基于磁电弹性材料的本构关系和运动微分方程,研究了磁电弹板中Lamb波的传播特性.在电磁开路和短路两种边界条件下,导出了偏压电场作用下磁电弹板中Lamb波的对称模态和反对称模态的相速度方程,求解了相应的应力场.通过数值算例分析了偏压电场对相速度和应力场的影响.结果表明,偏压电场对相速度有较大影响,对应力场几乎没有影响.研究成果可为设计磁电换能器提供一定的理论参考.  相似文献

研究了静态磁场下电磁弹性结构中Lamb波的传播行为.在确定静态磁场下电磁弹性板中耦合初始广义应力(弹性应力、电位移和磁感应强度的基础上,推导了含初始广义应力时板中Lamb波传播的运动方程,并由此获得了对称模态和反对称模态时的频散方程.以由BaTiO3-CoFe2O4材料构成的电磁弹性板模型作为数值算例,绘制了Lamb波传播的对称模态和反对称模态频散曲线.计算结果表明磁场对Lamb波的频散特性有一定的影响.  相似文献

从理论上分析了板中Lamb波信号的传播特性,并给出Lamb波在板中传播的频散方程。理论分析及实验均表明,Lamb波的频散特性与复合材料结构损伤有着直接的联系,而且最低阶的对称和反对称Lamb波模态对层合板的损伤比较敏感,但应用Lamb波的频散效应监测结构的损伤在检测技术上还难以实现。根据板中导波形成Lamb波的共振原理,板中应力波的幅频特性很大程度上反映了Lamb波的谐振特征。因此,利用压电元件的压电阻抗谱分析应力波的各阶模态频率及振幅对结构损伤的变化,能够反映材料内部损伤与Lamb波的频散特性。文中针对表面粘贴压电元件的层合板智能结构,建立了包含Lamb波谐振模式的压电阻抗计算模型。冲击损伤试件的实验表明,由于结构损伤的出现压电阻抗谱中的模态频率及其阻抗幅值等特征信息将发生变化。因此,引入应力波损伤因子可以对结构冲击损伤的存在和程度进行初步评价。该方法基于结构的机-电动态阻抗特性,不受结构的几何形状限制,测试用的压电元件成本低,方法简单可行,有望在智能结构的健康诊断方面获得应用。  相似文献

基于线性三维弹性理论,采用勒让德正交多项式展开法,推导了波沿正交各向异性材料非主轴方向传播时的Lamb波耦合波动方程,并对耦合波动方程进行了数值求解。为验证该方法的适用性和正确性,首先将此方法应用于各向同性材料,并与已知的数据结果进行了比较;然后以单向纤维增强复合材料为例,计算了耦合Lamb波沿不同的非主轴方向传播时的相速度频散曲线,并分别研究了传播方向改变时低阶模态Lamb波和高阶模态Lamb波频散特性的变化。最后,针对潜在用于各向异性复合材料结构健康监测的耦合Lamb波低阶模态,给出了其在不同传播方向时的相速度分布和群速度分布。同时,结合低阶模态Lamb波的位移分布特性和材料的各向异性特点,阐释了S0模态对波的传播方向变化最为敏感的原因。  相似文献

对材料性能参数沿厚度连续变化的横观各向同性热应力缓和型功能梯度材料板中Lamb波的传播问题,采用幂级数法,求得其相速度方程.借助数值算例,分析了参数梯度变化对Lamb波频散曲线的影响,并与相应陶瓷板和金属板中的频散曲线进行了对比.进一步研究了参数梯度变化对波结构的影响,揭示了Lamb波在这种非均质板中的传播行为,所得结果可以为功能梯度材料及结构的超声表征与检测提供理论依据.  相似文献

针对无限大n-型压电半导体板,论文理论研究了其在初应力作用下水平剪切波的传播特性。基于压电半导体三维宏观理论和边界条件得到色散关系,结合数值算例,系统分析了边界条件、初始载流子浓度、板的厚度和初应力大小对SH波传播特性的影响。此外,讨论了初应力下两种不同材料中的SH波传播。研究显示:较小的初应力对相速度影响很小可忽略,当初应力达到一定值时波速急剧下降;类似地,初应力足够大时衰减才会逐渐加强。计算结果对压电半导体器件设计具有一定的理论指导意义。  相似文献

基于“增量变形力学”理论,研究了径向和轴向均匀初应力作用下单向复合材料圆柱板中周向波的传播特性,应用Legendre多项式方法求解了耦合波动方程。讨论了单向复合材料纤维方向分别为周向和轴向时,初应力对圆柱板中的周向类Lamb波和SH波的影响。数值分析结果表明初应力对周向类Lamb波和周向SH波的影响是非常不同的;轴向初应力对频散曲线、位移和应力分布的影响与径向初应力的影响也不相同。  相似文献

压电纳米材料具有机电耦合性强、功耗低和反应灵敏等独特性能,且能满足工程对压电器件微型化的要求,从而在传感、微纳米机电系统和柔性电子器件等领域展现出了广阔的应用前景. 高比表面积引起的表面效应是压电纳米材料最重要的结构特征之一,其对材料的整体力学性质起着决定性的作用.表面效应会导致应力和电位移在压电表面的两侧出现间跃,故传统的力电场连续性条件将不再适用.考虑表面为不计厚度却拥有独立材料参数的薄层,采用表面压电模型计及表面弹性、表面压电性、表面介电性和表面密度的影响,本文研究了压电纳米板中SH型导波的传播特性,给出了板边界处的非典型力电平衡条件,得到了频散方程的解析表达,并结合数值算例详细讨论了表面材料参数和结构尺寸对对称和反对称频散模态的影响.结果表明:SH型导波在压电纳米板中的传播具有明显的尺寸相关性,即当板厚很小时,表面效应会显著改变其频散行为,而随着板厚的增大,表面效应的影响会不断减弱直至可忽略不计.   相似文献

This paper is concerned with the effect of a biasing electric field on the propagation of Lamb waves in a piezoelectric plate. On the basis of three dimensional linear elastic equations and piezoelectric constitutive relations, the differential equations of motion under a biasing electric field are obtained and solved. Due to the symmetry of the plate, there are symmetric and antisymmetric modes with respect to the median plane of the piezoelectric plate. According to the characteristics of symmetric modes (odd potential state) and antisymmetric modes (even potential state), the phase velocity equations of symmetric and antisymmetric modes of Lamb wave propagation are obtained for both electrically open and shorted cases. The effect of a biasing electric field on the phase velocity, electromechanical coupling coefficient, stress field and mechanical displacement of symmetric and antisymmetric Lamb wave modes are discussed in this paper and an accompanying paper respectively. It is shown that the biasing electric field has significant effect on the phase velocity and electromechanical coupling coefficient, the time delay owning to the velocity change is useful for high voltage measurement and temperature compensation, the increase in the electromechanical coupling coefficient can be used to improve the efficiency of transduction.  相似文献

Based on the theories of anisotropic elasticity, piezoelectricity and elastic waves in solids, the propagation of antisymmetric Lamb waves in a biasing electric field is investigated in this paper. By solving the coupled differential equations of motion under a biasing electric field, the phase velocity equations of antisymmetric Lamb wave modes for electrically open and shorted cases are obtained, respectively. The beating effect arising from the difference between the phase velocity of the zero-order symmetric mode and antisymmetric mode exists in the plate when the plate has a thickness comparable to or slightly larger than the wavelength. The influence of the biasing electric field on the phase velocity, beat wavelength, mechanical displacement and stress fields for the lowest two antisymmetric modes of Lamb waves are discussed in detail. From the calculated results, it is seen that the phase velocity of the fundamental antisymmetric mode is especially sensitive to the applied biasing electric field.  相似文献

The propagation behavior of Love waves in a layered piezoelectric structure with an initial stress is investigated in this article. It involves a thin piezoelectric layer bonded perfectly to an elastic substrate. Solutions of the mechanical displacement and electrical potential function are obtained for the piezoelectric layer and elastic substrate by solving the coupled electromechanical field equations. The phase velocity equations of the Love wave propagation and the stress fields in the layered piezoelectric structure are obtained for electrical open and short cases on the free surface, respectively. The effect of the initial stress on the phase velocity, the stress fields and the coupled electromechanical factor are discussed, respectively. Three sets of piezoelectric layer–elastic substrate systems are considered, i.e. BaTiO3 ceramic layer–borosilicate glass substrate, PZT-5H ceramic layer–borosilicate glass substrate, and PZT-5H ceramic layer–SiO2 glass substrate. It is seen that the phase velocity of the Love wave propagation decreases with the increase of the magnitude of the initial stress. The coupled electromechanical factor increases remarkably, as the magnitude of the initial the stress is greater than 100 MPa. This is useful for the design of acoustic surface wave devices.  相似文献

主要综述了当前有关叠加于偏场之上的电弹性体小位移问题的求解方法,即偏场方法.首先介绍了作为偏场方法理论基础的非线性电弹性力学理论,接着总结了偏场方法的研究进展以及受偏场作用后,电弹性梁、板、壳结构的分析方法,随后综述了偏场方法的诸多应用:其中,包括在薄壁电弹性结构屈曲分析中的应用、在记时与通信压电谐振器和基于频率漂移原理所设计的声波传感器的频率稳定性分析方面的应用、在非线性电弹性材料系数的测定以及偏场作用下电致伸缩陶瓷特征的分析等方面的应用.最后给出了该领域当前和未来的一些可能的研究课题.全文参考文献166篇.   相似文献

On the basis of the non-linear theory of elasticity and the invariant based formulation developed by Ogden, we analyse the effect of homogeneous stress on the propagation of Lamb waves. Using the theory of incremental deformations superimposed on large deformations, we derive the equations governing the propagation of small amplitude waves in a pre-stressed plate. By enforcing traction-free boundary conditions at the surfaces of the plate, we further obtain the characteristic equations for symmetric and anti-symmetric Lamb wave modes and investigate the effect of stress on the phase velocity, i.e. the acoustoelastic effect. A comparison with experimental data exhibits a better correlation than previously published results. The outcomes of this study can be utilised in the development of new techniques for the measurement of applied stresses based on the acoustoelastic effect. In particular, a strong sensitivity of the phase velocity to the applied stress near the cut-off frequencies of higher-order Lamb wave modes is a very promising option, which seems to have been overlooked in previous studies.  相似文献

应用三维压电弹性体轴对称模型对压电空心圆柱中波的传播进行了研究. 发现在 圆柱中是否具有压电性质会对波的传播带来显著的差异. 当波长趋向于零时,在压电圆柱中 拟P波的波速渐进趋向于横观各向同性弹性体的准P波波速,而非压电圆柱中拟P波的波速 渐进趋向于一维杆模型中的P波波速;在压电圆柱中拟SV波存在驻波现象. 圆柱中的SH波 同电场无关,所以在压电圆柱和非压电圆柱中SH波具有相同的频散曲线. 应用积分变 换方法将圆柱的控制方程同其侧边界条件相结合,得到了一组动力学方程. 针对具体的侧边 界条件,得到相对应的波导条件和频散方程. 在此基础上通过数值计算模拟了圆柱受到端部 应力脉冲激励后的瞬态响应. 同时讨论了空心圆柱的半径比对轴向波传播的影响.  相似文献

WAVE PROPAGATION IN PIEZOELECTRIC/PIEZOMAGNETIC LAYERED PERIODIC COMPOSITES   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This paper is concerned with the dynamic behaviors of wave propagation in layered periodic composites consisting of piezoelectric and piezomagnetic phases. The dispersion relations of Lamb waves axe derived. Dispersion curves and displacement fields are calculated with different piezoelectric volume fractions. Numerical results for BaTiO3/CoFe2O4 composites show that the dispersion curves resemble the symmetric Lamb waves in a plate. Exchange between the longitudinal (i.e. thickness) mode and coupled mode takes place at the crossover point between dispersion curves of the first two branches. With the increase of BaTiO3 volume fraction, the crossover point appears at a lower wave number and wave velocity is higher. These findings are useful for magnetoelectric transducer applications.  相似文献
