基于神经网络的B-P算法,根据应力集中附近的三点应变值,通过网络训练,建立了应力集中附近的三点应变值与最大应变值之间的映射关系,从而方便地确定最大应变值。结果表明,该方法使用方便,预测精度高,结果可靠。  相似文献

研究含切口部件的应力集中现象具有一定的工程价值,本文采用基于电子散斑干涉(ESPI)技术的Q100系统测试板材切口端部的位移场和应变场,同时采用弹塑性有限元方法予以分析;应变场ESPI试验结果反映了切口端部的应变局域化现象,横向和轴向应变的ESPI测试结果和计算结果变化规律一致,但有限元计算的切口端部应变分量变化梯度更大.  相似文献

平面夹杂模型在纤维增强型复合材料中有广泛应用.复合材料内部通常含有不规则形状夹杂,而夹杂物的存在能严重影响材料的机械力学性能,往往导致应力集中及裂纹萌生等失效先兆.先前关于多边形夹杂的研究大多数关注受均匀本征应变下的应力/应变解,而对位移的分析较少.基于格林函数方法和围道积分,本文给出了平面热夹杂边界线单元的封闭解析解,可方便应用于受任意分布本征应变的任意形状平面热夹杂位移场的数值计算.当夹杂受均匀本征应变时,只需将该夹杂边界进行一维离散,因而本文方法可直接得出受均匀分布热本征应变的任意多边形夹杂位移场的封闭解析解.当夹杂区域存在非均匀分布本征应变时,可将该区域划分为足够小的三角形单元进行数值计算.众所周知,应力应变场在多边形夹杂顶点处具有奇异性,容易导致数值计算上的处理困难及相应的数值稳定性问题;然而本文工作表明,在多边形顶点处位移场是连续有界的,因而数值稳定性较好.本文算法可以便捷高效地通过计算机编程实现.文中给出的验证算例,均体现了本文离散方法的高精度、以及计算编程的鲁棒性.  相似文献

本文通过检测在体轴向伸长比条件下血管段的压力-容积数据,利用应变能密度函数,求得血管壁周向应力沿壁厚的分布。文章的正常大鼠腹主动脉为例进行计算,结果发现,在生理压力作用下(例如p=13.3kPa),不考虑残余应力确实出现在血管内壁处的周向应力集中,血管内、外壁处的应力值之比可达15左右,而存在于实际动脉管中的残余应力会使血管壁中的周向应力沿壁厚的分布明显趋于均匀,血管处的周向应力之比差不多只有2左  相似文献

采用DH5923动态信号测试分析系统对C80机车救援抬轮器受力进行了实验测试.整个测试利用计算机1394接口进行长时间,无间断记录多通道动态信号.记录了机车按照不同速度前行、倒行时相应各点应变随时间的变化情况;给出了六个测试点不同测试时段峰值应变列表;并实时记录了整个测试阶段轴承温度的变化曲线;发现了在道岔处测试点应变和温度变化剧烈;同时得到了整个运行过程中抬轮器轴承的最高温度值.实验表明抬轮器性能指标达到设计要求,能够安全运行,也为以后抬轮器进一步改进提供了一定的实验数据.  相似文献

纳米压入测试可以原位获取材料的诸多力学性能,包括弹性模量,硬度,屈服应力,应变率敏感指数等。本文利用应变率阶跃测试技术对多晶铜试样的应变率敏感性进行测试分析,硬度-位移曲线表明压头下方所存在的变形梯度对各阶跃应变率下的硬度值存在明显影响;采用基于晶体细观机制的塑性应变梯度理论对压入变形梯度效应予以修正,比较了修正与未修正数据所得的应变率敏感指数,在有效剔除压入变形梯度影响的基础上,应变率阶跃测试可实现单次压入下材料应变率敏感性的测试表征。  相似文献

利用常规三轴试验,研究了南京下蜀土结构强度及其影响因素。结果表明,下蜀土存在明显的结构性。当应变小于屈服应变时,土体的结构强度迅速的发挥;当应变大于屈服应变时,土体结构发生破坏,结构强度逐渐降低;最终当各个结构单元重新排列稳定时,土体结构完全被破坏。讨论了围压和含水量对结构强度的影响,结果表明南京下蜀土土体的结构强度和围压无关,和含水量有良好的幂函数关系。结构强度与非饱和土中吸附强度有一定的关系,可以用结构强度代替吸力,从而简化非饱和土抗剪强度公式。

A numerical and experimental study of the time-dependent hydrodynamic removal of a contaminated fluid from a cavity on the floor of a duct is presented. The duct flow has a parabolic inlet velocity profile and laminar flows are considered in a Reynolds number range between 50 and 1600 based on the duct height. The properties of the contaminated cavity fluid are assumed to be the same as for the fluid flowing in the duct. Attention is focussed on the convective transport of contaminated fluid out from the cavity and the effect of duct flow acceleration on the cleaning process. Passive markers which are convected with the flow are used in the numerical simulation for the purpose of identifying the contaminated cavity fluid. It is shown that the cleansing of the cavity is more pronounced during the unsteady start-up of the duct flow and the rate of cleaning decreases as the flow reaches a steady state. The cleaning process is enhanced as the cavity aspect ratio is increased and as the duct Reynolds number increases. A ‘volumetric’ approach based on the spread of markers is shown to be useful in determining the fraction of the cavity that remains contaminated after steady conditions have been reached. The distribution of the contaminant in a cavity during the unsteady stage and after steady conditions are reached are identified using passive markers.  相似文献

机匣与叶片的相对转动是影响涡轮叶顶间隙流动的重要因素之一. 对LISA 1.5级轴流涡轮间隙内部流动的数值计算结果表明:叶片转动对涡轮间隙流动有阻塞作用. 叶片静止时,由于阻塞作用消失,导致间隙入口速度增大,间隙流量增加,并且通过间隙的 流体全部卷起形成间隙涡. 同时在叶片顶部吸力面侧前缘、中部各形成一个间隙涡,使得间 隙流动损失增加. 而且转速下降会加剧动叶出口截面气流过偏/偏转不足现象. 同时叶片静止 时,间隙前部各个弦长截面内静压自间隙入口开始一直呈增加趋势,直到叶片尾缘附近截面, 间隙截面内静压才逐渐稳定.  相似文献

During the past decades the author has continually worked on and perfected his conception of the interaction between the soil and the wheel. First, this work is summarized in this paper. The author then describes his conception of the mechanical interaction between them and clarifies the connection between the kinematic and dynamic processes that take place when a tractor is exerting pull. He shows by means of his kinematic model how the peripheral force is developed. Finally, he derives the appropriate equations for the computation of the peripheral force and the drawbar pull for both two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive tractors. Practical experience has proven that the concept is correct and the method is practical.  相似文献

Rainwater rivulets appear on inclined cables of cable-stayed bridges when wind and rain occur simultaneously. In a restricted range of parameters this is known to cause vibrations of high amplitudes on the cable. The mechanism underlying this effect is still under debate but the role of rainwater rivulets is certain. We use a standard lubrication model to analyse the dynamics of a water film on a cylinder under the effect of gravity and wind load. A simple criterion is then proposed for the appearance and position of rivulets, where the Froude number is the control parameter. Experiments with several geometries of cylinder covered with water in a wind tunnel show the evolution of the rivulets with the Froude number. Comparison of the prediction by the model with these experimental data shows that the main mechanism of rivulet formation and positioning is captured. To cite this article: C. Lemaitre et al., C. R. A boundary element method is used to simulate the unsteady motion of a sphere falling under gravity along the centreline of a cylindrical tube containing a viscoelastic fluid. The fluid is modelled by the upper-convected Maxwell constitutive equation. Results show that the viscoelasticity of the liquid leads to a damped oscillation in sphere velocity about its terminal value. The maximum sphere velocity, which occurs in the first overshoot, is approximately proportional to the square root of the Weissenberg number when the ratio of the sphere radius to the tube radius is sufficiently small. Particular attention is also paid to the wall effects. It is shown that a closer wall reduces the oscillatory amplitude of the sphere velocity but increases its frequency. The results suggest that the falling-ball technique, which is now widely used for viscosity measurement, might also be used for the determination of a relaxation time for a viscoelastic fluid.  相似文献

Bag breakup of nonturbulent liquid jets in crossflow   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
An experimental investigation of the bag breakup of round nonturbulent liquid jets in gaseous crossflow at room temperature and pressure is described. Pulsed photography, pulsed shadowgraphy, and high-speed imaging were used to observe the column and surface waves along the liquid jet and the formation and breakup of bags. Measurements included: wavelengths of column and surface waves, jet velocities, the number of bags along the liquid jet, the number of nodes per bag, droplets sizes and velocities, and trajectories of droplets. Present results show that the column waves of a nonturbulent liquid jet in crossflow within bag breakup regime can be explained based on Rayleigh–Taylor instability. The number of nodes per bag affected the breakup mechanism of the bags. Three distinctive sizes of droplets were produced due the breakup of the bag membrane, the ring strings and the ring nodes. The size of the droplets resulting from the breakup of the bag membrane was constant independent of the crossflow Weber number. Finally different trajectories were observed for the three groups of droplets.  相似文献

In this paper,the nonlinear dynamic behavior of a string-beam coupled system subjected to external,parametric and tuned excitations is presented.The governing equations of motion are obtained for the nonlinear transverse vibrations of the string-beam coupled system which are described by a set of ordinary differential equations with two degrees of freedom.The case of 1:1 internal resonance between the modes of the beam and string,and the primary and combined resonance for the beam is considered.The method of multiple scales is utilized to analyze the nonlinear responses of the string-beam coupled system and obtain approximate solutions up to and including the second-order approximations.All resonance cases are extracted and investigated.Stability of the system is studied using frequency response equations and the phase-plane method.Numerical solutions are carried out and the results are presented graphically and discussed.The effects of the different parameters on both response and stability of the system are investigated.The reported results are compared to the available published work.  相似文献

Buoyancy-driven convection within a cavity, whose sidewalls are heated and cooled, is a problem of great interest, because it has applications in heat transfer and mixing. Most studies to date have studied one of two cases: the steady-state case or the development of the transient flow as it approaches steady state. Our main concern was to study the response of the cavity to time-varying thermal boundary conditions. We therefore decided to observe the flow phenomena within a convection cavity under sinusoidal thermal forcing of the sidewalls. To map the flow properly, it is necessary to have simultaneous kinematic and thermal information. Therefore, the digital particle image thermometry and velocimetry (DPITV) is used to acquire data. Implementing this technique requires seeding the flow with encapsulated liquid crystal particles and illuminating a cross section of the flow with a sheet of white light. Extraction of the thermal and kinematic content is in two parts. For the first, the liquid crystals will reflect different colors of the visible spectrum, depending on the temperatures to which they are subjected. Therefore, calibrating their color reflection with temperature allows for the extraction of the thermal content. For the second part, the kinematic information is obtained through the use of a digital cross-correlation particle image velocimetry technique. With the use of DPITV, the flow within a convection cavity is mapped and studied under steady forcing and sinusoidally forced boundary conditions at the Brunt-Väisälä frequency. For the sinusoidally forced case, three cases are studied. In the first, the heating between the two walls is in phase. In the second, the heating between the two walls is 180° out of phase. In the third, the heating between the two walls is 90° out of phase. For steady forcing, the thermal plots show that the flow develops a linearly stratified profile within the center of the cell. At the sidewalls, however, owing to forcing, hot/cold thermal boundary layers develop at the left/right walls. These hot/cold thermal boundary layers then turn around the upper-left/lower-right corners and develop into intrusion layers that extend across the top and bottom walls. The vorticity and streamlines show that the bulk of the fluid motion is concentrated around the walls, whereas the fluid within the center of the cell remains stationary. For the sinusoidally forced cases, the thermal plots show the existence of many thermal “islands,” or pockets of fluid where the temperature is different with respect to its surroundings. The vorticity plots show that the center of the cell is mostly devoid of vorticity and that the vorticity is mainly confined to the sidewalls, with some vorticity at the top and bottom walls. For the 0° forcing, the streamlines show the development of two counterrotating rollers. For the 180° forcing, the streamlines show the development of only one roller. Finally, for the 90° forcing, the streamlines show the development of both a two-roller and a one-roller system, depending on the position within the forcing cycle.  相似文献
