A general and highly efficient trifluoromethylated-N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC)-based catalyst for the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura reaction was reported. In the presence of the catalyst, reactions of non-activated aryl chlorides and triflates with aryl boronic acids occurred at room temperature with good to excellent yields (63–98%). In addition, catalysts generated from a combination of Pd(OAc)2/imidazolium salt 6a is not only effective for the coupling of heteroaryl boronic acid with aryl halides and heteroaryl halides, but also efficient for coupling of other heteroaryl halides and heteroaryl boronic acids. Finally, the catalyst is highly effective for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction of aryl bromides and chlorides with 0.01–0.1 mol % loading if the temperature was raised at refluxed THF/H2O.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reaction of potassium pyridine-2-trifluoroborates and various aryl (heteroaryl) halides can generate the corresponding desired coupling products with moderate to good yields. It can be carried out under the conditions with ethanol as solvent, Pd(OAc)2 and SPhos as catalyst system and Na2CO3 as a base.  相似文献

A new palladium(II) complex containing two sterically hindered ligands, a P,P‐bonded diphosphine and N,N‐bonded Schiff base, within the same coordination sphere has been synthesized and investigated as a catalyst for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions of aryl halides with arylboronic acids. The reaction was highly efficient with aryl bromides in water at room temperature and aryl chlorides in dimethylformamide under relatively mild conditions. Excellent yields of coupling products were obtained for a wide range of aryl halides including heteroaryl halides with a low loading of catalyst. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Lithiation/electrophile trapping reactions were carried out with the highly enantiomerically enriched complex [Cr(5‐bromonaphthalene)(CO)3]. Electrophile quenching with ClPPh2, PhCHO, and (Me3SiO)2 afforded the enantiomerically enriched (>97 % ee) planar chiral 5‐substituted naphthalene complexes with PPh2, CH(Ph)OH, and OH substituents, respectively. Very mild Pd‐catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions were developed and applied to the highly labile [Cr(5‐bromonaphthalene)(CO)3] to give nine new planar chiral aryl‐, heteroaryl‐, alkynyl‐, and alkenylnaphthalene chromium complexes with high enantiomeric purity. The efficient ambient‐temperature coupling reactions with borinates prepared in situ were also applied to a number of chlorobenzene complexes and to aryl and vinyl halides.  相似文献

An efficient catalytic system based on a new palladium–bis(oxazoline) ( Pd-BOX-1 ) complex has been developed. The complex Pd-BOX-1 adopts a legless chair‐type structure where the distorted square planar [PdN2Cl2] moiety and the benzene ring spacer represent the seat and the chair back, respectively. The catalytic activity of Pd-BOX-1 has been investigated in dimethylformamide–water under aerobic and mild conditions in Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions of arylboronic acids with aryl iodides, aryl bromides and aryl chlorides, Mizoroki–Heck coupling reactions of aryl halides with styrene derivatives, and Sonogashira coupling reactions of aryl halides with terminal alkynes. A wide range of functional groups as substituents on the arylboronic acids and aryl halides were considered. Pd-BOX-1 demonstrates exceptional air and moisture stability. Of note, the catalyst system based on Pd-BOX-1 shows high recycling ability in Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions in dimethylformamide–water without any loss in catalytic activity. Glycerol and urea were used as green and cheap sources of carbon quantum dots (CQD) for modifying Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs). The obtained CQD@Fe3O4 NPs were used for the stabilization of palladium species and the prepared catalyst, Pd@CQD@Fe3O4, was characterized using various techniques. This magnetic supported palladium was applied as an efficient catalyst for the reduction of aromatic nitro compounds to primary amines at room temperature using very low palladium loading (0.008 mol%) and also for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction of aryl halides as well as challenging heteroaryl bromides and aryl diazonium salts with arylboronic acids and with potassium phenyltrifluoroborate. This magnetically recyclable catalyst was recovered and reused for seven consecutive runs in the reduction of 4‐nitrotoluene to p‐toluidine and for ten consecutive runs in the reaction of 4‐iodoanisole with phenylboronic acid with small decrease of activity. The catalyst reused in the Suzuki reaction was characterized using transmission electron microscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Using experiments such as hot filtration and poisoning tests, it has been shown that the true catalyst works under homogeneous conditions according to the release–return pathway of active palladium species.  相似文献

氯化钯在氟化四丁基铵中当场生成纳米钯,该钯催化剂在Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应中显示很高的催化效率。在氯化钯和氟化四丁基铵存在下,许多芳基卤代烃可以顺利与芳基硼酸发生偶联反应,得到中等到高的产率。此外,在Suzuki-Miyaura偶联反应中该氯化钯/氟化四丁基铵催化体系可以回收重复使用多次,并且芳基溴代烃可以在15-60分钟内反应完全。值得指出的是,该反应是在无溶剂、无配体和催化体系可回收重复使用的条件下进行的。这和无配体条件下TBAB中钯催化卤代芳烃与芳基硼酸的Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应方法。该氯化钯/氟化四丁基铵催化反应的反应机理也进行了讨论。  相似文献

A polyaniline‐anchored palladium catalyst was prepared and screened for coupling reactions of aryl halides. The robust and recyclable catalyst was effective in Mizoroki–Heck and Suzuki–Miyaura reactions of aryl bromides and aryl iodides. Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions between a variety of alkyl halides and unactivated aryl boronic esters using a rationally designed iron‐based catalyst supported by β‐diketiminate ligands are described. High catalyst activity resulted in a broad substrate scope that included tertiary alkyl halides and heteroaromatic boronic esters. Mechanistic experiments revealed that the iron‐based catalyst benefited from the propensity for β‐diketiminate ligands to support low‐coordinate and highly reducing iron amide intermediates, which are very efficient for effecting the transmetalation step required for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction.  相似文献

The results of a ligandless Pd(OAc)2‐catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura coupling experiment are presented. It was found that the use of polyethylene glycol phosphonium salts (PEG‐quat) as surfactant resulted in very rapid reactions of aryl halides with phenylboronic acids in pure water. Moreover, aryl chlorides such as 4‐nitrochlorobenezene reacted quantitatively with phenylboronic acid under optimized conditions. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A novel PdCl2/bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine‐based ligand ( 1 ) catalytic system, which is water‐soluble and air‐stable, has been successfully synthesized and applied for Suzuki‐Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction. In the presence of catalytic amount of PdCl2/ 1 system, arylboronic acids can couple with a wide range of aryl halides, including aryl bromides and aryl chlorides. The reactions proceed under mild conditions to give excellent yields, and a wide range of functionalities is tolerated.  相似文献

Azulenesulfonium salts may be readily prepared from the corresponding azulenes by an SEAr reaction. These azulene sulfonium salts are bench‐stable species that may be employed as pseudohalides for cross‐coupling. Specifically, their application in Suzuki–Miyaura reactions has been demonstrated with a diverse selection of coupling partners. These azulenesulfonium salts possess significant advantages in comparison with the corresponding azulenyl halides, which are known to be unstable and difficult to prepare in pure form.  相似文献

In this work, an easily obtained procedure was successfully implemented to prepare novel palladium nanoparticles decorated on triethanolammonium chloride ionic liquid‐functionalized TiO2 nanoparticles [TiO2/IL‐Pd]. Different methods were carried out for characterizations of the synthesized nanocatalyst (HR‐TEM, XPS, XRD, FE‐SEM, EDX, FT‐IR and ICP). TiO2/IL‐Pd indicated good catalytic activity for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction of arylboronic acid with different aryl halides in aqueous media at ambient temperature. The recycled catalyst was investigated with ICP to amount of Pd leaching after 6 times that had diminished slightly, Thus, was confirmed that the nanocatalyst has a good sustainability for C–C Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reaction. The catalyst can be conveniently separated by filtration of the reaction mixture and reused for 6 times without significant loss of its activity. It supplies an environmentally benign alternative path to the existing protocols for the Suzuki–Miyaura reaction.  相似文献

The tetrakis(4‐N‐methylpyridinium)porphyrinatopalladium(II) iodide, [Pd(TMPyP)]I4, supported on Dowex 50WX8 and Amberlite IR‐120 ion‐exchange resins, was used as heterogeneous, recyclable and active catalyst for the Suzuki–Miyaura and Heck cross‐coupling reactions. These catalysts were applied to coupling of various aryl halides with phenylboronic acid and styrene in Suzuki and Heck reactions, respectively, and the corresponding products were obtained in excellent yields and short reaction times. The catalysts could be recovered easily by simple filtration and reused several times without significant loss of their catalytic activity. The catalysts were characterized by diffuse‐reflectance UV–visible spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy, and their stability was confirmed by TGA. Bis(imino)pyridine palladium(II) complexes 3 and 4 of type [PdCl(L)PF6] are found to be efficient catalysts for Suzuki–Miyaura reactions of aryl halides and arylboronic acids. The reactions proceed smoothly to generate the corresponding biaryl compounds in moderate to excellent yields. The synthesis of various fluorinated biphenyl derivatives was successfully achieved by the complex 4 catalyzed the Suzuki–Miyaura reaction in the presence of surfactants bearing a long alkyl chain. Palladium supported on silica–chitosan hybrid material was prepared and characterized using thermogravimetric and differential thermogravimetric analyses, scanning electron microscopy, and Fourier transform infrared, energy‐dispersive X‐ray and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopies. The prepared Pd‐CS@SiO2 catalyst (1 mol%) was used for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction of various aryl halides and arylboronic acids in 95% ethanol at 80 °C and the Mizoroki–Heck reaction in dimethylformamide at 110 °C using K2CO3 as a base. The developed catalyst is well suitable for the 3R approach (recoverable, robust, recyclable) for cross‐coupling reactions without appreciable loss of its activity. A new air‐stable Pd(II) complex containing a sulfonamide–Schiff base ligand has been synthesized, characterized and investigated as a catalyst for the Suzuki–Miyaura reactions of aryl halides with arylboronic acids. Theoretical calculations (B3LYP) and spectroscopic evidence suggest that the sulfonamide–Schiff base coordinates to the Pd centre through sulfonamide nitrogen (? SO2NH2) rather than imine (? CH?N). A convenient synthetic pathway enabling D ‐glucal and D ‐galactal pinacol boronates to be prepared in good isolated yields was achieved. Both pinacol boronates were tested in a series of cross‐coupling reactions under Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling conditions to obtain the corresponding aryl, heteroaryl, and alkenyl derivatives in high isolated yields. This methodology was applied to the formal synthesis of the glucopyranoside moiety of papulacandin D and the first total synthesis of bergenin.  相似文献
