A series of SBA‐15‐supported chromia‐ceria catalysts with 3% Cr and 1%–5% Ce (3Cr‐Ce/SBA) were prepared using an incipient wetness impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption, SEM, TEM‐EDX, Raman spectroscopy, UV–vis spectroscopy, XPS and H2‐TPR, and their catalytic performance for isobutane dehydrogenation with CO2 was tested. The addition of ceria to SBA‐15‐supported chromia improves the dispersion of chromium species. 3Cr‐Ce/SBA catalysts are more active than SBA‐15‐supported chromia (3Cr/SBA), which is due to a higher concentration of Cr6+ species present on the former catalysts. The 3Cr‐3Ce/SBA catalyst shows the highest activity, which gives 35.4% isobutane conversion and 89.6% isobutene selectivity at 570 °C after 10 min of the reaction.  相似文献

Highly dispersed molybdenum oxide supported on mesoporous silica SBA‐15 has been prepared by anion exchange resulting in a series of catalysts with changing Mo densities (0.2–2.5 Mo atoms nm?2). X‐ray absorption, UV/Vis, Raman, and IR spectroscopy indicate that doubly anchored tetrahedral dioxo MoO4 units are the major surface species at all loadings. Higher reducibility at loadings close to the monolayer measured by temperature‐programmed reduction and a steep increase in the catalytic activity observed in metathesis of propene and oxidative dehydrogenation of propane at 8 % of Mo loading are attributed to frustration of Mo oxide surface species and lateral interactions. Based on DFT calculations, NEXAFS spectra at the O‐K‐edge at high Mo loadings are explained by distorted MoO4 complexes. Limited availability of anchor silanol groups at high loadings forces the MoO4 groups to form more strained configurations. The occurrence of strain is linked to the increase in reactivity.  相似文献

Bismuth (Bi)‐containing SBA‐15 mesoporous silica catalysts, Bi/SBA‐15, with different Bi loadings were synthesized by a direct hydrothermal method. The materials were characterized in detail by various techniques. Powder‐X‐ray‐diffraction (PXRD), N2‐adsorption/desorption, and transmission‐electron‐microscopic (TEM) analyses revealed that the well‐ordered hexagonal structure of SBA‐15 is maintained after Bi incorporation. Diffuse‐reflectance UV/VIS, Raman, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) showed that the incorporated Bi‐atoms are highly dispersed, most of them entering the internal surface of SBA‐15. The new, very stable catalysts were found to be highly efficient for the oxidation of cyclohexane in a solvent‐free system, molecular oxygen (O2) being used as oxidant.  相似文献

A series of Keggin‐type heteropolyacid‐based heterogeneous catalysts (Co‐/Fe‐/Cu‐POM‐octyl‐NH3‐SBA‐15) were synthesized via immobilized transition metal mono‐ substituted phosphotungstic acids (Co‐/Fe‐/Cu‐POM) on octyl‐amino‐co‐functionalized mesoporous silica SBA‐15 (octyl‐NH2‐SBA‐15). Characterization results indicated that Co‐/Fe‐/Cu‐POM units were highly dispersed in mesochannels of SBA‐15, and both types of Brønsted and Lewis acid sites existed in Co‐/Fe‐/Cu‐POM‐octyl‐NH3‐SBA‐15 catalysts. Co‐POM‐octyl‐NH3‐SBA‐15 catalyst showed excellent catalytic performance in H2O2‐mediated cyclohexene epoxidation with 83.8% of cyclohexene conversion, 92.8% of cyclohexene oxide selectivity, and 98/2 of epoxidation/allylic oxidation selectivity. The order of catalytic activity was Co‐POM‐octyl‐NH3‐SBA‐15 > Fe‐POM‐octyl‐NH3‐SBA‐15 > Cu‐POM‐octyl‐NH3‐SBA‐15. In order to obtain insights into the role of ‐octyl moieties during catalysis, an octyl‐free catalyst (Co‐POM‐NH3‐SBA‐15) was also synthesized. In comparison with Co‐POM‐NH3‐SBA‐15, Co‐POM‐octyl‐NH3‐SBA‐15 showed enhanced catalytic properties (viz. activity and selectivity) in cyclohexene epoxidation. Strong chemical bonding between ‐NH3+ anchored on the surface of SBA‐15 and heteropolyanions resulted in excellent stability of Co‐POM‐octyl‐NH3‐SBA‐15 catalyst, and it could be reused six times without considerable loss of activity.  相似文献

Improvement of the activity, stability, and chemoselectivity of alkyne‐metathesis catalysts is necessary before this promising methodology can become a routine method to construct C≡C triple bonds. Herein, we show that grafting of the known molecular catalyst [MesC≡Mo(OtBuF6)3] ( 1 , Mes=2,4,6‐trimethylphenyl, OtBuF6=hexafluoro‐tert‐butoxy) onto partially dehydroxylated silica gave a well‐defined silica‐supported active alkyne‐metathesis catalyst [(≡SiO)Mo(≡CMes)(OtBuF6)2] ( 1 /SiO2‐700). Both 1 and 1 /SiO2‐700 showed very high activity, selectivity, and stability in the self‐metathesis of a variety of carefully purified alkynes, even at parts‐per‐million catalyst loadings. Remarkably, the lower turnover frequencies observed for 1 /SiO2‐700 by comparison to 1 do not prevent the achievement of high turnover numbers. We attribute the lower reactivity of 1 /SiO2‐700 to the rigidity of the surface Mo species owing to the strong interaction of the metal site with the silica surface.  相似文献

The Mo/Al2O3 catalysts for propene metathesis were prepared both via anchoring Mo complexes of various nuclearities and by conventional method of impregnation. The catalysts from metal complexes were found to be active in metathesis at ambient temperature after reduction with H2 or CO at 400–500°C. The average oxidation state of Mo in the activated catalysts was determined with regard to oxygen consumption needed for oxidation of the reduced Mo species to Mo6+.  相似文献

From environmental and economic points of view, it is highly desirable to develop a clean and efficient catalytic process to produce epoxides. An attractive approach is to use a solid, recyclable catalyst and molecular oxygen as the oxidant without any sacrificial reductant or other additives. Nonetheless, the catalysts reported up to now still cannot balance catalytic activity with epoxide selectivity. It is of great importance to explore novel catalysts with both high activity and selectivity for the epoxidation of olefins. In this work, cobalt(II) acetylacetonate (Co(acac)2) was covalently bonded to the silica surface of SBA‐15 molecular sieve by multi‐step grafting using 3‐aminopropytrimethoxysilane (APTS) as coupling agent. Characterizations with nitrogen physisorption, X‐ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis suggested that the metal complex was successfully immobilized on the aminosilane‐modified SBA‐15 surface and the channel structure remained intact. The synthesized Co(acac)2APTS@SBA‐15 catalyst was used in the epoxidation of trans‐stilbene (TS) with molecular oxygen. Compared to the sample prepared by the impregnation method as well as Co(acac)2 solutions under the same reaction conditions, the Co(acac)2 immobilized catalyst exhibited remarkably higher TS conversion and trans‐stilbene oxide (TSO) selectivity. An increase in TS conversion with Co content was observed when the Co loading was lower than 0.70% and the 0.70Co(acac)2APTS@SBA‐15 sample exhibited the best catalytic performance. Up to 50.1% of TS conversion could be achieved within 6 h, affording TSO selectivity as high as 96.7%. The superior catalytic performance of this particular catalyst is attributed to the high activity of the immobilized Co(acac)2 species on SBA‐15. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Metal–support interactions (MSIs) and particle size play important roles in catalytic reactions. For the first time, silver nanoparticles supported on CeO2‐SBA‐15 supports are reported that possess tunable particle size and MSIs, as prepared by microwave (MW) irradiation, owing to strong charge polarization of CeO2 clusters (i.e., MW absorption). Characterizations, including TEM, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and extended X‐ray absorption fine structure, were carried out to disclose the influence of CeO2 contents on the Ag particle size, MSI effect between Ag nanoparticles and CeO2‐SBA‐15 supports, and the strong MW absorption of CeO2 clusters that contribute to the MSIs during Ag deposition. The Ag particle sizes were controllably tuned from 1.9 to 3.9 nm by changing the loading amounts of CeO2 from 0.5 to 2.0 wt %. The Ag nanoparticle size was predominantly responsible for the high turnover frequency (TOF) of 0.41 min?1 in ammonia borane dehydrogenation, whereas both particle size and MSIs contributed to the high TOF of 555 min?1 in 4‐nitrophenol reduction for Ag/0.5CeO2‐SBA‐15, which were twice as large as those of Ag/SBA‐15 without CeO2 and Ag/CeO2‐SBA‐15 prepared by conventional oil‐bath heating.  相似文献

Hydrogenation of acetophenone over nano‐Cu/SiO2 catalysts was investigated. The catalysts, prepared by a liquid precipitation method using various precipitating agents, were characterized using low‐temperature nitrogen adsorption, X‐ray diffraction, temperature‐programmed desorption of ammonia, hydrogen temperature‐programmed reduction, transmission electron microscopy and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It was found that the catalysts prepared by a homogeneous precipitation method had better activity and stability than those prepared by a co‐precipitation method. The catalyst prepared using urea as precipitating agent had well‐dispersed copper species, high surface area and abundant pore structure. The catalytic performance and mechanism of the Cu/SiO2 catalysts were further studied. It was found that the activity and stability of the catalysts could be improved by adjusting the proportion of Cu+/(Cu+ + Cu0). The sample prepared using urea as precipitating agent presented higher activity and selectivity. Also, the catalyst prepared using urea maintained a high catalytic performance while being continuously used for 150 h under the optimal reaction conditions.  相似文献

The incorporation of sulfonate into mesoporous SBA‐15 molecular sieves as ligands for palladium ions was used. Then SBA‐15/PrSO3Pd and SBA‐15/PrSO3PdNP were prepared and applied for the Heck arylation reaction of conjugate alkenes with aryl halides, to afford corresponding cross‐coupling products under phosphine‐free aerobic conditions with good to excellent yields. These supported palladium pre‐catalysts could be separated easily from reaction products and reused several times, showing superiority over homogeneous catalysts for industrial and chemical applications. Re oxo alkylidene surface species are putative active sites in classical heterogeneous Re‐based alkene‐metathesis catalysts. However, the lack of evidence for such species questions their existence and/or relevance as reaction intermediates. Using Re(O)(=CH‐CH=CPh2)(OtBuF6)3(THF), the corresponding well‐defined Re oxo alkylidene surface species can be generated on both silica and silica–alumina supports. While inactive on the silica support, it displays very good activity, even for functionalized olefins, on the silica–alumina support.  相似文献

[RuLCl(p ‐cymene)] (L = N ‐arylsulfonylphenylenediamine) complexes ( 2 a – d ) were synthesized from the reaction between [Ru(p ‐cymene)Cl2]2 and ligand. Additionally, SBA‐15–[RuLCl(p ‐cymene)] derived catalysts ( 3 a – d ) were successfully immobilized onto mesoporous silica (SBA‐15) by an easily accessible approach. The structural elucidations of 2 a – d and 3 a – d were carried out with various methods such as 1H NMR, 13C NMR and infrared spectroscopies, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis, nitrogen adsorption–desorption and scanning electron microscopy/energy‐dispersive X‐ray analysis. The Ru(II) complexes and materials were found to be highly active and selective catalysts for the transfer hydrogenation (TH) reaction of aldehydes and ketones. The influence of various 1,2‐phenylenediamines on the reactivity of the catalysts (complexes or materials) was studied and the catalysts ( 2 d and 3 d ) with a 4,5‐dichlorophenylenediamine substituent showed the best activity (the maximum turnover frequencies are 2916 and 2154 h−1 for TH of 4‐fluoroacetophenone, and 6000 and 4956 h−1 for TH of 4‐chlorobenzaldehyde).  相似文献

This work aims to develop novel composites from a poly(L ‐lactide‐co‐trimethylene carbonate‐co‐glycolide) (PLTG) terpolymer and mesoporous silica (SBA‐15) nanofillers surface modified by post‐synthetic functionalization. SBA‐15 first reacts with a silane coupling agent, γ‐aminopropyl‐trimethoxysilane to introduce ammonium group. PLLA chains were then grafted on the surface of SBA‐15 through ammonium initiated ring‐opening polymerization of L ‐lactide. Composites were prepared via solution mixing of PLTG terpolymer and surface modified SBA‐15. The structures and properties of pure SBA‐15, γ‐aminopropyl‐trimethoxysilane modified SBA‐15 (H2N‐SBA‐15), PLLA modified SBA‐15 (PLLA‐NH‐SBA‐15), and PLTG/PLLA‐NH‐SBA‐15 composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, N2 adsorption‐desorption, differential scanning calorimetry, contact angle measurement, and mechanical testing. The results demonstrated that PLLA chains were successfully grafted onto the surface of SBA‐15 with grafting amounts up to 16 wt.%. The PLTG/PLLA‐NH‐SBA‐15 composites exhibit good mechanical properties. The tensile strength, Young's modulus, and elongation at break of the composite containing 5 wt.% of PLLA‐NH‐SBA‐15 were 39.9 MPa, 1.3 GPa, and 273.6%, respectively, which were all higher than those of neat PLTG or of the composite containing 5 wt.% of pure SBA‐15. Cytocompatibility tests showed that the composites present very low cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Sulfur‐resistant methanation of syngas was studied over MoO3–ZrO2 catalysts at 400°C. The MoO3–ZrO2 solid‐solution catalysts were prepared using the solution combustion method by varying MoO3 content and temperature. The 15MoO3–ZrO2 catalyst achieved the highest methanation performance with CO conversion up to 80% at 400°C. The structure of ZrO2 and dispersed MoO3 species was characterized using X‐ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The energy‐dispersive spectrum of the 15MoO3–ZrO2 catalyst showed that the solution combustion method gave well‐dispersed MoO3 particles on the surface of ZrO2. The structure of the catalysts depends on the Mo surface density. It was observed that in the 15MoO3–ZrO2 catalyst the Mo surface density of 4.2 Mo atoms nm?2 approaches the theoretical monolayer capacity of 5 Mo atoms nm?2. The addition of a small amount of MoO3 to ZrO2 led to higher tetragonal content of ZrO2 along with a reduction of particle size. This leads to an efficient catalyst for the low‐temperature CO methanation process.  相似文献

Designing supported alkene metathesis catalysts with high activity and stability is still a challenge, despite significant advances in the last years. Described herein is the combination of strong σ‐donating N‐heterocyclic carbene ligands with weak σ‐donating surface silanolates and cationic tungsten sites leading to highly active and stable alkene metathesis catalysts. These well‐defined silica‐supported catalysts, [(≡SiO)W(=O)(=CHCMe2Ph)(IMes)(OTf)] and [(≡SiO)W(=O)(=CHCMe2Ph)(IMes)+][B(ArF)4?] [IMes=1,3‐bis(2,4,6‐trimethylphenyl)‐imidazol‐2‐ylidene, B(ArF)4=B(3,5‐(CF3)2C6H3)4] catalyze alkene metathesis, and the cationic species display unprecedented activity for a broad range of substrates, especially for terminal olefins with turnover numbers above 1.2 million for propene.  相似文献

Novel heterogeneous tungsten species in mesoporous silica SBA‐16 catalysts based on ship‐in‐a‐bottle methodology are originally reported for oxidizing cyclopentene (CPE) to glutaric acid (GAC) using hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). For all W‐SBA‐16 catalysts, isolated tungsten species and octahedrally coordinated tungsten oxide species are observed while WO3 crystallites are detected for the W‐SBA‐16 catalysts with Si/ W = 5, 10, and 20. The specific surface areas and the corresponding total pore volumes decrease significantly as increasing amounts of tungsten incorporated into the pores of SBA‐16. Using tungsten‐substituted mesoporous SBA‐16 heterogeneous catalysts, high yield of GAC (55%) is achieved with low tungsten loading (for Si/W = 30, ~13 wt%) for oxidation of CPE. The W‐SBA‐16 catalysts with Si/W = 30 can be reused five times without dramatic deactivation. In fact, low catalytic activity provided by bulk WO3 implies that the highly distributed tungsten species in SBA‐16 and the steric confinement effect of SBA‐16 are key elements for the outstanding catalytic performance.  相似文献

The work reported was aimed at a simple method to improve the catalytic activity of Mo/HMCM‐22 in methane aromatization. The catalysts were characterized using X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, N2 adsorption–desorption, NH3 temperature‐programmed desorption, infrared spectra of pyridine adsorption, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Physicochemical measurements indicated that Mo species with smaller size in HMCM‐22 would sublimate more easily and form Mo species at the atomic/molecular level and then interact well with the internal Brønsted acid sites to form Mo–O–Al active species. Catalytic results confirmed that nano‐MoO3‐modified HMCM‐22 showed higher methane conversion and aromatics yield (13.1 versus 8.9%) than commercial MoO3‐modified HMCM‐22 (11.0 versus 7.5%). In addition, nano‐MoO3‐modified HMCM‐22 showed better durability compared with commercial MoO3‐modified MCM‐22. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Mesoporous SBA‐15 was synthesized and modified with 3‐chloropropyltrimethoxysilane and then used in immobilization of creatinine groups, which were employed to introduce Y3+ and Ce3+ to give rise to two novel yttrium and cerium catalysts: SBA‐15@Creatinine@M (M = Y and Ce). The structures of the SBA‐15@Creatinine@M catalysts were determined using various techniques. These catalysts offered outstanding catalytic performances in the oxidation of sulfides to sulfoxides and in the preparation of 5‐substituted 1H‐tetrazoles. An important characteristic of the SBA‐15@Creatinine@M catalysts is that they are very stable without a considerable decrease in their catalytic performance lasting seven cycles.  相似文献

The CN‐15‐x series materials with different doses of SBA‐15 template and the CN‐y‐2.0 series materials with different hard templates were prepared by the hard template method with hexamethylenetetramine as the carbon and nitrogen source. The obtained mesoporous carbon materials were characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption–desorption, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The catalytic performance of propane oxidative dehydrogenation was determined. The characterization results indicate that the catalytic activity of CN‐15‐2.0 with a bipartite hexagonal ordered structure was higher than those of the other materials. The conversion of propane was 22.98%, and the selectivity toward propylene was 41.70%.  相似文献

n‐Dodecyltriethoxysilane (DTEOS) modified NaHSO4/MCM‐41 catalysts (silanized catalysts) were synthesized by different impregnation sequences and evaluated in the liquid‐phase dehydration of castor oil. The samples were evaluated by X‐ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption‐desorption, SEM, TEM, FT‐IR spectroscopy, XPS, 29Si MAS NMR spectroscopy, contact angle measurements, NH3‐TPD, and pyridine‐FT‐IR spectroscopy. The analyses demonstrated that silanization enhanced the hydrophobicity of the catalysts, and the impregnation sequence of silanized catalysts had a significant effect on the NaHSO4 dispersion, surface area, acid distribution, and hydrophobicity of the silanized catalysts. The catalytic activity of the silanized catalysts was much higher than that of NaHSO4/MCM‐41. Among the silanized catalysts, the catalyst prepared by simultaneous impregnation with DTEOS and NaHSO4 showed the highest iodine value of 141.8 [g(I2) per 100 g] and lowest hydroxyl value of 11.3 [mg(KOH) · g–1].  相似文献
