[C15H25N2O2 +·ClO 4 ,M r =364.83, is monoclinic:P21,a=7.885(1),b=10.685(1),c=10.658(1) Å,=105.63(1)°,V c =864.8(2) Å3,Z=2,D x =1.39(1)g cm–3, (CuK)=1.54178 Å,(CuK)=21.4 cm–1,F(000)=388 e,T=292K,R=0.066 for 1205 unique reflections. The piperidine ringsA, B, C, andD have chair, chair, boat, and half-chair conformations, respectively. The quinolizidine system (ringsA/B) has atrans configuration. The cations are interconnected by a hydrogen bond O(N1)O(C15) of 2.552(10) Å into chains along [010]. Atoms C(12) and C(13) from ringD of the cation are disordered. Very high thermal parameters of the oxygen atoms of the perchlorate anion may indicate its orientational disorder.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of CrCl36H2O with K{S2COCH(CH3)2} in a 13 molar ratio in an aqueous medium. It has been characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectral studies. Crystals of Cr{S2COCH(CH3)2}3 are monoclinic, space group P21/n witha=10.002(2),b=10.973(1),c=18.961(6) Å,=91.78(2)°,V=2079.9 Å3,Z=4,D calc=1.46 g cm–3, monochromatic radiation (Mo-K), =0.71069 Å,=11.2 cm–1,F(0 0 0)=948,T=295K, finalR=0.0320 for 2641 reflections. The environment of the chromium atom is based on an octahedral geometry having six sulfur donor atoms from three symmetrically chelated ligands with average distances: Cr-S=2.396(9) Å, C-S=1.690(3) Å and C-O=1.315(3) Å. The bond distance between oxygen atom and the carbon atom of the isopropyl group (O-Cav=1.478(4) Å) suggests that the form –S 2 (–) C=O(+)CH(CH3)2 contributes significantly to the structure of the isopropyl group.  相似文献

A terephthalato-bridged copper(II) complex [Cu2(tpt)(bpy)2(H2O)4][Cu2(tpt)3(bpy)2 (H2O)2] (1) (tpt = terephthalate, bpy =; 2,2'-bipyridine) was synthesized by the reaction of Cu(ClO4)2 6H2O and terephthalic acid in the presence of 2,2'-bipyridine in H2O solution. Crystal structure of 1 was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis in the triclinic space group P , with a = 10.7327(10) Å, b = 11.1658(11) Å, c = 17.3768(16) Å, = 108.063(2), = 91.064(2), = 116.721(2), V = 1737.5(3) Å3, and Z = 2. Both the anion and the countercation in 1 are copper(II) complexes linked by terephthalate bridges in the bis(monodentate) (syn–anti) mode. The anion and the countercation are also linked by two hydrogen bonds between coordinating water molecules and terephthalate ligand.  相似文献

The luminescent heteroleptic Cd(II) complex bis (-1,2-benzenedithiolato)-1 kS, 1:2 k 2 S 2 kS, 1:2 k 2 S-bis[(1,10-phenanthroline-k 2 N 1, N 1)cadmium], [Cd2(C6H4S2)2(C12H8N2)2], containing benzenedithiolate (bdt) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) has been synthesized and found to have the dinuclear formulation [Cd(bdt)(phen)]2. The complex crystallizes in the space group P21/n with a = 10.3400(4), b = 11.5110(4), c = 13.6230(5) Å, and = 106.828(2)°. The dinuclear complex has crystallographically imposed centrosymmetry with one S atom of the bdt ligand bridging the Cd atoms in an asymmetric fashion (Cd–S = 2.5743(5) and 2.6817(5) Å) while the second S atom is bound in a terminal mode (Cd–S = 2.4955(5) Å). The mean interplanar spacing between the phen ligand and the phenyl ring of the bdt ligand is 3.291 Å while that between the phen ligands of adjacent molecules is 3.363 Å, suggesting the presence of both intra- and intermolecular -stacking. The complex is emissive in the solid state at room temperature (em = 569 nm) with a luminecsent lifetime of 369 ns. The unstructured emission is believed to be a ligand-to-ligand –* charge transfer transition.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structures ofcis-Mo(CO)4(Ph2PNH2)2,I, andtrans-Mo(CO)4(Ph2PNHMe)2,II, are presented. ComplexI crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP21/c(a=13.433(1),b=12.2719(8),c=17.318(2)Å;=109.79(1)°;V=2686.1(8)Å3;Z=4). ComplexII crystallizes in the triclinic space groupP¯1 (a=6.9986(8),b=10.328(1),c=11.241(2)Å,=107.58(1)°,=91.76(1)°, =101.28(1)°,V=756.1(4)Å3,Z=1). The molybdenum coordination geometry in each complex is a slightly distorted octahedron. The molybdenum-carbon bond lengths for the carbonyls trans to phosphorus in complexI are shorter than those the carbonyls trans to other carbonyls. The average molybdenum-phosphorus distance inI (2.525(5)Å) is similar to those in other diphenylphosphinamide complexes and longer than the molybdenum-phosphorus distance inII in 2.4585(7)Å). The distance between two nitrogen atoms incis Mo(CO)4(Ph2PNH2)2 (3.74(3)Å) is significantly larger than the sum of their van der Waals radii (3.10 Å) indicating that the two nitrogens are not hydrogen bonded.  相似文献

The structures of palladium(II), copper(II) and zinc(II) bis(chelates) of 1-methyl-3-(4-methyl)phenyltriazen-1-oxide have been determined by single-crystal X-ray methods. The crystals of [Pd(OMeN3C6H4Me-4)2] (I) are triclinic witha=7.410(3),b=7.806(3),c=8.371(2) Å, =65.80(2), =88.73(3), =81.04(3)°,Z=1, space group . The crystals of [Cu(OMeN3C6H4Me-4)2] (II) are monoclinic,a=14.934(5),b=10.111(4),c=11.762(3) Å, =96.00(2)°,Z=4, space group P21/c. The crystals of [Zn(OMeN3C6H4Me-4)2] (III) are triclinic witha=7.912(2),b=10.056(2),c=11.600(2) Å, =87.31(3), =74.96(3), =74.02(3)°,Z=2, space group . The red colored and poorly soluble 1,6-bis(o-hydroxyanilino)-1,5-hexadiene-3,4-dione (3f) forms stable adducts5 and7 of exact stoichiometric ratios withN,N-dimethyl carboxamides4 and ureas6. The adducts are yellow colored and easily soluble in organic solvents. The crystal structure of3f (monoclinic space groupP2 1/c witha=7.903(2),b=10.941(2),c=8.976(3) Å, =90.13(2)°) indicates planarity with extensive delocalization of the -electrons. The poor solubility is referred to the formation of strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds (H(O)...O3 andH(O)...O3=1.79 Å). The crystal structure of the 12 DMF adduct5a (monoclinic space groupP2 1/c witha=6.068(1),b=19.668(2),c=10.645(1) Å, =107.791(8)°) shows a less pronounced delocalization of the -electrons which might be the explanation for the color change from red to yellow. In5a the intermolecular hydrogen bonds of3f are interrupted by forming new hydrogen bonds from the hydroxyl group to the carbonyl group of DMF (H(O)...O(L) andH(O)...O(L)=1.86 Å), whereby the solubility is markedly changed. The thermal stability of the addition products5 and7 was determined by thermogravimetry.  相似文献

The coordination geometry is that of a distorted octahedron with a cis –RuN4SCl arrangement of coordinating atoms. The four Ru—N distances to the bpy ligands are 2.082(5), 2.092(4), 2.044(4), and 2.078(5) Å. The Ru—Cl distance is 2.421(2) Å and the Ru—S distance to DMSO is 2.260(1) Å. The Ru—N bond distance trans to Cl is the shortest; the Ru—N bond distance trans to S is the longest. The complex is oxidized and reduced reversibly at 1.13 and –1.37 V vs. SSCE, respectively. It displays electronic absorptions at 515, 480 (1.5 × 104), 342 (1.5 × 104), 292 (1.2 × 105), and 240 nm (6.2 × 104) and has a broad emission band centered at 607 nm at 77 K in a 4:1 ethanol/methanol glass. The emission lifetime at room temperature is less than the pulse width of the laser, < 20 ns.  相似文献
