In order to find novel bleaching herbicide lead compounds, a series of novel 3‐aryl‐4‐substituted‐5‐[3‐(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy]‐1,2,4‐triazoles were designed and synthesized by the multi‐step reactions. N‐(Arylformamido)phenylthioureas undergo ring closure in the presence of sodium hydroxide to generate 3‐aryl‐4‐substituted‐4H‐[1,2,4]triazol‐5‐thiols 1 , which reacted with methyl sulfate in the presence of K2CO3 to give 3‐aryl‐5‐methylsulfanyl‐4‐substituted‐4H‐[1,2,4]triazoles 2 . The target compounds 4 were synthesized by the oxidation of 2 in the presence of H2O2 and Na2WO4, followed by the substitution with 3‐(trifluoromethyl)phenol in moderate to good yields. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, EI–MS, and elemental analyses. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some of them displayed moderate to good selective herbicidal activity against Brassica campestris L at the concentration of 100 µg/mL. Compounds 4c and 4i possessed 75.0% and 82.6% inhibition against Brassica campestris L at the concentration of 100 µg/mL. However, the target compounds 4 showed weak herbicidal activity against Echinochloa crus‐galli at the concentration of 100 and 10 µg/mL.  相似文献

A series of 2‐substituted phenoxy‐N‐(4‐substituted phenyl‐5‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)thiazole‐2‐yl)acetamide derivatives 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d , 8e , 8f , 8g , 8h , 8i , 8j , 8k , 8l , 8m , 8n , 8o , 8p , 8q , 8r , 8s , 8t was synthesized by the reaction of phenoxyacetyl chloride 7 with intermediate 4‐substituted phenyl‐5‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)thiazol‐2‐amine 5 . Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, IR, and elemental analyses. The synthesized compounds were also screened for their antimicrobial activity against three types of plant fungi (Gibberella zeae , Phytophthora infestans , and Paralepetopsis sasakii ) and two kinds of bacteria [Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo ) and Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri (Xac )] showing promising results. In particular, 8b , 8f , 8g , and 8h exhibited excellent antibacterial activity against Xoo , with 50% effective concentration (EC50) values of 35.2, 80.1, 62.5, and 82.1 µg/mL, respectively, which are superior to the commercial antibacterial agent bismerthiazol (89.9 µg/mL). The preliminary structure–activity relationship studies of these compounds are also briefly described.  相似文献

A series of novel 3,5‐dichloro‐4‐(1,1,2,2‐tetrafluoroethoxy)phenyl containing 4‐methyl‐1,2,3‐thiadiazole derivatives were designed and synthesized via Ugi reaction. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and high‐resolution mass spectroscopy. The preliminary bioassay results indicated that some title compounds had good fungicide activity at 50 µg/mL; most of the compounds presented a certain degree of direct inhibition activity, good inactivation and curative activity against tobacco mosaic virus at 500 µg/mL and 100 µg/mL; some compounds showed good larvicidal activity against Plutella xylostella L. at 200 µg/mL and excellent larvicidal activities against Culex pipiens pallens at 2 µg/mL.  相似文献

A series of 1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thione derivatives ( 6a – 6t ) were synthesized and evaluated against influenza viruses (H1N1) neuraminidase (NA) in vitro. Eighteen compounds exhibited inhibitory potency with IC50 values ranging from 14.68 ± 0.49 to 39.85 ± 4.23 μg/mL. Among them, compounds 6e and 6h showed significant inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 14.97 ± 0.70 and 14.68 ± 0.49 μg/mL, respectively. Structure activity relationships were established. Molecular docking studies were performed to understand the binding interaction between active compounds and NA.  相似文献

A series of novel 6‐{5‐aryl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐ylthio}methyl‐3‐substituted‐[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazoles and 2‐{(5‐aryl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐ylthio)‐N‐4‐aryl}acetamides containing 1,2,4‐triazole moiety were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, DEPT, and D2O. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial activity against three strains of bacteria along with antifungal activity against five fungal species. It has been found that tested compounds showed moderate activity.  相似文献

Reaction of phenoxyacetic acid hydrazide with isocyanate was used to the synthesis of new semicarbazide derivatives. Cyclization of these compounds in a 2% aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide led to formation of 1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐one. The chemical structure of synthesized compounds was confirmed by elemental analysis and spectroscopic methods (1H and 13C NMR). On the basis of the NMR, spectra were found that cyclic compounds 1,2,4‐triazole exist in the ‐one form. Moreover, all derivatives were examined for their in vitro activity against some species of bacteria. New compounds presented mild or moderate antimicrobial activity only against reference Gram‐positive bacteria. Two derivatives (one semicarbazide and one triazole) showed bactericidal or bacteriostatic activity.  相似文献

A series of novel 1‐(3‐chloropyridin‐2‐yl)‐N‐substituted‐5‐(trifluoromethyl)‐pyrazole carboxamide derivatives TC1 , TC2 , TC3 , TC4 , TC5 , TC6 , TC7 , TC8 , TC9 , TC10 , TC11 were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. All the target compounds were tested in vitro for their antibacterial activities and antifungal activities. The preliminary bioassays indicated that compound TC6 exhibited excellent activity against Xanthomonas oryzae (94.9% and 84.9%) at different concentrations (200 µg/mL and 100 µg/mL), which was higher than that of Bismerthiazol (94.6% and 64.0%), respectively. 合成了10个未见文献报道的1-(5-(2-氯苯基)-3-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,5-二氢-N-吡唑肟酯类衍生物,并经过元素分析、HRMS、核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。对新合成的化合物进行了初步抗Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli 和 Pseudomonas aeruginosa生物活性测试,结果表明:化合物7c 和7f对供试病菌具有较好的体外杀灭活性,其MIC值达到1.562 μg/mL;化合物7c ,7d和7f 具有中等的抑制DNA回旋酶活性(IC50 = 1.6~2.5 µg/mL)。在生物活性结果的基础上对系列化合物的构效关系进行了初步的探讨。  相似文献

A series of novel N‐(4‐(2‐aryloxythiazol‐5‐yl)but‐3‐yn‐2‐yl)benzamide derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their structures were identified by 1H NMR and elemental analyses. Preliminary bioassays indicated that some title compounds provided >80% control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum at 50 µg/mL and >70% herbicidal activities against B. campestris at 100 µg/mL. A series of novel 2‐(4‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐yl)‐5‐(Aryl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazoles were synthesized by unexpected aromatization during oxidative cyclization of 4‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carbohydrazones using chloramine‐T as an oxidant. The hydrazones were derived from 4‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carbohydrazide and various substituted aldehydes. The structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed by FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectral data. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antitubercular and antioxidant activities. All the compounds 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h and 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h showed good antitubercular activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis (minimum inhibitory concentration = 25 µg/mL for 4f and 4g , 50–100 µg/mL for the rest). However, all the compounds exhibited poor antioxidant activity against 1,1‐diphenyl‐2‐picryl‐hydrazil free radical.  相似文献

根据官能团的组合,设计合成了硫(醇)代N-对甲苯基/苯基磺酰基氨基羧酸酯类化合物,这些化合物的结构1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS 和 HRMS证实,初步的实验结果表明:在10μg/mL浓度下,化合物4a, 4b, 4d, 5c, 5d, 5g, 6b和 6d显示对PC12细胞缺氧损伤具有显著的保护作用,化合物4c, 5b和 6c显示对PC12细胞缺氧损伤具有一定的保护作用;在5μg/mL浓度下,4d和 6d显示对PC12细胞缺氧损伤具有一定的保护作用;初步的实验也表明:在10μg/mL浓度下,4c, 5a, 5c, 5d, 5e和 6b显示对PC12细胞具有一定的促分化作用。  相似文献

A new series of 4‐(4‐substitutedbenzylideneamino)‐5‐((1‐methyl‐1H‐tetrazol‐5‐ylthio)methyl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiol derivatives ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k ) are prepared using 4‐amino‐5‐((1‐methyl‐1H‐tetrazol‐5‐ylthio)methyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiol ( 4 ), as an intermediate compound. The structures of all the newly synthesized products are established supported by their spectral 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FTIR, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (mass), and analytical data. All the compounds are screened for their insecticidal activity against Plodia interpunctella, and six compounds exhibited significant activity.  相似文献

Starting from carbonic acid diethyl ester, a series of 1,2,4‐triazole derivatives containing 1,2,3‐thiadiazole were synthesized. Reactions were performed by microwave irradiation or ultrasonic irradiation as well as by conventional heating. The structure of title compounds was characterized by 1H‐NMR, MS, and elemental analyses. The fungicidal activities of these compounds were tested in vivo. Most of title compounds exhibited good antifungal activity against Pseudoperonospora cubensis. Some of title compounds displayed moderate antifungal activities against Fusarium oxysporum, Pseudoperonospora cubensis, Sphaerotheca fuligenea, Corynespora cassiicola, and Xanthomonas axonopodis.  相似文献

A series of novel 3,4‐dichloroisothiazole based 1,2,4‐triazole derivatives were rationally designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS or elemental analysis; the typical crystal structure was determined by X‐ray diffraction for validation. All target compounds were evaluated for their in vitro fungicidal and in vivo anti‐TMV activities. The bioassay results indicated that compound 6b , namely 1‐(3,4‐dichloroisothiazol‐5‐yl)‐1‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethanol, exhibited excellent growth inhibition against B. cinerea, C. arachidicola and P. piricola with median effective concentrations (EC50) of 6.98, 2.73 and 3.07 μg/mL, respectively, and good in vivo anti‐TMV activity of over 60% of inactivation and induction activity at 100 μg/mL. These data demonstrate that compound 6b is both a fungicide and an anti‐TMV lead, deserving further studies.  相似文献

Fourteen novel arylaldehyde (arylketone)‐(4‐substituted phenyl‐5‐substituted phenoxy‐methyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐yl)‐thiol acetyl hydrazone derivatives ( 5a‐5g, 6a‐6g ) were synthesized by 4‐substituted phenyl‐5‐substituted phenoxy‐methyl‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thione as starting material according to substructure link principle, followed by thioetherification, hydrazide hydrazone reaction. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. Crystal structure of compounds 1b and 6d were determined by the X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

Some new quinolone condensed s‐triazine derivatives endowed with different heterocycles and 4‐aminobenzonitrile moiety has been synthesized and examined for their bioactivities against eight bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Salmonella typhi, Proteus vulgaris, and Shigella flexneri), two fungi (Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans) by using agar streak dilution method, and Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv by using Lowenstein and Jensen MIC method. Upon preliminary biological screening, it was observed that the majority of the compounds were found to possess a significant broad spectrum antimicrobial (MICs: 6.25–25 µg/mL) and antitubercular (MIC: 12.5 µg/mL) potential. Hence, anti‐HIV activity against two types of HIV viral strains [HIV‐1 (IIIB) and HIV‐2 (ROD)] has been carried out using the MTT assay. From this bioassay, we have identified some potent inhibitors acting as anti‐HIV‐1 agents (IC50: 4.45 µg/mL) with promising therapeutic index of 16 for analogue 7 h. The structural assignments of the new products were carried out on the basis of IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis.  相似文献

Fifteen new ferrocene derivatives containing 1H‐1,2,4‐triazole moiety were synthesized in various yields by the condensation of ferrocenecarboxaldehyde with 1‐aryl‐3‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazo‐1‐yl)‐propen‐1‐ones in toluene. Their structures have been confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. In addition, the crystal structure of 4l was determined. To find new strobilurin analogs with high activity against resistant pathogens, twelve (E)‐α‐(methoxyimino)benzeneacetate derivatives containing 1,2,4‐triazole Schiff base side chain 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h , 3i , 3j , 3k , 3l were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H‐NMR, EIMS, and elemental analyses. Bioassays indicated that most of the target compounds showed moderate to good fungicidal activities against Physalospora piricola Nose and Alternaria solani. For example, compounds 3d , 3e , and 3f possessed 99.5%, 100%, and 95.6% inhibition against Physalospora piricola Nose, whereas compounds 3d , 3f , and 3g exhibited 92%, 91%, and 92% inhibition against Alternaria solani at the concentration of 50 mg/L, respectively.  相似文献

One pot green synthesis of 1‐(1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl)spiro[azetidine‐2,3′‐(3H)‐indole]‐2′,4′(1′H)‐diones was carried out by the reaction of indole‐2,3‐diones,4‐amino‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole and acetyl chloride/chloroacetyl chloride in ionic liquid [bmim]PF6 with/without using a catalyst. It was also prepared by conventional method via Schiff's bases, 3‐[4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl]imino‐indol‐2‐one. Further, the corresponding phenoxy derivatives were obtained by the reaction of chloro group attached to azetidine ring with phenols. The synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical and spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and FAB mass) data. Evaluation for insecticidal activity against Periplaneta americana exhibited promising results.  相似文献
