超磁致伸缩材料由于具有位移大、响应快、驱动简单等性能优势,在智能系统中具有广阔的应用前景。对于其力学行为的研究,在理论上涉及的关键科学问题是多场耦合问题的理论建模与定量模拟,而其应用需求则涉及对超磁致伸缩器件性能的定量预测及优化。目前超磁致伸缩材料在工业上最广泛的应用是作为换能器的核心制动元件,其磁学、力学行为与工况密切相关。应力、外磁场、环境温度都会改变材料的磁化强度和应变状态,在交变磁场作用下磁致伸缩棒截面上产生涡电流,该损耗使材料的磁化和应变曲线出现洄滞。针对这些问题已有很多学者[1]-[4]进行了研究,这些工作揭示了外部条件对超磁致伸缩材料磁学、力学性质的单向联合作用,如图1中虚线所示。然而对于超磁致伸缩材料力学行为的准确刻画还需要考虑更深层次的多物理场耦合关系(图1中实线所示):由于超磁致伸缩材料被外场磁化而产生磁致应变的同时,被磁化的介质也可以充当一种源而改变其周围的磁场,改变的程度依赖于介质的变形,因此需要考虑介质对周围磁场的反作用;棒截面上的涡电流除了会带来磁滞损耗外还会产生大量的热,改变周围温度,进而因为热膨胀、热磁效应等改变超磁致伸缩棒的磁学、力学输出,所以涡电流的热效应也不可忽略;此外,超磁致伸缩棒在交变磁场下的振动响应使其应力状态发生改变,在建模时不能只考虑所施加的预应力,材料的实时应力状态必须加以考虑。图1中虚线和实线所指向的过程共同构筑了超磁致伸缩材料的多物理场耦合框架,综合考虑这些因素才能准确描述超磁致伸缩材料多场耦合非线性力学行为。本文围绕上述内容逐步深入,针对这一在理论和应用上具有重要意义的问题,开展了理论建模和数值模拟研究。  相似文献

超磁致伸缩材料在力磁耦合作用下具有复杂的迟滞响应。Preisach模型可有效描述物理过程中的滞后现象,它具有两个重要特性,即擦除特性和同余特性。擦除特性是指输入局部极大值擦除了加载过程中小于该值的所有极大值,或输入局部极小值擦除了加载过程中大于该值的所有极小值,同时,与这些历史极值相应的加载历史也被擦除,不再影响之后的输出。同余特性是指输入极大值与极小值相同的所有闭合曲线一致。本文通过实验系统地研究了超磁致伸缩材料在多轴力磁耦合场作用下的磁致伸缩曲线、磁滞回线和应力应变的迟滞行为,发现其在力磁耦合下的非线性滞后行为具有擦除特性和同余特性。这满足了Preisach模型描述滞后现象的两个基本要求,验证了利用Preisach模型描述超磁致伸缩材料迟滞行为的可行性,为超磁致伸缩材料的非线性理论和器件设计提供了依据。  相似文献

将对电磁功能材料多物理场耦合性能检测技术和设备做一综述介绍,介绍如何在多物理场耦合条件下测试电磁滞回线、蝶形曲线、电磁致伸缩、应力应变曲线和磁电效应等物理力学性能,并介绍电磁功能材料在多物理耦合场作用下的新的实验现象,包括铁电材料在多轴电场和双轴力载荷作用下的电滞回线、裂纹尖端的畴变规律、磁致伪弹性、磁致伸缩的"回落"等现象.这对于理解电磁功能材料和结构在耦合场下的变形与断裂机制有重要的意义.  相似文献

本文基于Mori-Tanaka理论,考虑了界面相对超磁致伸缩复合材料的有效性能的影响,得到了具有界面相的超磁致伸缩复合材料的有效性能的一般解析表达。考虑到固化过程中热残余应力对超磁致伸缩复合材料有效性能的影响,通过数值计算,给出超磁致伸缩复合材料有效弹性模量、有效磁致伸缩应变及有效热膨胀系数随夹杂物长径比、体分比、界面参数和固化热残余应力的变化特征曲线,数值结果表明:界面和固化热残余应力对于超磁致复合材料有效性能的影响是显著的。  相似文献

磁致伸缩材料和柔顺位移放大机构组成的主动驱动装置具有精度高、驱动力大等特点.将其与被动隔振装置并联,形成主被动隔振装置,可以弥补纯被动隔振在低频和微幅扰动工况下的不足.本文针对这类磁致伸缩主被动隔振装置进行磁机耦合效应研究.基于Jiles-Atherton模型,分析了磁致伸缩材料所受应力对有效磁场、磁化强度、磁致伸缩系数和材料杨氏模量的影响,表征了材料磁机耦合效应.在此基础上,建立了主被动隔振装置的动力学模型,分析了主动驱动装置与被动隔振装置间的耦合作用.在耦合作用影响下,若被动隔振装置刚度不同,即使输入磁场相同,驱动器产生的驱动位移和驱动力也不相同.磁致伸缩材料的变刚度效应使隔振装置整体等效刚度不再为定值,从而影响被动隔振效果.本文提出了通过柔顺机构参数设计减小前述两种耦合影响的方法.数值仿真结果表明,磁致伸缩主被动隔振装置在低于、接近和高于谐振频率三类扰动下,都能达到比被动隔振更好的振动抑制效果.此外,仿真结果验证了考虑磁机耦合效应的数值模型具有更高精度.   相似文献

基于经典层合板理论,建立了一个能同时测量薄膜-基底系统中薄膜的磁致伸缩系数、杨氏模量和泊松比的板模型.以前的研究计算薄膜磁致伸缩系数时,大多假设薄膜的弹性属性与相应的块材一致,由此导致的磁致伸缩系数计算是不准确的.在目前大多数方法中仅仅在使用一个单一的弹性各向同性基底中能够避免这个问题.该文模型在各向异性基底下同样适用,并且不要求薄膜的厚度远远小于基底厚度,因此也能够用来计算磁致伸缩应变和设计微电机械系统和生物微电机械系统.对已有的铁基非晶薄膜的实验数据,在不同磁场强度下,磁致伸缩系数的计算结果与已有模型进行了比较,它们之间的差异得到了解释.同时,还可以得到薄膜的弹性常数.  相似文献

基于磁致伸缩材料的本构关系模型,结合磁致伸缩作动器结构动力学模型建立了可描述磁致伸缩作动器的电-磁-机耦合动力特性的运动方程.方程中考虑了作动器工作时磁致伸缩材料的弹性模量随着应力和磁场的改变而发生的变化,磁致伸缩材料的这种特性使得作动器系统表现出具有时变刚度的参数振动特性.通过对此参数振动方程进行数值求解,得到磁致伸缩作动器的参数频响特性,并研究了激励电流幅值以及作动器负载质量对作动器频响特性的影响.  相似文献

研究柔性结构与流体间耦合作用,可以促进软体机器人的发展.通过速度快、精度高的数值模拟方法模拟水下机器人的实时运动轨迹,可以为真实实验提供测试方向与理论牵引,增大实验成功的可能性.本文研究有自主运动趋势的弹性绳在二维流场中的运动轨迹.首先,对弹性绳离散化建模并同时考虑拉压与扭转弹性力,从能量角度建立动力学方程,此模型可以较为真实地反映弹性绳内力对其运动产生的作用.然后基于半拉格朗日法建立流体求解器. 最后,提出简化的基于动量方程的浸入边界法作为耦合算法,通过直接修正网格速度代替浸入边界力法中力源项的作用.使用这种算法求解耦合作用兼具简便性与快速性.对弹性绳模型、流体模型与简化耦合模型依次解算,模拟了正弦形式波动弹性绳在水中的运动轨迹.结果显示,弹性绳在弹性内力与流固相互作用力共同影响下,该种新的浸入边界法可以实现对水下弹性绳运动轨迹的模拟.数值实验显示弹性绳的自主运动参考模型的初相位改变时,其前进方向会发生改变.该仿真模拟算法与平台可以为细长形软体水生机器人的研发提供参考.   相似文献

A constrained theory of a Cosserat point has been developed for the numerical solution of non-linear elastic rods. The cross-sections of the rod element are constrained to remain rigid but tangential shear deformations and axial extension are admitted. As opposed to the more general theory with deformable cross-sections, the kinetic coupling equations in the numerical formulation of the constrained theory are expressed in terms of the simple physical quantities of force and mechanical moment applied to the common ends of neighboring elements. Also, in contrast with standard finite element methods, the Cosserat element uses a direct approach to the development of constitutive equations. Specifically the kinetic quantities are determined by algebraic expressions which are obtained by derivatives of a strain energy function. Most importantly, no integration is needed over the element region. A number of example problems have been considered which indicate that the constrained Cosserat element can be used to model large deformation dynamic response of non-linear elastic rods.  相似文献

岩石在蠕变的过程中其基本力学参数变形模量E、内聚力c和内摩擦角是随时间和应力逐渐弱化的。本文对现行蠕变设备特点进行分析,研制了一套新型的五联单轴蠕变仪,此仪器能够在相同的应力条件下同时进行5个试件的蠕变试验。并且使用该仪器对宝鸡市秦源煤矿泥岩的力学参数E、c、在蠕变试验中的弱化规律进行了研究。提出了把粘塑性应变作为泥岩力学参数弱化的指标,得出了泥岩E、c、随粘塑性应变呈指数衰减的函数关系,并计算了该泥岩破坏时的E、c、。对该泥岩E、c、和粘塑性应变的函数关系式进行了分析,得到了岩石E、c、和应力(σ)以及时间(t)的耦合函数方程,为后续岩石非定常本构模型的研究奠定了基础。

A new test apparatus was developed for the precise measurement of mechanical properties related to the traveling performance of off-road vehicles. In particular the apparatus is capable of performing the experiment under the condition of constant contact load between the wheel and the soil, which most of the existing apparatus do not fulfill satisfactorily, and of measuring the displacement of soil particles beneath the wheel. The test results obtained by the apparatus for a rigid wheel on sand are discussed with some mechanical interpretations.  相似文献

A new method for determining viscosity of liquids is examined. The method employs the principles of vibration and measures the viscous damping due to the motion of a liquid placed in a cylindrical tube. The apparatus and the test liquid are treated as a dynamic system and the measured mechanical impedances are used to calculate energy dissipation due to the viscous damping. The newly designed apparatus is able to generate shear deformations in the liquid without using moving solid surfaces. A harmonic varying force with a frequency close to the resonance frequency of the system is applied through a piston and the resulting velocities of the oscillations generated in the system are measured. Liquids with higher viscosities result in lower velocities due to the higher damping. Analytical equations are provided to relate the viscous damping of the dynamic system to the viscosity of the liquids. The viscosities obtained from the proposed method are in good agreement with the ones obtained from standard rotational viscometry using a cone and plate geometry.  相似文献

In the fracture problems of hydrophilic elastic materials under coupling effects of heat conduction, moisture diffusion and mechanical deformation, the conventional J-integral is no longer path independent. The value of J is unequal to the energy release rate in hygrothermal coupling cases. In the present paper, we derived a general form of the energy release rate for hygrothermal fracture problems of the hydrophilic elastic materials on the basis of energy balance equation in cracked areas. By introducing the constitutive relations and the essential equations of irreversible thermodynamics, a specific expression of the energy release rate was obtained, and the expression can be reformmulated as path independent integrals, which is equivalent to the energy release rate of the fracture body. The path independence of the integrals is then verified numerically. A second order effect, involving a change of length or an axial force, is present in hyperelastic cylindrical rods subjected to a finite twist. This second order effect leads to a coupling of torsional and longitudinal waves in such rods when they are subjected to finite deformations. In this paper, effects of such a coupling has been studied for cylindrical rods of finite length. The resulting finite deformation elastodynamic problem has been solved by a finite difference method which is a finite deformation elastodynamic problem has been solved by a finite difference method which is a MacCormack two-step variant of Lax-Wendroff second order accurate scheme. The accuracy of the numerical technique has been calibrated by comparing solutions with reported similarity solutions for semi-infinite rods. 针对桩与连续梁组合这一基础形式,研究了梁—桩—土竖向耦合振动特性. 首先,将桩假设为一维黏弹性杆件,采用平面应变模型模拟桩侧成层土对桩的动力作用. 同时,桩顶对梁的支撑简化为竖向点支撑. 然后,分别根据一维杆件纵向振动理论和Timoshenko梁理论给出桩和梁的竖向振动控制方程并求解,进而借助离散傅里叶逆变换获得在梁上瞬时激振下梁和土层以上桩段的时域响应半解析解. 通过与有限元模拟结果对比,验证了解的合理性. 在此基础上,讨论了梁几何参数和桩身缺陷对梁—桩—土竖向耦合振动特性的影响.   相似文献

This paper aims at proposing a novel type of acoustic metamaterials with complete band gap composed of piezoelectric rods with square array as inclusions embedded in an air background (matrix). A modified plane wave expansion method accompanied with the principles of the Bloch–Floquet method with electromechanical coupling effect and also impedance spectra are used to get a band frequency and to investigate the passband for the selected cut of piezoelectric rods. We investigate both the electromechanical coupling coefficient and mechanical quality factor and their dependency to passband and bandwidth, which depends on both the density and the wave impedance of the matrix and the inclusions (rods). The ratio of the volume of inclusion to the matrix is used to define the fill factor or the so-called inclusion ratio, to introduce the bandwidth as a function of that. Furthermore, the fabrication method is presented in this paper. The results make a suitable foundation for design purposes and may develop an inherently passive ultrasonic noise control. In addition, the results provide the required guidance for a simulation-based design of elastic wave filters or wave guide that might be useful in high-precision mechanical systems operated in certain frequency ranges and switches made of piezoelectric materials; they also propose a novel type of elastic metamaterials, which is independent of the wave direction and has an equal sensitivity in all directions in which it reacts omnidirectionally and mitigates the occupational noise exposure.  相似文献
