Vanadium involvement in cellular processes requires deep understanding of the nature and properties of its soluble and bioavailable forms arising in aqueous speciations of binary and ternary systems. In an effort to understand the ternary vanadium-H(2)O(2)-ligand interactions relevant to that metal ion's biological role, synthetic efforts were launched involving the physiological ligands betaine (Me(3)N(+)CH(2)CO(2)(-)) and H(2)O(2). In a pH-specific fashion, V(2)O(5), betaine, and H(2)O(2) reacted and afforded three new, unusual, and unique compounds, consistent with the molecular formulation K(2)[V(2)O(2)(O(2))(4){(CH(3))(3)NCH(2)CO(2))}]·H(2)O (1), (NH(4))(2)[V(2)O(2)(O(2))(4){(CH(3))(3)NCH(2)CO(2))}]·0.75H(2)O (2), and {Na(2)[V(2)O(2)(O(2))(4){(CH(3))(3)NCH(2)CO(2))}(2)]}(n)·4nH(2)O (3). All complexes 1-3 were characterized by elemental analysis; UV/visible, FT-IR, Raman, and NMR spectroscopy in solution and the solid state; cyclic voltammetry; TGA-DTG; and X-ray crystallography. The structures of 1 and 2 reveal the presence of unusual ternary dinuclear vanadium-tetraperoxido-betaine complexes containing [(V(V)═O)(O(2))(2)] units interacting through long V-O bonds. The two V(V) ions are bridged through the oxygen terminal of one of the peroxide groups bound to the vanadium centers. The betaine ligand binds only one of the two V(V) ions. In the case of the third complex 3, the two vanadium centers are not immediate neighbors, with Na(+) ions (a) acting as efficient oxygen anchors and through Na-O bonds holding the two vanadium ions in place and (b) providing for oxygen-containing ligand binding leading to a polymeric lattice. In 1 and 3, interesting 2D (honeycomb) and 1D (zigzag chains) topologies of potassium nine-coordinate polyhedra (1) and sodium octahedra (3), respectively, form. The collective physicochemical properties of the three ternary species 1-3 project the chemical role of the low molecular mass biosubstrate betaine in binding V(V)-diperoxido units, thereby stabilizing a dinuclear V(V)-tetraperoxido dianion. Structural comparisons of the anions in 1-3 with other known dinuclear V(V)-tetraperoxido binary anionic species provide insight into the chemical reactivity of V(V)-diperoxido systems and their potential link to cellular events such as insulin mimesis and anitumorigenicity modulated by the presence of betaine.  相似文献

In this paper we report the first example of peptide hydrolysis catalyzed by a polyoxometalate complex. A series of metal-substituted Wells-Dawson polyoxometalates were synthesized, and their hydrolytic activity toward the peptide bond in glycylglycine (GG) was examined. Among these, the Zr(IV)- and Hf(IV)-substituted ones were the most reactive. Detailed kinetic studies were performed with the Zr(IV)-substituted Wells-Dawson type polyoxometalate K(15)H[Zr(α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61))(2)]·25H(2)O which was shown to act as a catalyst for the hydrolysis of the peptide bond in GG. The speciation of K(15)H[Zr(α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61))(2)]·25H(2)O which is highly dependent on the pD, concentration, and temperature of the solution, was fully determined with the help of (31)P NMR spectroscopy and its influence on the GG hydrolysis rate was examined. The highest reaction rate (k(obs) = 9.2 (±0.2) × 10(-5) min(-1)) was observed at pD 5.0 and 60 °C. A 10-fold excess of GG was hydrolyzed in the presence of K(15)H[Zr(α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61))(2)]·25H(2)O proving the principles of catalysis. (13)C NMR data suggested the coordination of GG to the Zr(IV) center in K(15)H[Zr(α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61))(2)]·25H(2)O via its N-terminal amine group and amide carbonyl oxygen. These findings were confirmed by the inactivity of K(15)H[Zr(α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61))(2)]·25H(2)O toward the N-blocked analogue acetamidoglycylglycinate and the inhibitory effect of oxalic, malic, and citric acid. Triglycine, tetraglycine, and pentaglycine were also fully hydrolyzed in the presence of K(15)H[Zr(α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61))(2)]·25H(2)O yielding glycine as the final product of hydrolysis. K(15)H[Zr(α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61))(2)]·25H(2)O also exhibited hydrolytic activity toward a series of other dipeptides.  相似文献

Reaction of K(10)[alpha(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61)] or K(10)[alpha(1)-P(2)W(17)O(61)] or [Bu(4)N][OsCl(4)N] in a water/methanol mixture, and subsequent precipitation with (Bu(4)N)Br provided [alpha(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61){Os(VI)N}](7-) and [alpha(1)-P(2)W(17)O(61){Os(VI)N}](7-) Dawson structures as tetrabutylammonium salts. Reactions of [(Bu(4)N)(4)][alpha-H(3)PW(11)O(39)] with either [ReCl(3)(N(2)Ph(2))(PPh(3))(2)] or [Bu(4)N][ReCl(4)N] are alternatives to the synthesis of [(Bu(4)N)(4)][alpha-PW(11)O(39){Re(VI)N}]. (183)W and (15)N NMR, EPR, IR, and UV-visible spectroscopies and cyclic voltammetry have been used to characterize these compounds and the corresponding [(Bu(4)N)(4)][alpha-PW(11)O(39){Os(VI)N}] Keggin derivative.  相似文献

Solvothermal syntheses of Cd(NO(3))(2)·4H(2)O and R-isophthalic acids (R = H, OH and t-Bu) in the presence of Ca(II) or Sr(II) lead to four new three-dimensional Cd(II)/Ca(II) or Cd(II)/Sr(II) heterometallic frameworks: [CdCa(m-BDC)(2)(DMF)(2)] (1), [CdSr(2)(m-BDC)(2)(NO(3))(2)(DMF)(4)] (2), [CdCa(OH-m-BDC)(2)(H(2)O)(2)]·2Me(2)NH (3), and (Me(2)NH(2))(2)[Cd(2)Ca(Bu(t)-m-BDC)(4)] (4) (m-H(2)BDC = isophthalate, OH-m-H(2)BDC = 5-hydroxyisophthalate and Bu(t)-m-H(2)BDC = 5-butylisophthalate). All of these compounds except for 4 crystallize in acentric (or chiral) space groups and the bulk materials for 1 and 3 display strong powder SHG efficiencies, approximately 1.54 and 2.31 times than that of a potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) powder. Topological analyses show that 1 and 2 have structures with sxb and dia topologies, respectively, while both 3 and 4 exhibit pcu topological nets when the metal carboxylate clusters are viewed as nodes. The fluorescence properties and thermal stabilities for these compounds are also investigated.  相似文献

We have prepared the three novel Pd(II)-containing tungstophosphates [Pd(2)(α-PW(11)O(39)H(0.5))(2)](9-) and two structural isomers of [Pd(2)(α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61)H(n))(2)]((16-2n)-) via simple synthetic procedures and characterized their potassium salts by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, and IR and multinuclear ((31)P and (183)W) NMR spectroscopy. This study sheds light on the long-standing question about the nature and structure of the actual products formed in the reaction of Pd(II) ions with monolacunary Keggin-type [α-XW(11)O(39)](n-) and Wells-Dawson-type [α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61)](10-) heteropolytungstates.  相似文献

The first examples of ring-closing metathesis (RCM) reactions of a series of terminal alkene-derived cyclic phosphazenes have been carried out. The tetrakis-, hexakis-, and octakis(allyloxy)cyclophosphazenes (NPPh(2))(NP(OCH(2)CH=CH(2))(2))(2) (1), N(3)P(3)(OCH(2)CH=CH(2))(6) (2), and N(4)P(4)(OCH(2)CH=CH(2))(8) (3) and the tetrakis(allyloxy)-S-phenylthionylphosphazene (NS(O)Ph)[NP(OCH(2)CH=CH(2))(2)](2) (4) were prepared by the reactions of CH(2)=CHCH(2)ONa with the cyclophosphazenes (NPPh(2))(NPCl(2))(2), N(3)P(3)Cl(6), and N(4)P(4)Cl(8) and the S-phenylthionylphosphazene (NS(O)Ph)(NPCl(2))(2). The reactions of 1-4 with Grubbs first-generation olefin metathesis catalyst Cl(2)Ru=CHPh(PCy(3))(2) resulted in the selective formation of seven-membered di-, tri-, and tetraspirocyclic phosphazene compounds (NPPh(2))[NP(OCH(2)CH=CHCH(2)O)](2) (5), N(3)P(3)(OCH(2)CH=CHCH(2)O)(3) (6), and N(4)P(4)(OCH(2)CH=CHCH(2)O)(4) (7) and the dispirocyclic S-phenylthionylphosphazene compound (NS(O)Ph)[NP(OCH(2)CH=CHCH(2)O)](2) (8). X-ray structural studies of 5-8 indicated that the double bond of the spiro-substituted cycloalkene units is in the cis orientation in these compounds. In contrast to the reactions of 1-4, RCM reactions of the homoallyloxy-derived cyclophosphazene and thionylphosphazene (NPPh(2))[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CH(2))(2)](2) (9) and (NS(O)Ph)[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CH(2))(2)](2) (10) with the same catalyst resulted in the formation of 11-membered diansa compounds NPPh(2)[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CHCH(2)CH(2)O)](2) (11) and (NS(O)Ph)[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CHCH(2)CH(2)O)](2) (13) and the intermolecular doubly bridged ansa-dibino-ansa compounds 12 and 14. The X-ray structural studies of compounds 11 and 13 indicated that the double bonds of the ansa-substituted cycloalkene units are in the trans orientation in these compounds. The geminal bis(homoallyloxy)tetraphenylcyclotriphosphazene [NPPh(2)](2)[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CH(2))(2)] (15) upon RCM with Grubbs first- and second-generation catalysts gave the spirocyclic product [NPPh(2)](2)[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CHCH(2)CH(2)O)] (16) along with the geminal dibino-substituted dimeric compound [NPPh(2)](2)[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CHCH(2)CH(2)O)(2)PN][NPPh(2)](2) (17) as the major product. The dibino compound 17, upon reaction with the Grubbs second-generation catalyst, was found to undergo a unique ring-opening metathesis reaction, opening up the bino bridges and partially converting to the spirocyclic compound 16.  相似文献

Six supramolecular compounds constructed by main group and transition metals, polyoxotungstates (SiW(12)O(40)(4-)) and trans-N,N,N',N'-1,2-cyclohexanediaminotetraacetic acid (H(4)CyDTA), (NH(4))(3)[Ni(4)Na(H(2)O)(10)(CyDTA)(2)][SiW(12)O(40)]·10H(2)O (1) (NH(4))(2)[Cu(3)Na(2)(HCyDTA)(2)(H(2)O)(13)][SiW(12)O(40)]·5H(2)O (2), (NH(4))(2)[Zn(5)(CyDTA)(2)(H(2)O)(16)][SiW(12)O(40)]·8H(2)O (3), (NH(4))(4)[Cd(4)(CyDTA)(2)(H(2)O)(8)][SiW(12)O(40)]·6H(2)O (4), (NH(4))(4)[Sr(3)(HCyDTA)(2)(H(2)O)(14)][SiW(12)O(40)]·2H(2)O (5) and [Ca(4)(H(2)CyDTA)(2)(H(2)O)(22)][SiW(12)O(40)]·8H(2)O (6), were synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Single-crystal structure analyses indicate they are constructed by the complexes with different nuclearity and polyoxometalates. In the sequence of Ni, Cu, Zn the nuclearity of the homometallic complex units increases from 2 to 5. Cadmium ions gives a tetranuclear complex with a compact structure. In 5 and 6 the main group metal ions and CyDTA form polymeric chains. CyDTA exhibits rather different coordination patterns to main group metal ions and transition metal ions due to their ionic radii and electronic configuration. The complex units and polyoxometalates arrange in different patterns due to the different shapes of the complex units. The compounds exhibit different thermal decomposition processes and the formation of compounds 3 and 4 quenches ligand-centered emissions and gives a ligand-to-metal emission. The study on various temperature susceptibilities of 1 and 2 shows that there is an antiferromagnetic coupling in the two compounds but coupling patterns are different.  相似文献

Hydrolysis of [NbCp'Cl(4)] (Cp' = η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3)) with the water adduct H(2)O·B(C(6)F(5))(3) afforded the oxo-borane compound [NbCp'Cl(2){O·B(C(6)F(5))(3)}] (2a). This compound reacted with [MgBz(2)(THF)(2)] giving [NbCp'Bz(2){O·B(C(6)F(5))(3)}] (2b), whereas [NbCp'Me(2){O·B(C(6)F(5))(3)}] (2c) was obtained from the reaction of [NbCp'Me(4)] with H(2)O·B(C(6)F(5))(3). Addition of Al(C(6)F(5))(3) to solutions containing the oxo-borane compounds [MCp(R)X(2){O·B(C(6)F(5))(3)}] (M = Ta, Cp(R) = η(5)-C(5)Me(5) (Cp*), X = Cl 1a, Bz 1b, Me 1c; M = Nb, Cp(R) = Cp', X = Cl 2a) afforded the oxo-alane complexes [MCp(R)X(2){O·Al(C(6)F(5))(3)}] (M = Ta, Cp(R) = Cp*, X = Cl 3a, Bz 3b, Me 3c; M = Nb, Cp(R) = Cp', X = Cl 4a), releasing B(C(6)F(5))(3). Compound 3a was also obtained by addition of Al(C(6)F(5))(3) to the dinuclear μ-oxo compound [TaCp*Cl(2)(μ-O)](2), meanwhile addition of the water adduct H(2)O·Al(C(6)F(5))(3) to [TaCp*Me(4)] gave complex 3c. The structure of 2a and 3a was obtained by X-ray diffraction studies. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were carried out to further understand these types of oxo compounds.  相似文献

Three organic-inorganic hybrid copper-lanthanide heterometallic germanotungstates, {[Cu(en)(2)(H(2)O)] [Cu(3)Eu(en)(3)(OH)(3)(H(2)O)(2)](α-GeW(11)O(39))}(2)·11H(2)O (1), {[Cu(en)(2)(H(2)O)][Cu(3)Tb(en)(3)(OH)(3)(H(2)O)(2)](α-GeW(11)O(39))}(2)·11H(2)O (2) and {[Cu(en)(2)(H(2)O)][Cu(3)Dy(en)(3)(OH)(3)(H(2)O)(2)](α-GeW(11)O(39))}(2)·10H(2)O (3) and three polyoxometalate hybrids built by lanthanide-containing germanotungstates and copper-ethylendiamine complexes, Na(2)H(6)[Cu(en)(2)(H(2)O)](8){Cu(en)(2)[La(α-GeW(11)O(39))(2)](2)}·18H(2)O (4), K(4)H(2)[Cu(en)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](5)[Cu(en)(2)(H(2)O)](2)[Cu(en)(2)](2){Cu(en)(2)[Pr(α-GeW(11)O(39))(2)](2)}·16H(2)O (5) and KNa(2)H(7)[enH(2)](3)[Cu(en)(2)(H(2)O)](2)[Cu(en)(2)](2){Cu(en)(2)[Er(α-GeW(11)O(39))(2)](2)}·15H(2)O (6) (en = ethylenediamine) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) analyses, IR spectra, powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1-3 are essentially isomorphous and their main skeletons display the interesting dimeric motif {[Cu(3)Ln(en)(3)(OH)(3)(H(2)O)(2)](α-GeW(11)O(39))}(2)(4-), which is constructed from two {Cu(3)LnO(4)} cubane anchored monovacant [α-GeW(11)O(39)](8-) fragments through two W-O-Ln-O-W linkers. The primary backbones of 4-6 exhibit the tetrameric architecture {Cu(en)(2)[Ln(α-GeW(11)O(39))(2)](2)}(24-) built by two 1?:?2-type [Ln(α-GeW(11)O(39))(2)](13-) moieties and one [Cu(en)(2)](2+) bridge, albeit they are not isostructural. To our knowledge, 1-6 are rare polyoxometalate derivatives consisting of copper-lanthanide heterometallic/lanthanide germanotungstate fragments. 1 exhibits antiferromagnetic coupling interactions within the {Cu(3)EuO(4)} cubane units, while 2 and 3 display dominant ferromagnetic interactions between the Tb(III)/Dy(III) and Cu(II) cations. The room-temperature solid-state photoluminescence properties of 1-3 have been investigated.  相似文献

The radioactive element technetium-99 ((99)Tc, half-life = 2.1 × 10(5) years, β(-) of 253 keV), is a major byproduct of (235)U fission in the nuclear fuel cycle. (99)Tc is also found in radioactive waste tanks and in the environment at National Lab sites and fuel reprocessing centers. Separation and storage of the long-lived (99)Tc in an appropriate and stable waste-form is an important issue that needs to be addressed. Considering metal oxide solid-state materials as potential storage matrixes for Tc, we are examining the redox speciation of Tc on the molecular level using polyoxometalates (POMs) as models. In this study we investigate the electrochemistry of Tc complexes of the monovacant Wells-Dawson isomers, α(1)-P(2)W(17)O(61)(10-) (α1) and α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61)(10-) (α2) to identify features of metal oxide materials that can stabilize the immobile Tc(IV) oxidation state accessed from the synthesized Tc(V)O species and to interrogate other possible oxidation states available to Tc within these materials. The experimental results are consistent with density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Electrochemistry of K(7-n)H(n)[Tc(V)O(α(1)-P(2)W(17)O(61))] (Tc(V)O-α1), K(7-n)H(n)[Tc(V)O(α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61))] (Tc(V)O-α2) and their rhenium analogues as a function of pH show that the Tc-containing derivatives are always more readily reduced than their Re analogues. Both Tc and Re are reduced more readily in the lacunary α1 site as compared to the α2 site. The DFT calculations elucidate that the highest oxidation state attainable for Re is VII while, under the same electrochemistry conditions, the highest oxidation state for Tc is VI. The M(V)→ M(IV) reduction processes for Tc(V)O-α1 are not pH dependent or only slightly pH dependent suggesting that protonation does not accompany reduction of this species unlike the M(V)O-α2 (M = (99)Tc, Re) and Re(V)O-α1 where M(V/IV) reduction process must occur hand in hand with protonation of the terminal M═O to make the π*(M═O) orbitals accessible to the addition of electrons. This result is consistent with previous extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) and X-ray absorption near edge structure (XANES) data that reveal that the Tc(V) is "pulled" into the -α1 framework and that may facilitate the reduction of Tc(V)O-α1 and stabilize lower Tc oxidation states. This study highlights the inequivalency of the two sites, and their impact on the chemical properties of the Tc substituted in these positions.  相似文献

Two dysprosium-containing tungstoarsenates [C(NH(2))(3)](11)[Dy(2)(Hcit)(2)(AsW(10)O(38))]·9H(2)O (1) and K(8-n)H(3-n)[Dy(3-n)K(n)(H(2)O)(3)(CO(3))(A-α-AsW(9)O(34))(A-β-AsW(9)O(34))]·22H(2)O (n = 0 or 1) (2) have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analyses and infrared spectroscopy. Compound 1 is a citrate-decorated Keggin type di-substituted Ln/POM derivative with the two non-adjacent substituted sites occupied. Compound 2 is composed of two different trivacant Keggin unit isomers [A-α-AsW(9)O(34)](9-) and [A-β-AsW(9)O(34)](9-), linked to each other via one {Dy(3-n)K(n)(H(2)O)(3)(CO(3))}((7 - 2n)+) (n = 0 or 1) unit, where CO(3)(2-) is encapsulated in the triangle plane, resulting in a stable dysprosium carbonate-containing sandwich-type polyoxoanion with D(2h) symmetry. The investigation on both static and dynamic magnetic properties of 1 and 2 show that the magnetic relaxation behavior of 2 appear in a static magnetic field of 5000 Oe, while 1 shows no positive out-of-phase ac susceptibility.  相似文献

Two new {P(8)W(48)} wheel-based compounds, Na(12)Li(16){[Cu(H(2)O)](2)[Cu(4)(OH)(4)(H(2)O)(8)](2)P(8)W(48)O(184)}·55H(2)O (1), and K(4)Na(24)Li(10){(MoO(2))(2)(P(8)W(48)O(184))}·61H(2)O (2) have been synthesized by a conventional aqueous solution method, and characterized by UV, IR, TG analysis, XPRD, (31)P NMR, XPS, single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, magnetic study and electrochemistry study. In compound 1, a wheel-type {P(8)W(48)} containing two {Cu(4)} clusters and two isolated Cu cations results in a 10-Cu-containing polyoxotungstate, which represents the first {P(8)W(48)}-based compound trapping two transition metal (TM) clusters in its inner cavity. Further, the polyoxoanion was connected by Na(+) and Li(+) cations into a 3D framework. Compound 2 is a 2-Mo-containing {P(8)W(48)}-based polyoxotungstate. Magnetic study indicates that antiferromagnetic interactions exist in compound 1.  相似文献

The isotope (99)Tc (β(max), 293.7; half-life, 2.1 × 10(5) years) is an abundant product of uranium-235 fission in nuclear reactors and is present throughout the radioactive waste stored in underground tanks at the Hanford and Savannah River sites. Understanding and controlling the extensive redox chemistry of (99)Tc is important in identifying tunable strategies to separate (99)Tc from spent fuel and from waste tanks and, once separated, to identify and develop an appropriately stable waste form for (99)Tc. Polyoxometalates (POMs), nanometer-sized models for metal oxide solid-state materials, are used in this study to provide a molecular level understanding of the speciation and redox chemistry of incorporated (99)Tc. In this study, (99)Tc complexes of the (α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61))(10-) and (α(1)-P(2)W(17)O(61))(10-) isomers were prepared. Ethylene glycol was used as a "transfer ligand" to minimize the formation of TcO(2)·xH(2)O. The solution structures, formulations, and purity of Tc(V)O(α(1)/α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61))(7-) were determined by multinuclear NMR. X-ray absorption spectroscopy of the complexes is in agreement with the formulation and structures determined from (31)P and (183)W NMR. Preliminary electrochemistry results are consistent with the EXAFS results, showing a facile reduction of the Tc(V)O(α(1)-P(2)W(17)O(61))(7-) species compared to the Tc(V)O(α(2)-P(2)W(17)O(61))(7-) analog. The α(1) defect is unique in that a basic oxygen atom is positioned toward the α(1) site, and the Tc(V)O center appears to form a dative metal-metal bond with a framework W site. These attributes may lead to the assistance of protonation events that facilitate reduction. Electrochemistry comparison shows that the Re(V) analogs are about 200 mV more difficult to reduce in accordance with periodic trends.  相似文献

The reactions of [Tl(2)[S(2)C=C[C(O)Me](2)]](n) with [MCl(2)(NCPh)(2)] and CNR (1:1:2) give complexes [M[eta(2)-S(2)C=C[C(O)Me](2)](CNR)(2)] [R = (t)Bu, M = Pd (1a), Pt (1b); R = C(6)H(3)Me(2)-2,6 (Xy), M = Pd (2a), Pt (2b)]. Compound 1b reacts with AgClO(4) (1:1) to give [[Pt(CN(t)Bu)(2)](2)Ag(2)[mu(2),eta(2)-(S,S')-[S(2)C=C[C(O)Me](2)](2)]](ClO(4))(2) (3). The reactions of 1 or 2 with diethylamine give mixed isocyanide carbene complexes [M[eta(2)-S(2)C=C[C(O)Me](2)](CNR)[C(NEt(2))(NHR)]] [R = (t)Bu, M = Pd (4a), Pt (4b); R = Xy, M = Pd (5a), Pt (5b)] regardless of the molar ratio of the reagents. The same complexes react with an excess of ammonia to give [M[eta(2)-(S,S')-S(2)C=C[C(O)Me](2)](CN(t)Bu)[C(NH(2))(NH(t)Bu)]] [M = Pd (6a), Pt (6b)] or [M[eta(2)-(S,S')-S(2)C=C[C(O)Me](2)][C(NH(2))(NHXy)](2)] [M = Pd (7a), Pt (7b)] probably depending on steric factors. The crystal structures of 2b, 4a, and 4b have been determined. Compounds 4a and 4b are isostructural. They all display distorted square planar metal environments and chelating planar E,Z-2,2-diacetyl-1,1-ethylenedithiolato ligands that coordinate through the sulfur atoms.  相似文献

Tetranuclear cubane-type rare-earth methylidene complexes consisting of four "Cp'LnCH(2)" units, [Cp'Ln(μ(3)-CH(2))](4) (4-Ln; Ln = Tm, Lu; Cp' = C(5)Me(4)SiMe(3)), have been obtained for the first time through CH(4) elimination from the well-defined polymethyl complexes [Cp'Ln(μ(2)-CH(3))(2)](3) (2-Ln) or mixed methyl/methylidene precursors such as [Cp'(3)Ln(3)(μ(2)-Me)(3)(μ(3)-Me)(μ(3)-CH(2))] (3-Ln). The reaction of the methylidene complex 4-Lu with benzophenone leads to C═O bond cleavage and C═C bond formation to give the cubane-type oxo complex [Cp'Lu(μ(3)-O)](4) and CH(2)═CPh(2), while the methyl/methylidene complex 3-Tm undergoes sequential methylidene addition to the C═O group and ortho C-H activation of the two phenyl groups of benzophenone to afford the bis(benzo-1,2-diyl)ethoxy-chelated trinuclear complex [Cp'(3)Tm(3)(μ(2)-Me)(3){(C(6)H(4))(2)C(O)Me}] (6-Tm).  相似文献

2-Hydroxymethyl-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol (A) was reacted with (Me(3)Si)(2)NH and toluenesulfonyl chloride (TsCl) to give mainly CH(3)C(CH(2)OSiMe(3))(3) (1), and CH(3)C(CH(2)OTs)(3) (2), respectively. With allyl bromide, the products were CH(3)C(CH(2)OCH(2)CH[double bond]CH(2))(2)(CH(2)OH) (3) and CH(3)C(CH(2)OCH(2)CH[double bond]CH(2))(CH(2)OH)(2) x H(2)O (4). The reactions of 4 with perfluoroalkyl iodides (R(f)I) were catalyzed by Cu(I)Cl to form 2-methyl-2-polyfluoroalkenyloxymethyl-1,3-propanediols: (R(f)CH=CHCH(2)OCH(2))C(Me)(CH(2)OH)(2) [R(f) = C(4)F(9) (5), C(8)F(17) (6), and (CF(2)CF(2))(4)OCF(CF(3))(2) (7)]. Reduction of 5 and 6 with hydrogen gave two new 2-methyl-2-polyfluoroalkyloxymethyl-1,3-propanediols, 8 and 9. The sodium salt of 9 was reacted with allyl bromide or acetyl chloride to form (C(8)F(17)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)OCH(2))C(Me)(CH(2)OX)(CH(2)OH)(2) [where X = CH(2)CH=CH(2) (10) or C(O)CH(3) (12)] and (C(8)F(17)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)OCH(2))C(Me)(CH(2)OX)(2) [where X = CH(2)CH[double bond]CH(2) (11) or C(O)CH(3) (13)]. Reaction of tolenesulfonyl chloride with 7 gave the monotosylate, 14, as the sole product. With 4-trifluoromethylbenzyl bromide, the sodium salt of 4 gave (4-CF(3)C(6)H(4)CH(2)OCH(2))C(Me)(CH(2)CH[double bond]CH(2))(CH(2)OH) x H(2)O (15). The compounds were characterized by NMR ((1)H, (13)C, (19)F, (29)Si), GC-MS, and high-resolution MS or elemental analyses. UV evidence was obtained for partitioning of 9, 12, 14, and 15 between perfluorodecalin and n-octanol. The test compounds acted as surfactants by facilitating the solubility of phenol and Si(CH[double bond]CH(2))(4) in perfluorodecalin. The single-crystal X-ray structure of 8 was also obtained. It crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, and unit cell dimensions were a = 24.966(2) A (alpha = 90), b = 6.1371(6) A (beta = 100.730(2)), and c = 10.5669(10) A (gamma = 90).  相似文献

To achieve full solar spectrum absorption of organic dyes for organic solar cells and organic solar antenna collectors, a series of tetraanthracenylporphyrin derivatives including H(2)(TAnP), H(2)(α-F(4)TAnP), H(2)(β,β'-F(8)TAnP), H(2)(γ,γ'-F(8)TAnP), H(2)(δ,δ'-F(8)TAnP), H(2)[α-(NH(2))(4)TAnP], H(2)[β,β'-(NH(2))(8)TAnP], H(2)[γ,γ'-(NH(2))(8)TAnP], and H(2)[δ,δ'-(NH(2))(8)TAnP] was designed and their electronic absorption spectra were systematically studied on the basis of TDDFT calculations. The nature of the broad and intense electronic absorptions of H(2)(TAnP) in the range of 500-1700 nm is clearly revealed, and different types of π → π* electronic transitions associated with different absorption bands are revealed to correspond to different electron density moving direction between peripherally fused 14-electron-π-conjugated anthracene units and the central 18-electron-π-conjugated porphyrin core. Introduction of electron-donating groups onto the periphery of the H(2)(TAnP) macrocycle is revealed to be able to lead to novel NIR dyes such as H(2)[α-(NH(2))(4)TAnP] and H(2)[δ,δ'-(NH(2))(8)TAnP] with regulated UV-vis-NIR absorption bands covering the full solar spectrum in the range of 300-2400 nm.  相似文献

We report the synthesis and characterization of five novel Mo-containing polyoxometalate (POM) bisphosphonate complexes with nuclearities ranging from 4 to 12 and with fully reduced, fully oxidized, or mixed-valent (Mo(V), Mo(VI)) molybdenum, in which the bisphosphonates bind to the POM cluster through their two phosphonate groups and a deprotonated 1-OH group. The compounds were synthesized in water by treating [Mo(V)(2)O(4)(H(2)O)(6)](2+) or [Mo(VI)O(4)](2-) with H(2)O(3)PC(C(3)H(6)NH(2))OPO(3)H(2) (alendronic acid) or its aminophenol derivative, and were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and (31)P NMR spectroscopy. (NH(4))(6)[(Mo(V)(2)O(4))(Mo(VI)(2)O(6))(2)(O(3)PC(C(3)H(6)NH(3))OPO(3))(2)]·12H(2)O (1) is an insoluble mixed-valent species. [(C(2)H(5))(2)NH(2)](4)[Mo(V)(4)O(8)(O(3)PC(C(3)H(6)NH(3))OPO(3))(2)]·6H(2)O (2) and [(C(2)H(5))(2)NH(2)](6)[Mo(V)(4)O(8)(O(3)PC(C(10)H(14)NO)OPO(3))(2)]·18H(2)O (4) contain similar tetranuclear reduced frameworks. Li(8)[(Mo(V)(2)O(4)(H(2)O))(4)(O(3)PC(C(3)H(6)NH(3))OPO(3))(4)]·45H(2)O (3) and Na(2)Rb(6)[(Mo(VI)(3)O(8))(4)(O(3)PC(C(3)H(6)NH(3))OPO(3))(4)]·26H(2)O (5) are alkali metal salts of fully reduced octanuclear and fully oxidized dodecanuclear POMs, respectively. The activities of 2-5 (which are water-soluble) against three human tumor cell lines were investigated in vitro. Although 2-4 have weak but measurable activity, 5 has IC(50) values of about 10 μM, which is about four times the activity of the parent alendronate molecule on a per-alendronate basis, which opens up the possibility of developing novel drug leads based on Mo bisphosphonate clusters.  相似文献

Four new Th(IV), U(IV), and Np(IV) hexanuclear clusters with 1,2-phenylenediphosphonate as the bridging ligand have been prepared by self-assembly at room temperature. The structures of Th(6)Tl(3)[C(6)H(4)(PO(3))(PO(3)H)](6)(NO(3))(7)(H(2)O)(6)·(NO(3))(2)·4H(2)O (Th6-3), (NH(4))(8.11)Np(12)Rb(3.89)[C(6)H(4)(PO(3))(PO(3)H)](12)(NO(3))(24)·15H(2)O (Np6-1), (NH(4))(4)U(12)Cs(8)[C(6)H(4)(PO(3))(PO(3)H)](12)(NO(3))(24)·18H(2)O (U6-1), and (NH(4))(4)U(12)Cs(2)[C(6)H(4)(PO(3))(PO(3)H)](12)(NO(3))(18)·40H(2)O (U6-2) are described and compared with other clusters of containing An(IV) or Ce(IV). All of the clusters share the common formula M(6)(H(2)O)(m)[C(6)H(3)(PO(3))(PO(3)H)](6)(NO(3))(n)((6-n)) (M = Ce, Th, U, Np, Pu). The metal centers are normally nine-coordinate, with five oxygen atoms from the ligand and an additional four either occupied by NO(3)(-) or H(2)O. It was found that the Ce, U, and Pu clusters favor both C(3i) and C(i) point groups, while Th only yields in C(i), and Np only C(3i). In the C(3i) clusters, there are two NO(3)(-) anions bonded to the metal centers. In the C(i) clusters, the number of NO(3)(-) anions varies from 0 to 2. The change in the ionic radius of the actinide ions tunes the cavity size of the clusters. The thorium clusters were found to accept larger ions including Cs(+) and Tl(+), whereas with uranium and later elements, only NH(4)(+) and/or Rb(+) reside in the center of the clusters.  相似文献
