通过单晶X射线衍射测定了奥扎格雷的晶体结构. 晶体属正交晶系, 空间群为P212121, 晶胞参数为a=0.62522(6) nm, b=0.91897(8) nm, c=1.95789(18) nm, V=1.12492(18) nm3, Z=4. 通过紫外光谱和荧光光谱pH滴定研究了其基态和激发态酸碱性质, 测定了奥扎格雷的基态和激发态酸式电离常数. 结果表明奥扎格雷是一个pH诱导的荧光分子开关.  相似文献

通过乙基桥把供电子基团1,8-萘酰亚胺与罗丹明底环羧酸基相连,得到了两种以D-1-A(Donor-Acceptor-Linealkanescompounds)分子修饰罗丹明底环的化合物,并就合成中间体D-π-A(Donor-Acceptor-Tt-conjugatedcompounds)分子中哌嗪供电子基取代溴对1,8-萘酐母体基态和激发态的影响,以及对D-1-A分子修饰罗丹明底环对罗丹明母体D-π-A分子紫外可见吸收光谱和激发态的影响进行了研究。结果表明:用D-1-A分子修饰罗丹明底环时,D(Donorcompound)的给电子能力越强,其吸收强度越大,其吸收紫外光而激发能力越强;在激发态下D-1-A体系发生了分子内能量传递,萘酰亚胺基团发生强烈的荧光猝灭,罗丹明底环接收能量激发罗丹明母体(D-π-A分子)发射特征荧光,D的给电子能力越强,其荧光强度越高。  相似文献

采用考虑相对论效应的6—311G^**全电子基组与多参考微扰理论,计算了该分子的包含自旋-轨道耦合效应的垂直激发能和基态、激发态C—I键解离势能曲线.理论计算发现,势能曲线3^3A"与1^1A",2^1A'出现交叉,交叉区域在C—I键长为0.241nm附近;基态1^A'到激发态3^3A"(^3Q0)的垂直激发能为4.658eV,与实验值4.662eV非常吻合.讨论了C2F5I分子作为碘激光介质的可行性.  相似文献

通过对一系列具有C-5取代基的吲哚方酸菁染料的AM1分子轨道计算,研究了染料结构和基态与单线激发态电子特性,并用(+)(-)sparkles模拟溶剂化作用,通过AM1-CI计算的染料吸收波长接近实际测量值,并通过基态与单线激发态原子电荷密度的变化,讨论取代基效应对吸收波长的影响;循环伏安法测量的染料有两个可逆的氧化电位,电位数值随取代基给电子性的增加而减小.第一氧化电位与AM1计算的染料离子电离势,用测量的跃迁能校正的电子亲和能与AM1计算值均有很好的线性关系.  相似文献

报道以2-氨基-5-硝基吡啶为基体用基体辅助激光解吸/电离质谱法(MALDI-MS)对DNA样品进行测定并研究它们的激光质谱特征,结果表明,2-氨基-5-硝基吡啶是DNA的一高铲基体。用柠檬酸铵和NH^+4阳离子交换树脂除去试剂和样品中的碱金属离子,能显著地提高解吸/电离DNA分子的效率。  相似文献

通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、傅里叶变换拉曼(FT-Raman)和488 nm拉曼光谱,结合密度泛函理论(DFT)计算研究了2-氨基苯并噻唑(ABT)在晶态和溶剂中的二聚体结构,并解释了质子性溶剂中ABT二聚体与溶剂分子间的氢键作用.电子光谱实验揭示了ABT二聚体的光物理和光化学反应;紫外吸收和荧光发射光谱结果表明,溶剂、激发波长和pH值对ABT二聚件激发态衰变具有调控作用;含时密度泛函理论(TD-DFT)解释了ABT二聚体双荧光现象,提出了高激发态的质子转移机理.  相似文献

二噻吩乙烯类化合物是目前光致变色分子开关研究的热点[1~3].2002年,Irie[4]首次报道了光致闪光分子开关的合成,将荧光结构单元和分子开关结构单元结合在一起,起到光控闪光的效果.本文将咔唑类荧光单元和二噻吩乙烯类化合物分子开关连接在一起,试图通过紫外光的照射将荧光分子从基态激发到激发态,当激发态返回到基态的过程中,将能量有效地传递给分子开关,调控分子开关,实现分子开关的光致荧光诱导.  相似文献

2-烷基萘和2,6-二烷基萘是很有价值的化学品,2-烷基萘可用于染料,药物,香料等精细化学品的生产,2,6-二烷基萘是生产新型聚合材料的重要原料,以煤焦油中萘 原料经傅-克反应可获得烷基萘,工业上传统的液相反应用H2SO4,H4PO4,AlCl3等作催化剂[1],由于存在腐蚀性强,产物分离难,污染重等弊病,人们极力探求性能优良,环境友好的新型催化剂,各种沸石分子筛如ZSM-5,HY,HM,β-沸石等对萘 烷基化反应的催化性能都有探讨^[2-6],据报道,用H-ZSM-5催化萘的甲基反应显示较高的选择性^[2],n(2-甲基萘)/n(1-甲基萘)达到8;(2,6-二甲基萘+2,7-二甲基萘)在二取代产物中达到80.8%,但萘的转化率较低,约10%,由于H-ZSM-5的孔径较小,它对萘的异丙基化反应几乎无活性[6],HY,Hβ对萘的异丙基化反应活性较高,但选择性差,n(2,6-二甲基萘/2,7-二甲基萘)=1,HM对萘的异丙基化反应选择性较高,而萘的转化率不高,约30%^[3-6],掺要Ce的丝光沸石选择性和活性都有所提高[7],本文研究了用后处理方法固载铝的AlMCM-48介孔分子筛对萘的异丙基化反应的催化作用,考察了Si/Al对反应的影响。β  相似文献

In this paper, a new dual fluorescent N,N-dimethylaminonaphthalene derivative, sodium 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)naphthalene-1-sulfonate (SDMDNS), was reported. It was found that SDMDNS emits dual fluorescence only in highly polar solvent water but not in organic solvents such as methanol, dioxane and acetonitrile. Only a single broad band emission at ca. 420 nm was observed in the short wavelength region in organic solvents. The dual fluorescence of SDMDNS in water was found at 423 and 520 nm, respectively. Introduction of organic solvent as ethanol into aqueous solution of SDMDNS leads to blue shift of the long-wavelength emission, and this was evidently supported by introduction of cyclodextrin or surfactant in the aqueous solution. It indicates that a highly polar solvent was required to bring out dual fluorescence; furthermore, the short wavelength fluorescence is emitted from locally excited (LE) state and the long wavelength fluorescence is emitted from charge transfer (CT) state. The pH dependence of the dual fluorescence of SDMDNS demonstrates that the neutral form of the molecular has a higher ratio of CT band intensity to LE band. Temperature effect on the excited state of SDMDNS was also examined and gave stabilization enthalpy (-DeltaH ) of the CT reaction 8.7 kJ mol(-1).  相似文献

A new dual fluorescent N,N-dimethylaniline derivative, sodium 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)-benzenesulfonate (SDMAS), is reported. In SDMAS, the electron acceptor is linked to the phenyl ring via a sulfur atom at the para-position of the electron donor. It was found that SDMAS emits dual fluorescence only in highly polar solvent water but not in organic solvents such as formamide, methanol and acetonitrile. In organic solvents only a single-band emission at ca.360 nm was observed in the short wavelength region. The dual fluorescence of SDMAS in water was found at 365 and 475 nm, respectively. Introduction of organic solvent such as ethanol, acetonitrile, and 1,4-dioxane into aqueous solution of SDMAS leads to blue-shift and quenching of the long-wavelength emission. Measurements of steady-state and picosecond time-resolved fluorescence indicate that the long wavelength fluorescence is emitted from a charge transfer (CT) state that is populated from the locally excited (LE) state, with the latter giving off the  相似文献

The amino-imino tautomerization of the 4-aminopyrimidine (4APM)/acetic acid (AcOH) system through dual hydrogen bonding in n-hexane at room temperature was investigated using UV absorption and fluorescence spectroscopies, fluorescence time-profile measurements, and molecular orbital calculations, with those of the imino-model compound of 3-methyl-4(1H)-pyrimidinimine (3M4PMI). From the experimental results, it was confirmed that the imino-tautomer was formed in the first excited singlet state (S1) state through the double-proton transfer of the dual hydrogen-bonded complex of 4APM with AcOH. The fluorescences of the free 4APM monomer (band maximum at 353nm), imino-tautomer (at 414nm), and 3M4PMI monomer (at 437nm) exhibit the single-exponential decays of 98, 73, and 19ps time constants, respectively. The shorter decay time of the imino-tautomer fluorescence compared with the free monomer one is suggestive of the low activation energy process in the S1 state. From the result of the shortest decay time of the 3M4PMI fluorescence, it can be deduced that 3M4PMI has a non-planar structure in the S1 state. The theoretical calculations on the S0 and S1 state double-proton transfer for the 4APM/AcOH dual hydrogen-bonded system were performed with the use of formic acid (FoOH) in place of AcOH for the sake of simplicity. Only one peak of transition state was resolved in the S0 and S1 states. The energy barrier for the S1 state double-proton transfer of the 4APM/FoOH complex-->3H-4(1H)-pyrimidinimine/FoOH tautomer was estimated to be approximately 2kJmol(-1) using the CIS/6-31G(d) methods. On the other hand, the energy barrier for the S0 state reverse proton transfer of the 3H-4(1H)-pyrimidinimine/FoOH tautomer-->4APM/FoOH complex was estimated to be almost zero kJmol(-1) at B3LYP/6-31G(d) level.  相似文献

The atomic-fluorescence characteristics of manganese heated on a carbon-filament atom-reservoir (CFAR) are described and compared with (a) the atomic-absorption behaviour of the element on the same filament apparatus, and (b) its fluorescence behaviour in a separated air-acetylene flame. By fluorescence at 279.5 nm, using 1-mul samples, manganese may be determined down to 0.6 pg (6 x 10(-4) ppm) by use of an electrodeless discharge lamp source (3 pg or 3 x 10(-3) ppm by absorption, and 20 ng or 1 x 10(-2) ppm by flame emission at 403 nm). The effects of fourteen representative cations and anions examined showed no interference at 10-fold and 100-fold levels and serious interference only from magnesium at the 1000-fold level, with ca. 10% suppression from Cr, V, Na and K. No fluorescence signals were observed at any wavelength other than 279.5 nm when the CFAR device was used.  相似文献

Optical absorption and fluorescence spectra of Dy3+ doped in sodium zinc phosphate glasses have been reported. Judd-Ofelt theory has been applied to analyze the spectra and determine the optical parameters such as transition probabilities, radiative lifetime, stimulated emission cross-section, etc. The fluorescence intensity of Dy3+ corresponding to 4F9/2-->6H13/2 transition increases with increasing concentration of Dy3+ but at higher concentrations, concentration quenching is observed. The radiative lifetime of the 4F9/2 level at 1 mol% concentration of Dy3+ in this host is found to be 541 micros. Emission corresponding to 4F9/2-->6H13/2 transition (570 nm) is observed on excitation with NIR radiation due to upconversion. An attempt is made to explain this observation.  相似文献

基于罗丹明B酰肼和三苯胺染料合成了pH和Cu^2+双识别分子探针(RTPA),并利用核磁氢谱、核磁碳谱和高分辨质谱表征了RTPA的分子结构。通过紫外-可见光谱法和荧光光谱法研究了该荧光分子探针在极性不同的有机溶剂中的光谱性能以及在THF/H2O(V:V=1:1)溶液中对Cu^2+和质子的选择性识别性能。结果表明:随着溶剂的极性增大,化合物RTPA的最大发射波长发生红移,从419 nm红移到500 nm。该探针在水溶液中可以实现高选择性识别Cu^2+离子,不受其他常见金属离子的竞争性干扰。通过Job’s plot曲线证明了探针RTPA识别Cu^2+的化学计量比是1:1,Cu^2+的检出限为0.635μmol/L。当pH在1.87~4.48区间内,探针的荧光强度与pH呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9957,其pKa为3.13。探针RTPA也可用于极酸性条件下(pH<4)质子浓度的定量检测。  相似文献

The effect of leaf temperature (T), between 23 and 4 degrees C, on the chlorophyll (Chl) fluorescence spectral shape was investigated under moderate (200 microE m-2 s-1) and low (30-35 microE m-2 s-1) light intensities in Phaseolus vulgaris and Pisum sativum. With decreasing temperature, an increase in the fluorescence yield at both 685 and 735 nm was observed. A marked change occurred at the longer emission band resulting in a decrease in the Chl fluorescence ratio, F685/F735, with reducing T. Our fluorescence analysis suggests that this effect is due to a temperature-induced state 1-state 2 transition that decreases and increases photosystem II (PSII) and photosystem I (PSI) fluorescence, respectively. Time-resolved fluorescence life-time measurements support this interpretation. At a critical temperature (about 6 degrees C) and low light intensity a sudden decrease in fluorescence intensity was observed, with a larger effect at 685 than at 735 nm. This is probably linked to a modification of the thylakoid membranes, induced by chilling temperatures, which can alter the spill-over from PSII to PSI. The contribution of photosystem I to the long-wavelength Chl fluorescence band (735 nm) at room temperature was estimated by both time-resolved fluorescence lifetime and fluorescence yield measurements at 685 and 735 nm. We found that PSI contributes to the 735 nm fluorescence for about 40, 10 and 35% at the minimal (F0), maximal (Fm) and steady-state (Fs) levels, respectively. Therefore, PSI must be taken into account in the analysis of Chl fluorescence parameters that include the 735 nm band and to interpret the changes in the Chl fluorescence ratio that can be induced by different agents.  相似文献

The time-resolved absorption and fluorescence spectra of the azaxanthone (AX) ketyl radical (AXH.) in the excited state (AXH.(Dn) (n = 1 or 2)) were observed during the nanosecond-picosecond two-color two-laser flash photolysis. AXH. showed dual fluorescence peaks at 460 and 645 nm, which were assigned to the D2 --> D0 and D1 --> D0 transitions, respectively. It was found that the lifetime of the D2 --> D0 fluorescence (1.0 ns) was longer than that of the D1 --> D0 fluorescence (0.4 ns). The fluorescent quantum yields of the D1 --> D0 and D2 --> D0 fluorescence were estimated to be 0.0008 +/- 0.0002 and 0.05 +/- 0.02, respectively. These anomalous emitting properties can be attributed to the pyridine ring in AX. AXH. is a new example of a neutral radical which violates Kasha's rule.  相似文献

在pH3.0~5.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,盐酸氯丙嗪与十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠等阴离子表面活性剂反应形成离子缔合物时,仅能引起吸收光谱和荧光光谱的微小变化,但却能导致二级散射(SOS)和倍频散射(FDS)的显著增强。最大SOS峰均在552nm附近,最大FDS峰均在390nm附近。其中SOS法灵敏度更高,它对十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠和十二烷基磺酸钠的检出限分别为0.047、0.106和0.117mg/L,而其线性范围分别为0.2~12、0.4~15和0.4~20.0mg/L。研究了反应产物的吸收、荧光、SOS和FDS光谱特征、适宜的反应条件及分析化学性质,据此发展了一种用SOS技术灵敏、简便、快速测定阴离子表面活性剂的环境友好型新方法。  相似文献
