We study the asymptotic dynamics of stochastic Young differential delay equations under the regular assumptions on Lipschitz continuity of the coefficient functions. Our main results show that, if there is a linear part in the drift term which has no delay factor and has eigenvalues of negative real parts, then the generated random dynamical system possesses a random pullback attractor provided that the Lipschitz coefficients of the remaining parts are small.

In reference [1] asymptotic stability of dynamic system with slowly changing coefficients for all characteristic roots which have negative real part has been proved by means of Liapunov’s second method. In this paper, we give some sufficient conditions of the instability for the third order linear differential equation with varied coefficient, at least one of the characteristic roots of which has positive real part, by means of Liapunov’s second method.  相似文献

控制理论中广泛采用负反馈,而正反馈的应用不多, 一个重要原因是正反馈将系统的变化放大而使系统的稳定性变差. 如果反馈环节具有时滞, 那么正反馈未必使系统稳定性变差. 本文以线性振动系统为例, 采用稳定性切换方法和利用确定时滞系统稳定性的最大实部特征根, 详细研究了时滞状态正反馈在镇定系统不稳定运动和改善系统稳定性方面的作用. 我们发现,时滞位移正反馈明显优于时滞位移负反馈, 表现为: (1). 正反馈控制可以用较小的时滞去镇定不稳定运动和改善系统稳定性; (2). 正反馈控制可容许的时滞范围很大, 而负反馈控制的可容许时滞范围很小; (3). 正反馈对应的闭环系统的最大实部特征根的实部的极小值可显著小于负反馈对应的闭环系统的最大实部特征根的实部的极小值, 因而在相同的初始条件下, 正反馈作用下的闭环系统比之负反馈作用下的闭环系统可以更快地稳定到平衡点. 我们还发现, 对时滞速度反馈与时滞加速度反馈来说, 负反馈优于正反馈; 而对相同的反馈增益, 时滞位移正反馈优于时滞速度正反馈和时滞加速度正反馈. 关键字镇定,振动控制,时滞正反馈, 稳定性切换, 特征根  相似文献

A Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) model is presented for the uniform viscous two dimensional flow past an oscillating cylinder at low Reynolds number. Numerical simulations are made to study the effect of differing forced induced oscillation mechanisms with a large range of cylinder forcing frequencies. In the first case sinusoidal velocity slip boundary conditions are adopted for the cylinder surface to simulate cylinder oscillation. The implication suggests that no modification or additional term need to be added to the Navier-Stokes equations. In the second case this time extra body force terms which are assumed to account for velocity effects due to cylinder movement are included in the Navier-Stokes equations with the imposition of same boundary conditions. Drag and lift coefficients are extracted from present numerical results and other detailed computations of these coefficients are made at a Reynolds number of 80 and an amplitude-to diameter ratio 0.14. The results are found to be in agreement with each other at low force driving frequencies below and near lock-in. However, differences are found at higher frequencies above lock-in. Agreement are also found with experimental results at some frequency ranges.  相似文献

We propose an asymptotic integration method for certain class of functional differential systems. This class includes the delay differential equations with oscillatory decreasing coefficients and variable delays that are close to constants at infinity. Both the ideas of the centre manifold theory and the averaging method together with some classical asymptotic theorems are used to construct the asymptotics for solutions. We illustrate the asymptotic integration method by constructing the asymptotics for solutions of scalar differential equation with variable delay.  相似文献

传统观念认为,负反馈容易使系统达到稳定平衡点而正反馈容易引起振荡.本研究基于神经元理论模型,提出了负反馈可以诱发稳定平衡点、也就是静息、变为振荡、也就是放电的新观点.在Hopf分岔点附近,作用在静息上的一次足够大的负向脉冲电流的抑制性刺激,能够引起一个动作电位及随后的衰减振荡的后电位;而能够在后电位上诱发出动作电位的负脉冲电流强度阈值也是衰减振荡的.在模型中,引入具有时滞($\tau$)的负反馈来模拟抑制性自突触,一个动作电位诱发的负反馈自突触电流会作用到比动作电位延迟$\tau$的后电位上.随时滞增加,能够诱发出放电的负反馈增益强度阈值呈现出具有衰减振荡特点的类似多重相干共振的特性,衰减振荡的周期与电流阈值曲线的周期以及分岔点附近的放电周期相关.另外,负反馈还能诱发出放电与静息共存的复杂行为.本研究的结果不仅揭示了负反馈的新的反常调控作用,还有助于理解在现实神经系统中存在的慢抑制性自突触的潜在功能.   相似文献

The paper concerns a class of n-dimensional non-autonomous delay differential equations obtained by adding a non-monotone delayed perturbation to a linear homogeneous cooperative system of ordinary differential equations. This family covers a wide set of models used in structured population dynamics. By exploiting the stability and the monotone character of the linear ODE, we establish sufficient conditions for both the extinction of all the populations and the permanence of the system. In the case of DDEs with autonomous coefficients (but possible time-varying delays), sharp results are obtained, even in the case of a reducible community matrix. As a sub-product, our results improve some criteria for autonomous systems published in recent literature. As an important illustration, the extinction, persistence and permanence of a non-autonomous Nicholson system with patch structure and multiple time-dependent delays are analysed.  相似文献

We consider the question of when delay systems, which are intrinsically infinite dimensional, can be represented by finite dimensional systems. Specifically, we give conditions for when all the information about the solutions of the delay system can be obtained from the solutions of a finite system of ordinary differential equations. For linear autonomous systems and linear systems with time-dependent input we give necessary and sufficient conditions and in the nonlinear case we give sufficient conditions. Most of our results for linear renewal and delay differential equations are known in different guises. The novelty lies in the approach which is tailored for applications to models of physiologically structured populations. Our results on linear systems with input and nonlinear systems are new.  相似文献

Flexible joints are usually used to transfer velocities in robot systems and may lead to delays in motion transformation due to joint flexibility. In this paper, a linkrotor structure connected by a flexible joint or shaft is firstly modeled to be a slow-fast delayed system when moment of inertia of the lightweight link is far less than that of the heavy rotor. To analyze the stability and oscillations of the slowfast system, the geometric singular perturbation method is extended, with both slow and fast manifolds expressed analytically. The stability of the slow manifold is investigated and critical boundaries are obtained to divide the stable and the unstable regions. To study effects of the transformation delay on the stability and oscillations of the link, two quantitatively different driving forces derived from the negative feedback of the link are considered. The results show that one of these two typical driving forces may drive the link to exhibit a stable state and the other kind of driving force may induce a relaxation oscillation for a very small delay. However, the link loses stability and undergoes regular periodic and bursting oscillation when the transformation delay is large. Basically, a very small delay does not affect the stability of the slow manifold but a large delay affects substantially.  相似文献

In this paper, the propagation of a nonlinear delay SIR epidemic using the double epidemic hypothesis is modeled. In the model, a system of impulsive functional differential equations is studied and the sufficient conditions for the global attractivity of the semi-trivial periodic solution are drawn. By use of new computational techniques for impulsive differential equations with delay, we prove that the system is permanent under appropriate conditions. The results show that time delay, pulse vaccination, and nonlinear incidence have significant effects on the dynamics behaviors of the model. The conditions for the control of the infection caused by viruses A and B are given.  相似文献

In this paper, we aim to investigate the dynamics of a system of Van der Pol–Duffing oscillators with delay coupling. First, taking the time delay as a bifurcation parameter, the stability of the equilibrium, and the existence of Hopf bifurcation are investigated. Then using the center manifold reduction technique and normal form theory, we give the direction of the Hopf bifurcation. And then by means of the symmetric bifurcation theory for delay differential equations and the representation theory of groups, we claim the bifurcation periodic solution induced by time delay is antiphase locked oscillation. Finally, at the end of the paper, numerical simulations are carried out to support our theoretical analysis.  相似文献

A delayed Lotka?CVolterra predator-prey system of population allelopathy with discrete delay and distributed maturation delay for the predator population described by an integral with a strong delay kernel is considered. By linearizing the system at the positive equilibrium and analyzing the associated characteristic equation, the asymptotic stability of the positive equilibrium is investigated and Hopf bifurcations are demonstrated. Furthermore, the direction of Hopf bifurcation and the stability of the bifurcating periodic solutions are determined by the normal form theory and the center manifold theorem for functional differential equations.
