拟针对战斗机微爆索预破碎座舱盖弹射救生系统中人/椅系统穿盖过程中弹射通道的畅通性,座舱盖的破坏模式以及人体重要部位的冲击损伤程度。考虑微爆索在舱盖内表面沿中央和四周2种不同的切割布局,建立人/椅系统撞击舱盖的解耦模型,采用非线性动态显式算法对穿盖过程进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明:第2种布局较第1种布局更有利于形成畅通的弹射通道,也有助于减轻人体的损伤,同时给出2种布局切割槽深度的临界值。研究结果可为弹射救生系统的优化设计和安全生产提供可靠依据。  相似文献

为了获取爆炸切割数值模拟中有机玻璃(PMMA)的材料本构模型参数,建立了一种基于神经网络的有机玻璃Johnson Holmquist ceramics (JH-2)本构模型参数反演方法:基于从爆炸切割试验和现有研究得到的JH-2本构模型经验参数,确定本构模型参数的调整区间;使用LS-DYNA数值模拟软件对2.5 mm宽爆炸切割索切割14 mm PMMA平板过程进行数值模拟并收集平板损伤数据集;建立PMMA平板本构模型参数与损伤数据之间的神经网络模型;通过训练完成的神经网络模型对PMMA平板的JH-2本构模型参数进行反演。为验证通过反演参数的可靠性,进行了4.2 mm宽爆炸切割索切割19 mm PMMA平板试验和有限元数值模拟,计算结果中的平板损伤情况与实验结果相差较小,表明通过反演获得的JH-2本构模型参数能较好地应用于PMMA平板爆炸切割数值模拟。传统材料参数获取方法,该参数反演方法相较于可以通过较少的试验及测试,获得比较准确的材料本构模型参数。  相似文献

利用一级气体炮对国产的无氧铜(OFHC)进行了平板撞击致层裂实验,3 mm厚的OFHC飞片撞击6 mm厚的OFHC靶,采用锰铜应力计记录试样/有机玻璃(PMMA)界面附近的应力历史,获得试样发生层裂的信息。软回收试样,观测回收试样的层裂片。采用基于空穴聚集的层裂模型,数值模拟这些平板撞击致层裂实验。数值模拟的应力剖面以及试样层裂片厚度与实验结果基本一致。此外,对于国外相关的OFHC层裂实验,采用基于空穴聚集的层裂模型也作了相应的数值模拟,并进行了比较。  相似文献

基于Kong-Fang混凝土材料模型和LS-DYNA的流固耦合和重启动算法,开展了某新型钻地武器先侵彻后爆炸对混凝土靶体的毁伤破坏效应研究。通过模拟大口径缩比弹侵彻实验和预制孔爆炸实验,验证了材料模型及其参数的可靠性。在此基础上,进一步对预制孔装药爆炸建模、不考虑弹壳的重启动建模和考虑弹壳的重启动建模3种方法进行了比较。数值计算结果表明,由于爆轰产物的外泄,不考虑侵彻预损伤的预制孔装药爆炸方法得到的爆坑直径仅为3倍弹径,且损伤破坏模式与其他2种方法得到的损伤破坏模式区别较大。重启动建模方法继承了弹体侵彻过程中累积的损伤,爆坑直径在原有侵彻损伤破坏的基础上明显增大;且由于弹壳变形破碎消耗部分能量,考虑弹壳时模拟得到的爆坑直径(约14.5倍弹径)略小于不考虑弹壳时模拟得到的爆坑直径(约16倍弹径);但由于破碎弹头的二次侵彻作用,考虑弹壳时模拟得到的爆坑深度比不考虑弹壳时模拟得到的爆坑深度增加约5%。上述研究结果可为进一步开展钻地武器先侵彻后爆炸毁伤破坏效应的实验研究提供参考。  相似文献

基于如下假设,给出了层裂过程中的应力松弛方程,并建立了一种基于空穴聚集的延性层裂模型:在层裂早期,微空穴的主要效应是减小应力作用面积;在层裂后期,应力按空穴聚集时的应力-空隙度依赖关系减小。把P.F.Thomason、D.L.Tonks等及S.Cochran等给出的依赖于应力(压力)的层裂空隙度方程分别耦合于守恒方程、计及损伤的状态方程及本构方程,建立了求解所有变量包括损伤的封闭方程组。这种基于空穴聚集的层裂模型已被应用于一维层裂试验的数值模拟。模型中的层裂强度及临界损伤度初始可以估计,最终的确定将使数值模拟结果与实测的速度(或应力)剖面以及观测的层裂面上的损伤基本一致。分别基于D.L.Tonk等及S.Cochran等给出的依赖于压力的层裂空隙度方程所作的一维层裂试验数值模拟结果基本一致,而与基于P.F.Thomason给出的依赖于应力的层裂空隙度方程所作的相应数值模拟结果有明显差异。  相似文献

对穿爆燃弹的穿靶及释能过程进行数值模拟,解释了SPH-FEM耦合方法在模拟冲击起爆过程的优越性。通过对不同弹芯头部形状、直径及材料的对比分析,得到了不同工况下装药热点成长的压力-时间曲线,计算结果表明:在弹芯直径不变的情况下,弹芯头部直角尖刺越短,装药的热点成长时间越短;在头部尖刺长度不变的情况下,减小弹芯直径,热点生成时间也缩短;选用钢弹芯比钨合金弹芯有一定靶后释能优势。模拟穿靶效果与真实穿靶效果符合较好,这种方法可以为穿爆类弹丸设计提供依据。  相似文献

基于60mm 弧锥结合罩EFP装药,设计了一种在药型罩前适当位置安装可抛掷的十字形网栅的 切割式多爆炸成形弹丸战斗部结构,并进行了靶场静爆实验。由实验结果可知,该战斗部经网栅切割后能形 成5枚具有一定质量和方向性、可贯穿6mm 厚45钢靶的弹丸,有效提高了毁伤元的数量和毁伤面积。利用 LS-DYNA程序对弹丸侵彻45钢靶过程进行了数值模拟,分析了弹丸侵彻钢靶过程。通过对中心弹丸穿靶 模拟数据的处理,得到了其余尺寸弹丸侵彻不同厚度45钢靶的极限穿透速度计算公式,该公式可对相关切割 式多爆炸成形弹丸战斗部威力优化设计和评估提供依据。  相似文献

不耦合装药结构能有效改善爆破效果。为探究不同耦合介质对爆破效果的影响,利用透射式数字激光焦散线实验系统,对有机玻璃板(polymethyl methacrylate, PMMA)试件开展水、空气、沙土3种耦合介质的不耦合爆破试验,研究不同耦合介质爆后裂纹形貌,计算裂纹分形维数,定量评价岩石破坏程度。分析裂纹扩展速度与动态应力强度因子变化规律,对比不同耦合介质下爆生裂纹的动态力学行为。结合数值模拟进行辅助分析,解释不同耦合介质对数值模拟中爆破损伤范围、孔壁压力时间曲线和岩石模型的总能量曲线的影响规律。结果表明:水耦合爆后裂纹分形维数最大,炮孔周围裂纹数量众多,主裂纹扩展长度最大,爆破效果最佳。沙土耦合爆破需要更多的能量使裂尖起裂,其动态应力强度因子最大。模拟得到的损伤云图与实验结果一致,水耦合损伤范围最大,空气耦合次之,沙土耦合损伤范围集中在炮孔周围。而孔壁压力时程曲线、能量时程曲线则验证爆破实验结果,表明水耦合爆破能更好地利用爆炸能量,提高试件的破坏效果。  相似文献

基于凝聚炸药冲击起爆的Lee-Tarver模型,利用AUTODYN有限元计算软件对夹层聚能装药作用过程进行了数值模拟。分别对夹层聚能装药爆轰波形传播过程及其特性参数进行了数值计算,对典型聚能装药采用单一结构装药、夹层装药的射流成型过程进行了数值研究,最后对不同爆速炸药匹配关系的夹层聚能装药射流参数进行了计算分析。计算结果表明,相对于单一结构装药,夹层装药射流头部速度提高了20%,夹层聚能装药能有效提高聚能金属射流头部速度、提高侵彻深度、增加炸药装药的作功能力。  相似文献

为了获得楔形罩线型聚能装药射流侵彻钢锭的特点和规律,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立了三维数值计算模型,并进行了数值模拟。在此基础上,进行了实际的切割实验:对于某一炸高条件,切割深度随时间的增加先快速增加,后缓慢增加;对于不同的炸高,切割深度随炸高的增加而缓慢增加,当炸高为40~60 mm和70~120 mm时,侵彻深度表现出对炸高的不敏感性;同时,获得了不同炸高条件下不同时刻的钢锭切口断面形状。结果表明,数值模拟和切割实验结果有很好的一致性,可以用该三维数值计算模型模拟实际切割器侵彻钢靶的过程,并获得其特点和规律。  相似文献

Summary  The problem of water wave scattering by an inclined thin plate submerged in water of uniform finite depth is investigated here under the assumption of irrotational motion and linear theory. A hypersingular integral equation formulation of the problem is obtained by an appropriate use of Green's integral theorem followed by utilization of the boundary condition on the plate. This hypersingular integral equation involves the discontinuity in the potential function across the plate, which is approximated by a finite series involving Chebyshev polynomials. The coefficients of this finite series are obtained numerically by collocation method. The quantities of physical interest, namely the reflection and transmission coefficients, force and moment acting on the plate per unit width, are then obtained numerically for different values of various parameters, and are depicted graphically against the wavenumber. Effects of finite-depth water, angle of inclination of the plate with the vertical over the deep water and vertical plate results for these quantities are shown. It is observed that the deep-water results effectively hold good if the depth of the mid-point of the submerged plate below the free surface is of the order of one-tenth of the depth of the bottom. Summary  The paper presents an efficient two-dimensional approach to piezoelectric plates in the framework of linear theory of piezoelectricity. The approximation of the through-the-thickness variations accounts for the shear effects and a refinement of the electric potential. Using a variational formalism, electromechanically coupled plate equations are obtained for the generalized stress resultants as well as for the generalized electric inductions. The latter are deduced from the conservative electric charge equation, which plays a crucial role in the present model. Emphasis is placed on the boundary conditions at the plate faces. The model is used to examine some problems for cylindrical bending of a single simply supported plate. Number of situations are examined for a piezoelectric plate subject to (i) an applied electric potential, (ii) a surface density of force, and (iii) a surface density of electric charge. The through-thickness distributions of electromechanical quantities (displacements, stresses, electric potential and displacement) are obtained, and compared with results provided by finite element simulations and by a simplified plate model without shear effects. A good agreement is observed between the results coming from the present plate model and finite element computations, which ascertains the effectiveness of the proposed approach to piezoelectric plates. Using the multipoles method, we formulate the problems of radiation (both heave and sway) of water waves by a submerged sphere in deep as well as in uniform finite depth water with an ice-cover, with the ice-cover being modelled as an elastic plate of very small thickness. In each case this leads to an infinite system of linear equations which are solved numerically by standard techniques. The added-mass and damping coefficients for a heaving and swaying sphere are obtained and depicted graphically against the wave number for various values of the radius of the submerged sphere and flexural rigidity of the ice-cover to show the effect of the presence of ice-cover on these quantities. When the flexural rigidity is taken to be zero, the numerical results for the added-mass and damping coefficient for water with a free surface are recovered.  相似文献

抛弃有关位移和应力的所有假设,直接从三维弹性力学理论的静电学理论,先导出正交各向异性压电材料板的状态方程,由此得到四边简支压电材料板的状态主程,再根据矩阵分析理论,建立了单层压电材料板的上下表面状态量之间的关系,进一步建立了多层压电板上,下表面状态量之间关系式,利用上下表面已知状态量,得到上表面未知状态的求解方程解。通过求解方程组,便得上表面未知状态量,最终可以得到任意位置处状态量,最后,同时给出了四边简支,两层不同压电材料组成,不同纵横比的层合板受正弦分布载荷作用下的精确解,其结果与现有解比较,吻合较好。  相似文献

The soil depth is generally considered to be constant for the analysis of plates resting on elastic foundation in the literature. However, it is most reasonable to have a variable subsoil depth as the plate dimensions get larger. In present study, linearly varying subsoil depth is considered as well as constant, linear and quadratic variation of modulus of elasticity with subsoil depth. Also, a parametric study is performed to demonstrate the behavior of thick plates on elastic foundations with variable soil depth. Modified Vlasov Model is used for the analysis of the plate foundation system, and 8-noded Mindlin plate element incorporating shear strain throughout plate thickness is used for the finite element model. Numerical examples are obtained from the literature to compare results and to show the influence of variable soil stratum depth on the behavior of plates. Displacements, bending moments, and shear forces are presented in tabular and graphical formats. As far as results are compared, it can be concluded that variable soil depth significantly affects the variation of the displacements and therefore the internal forces of the plate while keeping it constant ends up with unrealistic results.  相似文献

We study the stress field around an oblique closed defect in polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) plates under uniaxial compression in the presence of friction. Every specimen (PMMA plate) with a slot may be compared to an infinite plate with an elliptical cavity where the long axis is equal to the slot length. We have calculated the stress tensor for an elliptical oblique closed slot using the system of curvilinear co-ordinates defined by two families of ellipses and homofocal hyperbolas and we have plotted the isovalues and the stress trajectories in terms of the friction intensity.  相似文献

为分析水介质对水中钢板爆破装药量的影响,理论推导了钢板背衬水介质条件下,钢板爆破最小装药量与空气中钢板爆破最小装药量的倍数关系:最小倍数关系为3.76。数值计算了钢板背衬空气介质和背衬水介质情形下钢板爆破的最小装药量,其倍数关系在3.5左右,与理论结果相近,表明钢板背衬水介质或空气介质是决定装药量大小的关键因素。数值计算了装药在空气介质中及水介质中钢板爆破爆轰产物对钢板的冲量大小,结果接近,表明水介质对炸药爆轰产物的约束作用是影响水中钢板装药量的次要因素。  相似文献
