there is a linear correlation between log k(2) and E(p,c)(Ru(VI/V)). The small slope (approximately 2 V(-1)) of the log k(2) versus E(p,c)(Ru(VI/V)) plot suggests that the extent of charge transfer is small in the rate-determining step of the hydrocarbon oxidations. The rate constants correlate well with the C-H bond dissociation energies, in favor of a hydrogen-atom abstraction mechanism.  相似文献

The methylhydrazine complex [Ru(NH(2)NHMe)(PyP)(2)]Cl(BPh(4)) (PyP=1-[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]pyrazole) was synthesised by addition of methylhydrazine to the bimetallic complex [Ru(mu-Cl)(PyP)(2)](2)(BPh(4))(2). The methylhydrazine ligand of the ruthenium complex has two different binding modes: side-on (eta(2)-) when the complex is in the solid state and end-on (eta(1)-) when the complex is in solution. The solid-state structure of [Ru(PyP)(2)(NH(2)NHMe)]Cl(BPh(4)) was determined by X-ray crystallography. 2D NMR spectroscopic experiments with (15)N at natural abundance confirmed that in solution the methylhydrazine is bound to the metal centre by only the -NH(2) group and the ruthenium complex retains an octahedral conformation. Hydrazine complexes [RuCl(PyP)(2)(eta(1)-NH(2)NRR')]OSO(2)CF(3) (in which R=H, R'=Ph, R=R'=Me and NRR'=NC(5)H(10)) were formed in situ by the addition of phenylhydrazine, 1,1-dimethylhydrazine and N-aminopiperidine, respectively, to a solution of the bimetallic complex [Ru(mu-Cl)(PyP)(2)](2)(OSO(2)CF(3))(2) in dichloromethane. These substituted hydrazine complexes of ruthenium were shown to exist in an equilibrium mixture with the bimetallic starting material.  相似文献

Reduction of [Fe(III)(Por)Cl] (Por = porphyrinato dianion) with Na2S2O4 followed by reaction with excess PH2Ph, PH2Ad, or PHPh2 afforded [Fe(II)(F20-TPP)(PH2Ph)2] (1a), [Fe(II)(F20-TPP)(PH2Ad)2] (1b), [Fe(II)(F20-TPP)(PHPh2)2] (2a), and [Fe(II)(2,6-Cl2TPP)(PHPh2)2] (2b). Reaction of [Ru(II)(Pc)(DMSO)2] (Pc = phthalocyaninato dianion) with PH2Ph or PHPh2 gave [Ru(II)(Pc)(PH2Ph)2] (3a) and [Ru(II)(Pc)(PHPh2)2] (4). [Ru(II)(Pc)(PH2Ad)2] (3b) and [Ru(II)(Pc)(PH2Bu(t))2] (3c) were isolated by treating a mixture of [Ru(II)(Pc)(DMSO)2] and O=PCl2Ad or PCl2Bu(t) with LiAlH4. Hydrophosphination of CH2=CHR (R = CO2Et, CN) with [Ru(II)(F20-TPP)(PH2Ph)2] or [Ru(II)(F20-TPP)(PHPh2)2] in the presence of (t)BuOK led to the isolation of [Ru(II)(F20-TPP)(P(CH2CH2R)2Ph)2] (R = CO2Et, 5a; CN, 5b) and [Ru(II)(F20-TPP)(P(CH2CH2R)Ph2)2] (R = CO2Et, 6a; CN, 6b). Similar reaction of 3a with CH2=CHCN or MeI gave [Ru(II)(Pc)(P(CH2CH2CN)2Ph)2] (7) or [Ru(II)(Pc)(PMe2Ph)2] (8). The reactions of 4 with CH2=CHR (R = CO2Et, CN, C(O)Me, P(O)(OEt)2, S(O)2Ph), CH2=C(Me)CO2Me, CH(CO2Me)=CHCO2Me, MeI, BnCl, and RBr (R = (n)Bu, CH2=CHCH2, MeC[triple bond]CCH2, HC[triple bond]CCH2) in the presence of (t)BuOK afforded [Ru(II)(Pc)(P(CH2CH2R)Ph2)2] (R = CO2Et, 9a; CN, 9b; C(O)Me, 9c; P(O)(OEt)2, 9d; S(O)2Ph, 9e), [Ru(II)(Pc)(P(CH2CH(Me)CO2Me)Ph2)2] (9f), [Ru(II)(Pc)(P(CH(CO2Me)CH2CO2Me)Ph2)2] (9g), and [Ru(II)(Pc)(PRPh2)2] (R = Me, 10a; Bu(n), 10b; Bn, 10c; CH2CH=CH2, 10d; CH2C[triple bond]CMe, 10e; CH=C=CH2, 10f). X-ray crystal structure determinations revealed Fe-P distances of 2.2597(9) (1a) and 2.309(2) A (2bx 2 CH2Cl2) and Ru-P distances of 2.3707(13) (3b), 2.373(2) (3c), 2.3478(11) (4), and 2.3754(10) A (5b x 2 CH2Cl2). Both the crystal structures of 3b and 4 feature intermolecular C-H...pi interactions, which link the molecules into 3D and 2D networks, respectively.  相似文献

Novel polynuclear complexes of rhenium and ruthenium containing PCA (PCA = 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde azine or 4-pyridinealdazine or 1,4-bis(4-pyridyl)-2,3-diaza-1,3-butadiene) as a bridging ligand have been synthesized as PF(6-) salts and characterized by spectroscopic, electrochemical, and photophysical techniques. The precursor mononuclear complex, of formula [Re(Me(2)bpy)(CO)(3)(PCA)](+) (Me(2)bpy = 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine), does not emit at room temperature in CH(3)CN, and the transient spectrum found by flash photolysis at lambda(exc) = 355 nm can be assigned to a MLCT (metal-to-ligand charge transfer) excited state [(Me(2)bpy)(CO)(3)Re(II)(PCA(-))](+), with lambda(max) = 460 nm and tau < 10 ns. The spectral properties of the related complexes [[Re(Me(2)bpy)(CO)(3)}(2)(PCA)](2+), [Re(CO)(3)(PCA)(2)Cl], and [Re(CO)(3)Cl](3)(PCA)(4) confirm the existence of this low-energy MLCT state. The dinuclear complex, of formula [(Me(2)bpy)(CO)(3)Re(I)(PCA)Ru(II)(NH(3))(5)](3+), presents an intense absorption in the visible spectrum that can be assigned to a MLCT d(pi)(Ru) --> pi(PCA); in CH(3)CN, the value of lambda (max) = 560 nm is intermediate between those determined for [Ru(NH(3))(5)(PCA)](2+) (lambda(max) = 536 nm) and [(NH(3))(5)Ru(PCA)Ru(NH(3))(5)](4+) (lambda(max) = 574 nm), indicating a significant decrease in the energy of the pi-orbital of PCA. The mixed-valent species, of formula [(Me(2)bpy)(CO)(3)Re(I)(PCA)Ru(III)(NH(3))(5)](4+), was obtained in CH(3)CN solution, by bromine oxidation or by controlled-potential electrolysis at 0.8 V in a OTTLE cell of the [Re(I),Ru(II)] precursor; the band at lambda(max) = 560 nm disappears completely, and a new band appears at lambda(max) = 483 nm, assignable to a MMCT band (metal-to-metal charge transfer) Re(I) --> Ru(III). By using the Marcus-Hush formalism, both the electronic coupling (H(AB)) and the reorganization energy (lambda) for the metal-to-metal intramolecular electron transfer have been calculated. Despite the considerable distance between both metal centers (approximately 15.0 Angstroms), there is a moderate coupling that, together with the comproportionation constant of the mixed-valent species [(NH(3))(5)Ru(PCA)Ru(NH(3))(5)](5+) (K(c) approximately 10(2), in CH(3)CN), puts into evidence an unusual enhancement of the metal-metal coupling in the bridged PCA complexes. This effect can be accounted for by the large extent of "metal-ligand interface", as shown by DFT calculations on free PCA. Moreover, lambda is lower than the driving force -DeltaG degrees for the recombination charge reaction [Re(II),Ru(II)] --> [Re(I),Ru(III)] that follows light excitation of the mixed-valent species. It is then predicted that this reverse reaction falls in the Marcus inverted region, making the heterodinuclear [Re(I),Ru(III)] complex a promising model for controlling the efficiency of charge-separation processes.  相似文献

Reduction of imines by [2,5-Ph2-3,4-Tol(2)(eta(5)-C(4)COH)]Ru(CO)2H (1) produces kinetically stable ruthenium amine complexes. Reduction of an imine possessing an intramolecular amine was studied to distinguish between inner sphere and outer sphere mechanisms. 1,4-Bn(15)NH(c-C(6)H(10))=NBn (12) was reduced by 1 in toluene-d8 to give 85% of [2,5-Ph2-3,4-Tol(2)(eta(4)-C(4)CO)](CO)(2)RuNHBn(c-C(6)H(10))(15)NHBn (16-RuN,15N), resulting from coordination of the newly formed amine to the ruthenium center, and 15% of trapping product [2,5-Ph2-3,4-Tol(2)(eta(4)-C(4)CO)](CO)(2)Ru(15)NHBn(c-C(6)H(10))NHBn (16-Ru(15)N,N), resulting from coordination of the intramolecular trapping amine. These results provide support for an outer sphere transfer of hydrogen to the imine to generate a coordinatively unsaturated intermediate, which can be trapped by the intramolecular amine. An opposing mechanism, requiring coordination of the imine nitrogen to ruthenium prior to hydrogen transfer, cannot readily explain the observation of the trapping product 16-Ru(15)N,N.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-(arylazo)phenols with [Ru(PPh(3))(2)(CO)(2)Cl(2)] affords a family of organometallic complexes of ruthenium(II) of type [Ru(PPh(3))(2)(CO)(CNO-R)], where the 2-(arylazo)phenolate ligand (CNO-R; R = OCH(3), CH(3), H, Cl, and NO(2)) is coordinated to the metal center as tridentate C,N,O-donor. Another group of intermediate complexes of type [Ru(PPh(3))(2)(CO)(NO-R)(H)] has also been isolated, where the 2-(arylazo)phenolate ligand (NO-R) is coordinated to the metal center as bidentate N,O-donor. Structures of the [Ru(PPh(3))(2)(CO)(NO-OCH(3))(H)] and [Ru(PPh(3))(2)(CO)(CNO-OCH(3))] complexes have been determined by X-ray crystallography. All the complexes are diamagnetic and show characteristic (1)H NMR signals and intense MLCT transitions in the visible region. Both the [Ru(PPh(3))(2)(CO)(NO-R)(H)] and [Ru(PPh(3))(2)(CO)(CNO-R)] complexes show two oxidative responses on the positive side of SCE.  相似文献

The ruthenium(II) complexes [Ru(R)(κ(2)-S(2)C·IPr)(CO)(PPh(3))(2)](+) (R = CH=CHBu(t), CH=CHC(6)H(4)Me-4, C(C≡CPh)=CHPh) are formed on reaction of IPr·CS(2) with [Ru(R)Cl(CO)(BTD)(PPh(3))(2)] (BTD = 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole) or [Ru(C(C≡CPh)=CHPh)Cl(CO)(PPh(3))(2)] in the presence of ammonium hexafluorophosphate. Similarly, the complexes [Ru(CH=CHC(6)H(4)Me-4)(κ(2)-S(2)C·ICy)(CO)(PPh(3))(2)](+) and [Ru(C(C≡CPh)=CHPh)(κ(2)-S(2)C·ICy)(CO)(PPh(3))(2)](+) are formed in the same manner when ICy·CS(2) is employed. The ligand IMes·CS(2) reacts with [Ru(R)Cl(CO)(BTD)(PPh(3))(2)] to form the compounds [Ru(R)(κ(2)-S(2)C·IMes)(CO)(PPh(3))(2)](+) (R = CH=CHBu(t), CH=CHC(6)H(4)Me-4, C(C≡CPh)=CHPh). Two osmium analogues, [Os(CH=CHC(6)H(4)Me-4)(κ(2)-S(2)C·IMes)(CO)(PPh(3))(2)](+) and [Os(C(C≡CPh)=CHPh)(κ(2)-S(2)C·IMes)(CO)(PPh(3))(2)](+) were also prepared. When the more bulky diisopropylphenyl derivative IDip·CS(2) is used, an unusual product, [Ru(κ(2)-SC(H)S(CH=CHC(6)H(4)Me-4)·IDip)Cl(CO)(PPh(3))(2)](+), with a migrated vinyl group, is obtained. Over extended reaction times, [Ru(CH=CHC(6)H(4)Me-4)Cl(BTD)(CO)(PPh(3))(2)] also reacts with IMes·CS(2) and NH(4)PF(6) to yield the analogous product [Ru{κ(2)-SC(H)S(CH=CHC(6)H(4)Me-4)·IMes}Cl(CO)(PPh(3))(2)](+)via the intermediate [Ru(CH=CHC(6)H(4)Me-4)(κ(2)-S(2)C·IMes)(CO)(PPh(3))(2)](+). Structural studies are reported for [Ru(CH=CHC(6)H(4)Me-4)(κ(2)-S(2)C·IPr)(CO)(PPh(3))(2)]PF(6) and [Ru(C(C≡CPh)=CHPh)(κ(2)-S(2)C·ICy)(CO)(PPh(3))(2)]PF(6).  相似文献

Reactions of dioxoosmium(VI) porphyrins [Os(VI)(Por)O(2)] with excess 1,1-diphenylhydrazine in tetrahydrofuran at ca. 55 degrees C for 15 min afforded bis(hydrazido(1-))osmium(IV) porphyrins [Os(IV)(Por)(NHNPh(2))(2)] (1a, Por = TPP (meso-tetraphenylporphyrinato dianion); 1b, Por = TTP (meso-tetrakis(p-tolyl)porphyrinato dianion)), hydroxo(amido)osmium(IV) porphyrins [Os(IV)(Por)(NPh(2))(OH)] (2a, Por = TPP; 2b, Por = TTP), and bis(hydrazido(2-))osmium(VI) porphyrin [Os(VI)(Por)(NNPh(2))(2)] (3c, Por = TMP (meso-tetramesitylporphyrinato dianion)). The same reaction under harsher conditions (in refluxing tetrahydrofuran for ca. 1 h) gave a nitridoosmium(VI) porphyrin, [Os(VI)(Por)(N)(OH)] (4b, Por = TTP). Oxidation of 1a,b with bromine in dichloromethane afforded bis(hydrazido(2-)) complexes [Os(VI)(TPP)(NNPh(2))(2)] (3a) and [Os(VI)(TTP)(NNPh(2))(2)] (3b), respectively. The parent amido complex cis-(PMe(3))(4)Ru(H)(NH(2)) (2) has been prepared via the deprotonation of [cis-(PMe(3))(4)Ru(H)(NH(3))(+)][BPh(4)(-)]. The amido complex is a somewhat weaker base than the DMPE analogue trans-(DMPE)(2)Ru(H)(NH(2)) but is still basic enough to quantitatively deprotonate fluorene and reversibly deprotonate 1,3-cyclohexadiene and toluene. Complex 2 exhibits very labile phosphine ligands, two of which can be replaced by DMPE to yield the mixed complex cis-(PMe(3))(2)(DMPE)Ru(H)(NH(2)). Because of the ligand lability, 2 also undergoes hydrogenolysis and rapid exchange with labeled NH(3). The amide complex reacts with alkyl halides to yield E2 and S(N)2 products, along with ruthenium hydrido halide complexes including the ruthenium fluoride cis-(PMe(3))(4)Ru(H)(F). Ruthenium hydrido ammonia halide ion pair intermediates [cis-(PMe(3))(4)Ru(H)(NH(3))(+)][X(-)] are observed in some deprotonation and E2 reactions, and measurement of the equilibrium constants for NH(3) displacement from these complexes suggests that they benefit from significant hydrogen bonding between X(-) and NH(3) groups. Cumulenes also react with complex 2 to afford the products of insertion into an NH bond. The rates of neither these NH insertion reactions nor the reversible deprotonation reactions show any dependence on the concentration of PMe(3) present, suggesting that these reactions take place directly at the NH(2) group and do not involve precoordination of substrate to the metal center.  相似文献

Oxo(tert-butylimido) or bis(tert-butylimido)osmium(VI) porphyrins Os(Por)(O)(NBut) and Os(Por)(NBut)2, [Por=meso-tetrakis(p-tolyl)porphyrinato (TTP) and meso-tetrakis(4-chlorophe-nyl)porphyrinato (4-Cl-TPP)] were synthesized by air oxidation of bis(tert-butylamme)osmium(II) porphyrins [Os(Por)(H2NBut)2 (Por=TPP, 4-Cl-TPP], depending on whether tert-butylamine is present. The bis(tert-butylamine)ruthenium(II) porphyrins [Ru(Por)(H2NBut)2, Por=TTP, 4-Cl-TPP] can undergo bromine oxidation to give oxo(tert-butylimido)ruthenium(VI) complexes in quantitative yields. The octahedral Ru(II) amine complexes [TpRu(L)(L')(NH(2)R)][OTf] (L = L' = PMe(3), P(OMe)(3) or L = CO and L' = PPh(3); R = H or (t)Bu) have been synthesized and characterized. Deprotonation of the amine complexes [TpRu(L)(L')(NH(3))][OTf] or [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)(t)Bu)][OTf] yields the Ru(II) amido complexes TpRu(L)(L')(NH(2)) and TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(t)Bu). Reactions of the parent amido complexes or TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(t)Bu) with phenylacetylene at room temperature result in immediate deprotonation to form ruthenium-amine/phenylacetylide ion pairs, and heating a benzene solution of the [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)(t)Bu)][PhC(2)] ion pair results in the formation of the Ru(II) phenylacetylide complex TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(C[triple bond]CPh) in >90% yield. The observation that [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)(t)Bu)][PhC(2)] converts to the Ru(II) acetylide with good yield while heating the ion pairs [TpRu(L)(L')(NH(3))][PhC(2)] yields multiple products is attributed to reluctant dissociation of ammonia compared with the (t)butylamine ligand (i.e., different rates for acetylide/amine exchange). These results are consistent with ligand exchange reactions of Ru(II) amine complexes [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)R)][OTf] (R = H or (t)Bu) with acetonitrile. The previously reported phenyl amido complexes TpRuL(2)(NHPh) [L = PMe(3) or P(OMe)(3)] react with 10 equiv of phenylacetylene at elevated temperature to produce Ru(II) acetylide complexes TpRuL(2)(C[triple bond]CPh) in quantitative yields. Kinetic studies indicate that the reaction of TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NHPh) with phenylacetylene occurs via a pathway that involves TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(OTf) or [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)Ph)][OTf] as catalyst. Reactions of 1,4-cyclohexadiene with the Ru(II) amido complexes TpRu(L)(L')(NH(2)) (L = L' = PMe(3) or L = CO and L' = PPh(3)) or TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(t)Bu) at elevated temperatures result in the formation of benzene and Ru hydride complexes. TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(H), [Tp(PMe(3))(2)Ru[double bond]C[double bond]C(H)Ph][OTf], [Tp(PMe(3))(2)Ru=C(CH(2)Ph)[N(H)Ph]][OTf], and [TpRu(PMe(3))(3)][OTf] have been independently prepared and characterized. Results from solid-state X-ray diffraction studies of the complexes [TpRu(CO)(PPh(3))(NH(3))][OTf], [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(3))][OTf], and TpRu(CO)(PPh(3))(C[triple bond]CPh) are reported.  相似文献

The nature of the products of the reactions of [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] with diaminogermylenes depends upon the volume and the cyclic or acyclic structure of the latter. Thus, the triruthenium cluster [Ru(3){μ-Ge(NCH(2)CMe(3))(2)C(6)H(4)}(3)(CO)(9)], which has a planar Ru(3)Ge(3) core and an overall C(3h) symmetry, has been prepared in quantitative yield by treating [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] with an excess of the cyclic 1,3-bis(neo-pentyl)-2-germabenzimidazol-2-ylidene in toluene at 100 °C, but under analogous reaction conditions, the acyclic and bulkier Ge(HMDS)(2) (HMDS = N(SiMe(3))(2)) quantitatively leads to the mononuclear ruthenium(0) derivative [Ru{Ge(HMDS)(2)}(2)(CO)(3)]. Mixtures of products have been obtained from the reactions of [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] with the cyclic and very bulky 1,3-bis(tert-butyl)-2-germaimidazol-2-ylidene under various reaction conditions. The Ru(3)Ge(3) and RuGe(2) products reported in this paper are the first ruthenium complexes containing diaminogermylene ligands.  相似文献
