在工业和工程领域中,广泛地应用圆柱形弹性薄壁贮液容器。在冲击或地震地面运动激励下,此种容器的变形,严格地说就遵循薄壳结构动力学规律。考虑到在水平地震作用下短圆柱形容器的变形,剪切效应起主导作用,因而可用剪切梁变形理论来近似地代替。对于盛有液体的贮液容器,因为激励引起的振动是耦联的,即液体中产生的液动压力与结构的变形有关,而结构的变形又受到液动压力的很大影响。欲寻求此种耦联体系的动力响应,必须对其动力特性进行分析。为此,本文根据Fischer“冲击质量”理论,提出了对圆柱形弹性贮液容器基频的近似计算方法。此方法概念清晰,计算简便,很便于工程上应用。  相似文献

通过在普通调谐液体阻尼器(TLD)水箱中加入不同高度和宽度的扰流装置,将其改造成调谐液体挡板阻尼器(TLDEB)水箱,以此来控制和提高水箱中第一阶振荡水的频率;并通过自行设计和制作的自由振动台,对TLDEB水箱中第一阶振荡水的频率进行观测与研究。通过比较普通TLD水箱与改造后TLDEB水箱的第一阶振荡水频率可知,TLDEB水箱的频率值从0.8056Hz提高到1.8696Hz,提高幅度达132.08%;随着扰流装置宽度和高度的增加,水箱中振荡水的频率也在提高,且TLDEB水箱相对于普通TLD水箱的晃动阻尼更大,对于结构的可控减振是十分有利的。本研究可为实际工程运用调谐液体阻尼器减振提供参考。  相似文献

The vibration characteristics of offshore cylindrical tanks are studied in this paper. This is a typical topic of liquid-shell interaction system. In this paper, a general analytical method is presented by which the axial modal functions of liquid and shell are represented as the same complete orthogonal series for uncoupling the mode of liquid and shell. Simultaneously, the mode functions are expanded into a uniform convergence series and a linear polynomial, so that the problem of convergence and differentiation of mode series is solved. Therefore, the rather exact natural frequency and its corresponding mode of offshore cylindrical tank with different liquid depths, with arbitrary boundary conditions and with intermediate constraints can be obtained.  相似文献

贮液容器,无论是由钢材制成的或是由钢筋混凝土建造的。在工业或工程上都有着广泛的应用,如石油化工工业中的储油罐,给水工程中的水即为典型例子。在核动力工程中的压水堆或快增残堆,所用的主容器都可看成为一种特殊的贮液容器。它与一般容器很大的区别在于除贮液外,在堆内还设置一些构件。这对结构分析计算速写为不小的困难。本文根据剪切悬壁梁理论且考虑液动压力效应,建立了弹性圆柱形贮液容器的自振方程及相关特征值矩阵,  相似文献

考虑低重环境下由于表面张力的影响使得圆柱贮箱内液体呈现弯曲自由液面的情况,以俯仰激励下液体晃动的占优模态振型函数为晃动速度势的基函数,利用傅里叶-贝塞尔级数对贮箱受俯仰激励时的自由液面处的运动边界条件进行展开,得到能描述晃动系统本质的广义状态方程,并分别给出了固有频率、晃动波高、晃动力和晃动力矩等晃动特征的计算方法. 通过具体算例得到了俯仰激励下贮箱内液体晃动特征的动态响应,同时验证了文中方法的收敛性、可行性和正确性.   相似文献

针对既有大型储油罐近区基础爆破开挖中的安全问题,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA的隐式-显式顺序求解方法,结合流固耦合算法,研究了爆破振动下大型储油罐的动力响应规律。分析了罐壁不同位置的质点振速,由于质点振速分布情况较为复杂,不宜用局部质点振速判断罐壁危险点;总结了罐壁上应力的分布规律,结果显示爆破振动对储油罐的影响主要集中在迎爆侧下部,且在罐壁迎爆侧高度为3 m左右的位置最易发生象足屈曲;分析了不同频率爆破振动作用下满载储罐罐壁的质点振速,结果表明在爆破振动主频范围内,载荷频率远大于储罐固有频率条件下,罐壁上质点振速随着爆破振动频率的降低呈减小趋势;建立了储油罐罐壁质点振速与罐内液面高度的关系,结果表明降低液面高度可以有效提高储油罐的爆破振动安全阈值,爆破施工中邻近储罐储液高度不宜高于10 m。  相似文献

When a liquid is perturbed, its free surface may experience highly non‐linear motions in response. This paper presents a numerical model of the three‐dimensional hydrodynamics of an inviscid liquid with a free surface. The mathematical model is based on potential theory in cylindrical co‐ordinates with a σ‐transformation applied between the bed and free surface in the vertical direction. Chebyshev spectral elements discretize space in the vertical and radial directions; Fourier spectral elements are used in the angular direction. Higher derivatives are approximated using a collocation (or pseudo‐spectral) matrix method. The numerical scheme is validated for non‐linear transient sloshing waves in a cylindrical tank containing a circular surface‐piercing cylinder at its centre. Excellent agreement is obtained with Ma and Wu's [Second order transient waves around a vertical cylinder in a tank. Journal of Hydrodynamics 1995; Ser. B4 : 72–81] second‐order potential theory. Further evidence for the capability of the scheme to predict complicated three‐dimensional, and highly non‐linear, free surface motions is given by the evolution of an impulse wave in a cylindrical tank and in an open domain. 主要研究俯仰激励下三维液体大幅晃动问题,将任意Lagrange-Euler法 (arbitrary Lagrange-Euler, ALE)运动学描述引入到Navier-Stokes方程中,推导了俯仰激励下液体大幅晃 动数值模拟计算公式,并利用Galerkin加权余量法推导了有限元数值离散方程和分步有限 元计算格式,采用ALE分步有限元方法对圆筒形贮腔中的液体大幅晃动进行了数值模拟计 算. 得到了波高、晃动力及晃动力矩等晃动特性的时间变化历程,并对结果进行了分析,揭 示了俯仰激励下三维液体大幅晃动问题的非线性现象.  相似文献

We consider nonlinear oscillations of an ideal incompressible liquid in a partially filled vertical semicircular cylindrical tank. We construct approximate periodic solutions for a four-mode system that describes nonlinear oscillations in a semicircular cylindrical tank under the action of a perturbation force in the plane of the barrier. We construct and investigate the domains of stability and instability for the physical processes considered. We perform a numerical realization of the method and analyze the hydrodynamic interaction of the liquid with the tank. The problem considered is of interest for the investigation of nonlinear processes in a liquid in the case of tanks with diametrical barriers.  相似文献

针对一实际工程结构—大连国贸大厦,研究了风荷载作用下调液阻尼器的减振控制作用。首先建立了该结构的简化计算模型,利用Davenport谱给出了模拟风荷载;在大厦所处的位置进行多次测量,得到实际风速样本,选取其中风速较大、过程平稳的样本,对实测样本与模拟样本的频谱进行比较,验证了模拟风荷载的合理性。文中在大厦顶层设置浅水水箱,将其设计成可减少结构位移及加速度反应的控制装置TLD,以提高大厦在风荷载作用下的舒适度,并给出了高层建筑水箱减振方案实施的设计建议。数值计算结果表明,该大厦顶部设置TLD减振装置后,能有效地控制结构在风荷载作用下的反应。依据本文的TLD设计步骤,可供类似高层建筑进行TLD减小风振控制分析和设计时参考。  相似文献

主要讨论三维液体非线性晃动问题 。将ALE(任意的拉格朗日-欧拉)运动学描述引人到Navier-Stokes方程的分步有限元计算格式中;在时间域上采用分步离散方法中的速度修正格式,利用Galerkin加权余量方法得到了系统的有限元离散方程;推导了考虑表面张力效应时有限元边界条件的弱积分形式;模拟了三维液体的非线性晃动问题,得到了一系列三维液体非线性晃动的复杂现象.进一步模拟了考虑表面张力效应以及在微重力环境下三维液体的非线性晃动,揭示了考虑表面张力效应以及在微重力环境下液体非线性晃动的重要特征.井将所得结论与现有的实验结果进行了比较.从而证实了该方法的有效性与正确性.  相似文献

In this paper, a general analytical method-space variable transform method is presented for solving free vibration problems of thick cylindrical shell with arbitrary boundary conditions. Free vibration characteristics of cantilever thick cylindrical shell are evaluated by the presented method, and the numerical results are compared with the corresponding results of thin shell theory and experimental values. Theoretical analysis and calculating results show that the method presented in this paper has good convergence and accuracy and can be extended to analyze free vibration of beams. plates and shells.  相似文献

 The transient character of the jet issuing from an upward nozzle centered at the bottom of a vertical cylindrical tank into bulk liquid of a different density was measured using flow visualization and PIV for varying densimetric Froude numbers by varying the jet Reynolds numbers and the ratios of fluid densities. Positively buoyant jets penetrate to the free surface, driven by both momentum and buoyancy in the upward direction. The lighter jet fluid stratifies in a layer above the bulk liquid. Upon starting, a negatively buoyant jet has three stages. First the jet penetrates to its maximum height in the tank. Then the jet penetration decreases due to the downward backflow of heavier fluid surrounding the jet, which reduces the jet’s upward momentum. Finally the jet penetration height fluctuates around a mean value about 70% the maximum height of penetration. For small negative Froude numbers, the flow is fountain-like. The downward flow turns radially outward as it reaches the bottom of the tank and eventually an annular recirculation zone forms at the bottom of the tank with vortical motion opposite the vorticity of the jet. For large negative Froude numbers, the spreading of the jet extends far enough so the annular downward flow is along the walls of the tank resulting in a large annular recirculation zone. The penetration depth, h, and time, t, scale with buoyancy flux, F, and the jet momentum flux, M, as hM -3/4F1/2 and tF∣/M to collapse the transient jet penetration height data onto a single curve over a wide range of Froude numbers for either positively or negatively buoyant jets. 在低重力环境下,用变分原理建立了液体晃动的压力体积分形式的Lagrange函数,并将速度势函数在自由液面处作波高函数的级数展开,从而导出自由液面运动学和动力学边界条件非线性方程组;最后用四阶Runge-Kutta法求解非线性方程组。计算结果表明,随俯仰激励频率的逐渐变化,由于面外主模态和次生模态同时失稳,致使整个系统各阶模态和波高函数由稳态运动过渡为不稳定运动。  相似文献

In-water vortex-induced vibration (VIV) tests of top-tensioned, flexible cylindrical structures were conducted at Shell Westhollow Technology Center current tank. These tests revealed that the top tension and structural stiffness (both lateral and axial) can have a significant impact on vibration frequencies. During lock-in between the vortex-shedding frequency and the structure's natural frequency, the increase of the vibration frequency with flow speeds is strongly related to the rise of the axial tension. After an initial abrupt rise, the vibration frequency of a bending-stiffness-dominated structure only increased slightly during lock-in. Alternative explanations are provided on why the vibration frequency does not rise significantly but there can still exist a broad lock-in band, and why a more massive structure has a narrower lock-in bandwidth.  相似文献

The main hydrodynamic coefficients of equations, describing large oscillations of an ideal incompressible and homogeneous liquid in tanks having the form of a cylindrical sector are calculated. Nonlinear oscillations of a liquid in cylindrical containers have been investigated in [1–3]. Here we use the method of solving some nonlinear problems of the oscillations of an ideal liquid in arbitrary containers, proposed in [4]. Thermal vibrational convection in a saturated porous medium is theoretically studied on the basis of a thermal nonequilibrium model, in accordance with which the temperatures of the porous medium and the saturating liquid can be different. In the high-frequency vibration approximation the averaged equations of convection are derived. The dependence of the vibration force direction on the interphase heat transfer coefficient and the vibration frequency is established. Vibrational convection in a cylindrical layer is studied. It is shown that, depending on the interphase heat transfer coefficient, the flows of two types differing in the liquid circulation direction can exist.  相似文献
