基于超高速相机和数字图像相关性全场应变分析方法对传统的分离式Hopkinson拉杆(SHTB)实验系统进行改进,获得尼龙和铝合金材料的动态拉伸应力应变曲线,验证了数字图像相关性全场应变分析在SHTB实验中的有效性。实验结果显示:该方法测量的平均应变与应变片测量结果一致性很好, 而传统的SHTB实验原理计算的应变结果则明显偏大,需要对试件原始标距进行修正后才能获得有效的试件应变,并且在试件的材料和几何尺寸不变的条件下标距修正不依赖于应变率。基于数字图像相关性全场应变测量,讨论了应变均匀性问题:脆性的尼龙试件在标距范围内应变均匀性良好,而韧性的铝合金试件表现出比较严重的应变不均匀性,归因于颈缩变形的影响。  相似文献

利用数字图像相关方法(DICM),分别测定了准静态单向剪切拉伸试验条件下,新型汽车结构胶粘接试件和传统点焊连接试件粘接部分的剪切力学性能。实验采用了非接触测量物体应变的方法,运用CCD及其计算机图像处理系统,实时获取变形前后试件表面图像。利用数字相关软件对变形前后的图像进行分析,从而获得试件该时刻的应变。最后确定了试件拉伸过程中的力-位移曲线及应力-应变关系曲线。测试结果及分析表明:采用新型结构胶粘接试件的力学性能与点焊结构相比有明显的优势。这为该结构胶进一步改进提供了一定的实验依据。测试中的数字图像相关法是非接触测量物体应变的方法,在实际应用中有很大的意义。  相似文献

基于三维数字图像相关方法(3D-DIC)的拉伸实验研究了铸铁的拉伸力学性能,分别得到了应力-应变曲线、弹性模量、抗拉强度、延伸率等拉伸力学性能参数.将3D-DIC应力-应变的测试结果与目前实验中使用广泛的接触式引伸计方法的实验结果作了对比,得到两者的应力-应变曲线基本重合,弹性模量相差不超过4%.此外,还对3D-DIC和机械引伸计的应变绝对误差和相对误差作了详细比较,实验表明3D-DIC在铸铁拉伸力学性能测试中具有足够的应变测量精度,完全可以取代传统引伸计成为一种有效的非接触式变形测量手段.  相似文献

应变模态变化率指标在服役梁结构的损伤定位方面已有应用,但现有研究大多忽视了梁上的初始局部抗弯刚度具有离散性的情况,因此难以区分真实损伤和初始离散性造成的局部刚度变化,对于实际梁结构的应用效果不佳. 先提出了一种通过求解线性方程组来得到梁上各区间真实初始抗弯刚度的方法,然后采用应变模态变化率指标来进行损伤定位. 研究结果表明,该方法可以处理梁上初始局部抗弯刚度具有离散性的情况,实现准确的损伤定位.  相似文献

本文介绍了用应变片直接测量材料的准静态应力-应变曲线的试验研究。在MTS810材料试验机上分别对93W、G50、砂浆等几种材料进行了准静态压缩试验。由于仪器的系统误差不能由MTSCod规准确的得到材料的真实的弹性变形。为此在试件的中部贴应变片得到材料的弹性变形,塑性变形仍旧由MTSCod规记录,从而得到试样的真实的应变,准确获得准静态压缩应力-应变曲线。试验结果表明:在试件中部贴应变片的方法能够准确得到该材料的杨氏模量;在试件两端垫块的刀口上安置Cod规可得到材料的应力应变曲线。两者的合理组合即可得到准确而完整的准静态压缩应力-应变曲线。试验中还发现准静态实验中试件的断面加工不平,偏心压缩等都会影响E的准确测量。  相似文献

本文提出一种基于高速摄像和数字图像相关方法(DIC)的分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB)测量技术,从而实现试件应变和两端应力的同步测量。即在与试件接触的输入输出杆两端制作散斑,通过高速摄像获取SHPB实验过程中的散斑变形图像,由DIC测得各时刻试件的应变、输入输出杆端的应变(可直接换算为试件两端的应力)。由于试件和杆端的应变都是从同一张高速摄影的图像上分析得到的,因此它们是同步的。应用该方法对钢纤维混凝土试件的SHPB试验进行了测量,测量结果与传统应变片测量结果吻合,验证了该方法的可行性。该技术不仅实现了SHPB实验中试件应变和应力的同步测量,还将有助于直接检验各材料在SHPB实验中试件两端的力在实验过程中是否平衡。  相似文献

随着玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)广泛运用于轨道交通及边坡加固中,其力学性能的测试显得尤为重要。基于三维数字图像相关(DIC)方法,研究了三种不同加载速率下GFRP锚杆的拉伸力学性能,分别得到了应力-应变曲线及弹性模量、抗拉强度、最大力总延伸率等参数。实验结果表明,螺旋状变截面锚杆的轴向应变呈非均匀分布,由三维DIC得到的锚杆弹性模量结果一致性优于传统的接触式引伸计方法,GFRP锚杆几乎呈线性分布的应力-应变曲线表明该材料为典型的脆性材料。  相似文献

焊接空心球节点在大跨度空间结构中的应用越来越广泛。为了深入研究压弯作用下焊接空心球节点的抗弯刚度,采用正交设计法设计了6组12个试件,对试件进行压弯试验,绘制节点的弯矩-转角曲线,并计算得到焊接空心球节点的抗弯刚度。运用有限元软件ABAQUS建立压弯作用下焊接空心球节点模型,采用线性强化应力-应变关系,考虑非线性影响,将试验测量和有限元模拟得到的抗弯刚度进行对比分析,验证有限元模型的准确性。再以有限元模型为基础,计算各个参数对焊接空心球节点抗弯刚度的影响,并通过回归分析提出压弯作用下焊接空心球节点抗弯刚度计算公式。结果表明:管径与球径之比对压弯作用下焊接空心球节点抗弯刚度的影响最大,球壁厚的影响次之,偏心距的影响最小;提出的压弯作用下焊接空心球节点抗弯刚度计算公式较为准确。  相似文献

数字图像相关法测量均匀变形场已被普遍接受, 其测量结果可与应变片测量结果比较. 然而, 在工程测量中, 针对局域变形场(应变高度集中, 如波特文-勒夏特利埃带、试件缺口附近和裂纹尖端等), 应变片受限于其尺寸, 其测量结果是接触面内的平均应变值. 此时, 采用数字图像相关法能够测量这些局域变形场. 但形函数和模板尺寸等计算参数对计算结果影响很大, 这也导致使用者很难判断计算结果的可靠性. 论文通过对合金拉伸实验获得的不同应变梯度的波特文-勒夏特利埃带和模拟生成的带的计算分析, 发掘了形函数和模板尺寸作用于计算结果的深层机制, 证明了二阶形函数比一阶形函数更适用于高度非均匀的局域变形场. 提出了在局域应变场测量中, 当一阶和二阶形函数计算结果的相对误差小于10% 时, 二阶形函数的结果是可靠的判据.   相似文献

Woven structures are steadily emerging as excellent reinforcing components in dual-phase composite materials subjected to multiaxial loads, thermal shock, and aggressive reactants in the environment. Metallic woven wire mesh materials in particular display good ductility and relatively high specific strength and specific resilience. While use of this class of materials is rapidly expanding, a significant gap in property characterization remains. This research classifies the homogenized, orthotropic material properties of a representative twill dutch woven wire mesh through the use of in-plane uniaxial tensile experiments incorporating a Digital Image Correlation (DIC) strain measurement technique. Values for elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio are calculated from the experimental data, and shear modulus values are identified by means of constitutive modeling. This approach establishes a reproducible method for characterizing the in-plane elastic response of micronic metallic woven materials via macro-scale uniaxial tensile tests, and shows that a homogenous orthotropic constitutive model may be employed to describe the macro-scale elasticity of this class of materials with reasonable accuracy.  相似文献

探讨数字图像相关方法测试结果的误差分布规律对提高该方法的测试精度具有重要意义。本文从理论上分析了基于双线性位移模式数字图像相关方法的子区变形场测试误差分布规律,结果表明,当试件的真实变形可由双线性位移模式描述时,变形场最大测试误差通常出现在子区的边界或节点处。因此,若试件发生均匀拉伸等常应变变形,可利用相关系数选取一个最优子区,认为测得最优子区中心应变为试件真实应变。零变形实验验证了该测试方法的可靠性。最后对手机导光板试件在单轴拉伸载荷下的数字图像进行分析,并利用本文方法测试了其弹性常数。  相似文献

本文使用分子动力学软件包lammps并采用第二近邻改进型嵌入原子法(2NN MEAM)模拟了单晶氮化钛纳米杆的轴向拉伸破坏过程,分析了分别沿[100]、[111]晶向的不同截面尺寸、不同拉伸应变率、不同温度下的氮化钛纳米杆的力学性能,详细描述了氮化钛纳米杆拉伸变形过程。研究发现, 拉伸晶向、截面尺寸、拉伸应变率及温度均会对TiN纳米杆的拉伸变形过程及屈服强度、弹性模量等力学性能产生不同程度的影响。 沿[100]晶向的拉伸,截面尺寸越大,屈服强度越低;而沿[111]晶向,截面尺寸越大,屈服强度越大。应变率越大,屈服强度及屈服应变越大,但对于弹性模量几乎无影响。温度越高,材料的屈服强度、屈服应变及弹性模量越小,断裂应变越大。不同拉伸条件下的氮化钛纳米杆的拉伸过程均包括弹性变形、塑性变形与断裂阶段。[100]晶向的弹性模量都要高于[111]晶向。  相似文献

Refractory castables exhibit very low fracture strain levels when subjected to tension or bending. The main objective of this work is to show that 3-D digital image correlation (3-D DIC) allows such low strain levels to be measured. Compared to mechanical extensometer measurements, 3-D DIC makes it possible to reach similar strain resolution levels and to avoid the problem of position dependance related to the heterogeneous nature of the strain and to strain localization phenomena. First, the 3-D DIC method and the experimental set-up are presented. Secondly, an analysis of the 3-D DIC method is performed in order to evaluate the resolution, the standard uncertainty and the spatial resolution for both displacement and strain measurements. An optimized compromise between strain spatial resolution and standard uncertainty is reached for the configuration of the experimental bending test. Finally, the macroscopic mechanical behavior of a fiber reinforced refractory castable (FRRC) is studied using mechanical extensometry and 3-D DIC in the case of tensile and four-point bending tests. It is shown that similar results are obtained with both methods. Furthermore, in the case of bending tests on damaged castable, 3-D DIC results demonstrate the ability to determine Young’s modulus from heterogeneous strain fields better than by using classical beam deflection measurements.  相似文献

晶粒尺寸、温度和应变率等对纳米材料的力学性能有重要影响。本文通过分子动力学(MD)数值模拟,分析了不同晶粒尺寸多晶石墨烯在不同温度、拉伸应变率下的杨氏弹性模量、极限应力、极限应变等拉伸力学性能。结果表明,晶粒尺寸、温度和拉伸应变率对拉伸力学性能有较大影响。利用正交实验法,分别分析了杨氏弹性模量、极限应力和极限应变对晶粒尺寸、温度和拉伸应变率的敏感程度。结果表明,杨氏弹性模量和极限应力对影响因素的敏感程度由大到小依次为晶粒尺寸、温度和拉伸应变率;极限应变对影响因素的敏感程度由大到小依次为晶粒尺寸、拉伸应变率和温度。研究结果可为多晶石墨烯的理论研究和工程应用提供参考。  相似文献

In this paper, we analyze the increase in the dynamic flexural strength of concrete according to strain rate. A simple beam with center-point loading and a classical electro-mechanical testing machine are used to determine the static flexural strength. The dynamic measurements are conducted using a split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) device in the same three-point bending configuration. The outer faces of the beams are instrumented with strain gauges to record the extreme tensile strains. Moreover, full-field displacement measurements are obtained using digital image correlation (DIC) on images recorded by a very high-speed camera. The strain gauge and DIC measurements are compared and used to determine the onset of failure and to evaluate the rate-related tensile strength. Several tests are performed at strain rates in the range from 1/s to 15/s. As expected, a significant increase in the flexural tensile strength with strain-rate is observed, which is consistent with results from the literature.  相似文献

A new methodology to characterise the elastic properties of polymeric foam core materials at elevated temperatures is proposed. The focus is to determine reliable values of the tensile and compressive moduli and Poisson’s ratio based on strain data obtained using digital image correlation (DIC). In the paper a detailed coverage of the source of uncertainties in the experimental procedure is provided. The uncertainties include those associated with the load introduction, the measurement and the data processing. The design of the specimens and loading jigs are developed and assessed in terms of the introduction of uniform strain. It is shown that due to the mismatch in stiffness between the jig material and the foam the introduction of a uniform strain through the cross section of the specimens is difficult to obtain. A means for correcting for the non-uniform strain across the specimen cross section is developed. To validate the methodology, tests are firstly conducted at room temperature on Divinycell PVC H100 foam. It is shown that the material is highly anisotropic with a stiffness of 50% less in the plane of the foam sheet compared to the through-thickness direction. It is also shown that because of the compliance of the foam, jig misalignment causes large errors in the measurement, and a means for correcting for this is defined. Tests are then conducted in a temperature controlled chamber at elevated temperatures ranging from 20°C to 90°C. A nonlinear reduction in Young’s modulus is obtained with significant degradation occurring after 70°C. The Poisson’s ratio remains fairly stable at different temperatures. A strong theme in the paper is the accuracy and precision of the DIC data and the factors which introduce scatter in the data, along with the uncertainties that this introduces. Particular attention is paid to the affect of the correlation parameters on the derived strain data.  相似文献

在进行多组不同配比类岩石材料单轴压缩试验和巴西试验的基础上,详细分析了石膏水泥比和石英砂含量对类岩石材料的单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度及弹性模量等力学参数的影响规律,力图找到适合模拟现场砂质泥岩的类岩石材料及配合比。利用颗粒流程序(PFC)模拟,进一步研究了高径比和围压对类岩石材料力学特性的影响。结果表明:随着石膏水泥比的增大,抗压强度和弹性模量均逐渐减小,而抗拉强度逐渐增大;随着石英粉含量的增大,抗压强度和弹性模量均先增大后减小,而抗拉强度则为先减小后增大。结合单轴压缩过程的声发射特征,揭示了裂纹扩展与声发射有密切的关系。PFC2D模拟获得的力学参数与室内试验相近,破裂模式也与实际情况相似。通过尺寸效应的研究可知试样的高径比在2.0~2.5较合理。随着围压的增大,试样的峰值强度、残余强度、峰值应变及弹性模量等力学参数均增大,且围压会改变试样的破裂模式。  相似文献
