基于弹性、粘弹性和压电材料本构方程,应用能量法建立了主动约束层阻尼(ACLD)圆柱壳体的有限元动力学方程。通过对压电传感层自感电压的比例、微分反馈控制,对主动约束层阻尼(ACLD)圆柱壳体进行了主被动一体化振动控制,研究了复合圆柱壳体的动力学响应特性。讨论了主动约束层阻尼(ACLD)片体的位置、覆盖率、粘弹性层厚度及控制增益等关键参数对圆柱壳体振动特性的影响。研究表明:主动约束层阻尼(ACLD)片体的粘贴位置与模态有关,针对不同模态,应采用不同的粘贴位置;覆盖率、粘弹性层厚度及控制增益等直接影响到振幅衰减程度,通过对片体位置、覆盖率、粘弹性层厚度及控制增益等关键参数的优化,能有效降低主动约束层阻尼圆柱壳体的振动,具有十分重要的工程应用价值。  相似文献

用局部压电层控制约束阻尼约束层产生一种新的主、被动杂交控制形式,称为可控制 约束层。本文根据弹性材料、粘弹性材料、压电材料的本构关系和变形连续条件,建立了可控约束阻尼层板的控制微方程;从理论上证明了用离散小压电片组合来代替整体压电层而不影响作动效果,改善了结构的工艺性;利用Galerkin方法和GHM方法建立了系统的近似低阶方程对一试验模型进行了控制数值模拟和试验实现,结果表明这种杂交控制对控制  相似文献

对具有可控约束阻尼层的板进行了振动控制实验研究. 以压电片作为作动器,根据测量的结构振动信号,反馈控制约束层的变形,抑制板的振动. 对试验件进行了试验模态分析,讨论了压电片的附加位置;采用比例反馈对试验件进行了控制试验;试验给出了控制效果和压电片面积的关系. 研究结果证明,这种利用粘弹性阻尼抑制结构的高频振动,利用压电材料的逆压电效应控制结构的低频振动的主被动杂交控制方式对薄壁结构的振动抑制效果显著,控制频率范围宽,可靠性高.  相似文献

主动约束层阻尼(Active Constrained Layer Damping, ACLD)是以可控的压电材料代替被动约束层中不可控的约束层,通过可控的约束层主动地控制黏弹性材料的剪切变形以进一步增大其对振动能量耗散的主动阻尼形式,它充分结合了主动控制与被动阻尼作用各自的优势,使得其在结构振动控制方面显示出极好的应用价值.本文首先解释了ACLD的基本结构和阻尼机理,然后综述了最近几年有关ACLD在结构建模,控制方案及结构优化等方面的最新研究进展,最后指出了应用前景并总结了进一步研究的问题.   相似文献

This paper aims to study the nonlinear-forced vibrations of a viscoelastic cantilever with a piecewise piezoelectric actuator layer on its top surface using the method of Multiple Scales. The governing equation of motion is a second-order nonlinear ordinary differential equation with quadratic and cubic nonlinearities which appear in stiffness, inertia, and damping terms. The nonlinear terms are due to the piezoelectricity, viscoelasticity, and geometry of the system. Forced vibrations of the system are investigated in the cases of primary resonance and non-resonance hard excitation including subharmonic and superharmonic resonances. Analytical expressions for frequency responses are derived, and the effects of different parameters including damping coefficient, thickness to width ratio of the beam, length and position of the piezoelectric layer, density of the beam, and the piezoelectric coefficient on the frequency-response curves are discussed for each case. It is shown that in all these cases, the response of the system follows a softening behavior due to the existence of the piezoelectric layer. The piezoelectric layer provides an effective tool for active control of vibration. In addition, the effect of the viscoelasticity of the beam on passive control of amplitude of vibration is illustrated.  相似文献

This paper has presented a new class of active and passive magnetic constrained layer damping (APMCLD) treatment for controlling vibration of three-layer clamped–clamped beams. Firstly, optimal placement strategies of discrete patches are investigated. The predictions of model are validated experimentally using three-layer clamped–clamped beams treated with fully or segmented passive magnetic constrained layer damping (MCLD) treatments. The results indicate that full MCLD treatment induces less improvement of damping characteristics. Also, the obtained results illustrate that, the improvement of damping performance using two-patched MCLD treatment becomes more apparent at the first mode compared to the corresponding performance using a single-patched MCLD treatment when the total length of damping layer is from 0.3L to 0.65L under considered magnetic force. Further, damping performances of APMCLD using several control strategies including simple PD controllers are investigated. The analytical results show that it induces less improvement of damping characteristics for higher modes using simple positive proportional feedback controllers whereas higher modes can been suppressed effectively using negative derivative feedback controllers. For broad band control of structural vibration, it is more effective using APMCLD treatments with combined proportional and derivative controllers. Moreover, the MCLD treatment still plays an important role in damping out structural vibrations even though active control systems fail.  相似文献

This paper presents an analysis of the active control of random vibration for laminated composite plates using piezoelectric fiber reinforced composites(PFRC). With Hamilton's principle and the Rayleigh-Ritz method, the equation of motion for the resulting electromechanical coupling system is derived. A velocity feedback control rule is employed to obtain an effective active damping in the suppression of random vibration. The power spectral density and meansquare displacements of the random vibration for laminated plates under different control gains are simulated and the validity of the present control strategy is confirmed. The effect of piezoelectric fiber orientation in the PFRC layer on the random vibration suppression is also investigated.The analytical methodology can be expanded to other kinds of random vibration.  相似文献

A new model for a smart shell of revolution treated with active constrained layer damping (ACLD) is developed, and the damping effects of the ACLD treatment are discussed. The motion and electric analytical formulation of the piezoelectric constrained layer are presented first. Based on the authors~ recent research on shells of revolution treated with passive constrained layer damping (PCLD), the integrated first-order differential matrix equation of a shell of revolution partially treated with ring ACLD blocks is derived in the frequency domain. By virtue of the extended homogeneous capacity precision integration technology, a stable and simple numerical method is further proposed to solve the above equation. Then, the vibration responses of an ACLD shell of revolution are measured by using the present model and method. The results show that the control performance of the ACLD treatment is complicated and frequency-dependent. In a certain frequency range, the ACLD treatment can achieve better damping characteristics compared with the conventional PCLD treatment.  相似文献

采用在约束层端部上设置永磁体的新方法可使阻尼层获得比传统约束阻尼处理方法更高的剪应变,从而增强粘弹层的阻尼耗能,降低共振峰。本文应用Hamilton原理,推导了全覆盖双层约束阻尼悬臂梁的运动方程,对模型进行了实验验证;分析了不同物理和几何参数下该方法的减振效果。研究表明,磁约束能提高阻尼减振效果。随着阻尼层厚度的增加,无磁约束的共振峰降低较少,而有磁约束的共振峰急剧降低,减振效果明显。阻尼层剪切模量G的变化对磁约束减振效果的影响较大;当G小于一定值时,减振效果明显,但当G大于一定值时,减振效果急剧降低。在不同的约束层弹性模量和厚度下,磁约束仍起作用。此外,分析了具有较大控制力的主被动混合磁约束振动控制方法的可行性。  相似文献

The vibration stability and the active control of the parametrically excited nonlinear beam structures are studied by using the piezoelectric material. The velocity feedback control algorithm is used to obtain the active damping. The cubic nonlinear equation of motion with damping is established by employing Hamilton’s principle. The multiple-scale method is used to solve the equation of motion, and the stable region is obtained. The effects of the control gain and the amplitude of the external force on the stable region and the amplitude-frequency curve are analyzed numerically. From the numerical results, it is seen that, with the increase in the feedback control gain, the axial force, to which the structure can be subjected, is increased, and in a certain scope, the structural active damping ratio is also increased. With the increase in the control gain, the response amplitude decreases gradually, but the required control voltage exists a peak value.  相似文献

A new model for a smart beam with a partially debonded active constrained layer damping (ACLD) patch is presented, and the effects of the debonding of the ACLD patch on both passive and hybrid control are investigated. In this model, both shear and compressional vibrations of the viscoelastic material (VEM) layer are considered. The moment inertia and the transverse shear effect are also taken into account based on the Timoshenko’s beam theory. The adhesive layer between the host beam and the piezoelectric sensor patch is modeled as an elastic load transferring media. The debonding of the ACLD patch is approximated by removing the VEM between the constraining layer and the host beam in the debonding region, and the continuity conditions are imposed based on displacement continuity and force balance. A modal velocity observer-based modal control scheme is also given to perform the active modal control of the beam. In order to examine the effects of part debonding of the ACLD patch, the characteristic equation of the beam treated with an ACLD patch is derived. The simulation example results show that an edge debonding of the ACLD patch can significantly affect both passive and hybrid control. It is also found that the additional mode induced by the debonding has unique effects on the modal damping ratios and frequencies of both open-loop and closed-loop system.  相似文献

建立主动约束层阻尼板有限元模型,以结构模态阻尼比最大化为目标函数,压电层总电能消耗为约束条件,压电层单元控制电压为设计变量,对主动约束层阻尼板压电层电压进行了拓扑优化,获得了压电层电压最优拓扑分布。通过引入虚拟设计变量,将压电层电压控制不连续问题转化为连续问题。考虑实际工程应用的需要,采用指数函数对电压中间变量进行惩罚。在灵敏度分析基础上,采用移动渐进线(MMA)法,求解了主动约束层阻尼板电压拓扑优化问题。数值算例证实了电压拓扑优化模型以及数值求解方法的有效性。  相似文献

Vibrations and the damping behaviour of thin constrained composite plates with double piezoelectric layers are analytically explored by using Fourier transformation and classical laminated plate theory. Electric potential equations in the double piezoelectric layers are solved with respect to closed and open circuit boundary conditions, an exterior dielectric slab and active control. The natural frequencies and loss factors of the constrained smart composite plates with passive control methods are not notably changed in comparison with those of the constrained composite plates without piezoelectric effects since vibrational energy does not efficiently convert to electrical energy. The loss factors of the composite plates with active constrained damping increase and the natural frequencies have significant variations as the proportional derivative gains increase. Transverse displacement power spectra of the piezoelectric composite plates with active control are compared with those of the piezoelectric composite plates with passive control showing that active control has the best suppression performance of vibrations for the constrained laminated plates with double piezoelectric layers. Radial power spectral density, phase angles and cylindrical-wave power spectral density are calculated. Interesting patterns of wave propagation are explained when plane wave expansion is used to obtain Bessel cylindrical waves.  相似文献

压电材料因其具有良好的机电耦合特性, 在振动能量俘获和结构振动控制领域有着良好的应用前景. 基于同步开关和电感的压电元件接口控制电路, 可以通过振荡电路工作原理调节压电元件的电压幅值和相位, 优化压电振动系统的机电能量转化. 优化型同步电荷提取技术即基于上述接口控制电路实现了压电振动能到电能的高效转换. 本文提出了一种衍生于优化型同步电荷提取电路的压电阻尼半主动控制电路, 借鉴反激变压器的原、副边能量转换特性, 实现了压电振动控制系统从电能到机械能的能量操控, 进而达到结构振动抑制的效果. 至此, 结合了压电电荷能提取与压电阻尼半主动控制技术的新电路, 以反激变压器为核心实现了压电振动能量的双向操纵. 论文首先介绍了相应的控制电路及工作原理, 推导了新型同步开关阻尼技术下的结构的振动阻尼比模型, 搭建了压电悬臂梁振动控制实验平台, 最终通过实验验证了理论模型, 并使用更简单的控制方法解决了振动控制系统的稳定性问题.   相似文献
