以5-Cl水杨醛和L-苯丙氨酸、L-亮氨酸及L-甘氨酸的脂肪酸酯为原料,通过碱催化的席夫碱缩合反应,合成了6种N-(5-氯-2-羟苄基)席夫碱氨基酸酯及其还原产物N-(5-氯-2-羟苄基)氨基酸酯。 化合物的结构及组成经过IR、1H NMR和元素分析测试技术进行了表征。 合成的席夫碱及其还原产物对革兰氏阴性菌、革兰氏阳性菌及真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。 质量分数为0.01%的N-(5-氯-2-羟苄基)席夫碱氨基酸酯对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达90%以上,而N-(5-氯-2-羟苄基)氨基酸酯对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率也在90%以上,均为强抑菌活性,其中N-(5-氯-2-羟苄基)苯丙氨酸酯的抑菌率达98%以上。  相似文献

A new series of 6-(aryl/heteryl)-3-(5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-4-pyrazolyl)[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazoles (7a-j) has been synthesized by the reaction of 4-amino-5-(5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-4-pyrazolyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl-hydrosulfide (6) with POCl(3) and the corresponding aryl/heteryl carboxylic acid, in ethanol at reflux temperature for 12 h. All the synthesized compounds were tested for in vitro activities against certain strains of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and fungi such as Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus nodulans, Alternaria alternate. Compounds having 4-chlorophenyl (7d), 4-aminophenyl (7f), 4-nitrophenyl (7h) and 3-pyridyl (7i) substituents at 6-position of thiadiazole ring, showed marked inhibition of bacterial and fungal growth nearly equal to the standards. The other new compounds also showed appreciable activity against the test bacteria and fungi.  相似文献

Looking at the pharmacological importance of 8‐hydroxyquinolines and sulfonamides, in the present study, a novel bi‐dentate ligand 4‐amino‐N′‐[(8‐hydroxyquinoline‐5‐yl)methyl] benzenesulfonohydrazide (AHQMBSH) having above both moieties within a single molecular framework was synthesized by the reaction of N‐acetamidobenzene sulfonohydrazide with 5‐chloromethyl‐8‐hydroxyquinoline hydrochloride. Its metal(II) oxinates were also prepared with Mn(II), Fe(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) salts. All the above compounds were investigated by physicochemical analyses, thermogravimetric analysis and spectroscopic techniques. Antimicrobial activities for the above prepared compounds were carried out using the agar‐plate method against various strains of bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtillis, Pseudomonas aerugionsa, Escherichia coli) and fungi (Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus flavous). The results show a significant increase in antimicrobial and antifungal activities of AHQMBSH compared with the parent 8‐hydroxyquinoline and sulfonamides. Perfluoroorganoantimony(III) (Rf)nSbCl3? n and -antimony(V) (Rf)nSbCl5? n (n = 1,2,3, Rf = C6F5) compounds are screened for the first time for biological activity. The compounds exhibited significant in vitro antitumor activity against MCF-7 (human breast cancer) cell line and antibacterial activity against three pathogenic bacteria: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Klebsiella pneumoniae. They also showed antifungal activity against Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus niger as well as insecticidal activity against cockroach (Periplanata americana), housefly (Musca domestica), Tobacco caterpillar (Spodoptera litura), and spider mite (Tetranychus urticae). These studies suggest a better biocidal activity for the pentafluorophenyl antimony halides compared to the corresponding phenyl analogues.  相似文献

The essential oil from aerial parts of Seseli globiferum Vis. obtained by hydrodistillation with Clevenger-type apparatus was analyzed by GC-MS. Twenty-eight compounds were identified, representing 99.4% of the total oil. The main components of the oil were sabinene (38.0%), alpha-pinene (21.2%) and beta-phellandrene (13.5%). The microbial growth inhibitory properties of the isolated essential oil were determined using the broth microdilution method against seven bacterial species: Salmonella typhimurium (ATCC 13311), Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853), Enterobacter cloacae (clinical isolates), Bacillus cereus (clinical isolates), Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 25923), Staphylococcus epidermidis (ATCC 12228), Micrococcus flavus (ATCC 10240) and three fungal species: Aspergillus niger (ATCC 6275), Aspergillus versicolor (ATCC 11730), Trichoderma viride (IAM 5061) and Penicillium funiculosum (ATCC 36839). The essential oil showed activity against bacteria P. aeruginosa, followed by M flavus, L. monocytigenes and E. coli, and all investigated fungal species.  相似文献

N-(substituted)-N'-(2,3-dihydro-5-benzoyl-2-oxido-1H-1,3,2-benzodiazaphosphol-2-yl) ureas were synthesized by reacting 3,4-diaminobenzophenone (4) with different chlorides of carbamidophosphoric acids (3) in the presence of triethylamine at 40-45 degrees C. Their 1H-, 13C- and 31P-NMR spectral data are discussed. The title compounds were screened for antifungal and antibacterial activity against the fungi Aspergillus niger and Fusarium solani and bacteria Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. These compounds showed higher antibacterial activity when compared with antifungal activity.  相似文献

Ten new azo Schiff bases 5a-h and 7a-b were prepared in excellent yields via the condensation of different aromatic amines and a new azoaldehyde, 2-hydroxy-3- methoxy-5-(4-methoxyphenylazo)benzaldehyde (4) by two different methods. All new compounds were tested against five microorganisms: Staphylococcus aureus (Gram positive and methicillin resistant), Bacillus subtilis (Gram positive), Kelebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli (all Gram negative). Compounds 4, 5a, 5c, 5d and 5g were moderately active against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. Compound 7b was highly active against Bacillus subtilis and moderately active against Staphylococcus aureus. Other compounds were inactive against these strains of bacteria. The antifungal activities of these compounds were also tested against eight different fungal species. None of them were active against the fungi species tested.  相似文献

Flavusides A (1) and B (2), two new antibacterial cerebroside derivatives, and the previously described phomaligol A (3), kojic acid (4), methyl kojic acid (5), and dimethyl kojic acid (6) have been isolated from the extract of a marine isolate of the fungus Aspergillus flavus. The structure and absolute stereochemistry of two cerebrosides were assigned on the basis of NMR and Tandem FAB-MS/MS experiments. Compounds 1, 2, and 3 exhibited a mild antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, methicillin-resistant S. aureus, and multidrug-resistant S. aureus. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values for each strain are as follows: compounds 1 and 2 showed 15.6 μg/ml for S. aureus and 31.2 μg/ml for methicillin-resistant S. aureus and multidrug-resistant S. aureus, and compound 3 exhibited 31.2 μg/ml for S. aureus and methicillin-resistant S. aureus and 62.5 μg/ml for multidrug-resistant S. aureus.  相似文献

A series of tri- and diorganotin(IV) derivatives of 4-(2-thienyl)butyric acid have been synthesized by the reaction of ligand acid with tri- and diorganotin salts in 1:1 and 2:1 molar ratios, respectively. The synthesized compounds have been confirmed by CHNS elemental analyses, FTIR, multinuclear NMR (1H and 13C) spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction studies. NMR data reveal a 5-coordinate geometry for the triorganotin(IV) derivatives, while 6-coordinate for the diorganotin(IV) derivatives, respectively. The X-ray crystallographic analysis of the compound 2 showed polymeric 5-coordinate trigonal bipyramidal geometry. Antimicrobial studies were also evaluated against different strains of bacteria (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus) and fungi (Mucor species, Aspergillus solani, Helminthosporium oryzae, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger) to establish the biological significance of these compounds. The synthesized compounds probably work by interfering with the ability of bacteria to form cell walls by keeping unwanted substances from entering their cells and stop the contents of their cells from leaking out due which the bacteria get die. The antifungal activity of some of the tested compound is comparable to that of the standard drug, terbinafine. From their antimicrobial results, it was concluded that they might be used as potential candidate for the generation of new antimicrobial drugs.  相似文献

用5-氯邻羟苯甲醛与2-氨基-5-硝基噻唑(L1H)和4-氯苯甲醛与2-氨基-3-羟基吡啶(L2H)的反应,再用传统和微波方法将生成物与Cr髥,Co(II),Ni髤和Cu髤合成了一些席夫碱配合物。用元素分析,FTIR,快原子轰击质谱,摩尔电导率,电子光谱,1H-NMR,ESR,磁化率,热分析,电导率和XRD等对这些化合物进行了表征。这些配合物在空气中稳定并有颜色。分析数据表明所有配合物金属与配体的比均为1∶2,配位数为4或6。原子轰击质谱和热分析数据说明了这些配合物的降解方式。XRD图给出了这些配合物的结晶情况。席夫碱的上述金属配合物对革兰氏阳性菌:金黄色葡萄球菌和革兰氏阴性菌:大肠埃希菌(大肠杆菌)和真菌:黑曲霉和白色念珠菌显示出良好的抗菌活性。  相似文献

A new series of 2-(4-(benzo[d]thiazol-5-ylsulfonyl)piperazin-1-yl)-N-substituted acetamide (5a-5k) compounds have been synthesized, and these compounds were characterized with spectral data like IR, NMR, and Mass spectroscopy. All compounds were evaluated in vitro for their efficacy as antimicrobial against Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogenic bacterial strains such as Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa using ciprofloxacin as a standard and fungal strains like Candida albicans and Aspergillus fumigatus as compared with standard drug Clotrimazole, and Molecular docking study shows that all these compounds were having good to excellent correlation binding energy as compared with binding energy of standard drugs.  相似文献

1‐[(Substituted carbamoyl)amino]‐1H,3H‐1λ5‐[1,3,2]oxazaphospholo[3,4‐a]benzimidazol‐1‐ones were synthesized by reacting benzimidazole 2‐methanol (4) with different chlorides of carbamidophosphoric acids (3) in the presence of triethylamine at 40–45°C. Their 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR spectral data were discussed. The title compounds were tested for their activity against the fungi Aspergillus niger and Fusarium solani and bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. These compounds showed moderate antibacterial activity when compared with antifungal activity.  相似文献

A series of new symmetrical 3,6‐bis(aryl)bis([1,2,4]triazolo)[3,4‐a:4′,3′‐c]phthalazines 9a‐l has been conveniently synthesized by oxidative cyclization of 1,4‐bis(substituted benzalhydrazino)phthalazines 8a‐l promoted by iodobenzene diacetate under mild conditions (12 examples, up to 93% yield). All the 12 compounds were tested in vitro for their antibacterial activity against two Gram‐positive bacteria, namely, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and two Gram‐negative bacteria, namely, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. All the synthesized compounds were also tested for their antifungal action against two fungi, Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus flavus.  相似文献

Prophane sulfonic acid hydrazide (psh: CH(3)CH(2)CH(2)SO(2)NHNH(2)) derivatives as salicylaldehydeprophanesulfonylhydrazone (salpsh), 5-methylsalicylaldehydeprophanesulfonylhydrazone (5-msalpsh), 2-hydroxyacetophenoneprophanesulfonylhydrazone (afpsh), 5-methyl-2-hydroxyacetophenoneprophanesulfonylhydrazone (5-mafpsh) and their Ni(II) complexes have been synthesized. The structure of these compounds has been investigated by using elemental analysis, FTIR, (1)H NMR, LC/MS, UV-vis spectrophotometric method, magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements. The complexes were found to have general compositions [NiL2]. Square-planer structures are proposed for the Ni(II) complexes on the basis of magnetic evidence, electronic spectra and TGA data. Bacterial activities of sulfonyl hydrazone compounds were studied against gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus magaterium and gram-negative bacteria: Salmonella enteritidis, Escherichia coli by using minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) method.  相似文献

The volatile compounds obtained by hydrodistillation of the aerial parts of Rosmarinus tournefortii De Noé. growing wild in the occidental region of Algeria were analyzed by GC/MS. Thirty-six compounds were characterized representing 95.6% of the essential oil, with camphor (37.6%), 1,8-cineole (10.0%), p-cymene-7-ol (7.8%), and borneol (5.4%) as the major components. The antimicrobial activity was evaluated against three pathogenic bacteria: Gram-negative (Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and Gram-positive (Staphylococcus aureus). The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC; mg/mL) was determined by sub-culture on Muller Hinton agar plates. The essential oil exhibited strong antibacterial activity against E. coli and P. aeruginosa, and was also active against Staphylococcus aureus.  相似文献

A series of novel compounds 1-((1-(4-(2H-benzo[e][1,3]oxazin-3(4H)-yl)phenyl)ethylidene)amino)-6-((benzylidene)amino)-2-oxo-4-phenyl-1,2-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarbonitriles (7a–o) were synthesized by a sequence of multistep reactions. IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectral techniques were used to confirm the structures newly synthesized compounds. Antimicrobial activity of the title compounds (7a–o) was studied against strains of bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and fungi (Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus clavatus) by serial dilution method. 引言 氟哌酸(norfloxacin),属于含氟喹诺酮类化合物,是一种八十年代发展起来的广谱抗菌药。在临床上,它已被广泛用于尿道感染、肠道感染等领域,疗效显著。此外,在烧伤领域及对性病的治疗中也得到了应用。为了考察金属离子对氟哌酸抗菌作用的影响,探测氟哌酸抗菌作用的本质,我们合成了氟哌酸与Nd~(3+)、Er~(3+)形成的固体配合物(它们在水和甲醇中的溶解度都明显优于氟哌酸),并对其结构进行了初步探讨,又将它们分别对革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌)和革兰氏阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)采用纸片扩散法进行了抗菌活性实验。  相似文献

Different N-substituted benzisoselenazol-3(2H)-ones, analogues of ebselen were designed as new antiviral and antimicrobial agents. We report their synthesis, chemical properties as well as study on biological activity against broad spectrum of pathogenic microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus simulans, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger) and viruses (herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1), encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV), vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV)), in vitro. Most of them exhibited high activity against viruses (HSV-1, EMCV) and gram-positive bacteria strains (S. aureus, S. simulans), while their activity against gram-negative bacteria strains (E. coli, P. aeruginosa, K. pneumoniae) was substantially lower. Some of tested compounds were active against yeast C. albicans and filamentous fungus A. niger.  相似文献

在室温条件下, 2-三氯乙酰基吡咯经溴代反应, 再与氨基酸甲酯反应得到一系列N-(溴代-2-吡咯甲酰基)氨基酸甲酯, 收率为64.8%~92.2%. 通过元素分析, 1H NMR, IR和MS对产物结构进行了表征, 培养了N-(1-甲基-4,5-二溴-2-吡咯甲酰基)甘氨酸甲酯的单晶并进行单晶X射线衍射分析. 初步活性试验表明, 目标产物对金黄色葡萄球菌、粪链球菌等五种细菌有一定的抑制作用.  相似文献
