This paper brings forward the concept of generalized H-spaces which extends the concepts of H-spaces and almost probabilistic metric spaces.In this paper,the uniformity and properties far generalized H-space are considered.The conditions of metrization and the form of metric functions for generalized H-spaces,H-spaces and Menger PM-spaces are given and the characteristics of completeness and compactness for generalized H-spaces are presented.The results of this paper generalize and unify some recent results of[1-2,8,10].  相似文献

In engineering applications, probabilistic reliability theory appears to be presently the most important method, however, in many cases precise probabilistic reliability theory cannot be considered as adequate and credible model of the real state of actual affairs. In this paper, we developed a hybrid of probabilistic and non-probabilistic reliability theory, which describes the structural uncertain parameters as interval variables when statistical data are found insufficient. By using the interval analysis, a new method for calculating the interval of the structural reliability as well as the reliability index is introduced in this paper, and the traditional probabilistic theory is incorporated with the interval analysis. Moreover, the new method preserves the useful part of the traditional probabilistic reliability theory, but removes the restriction of its strict requirement on data acquisition. Example is presented to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed theory.  相似文献

A way to extend operators in spaces of continuous functions to spaces of continuous set-valued functions is proposed. This extension is developed through the Steiner selections of the set-valued functions. Their properties and characteristics of the convergence of sequences of operators of this class are studied. After finishing 102 replicate constant amplitude crack initiation and growth tests onLyl2-CZ aluminum alloy plate,a statistical investigation of the fatigue crack initiation and growthprocess is conducted in this paper.According to the post-mortem fractographic examination by scan-ning electron microscopy (SEM),some qualitative observations of the spacial correlation among fa-tigue striations are developed to reveal the statistical nature of material intrinsic inhomogeneity duringthe crack growth process.From the test data,an engineering division between crack initiation andgrowth is defined as the upper limit of small crack.The distributions of crack initiation life N.,growthlife N,and the statistical characteristics of crack growth rate da/dN are also investigated.It is hopedthat the work will provide a solid test basis for the study of probabilistic fatigue,probabilistic fracturemechanics,fatigue reliability and its engineering applications.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to study the free transverse vibration of a hanging nonuni- form nanoscale tube. The analysis procedure is based on nonlocal elasticity theory with surface effects. The nonlocal elasticity theory states that the stress at a point is a function of strains at all points in the continuum. This theory becomes significant for small-length scale objects such as micro- and nanostructures. The effects of nonlocality, surface energy and axial force on the natural frequencies of the nanotube are investigated. In this study, analytical solutions are formulated for a clamped-free Euler-Bernoulli beam to study the free vibration of nanoscale tubes.  相似文献

In this paper a numerical method for calculating the hydro-dynamic coefficients for vertical plane wave motion problems in deep water is described.This procedure is developed by using the wave source method based on Green‘s theorem.The applications of the method to the cases of semi-circular and rectangular section bodies subjected to linear waves are pre-sented here,and the computed results are compared with the earlier experimental data of Vugts.  相似文献

In this paper we extend Poincare’s nonlinear oscillation theory of discrete system to continuum mechanics. First we investigate the existence conditions of periodic solution for linear continuum system in the states of resonance and non-resonance. By applying the results of linear theory, we prove that the main conclusion of Poincare’s nonlinear oscillation theory can be extended to continuum mechanics. Besides, in this paper a new method is suggested to calculate the periodic solution in the states of both resonance and nonresonance by means of the direct perturbation of partial differential equation and weighted integration.  相似文献
