This paper describes the progress on the synthesis of organic selenides and tellurides and their application in organic synthesis.Low valent selenium and telluronium compounds having high reducing selectivity can be used to form carbon-hydrogen bonds as special reducing reagents.Telluronium ylides can react with aldehydes and ketones by Wittig-type condensation to produce (E)-configuration alkenes stereoselectively.α-Phenylselanyl arsonium ylides were prepared by transyl-idation reaction of arsonium ylides with phenylselanyl halides which can undergo Wittig-type reactions with carbonyl compounds to give (Z)-α-selanyl-α,β-unsaturated compounds with high stereoselectiv-ity.Zirconium,tin,boron,halogen,metal or hetero-atom were introduced in organoselenium and telluronium compounds as new difunctional group reagents.Under transition metal catalysis,the corresponding cross coupling reactions provide new methods of formation of carbon-carbon double bonds,which were used in the stereoselective synthesis of  相似文献

The photoinduced reaction of a mixture of (Z)‐α‐cyano‐β‐bromomethylcinnamide (1) and (E)‐α‐cyano‐β‐bromomethylcinnamide (2) with 1‐benzyl‐1, 4‐dihydronicotinamide produces a mixture of the (E)‐ and (Z)‐ isomers of α‐cyano‐β‐methylcinnamide (3 and 4). Using spin‐trapping technique for monitoring reactive intermediate, it is shown that the reaction proceeds via electron transfer‐debromination‐H abstraction mechanism. The thermal reaction of the same substrate with BNAH at 60°C in the dark gives three products: the (E)‐ and (Z)‐isomers of α‐cyano‐β‐methylcinnamide and a dehydrodimeric product; 2, 7‐dicyano‐3, 6‐diphenylocta‐2, 4, 6‐trien‐1, 8‐dioic amide (7). Based on product analysis, scavenger experiment and cyclic voltammetry, an electron transfer‐debromination‐disproportionation mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

(E)-α-Stannylvinyl phenyl(or p-tolyl)sulfones underwent an iododestannylation reaction to afford (E)-α-iodovinyl phenyl(or p-tolyl)sulfones 1, which reacted with (E)-alkenylzirconium(IV) complexes 2 produced in situ by hydrozirconation of terminal alkynes in the presence of a Pd(PPh3)4 catalyst to afford stereoselectively (1Z,3E)-2- phenyl(or p-tolyl)sulfonyl-substituted 1,3-dienes 3 in good yields.  相似文献

Parallel and practical methods for the preparation of both (E)‐ and (Z)‐β‐aryl1‐β‐aryl2‐α,β‐unsaturated esters 1 and (E)‐ and (Z)‐α‐aryl1‐β‐aryl2‐α,β‐unsaturated esters 2 are described. These methods involve accessible, robust, stereocomplementary N‐methylimidazole (NMI)‐mediated enol tosylations (14 examples, 70–99 % yield), as well as stereoretentive Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐couplings (36 examples, 64–99 % yield). The highlighted feature of the present protocol is the use of parallel and stereocomplementary approaches to obtain highly (E)‐ and (Z)‐pure products 1 and 2 by utilizing sequential enol tosylations and cross‐coupling reactions. An expeditious and parallel synthesis of (E)‐ and (Z)‐zimelidine ( 3 ), which is a highly representative selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), was performed by utilizing the present methods.  相似文献

In explorations of syntheses and chemistry of spiroheterocycles, we found that the reaction of 2‐diazopropane with (E)‐α‐arylidenepyrrolin‐2‐one, (E)‐α‐arylidene‐γ‐butyrolactone, and (E)‐arylidene‐N‐arylsuccinimide derivatives produced spiro‐Δ1‐pyrazolines. The photolysis of Δ1‐pyrazolines has led to cyclopropanes. The structures of the obtained adducts have been assigned by means of spectroscopic measurements. J. Heterocyclic Chem., (2011).  相似文献
