The tetraphosphine 6(A),6(B),6(D),6(E)-tetradeoxy-6(A),6(B),6(D),6(E)-tetra(diphenylphosphinyl)-2(A),2(B),2(C),2(D),2(E),2(F),3(A),3(B),3(C),3(D),3(E),3(F),6(C),6(F)-tetradeca-O-methyl-alpha-cyclodextrin (alpha-TEPHOS) has been prepared in high yield by reacting 6(A),6(B),6(D),6(E)-tetra-O-methylsulfonyl-2(A),2(B),2(C),2(D), 2(E),2(F),3(A),3(B),3(C),3(D),3(E),3(F),6(C),6(F)-tetradeca-O-methyl-alpha-cyclodextrin with excess PPh(2)Li. The product was purified in its BH(3)-protected form. alpha-TEPHOS is the first optically active tetraphosphine in which the four phosphine units are tethered to a cavity-shaped scaffold. When reacted with [AuCl(tetrahydrothiophene)], alpha-TEPHOS led to the corresponding tetragold complex [(alpha-TEPHOS)(AuCl)(4)] in which the four gold atoms are all located close to the primary face of the cyclodextrin. Reaction with [PdCl(o-C(6)H(4)CH(2)NMe(2))](2) gave the C(2)-symmetrical complex [(alpha-TEPHOS){PdCl(o-C(6)H(4)CH(2)NMe(2))}(4)]. Treatment of the ligand with two equiv. of [Rh(norbornadiene)(tetrahydrofuran)(2)]BF(4) afforded selectively the bimetallic complex [(alpha-TEPHOS){Rh(norbornadiene)}(2)](BF(4))(2) in which each metal centre is coordinated to two phosphorus atoms belonging to adjacent glucose units.  相似文献

The total synthesis of siomycin A ( 1 ), a representative compound of the thiostrepton family of peptide antibiotics, was achieved by incorporating the five synthetic segments A ( 2 ), B ( 3 ), C ( 4 ), D ( 5 ), and E ( 6 ). The dehydropiperidine segment A ( 2 ) was esterified with the dihydroquinoline segment C ( 4 ), and the subsequent coupling with the β‐phenylselenoalanine dipeptide segment D ( 5 ) at the segment C portion followed by lactamization between the segments A and D gave segment A‐C‐D ( 27 ). This was amidated with the pentapeptide segment B ( 3 ) at the segment A portion followed by one‐pot cyclization (between segments A and B) and elongation (with the β‐phenylselenoalanine dipeptide segment E ( 6 ) at the segment A portion), thus furnishing siomycin A ( 1 ).  相似文献

Twelve novel constituents isolated from Burley tobacco condensate by semi-preparative GLC. have been identified as (E)-3,4-epoxy-5-isopropyl-nonane-2,8-dione ( A ), exo-(1-methyl-4-isopropyl-7,8-dioxabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-6-yl)methyl ketone ( B ), exo-1-(1-methyl-4-isopropyl-7,8-dioxabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-6-yl)-ethanol ( C ), (E)-5-isopropyl-8-hydroxy-8-methyl-non-6-en-2-one ( D ), (E)-5-isopropyl-6,7-epoxy-8-hydroxy-8-methyl-nonan-2-one ( E ), endo-2-(1-methyl-4-isopropyl-7,8-dioxabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-6-yl)-propan-2-ol ( F ), 3,3,5-trimethyl-8-isopropyl-4,9-dioxabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-2-ol ( G ), (E)-5-isopropyl-non-3-ene-2,8-diol ( H ), 5-isopropyl-nonane-2,8-diol ( I ), (E)-5-isopropyl-8-hydroxy-non-6-en-2-one ( J ), 5-isopropyl-8-hydroxy-nonan-2-one ( K ), and (E)-3-isopropyl-6-methyl-hepta-4,6-dien-1-ol ( L ). Compounds A–K were synthesized from norsolanadione ( 2 ), and compound L from 2-isopropyl-5-oxo-hexanal ( 15 ). The relative configuration of the bicyclic internal acetals B, C, F, G and their δ-keto-epoxide precursors A and E is discussed. All these Burley tobacco flavour components belong to a growing family of metabolites structurally related to solanone ( 1 ). They are believed to arise from the breakdown of cembrene-type precursors.  相似文献

Thunbergols A (4) and B (5), tetraprenyltoluquinols, along with three known compounds (1-3) have been isolated from the brown alga Sargassum thunbergii. The structures of these two new compounds were determined to be 9-(3,4-dihydro-2,8-dimethyl-6-hydroxy-2H-1-benzopyran-2-yl)-6-methyl-2-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl)-(2E,6E)-nonadienoic acid (4) and 10-(2,3-dihydro-5-hydroxy-7-methyl-1-benzofuran-2-yl)-10-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl)-(2E,6E)-undecadienoic acid (5), respectively, by combined spectroscopic methods. Both of them exhibited significant scavenging activities on radical and potently inhibited generation of ONOO(-) from morpholinosydnonimine (SIN-1).  相似文献

A new sesquiterpene (1), and a halogenated C15 acetogenin (2), a stereoisomer of neoisoprelaurefucin were isolated from Laurencia obtusa. Four known compounds laurencienyne (3), rogiolenyne B (4), obtusenol (5), and (3E)-dactomelyne (6) were also isolated from this alga. Rogiolenyne B (4) and (3E)-dactomelyne (6) were found for the first from this species. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. The unambiguous assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR spectral data of (5) and 13C NMR data of (6) were also reported for the first time.  相似文献

A series of lanthanide complexes containing a chalcogenolate ligand supported by two TpMe,Me (tris-3,5-dimethylpyrazolylborate) groups has been prepared and crystallized and provides direct comparisons of bonding to hard and soft ligands at lanthanide centers. Reaction of [Sm(TpMe,Me)2Cl] with NaOR (R = Ph, Ph-Bu(t)) gives [Sm(TpMe,Me)2OR] (1a and 1b, respectively) in good yields. Reductive cleavage of dichalcogenides by samarium(II) was used to prepare the heavier congeners. Complexes of the type [Sm(TpMe,Me)2ER] for E = S, R = Ph (2a), E = S, R = Ph-4-Me (2b), E = S, R = CH2Ph (2c), E = Se, R = Ph (3a), E = Se, R = Ph-4-Bu(t) (3b), E = Se, R = CH2Ph (3c), and E = Te, R = Ph (4) have been prepared together with the corresponding complexes with TpMe,Me,4-Et as ancillary. The X-ray crystal structures of 1b, 2b, 3a, 3b, and 4 have been determined. The crystal of 1b (C40H57B2N12OSm.C7H8) was monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 10.6845(6) A, b = 18.5573(11) A, c = 24.4075(14) A, beta = 91.616(2) degrees, Z = 4. The crystal of 2b (C37H51B2N12SSm) was monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 15.0154(9) A, b = 13.1853(8) A, c = 21.1254(13) A, beta = 108.628(2) degrees, Z = 4. The crystal of 3a (C36H49B2N12SeSm.C7H8) was triclinic, P1, a = 10.7819(6) A, b = 19.3011(10) A, c = 23.0235(12) A, alpha = 79.443(2) degrees, beta = 77.428(2) degrees, gamma = 89.827(2) degrees, Z = 4. The crystal of 3b (C40H57B2N12SeSm) was triclinic, P1, a = 10.1801(6) A, b = 10.2622(6) A, c = 23.4367(14) A, alpha = 88.313(2) degrees, beta = 86.268(2) degrees, gamma = 62.503(2) degrees, Z = 2. The crystal of 4 (C36H49B2N12TeSm.C7H8) was monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 18.7440(10) A, b = 10.3892(6) A, c = 23.8351(13) A, beta = 94.854(2) degrees, Z = 4. The compounds form an isoleptic series of seven-coordinate complexes with terminal chalcogenolate ligands. Examination of 1b and other crystallographically characterized lanthanide alkoxides suggests that there is little correlation between bond angle and bond length. The structures of 3a and 3b, however, contain molecules in which one of the pyrazolylborate ligands undergoes a major distortion arising from twisting around a B-N bond so as to give an effectively eight-coordinate complex with pi-stacking of the phenyl group with one pyrazolyl ring. These distortions shed light on the fluxionality of these systems.  相似文献

Metalladichalcogenolate cluster complexes [Cp'Co{E(2)C(2)(B(10)H(10))}]{Co2(CO)5} [Cp' = eta5-C5H5, E = S(3a), E = Se(3b); Cp' = eta5-C5(CH3)5, E = S(4a), E = Se(4b)], {CpCo[E(2)C(2)(B(10)H(10))]}(2)Mo(CO)2] [E = S(5a), Se(5b)], Cp*Co(micro2-CO)Mo(CO)(py)2[E(2)C(2)(B(10)H(10))] [E = S(6a), Se(6b)], Cp*Co[E(2)C(2)(B(10)H(10))]Mo(CO)2[E(2)C(2)(B(10)H(10))] [E = S(7a), Se(7b)], (Cp'Co[E(2)C(2)(B(10)H(10))]W(CO)2 [E(2)C(2)(B(10)H(10))] [Cp' = eta5-C5H5, E = S(8a), E = Se(8b); Cp' = eta5-C5(CH3)5, E = S(9a), E = Se(9b)], {CpCo[E(2)C(2)(B(10)H(10))]}(2)Ni [E = S(10a), Se(10b)] and 3,4-(PhCN(4)S)-3,1,2-[PhCN(4)SCo(Cp)S(2)]-3,1,2-CoC(2)B(9)H(8) 12 were synthesized by the reaction of [Cp'CoE(2)C(2)(B(10)H(10))] [Cp' = eta5-C5H5, E = S(1a), E = Se(1b); Cp' = eta5-C5(CH3)5, E = S(2a), E = Se(2b)] with Co2(CO)8, M(CO)3(py)3 (M = Mo, W), Ni(COD)2, [Rh(COD)Cl]2, and LiSCN4Ph respectively. Their spectrum analyses and crystal structures were investigated. In this series of multinuclear complexes, 3a,b and 4a,b contain a closed Co3 triangular geometry, while in complexes 5a-7b three different structures were obtained, the tungsten-cobalt mixed-metal complexes have only the binuclear structure, and the nickel-cobalt complexes were obtained in the trinuclear form. A novel structure was found in metallacarborane complex 12, with a B-S bond formed at the B(7) site. The molecular structures of 4a, 5a, 6a, 7b, 9a, 9b, 10a and 12 have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The prototype hetero-binuclear complexes containing metal-metal bonds, {CpRh[E2C2(B10H10)]}[Fe(CO)3] (Cp = Cp* = eta 5-Me5C5, E = S(5a), Se(5b); Cp = Cp = eta 5-1,3-tBu2C5H3, E = S(6a), Se(6b)) and {CpCo[E2C2(B10H10)]}[Fe(CO)3] (Cp = Cp* = eta 5-Me5C5, E = S(7a), Se(7b); Cp = Cp = eta 5-C5H5, E = S(8a), Se(8b)) were obtained from the reactions of 16-electron complexes CpRh[E2C2(B10H10)] (Cp = Cp*, E = S(1a), Se(1b); Cp = Cp, E = S(2a), Se(2b)), CpCo[E2C2(B10H10)] (Cp = Cp*, E = S(3a), Se(3b); Cp = Cp, E = S(4a), Se(4b)) with Fe(CO)5 in the presence of Me3NO. The molecular structures of {Cp*Rh[E2C2(B10H10)]}[Fe(CO)3] (E = S(5a), Se(5b)), {CpRh[S2C2(B10H10)]}[Fe(CO)3] (6a) {Cp*Co[S2C2(B10H10)]}[Fe(CO)3] (7a) and {CpCo[S2C2(B10H10)]}[Fe(CO)3] (8a) have been determined by X-ray crystallography. All these complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and IR and NMR spectra.  相似文献

Nine new vasodilative alkaloids, araguspongines A, B (1), C (2), D (3), E (4), F (5), G (6), H (7), and J (8), were isolated from an Okinawan marine sponge, Xestospongia sp. On the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence, the absolute stereostructures of araguspongines B, D, E, F, G, H, and J were determined respectively as 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and the relative stereostructure of araguspongine C was determined as 2 having two 1-oxaquinolizidine moieties. Araguspongines B, D, and E each comprised a pair of the enantiomers, 1a and 1b, 3a and 3b, and 4a and 4b, respectively.  相似文献

The syntheses, structures, and spectroscopic properties of 6(A),6(B)-bis-O-[p-(allyloxy)phenyl]-substituted beta-cyclodextrins have been investigated. Selective activation of the 6(A),6(B)-hydroxy groups was carried out by treating heptakis(2,3-di-O-methyl)-beta-cyclodextrin (1) with 2,4-dimethoxybenzene-1,5-disulfonyl chloride to give 6(A),6(B)-bissulfonate ester 2 in a yield of only 3%. This material was treated with sodium p-(allyloxy)phenoxide in DMF to form 6(A),6(B)-bis-O-[p-(allyloxy)phenyl]-heptakis(2,3-di-O-methyl)-beta-cyclodextrin (3), which had two isomers. One (3A) has the two p-(allyloxy)phenyl arms directed away from the cyclodextrin cavity, and the other (3B) has one of the p-(allyloxy)phenyl groups through the cavity to form a self-inclusion complex. When either 3A or 3B was treated with methyl iodide and sodium hydride, the resulting permethylated 6(A),6(B)-bis-O-[p-(allyloxy)phenyl]heptakis(2,3-di-O-methyl)-6(C),6(D),6(E),6(F),6(G)-penta-O-methyl-beta-cyclodextrin (4) was composed of two isomers, in which 4B is a self-inclusion complex. 3A and 3B also can be converted into a mixture of 3A and 3B in strong base but not when melted in the absence of base. 4A and 4B do not isomerize. Detailed 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic studies were carried out to characterize the structures of these new compounds, and molecular mechanics techniques were used to explain the experimental facts.  相似文献

The electrochemical oxidation of ruthenocene (1) in CH(2)Cl(2)/[NBu(4)]A, where A = [B(C(6)F(5))(4)](-) or [B(C(6)H(3)(CF(3))(2))(4)](-), gives the dimeric dication [(RuCp(2))(2)](2+), 2(2+), in equilibrium with the 17-electron ruthenocenium ion 1(+). At room temperature the rapid equilibrium accounts for the quasi-Nernstian cyclic voltammetry (CV) behavior (E(1/2) = 0.41 V vs FeCp(2), A = [B(C(6)F(5))(4)](-)). Direct electrochemical evidence for 2(2+) is seen by CV and by bulk electrolysis at 243 K. The bis(ruthenocenium) dication undergoes a highly irreversible two-electron cathodic reaction at E(pc) ca. 0 V. Anodic electrolysis of 1 at 243 K using [B(C(6)H(3)(CF(3))(2))(4)](-) as the supporting electrolyte, followed by cathodic electrolysis of 2(2+), regenerates half of the original 1. Precipitation of 2(2+) occurs when the supporting electrolyte is [B(C(6)F(5))(4)](-), allowing facile isolation of [(RuCp(2))(2)][B(C(6)F(5))(4)](2). A second, unidentified, anodic product also reduces to give back ruthenocene. Digital simulations of the CV curves of 1 at 243 K give a dimerization equilibrium constant of 9 x 10(4) M(-1) for K(eq) = [(RuCp(2))(2)(2+)]/2 [RuCp(2)](+) in CH(2)Cl(2)/0.1 M [NBu(4)][B(C(6)F(5))(4)].  相似文献

我国柴达木盐湖近期研究表明:新类型盐湖卤水可以近似地的看作是天然的(Li)、Na~ 、K~ 、Mg~(2 )Cl~-、SO_4~(2-)、B_4O_7~(2-)-H_2O的多元水盐体系。新类型硼酸盐卤水经日晒蒸发析盐后,得到的氯化镁饱和卤水中钠和钾的含量甚少,可以被看作是Li~ 、Mg~(2 )Cl~-、SO_4~(2 )、B_4O_7~(2-)-H_2O五元水盐体系。研究它,不仅可以丰富水盐溶液化学、锂盐化学和硼酸盐化  相似文献

Six new caryophyllane-related natural products, including two carboxylated sesquiterpenoids, rumphellolides A (1) and B (2), and four norsesquiterpene alcohols, rumphellolides C-F (3-6), were isolated from the Formosan gorgonian coral Rumphella antipathies. The structures of the above new natural products were established on the basis of extensive spectral data analysis. Rumphellolides A (1), D (4), E (5), and F (6) showed weak antibacterial activity.  相似文献

A new open-chain monoterpene glycoside, anatolioside E ( 1 ), was isolated from the leaves of Viburnum orientale in addition to three known acyclic monoterpene glycosides, betulalbusides A ( 2 ) and B ( 3 ), and 2(E)-2,6-dimethyl-2,7-octadien-1,6-diol-6-O-β-D -glucopyranoside( 4 ). The structure of anatolioside E ( 1 ) was elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectral data as 6-O-[β-D -glucopyransoyl-(1?? → 6?″)-2-(E), 6(R), 2,6-dimethyl-6-hydroxy-2,7-octadienoyl-(1?″ → 2″″)-β-D -glucopyranosyl-(1″″ → 6?)-2-(E), 6(R), 2,6-dimethyl-6-hydroxy-2,7-octadienoyl-(1? → 4″)-α-L -rhamnopyranosyl-(1″″ → 2′)-β-D -glucopyranosyl]linalool.  相似文献

The synergistic extraction of cobalt(II) from aqueous solutions loaded with cesium chloride or nitrate, with mixtures of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-acyl-pyrazol-5-ols (HL) [acyl = benzoyl (HPMBP), para-tert.-butyl-benzoyl (HPMB'P), stearoyl (HPMSP)] and crown ethers E = B15C5, 18C6, DC18C6, DB18C6 and DB24C8 (DC = dicyclohexano, B = benzo, DB = dibenzo), in CHCl(3), CH(2)Cl(2) and ClCH(2)CH(2)Cl, has been studied. The experimental data agree with the extracted species E(2)CsCoL(3) (E = B15C5), ECsCoL(3), (E = DB18C6) and CoL(2)E (E = DB24C8). The extraction yields follow the orders: 18C6 DC18C6 > DB18C6 > B15C5 > DB24C8, HPMBP > HPMB'P > HPMSP, and ClCH(2)CH(2)Cl > CH(2)Cl(2) > CHCl(3). In spite of the better complexation of potassium than cesium with "18C6" type crown ethers, the extraction of ECsCo (PMBP)(3) is generally higher than the EKCo(PMBP)(3) one. Except in the case of DB24C8, loading the aqueous phase with Cs(+), K(+), Sr(2+) or Ba(2+) improves the synergistic extraction of cobalt.  相似文献
