汽车液压阻尼器的四段线性化模型   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
通过对现有某车用液压阻尼器的实验研究和车辆悬架系统动力学仿真研究,发现这种阻尼器的动力学特性存在复杂的非线性行为。为准确描述这类阻尼器的动力学特性和进行汽车悬架系统的动力学仿真研究,本文根据阻尼器的实验数据,提出一种新型四段线性化阻尼器模型,并建立其相应的数学模型。通过汽车悬架系统的动力学仿真研究表明,采用四段线性化阻尼器模型,汽车悬架系统簧载质量在不同路面不平度函数作用下的加速度响应和均方根加速度响应随频率变化不会出现大的波动。与等效线性化阻尼器模型相比,四段线性化阻尼器模型,能较好降低汽车悬架系统簧载质量的加速度响应和均方根加速度响应,有利于提高汽车乘坐舒适性和行驶稳定性,并为新型阻尼器设计提供一个新的思路。  相似文献

设计制造了一种多层滑动极板式电流变阻尼器,使用自制的电流变液,采用正弦激励,进行了这种电流变阻尼器的阻尼特性试验。研究了电流变阻尼器的载荷-位移迟滞特性和载荷-速率迟滞特性,同时研究分析了这种电流变阻尼器的周期能耗特性及等效粘性阻尼特性。结果表明,阻尼器的周期能耗量随外加电场强度的增加而增加,外加电场强度越大,阻尼器的等效阻尼系数越大。阻尼器的阻尼特性体现为库仑阻尼和粘性阻尼的组合,其中随外加电场强度可控的主要是库仑阻尼力,而且库仑阻尼力不仅与外加强度有关,也与阻尼器的运动速度有关。该阻尼器系统是一个强非线性系统,极板间电流变液在低剪切应变率时表现为Bingham塑性流体,在高剪切应变率时流变性态比较复杂,导致载荷-速率迟滞环出现多区域闭合现象。  相似文献

The last decade has witnessed an important role of magneto-rheological dampers in the semi-active vibration control on the basis of empirical models. Those models established by fitting experimental data, however, do not offer any explicit expressions for the stiffness and the damping of magneto-rheological dampers. Hence, it is not easy for engineers to get any intuitive information about the effects of stiffness and damping of a magneto-rheological damper on the dynamic performance of a controlled system. To manifest the nonlinear properties of a magneto-rheological damper, this paper presents the hysteretic phenomena and the additional nonlinear stiffness of a typical magneto-rheological damper in terms of equivalent linear stiffness and equivalent linear damping. Then, it gives a brief discussion about the effect of nonlinear stiffness on the vibration control through the numerical simulations and an experiment for the semi-active suspension of a quarter car model with a magneto-rheological damper installed. Both numerical simulations and experimental results show that the additional nonlinear stiffness in the magneto-rheological damper is remarkable, and should be taken into consideration in the design of vibration control.  相似文献

本文利用梁的振动理论对防振锤的阻尼特性进行研究。通过正弦激励下的共振驻留法,分别对不同型号以及同种型号不同锤头质量的防振锤进行振动实验,应用能量平衡原理得到了防振锤的阻尼特性曲线,分析了不同模态响应在阻尼耗能中的贡献。考虑不同类型阻尼对于减振性能的作用,在Lazan阻尼假设的基础上,利用经验公式推导了阻尼系数计算公式。结果表明,钢绞线变形大小直接影响防振锤的阻尼值大小;阻尼对减小共振频率附近的受迫振动幅值作用明显,验证了防振锤的减振性能;同时锤头质量的变化可以影响阻尼曲线的变化。以上结论可为防振锤的防振设计和应用提供参考。  相似文献

对考虑阻尼影响的中心刚体-柔性梁系统的动力特性和主动控制进行研究. 研究 中考虑了3种动力学模型:一次近似耦合模型、一次近似简化模型和线性化模型. 一次近 似模型中同时考虑了柔性梁的轴向变形和横向变形. 若在一次近似耦合模型中忽略轴向变 形的影响,则可得出一次近似简化模型. 线性化模型是对一次近似简化模型的线性化处理. 另外研究中考虑了3种阻尼因素:结构阻尼、风阻、中心刚体轴承处的阻尼. 控制设计采 用最优跟踪控制方法. 给出了从物理测量中提取模态坐标的滤波器方法. 研究结果显 示,一次近似简化模型能够有效地对系统的动力学行为进行描述;阻尼对系统的动力学特 性有着重要影响;当系统大范围运动为低速时,模态滤波器能够较好地提取出控制律所需 的模态坐标,最优跟踪控制方法能够使得系统跟踪所期望的运动轨迹,并且柔性梁的弹性 振动可得到抑制.  相似文献

Flight tests of modern high-performance fighter aircraft reveal the presence of limit cycle oscillation (LCO) responses for aircraft with certain external store configurations. Conventional linear aeroelastic analysis predicts flutter for conditions well beyond the operational envelope, yet these store-induced LCO responses occur at flight conditions within the flight envelope. Several nonlinear sources may be present, including aerodynamic effects such as flow separation and shock-boundary layer interaction and structural effects such as stiffening, damping, and system kinematics. No complete theory has been forwarded to accurately explain the mechanisms responsible. This research examines a two degree-of-freedom aeroelastic system which possesses kinematic nonlinearities and a strong nonlinearity in pitch stiffness. Nonlinear analysis techniques are used to gain insight into the characteristics of the behavior of the system. Numerical simulation is used to verify and validate the analysis. It is found that when system damping is low, the system clearly exhibits nonlinear interaction between aeroelastic modes. It is also shown that although certain applied forcing conditions may appear negligible, these same forces produce large amplitude LCOs under specific realizable circumstances.  相似文献

Stockbridge dampers are used e.g. for reducing wind-excited oscillations due to vortex shedding in conductors of overhead lines. In these dampers, mechanical energy is dissipated in wire cables (“damper cables”). The damping mechanism is due to statical hysteresis resulting from Coulomb (dry) friction between the individual wires of the cable undergoing bending deformation. Systems with statical hysteresis can be modelled by means of Jenkin elements arranged in parallel, consisting of linear springs and Coulomb friction elements. The damper cable is a continuous system and damping takes place throughout the whole length of the cable, so that distributed Jenkin elements are used. The local mechanical properties of the wire cable are identified experimentally in the time domain. In particular, the moment–curvature relation is determined experimentally at every location of the wire cable subjected to dynamic flexural deformations. Using such a model for the damper cables, the equations of motion can be formulated for a Stockbridge damper, and discretization of the damper cable leads to a system of non-linear ordinary differential equations. In order to test this dynamical model of a Stockbridge damper we compute impedance curves and compare them to experimental results.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to an improvement of the time-delayed quasi-steady model for the prediction of the movement-induced vibrations of tubes mounted in tandem or in an in-line bundle. The improvement lies in the physical interpretation and calculation of the time lag which is based on measured steady force coefficients. In order to calculate the time lag, a mean convection velocity between cylinders is estimated at each time step. A linear analysis of the present model gives a critical velocity which is in good agreement with an unsteady experiment found in the literature. Moreover, limit-cycle amplitudes are relatively well predicted and show that instability is triggered by the time lag, whereas amplitude is governed by nonlinear aerodynamic damping as for a Van der Pol oscillator.  相似文献

The dependence of the damping characteristics of axisymmetric tri-sectional flight vehicles executing plane oscillations about the zero angle of attack on their geometric parameters is investigated on the supersonic range of uniform oncoming air flow Mach numbers. Systematic data are obtained using the least laborious approach, namely, by calculating the steady-state inviscid flow past equivalent bodies determined from the principle of the local similarity of force interaction. Ranges of the vehicle design parameters on which the dependence of the damping moment coefficient in pitch on the length of the conical or cylindrical-conical stabilizer of the vehicle is nonmonotonic are found. Typical viscosity effects on the characteristics under study are estimated using a method based on the assumptions of the linear theory for finite-thickness bodies. 本文对剪切阀式磁流变减振器的结构和工作原理作了介绍,基于平板模型对其结构进行简化,采用叠加法得出了其阻尼力的理论计算模型。利用材料试验机(MTS)分别在不同电流、振幅、速度和频率等条件下,对自行研制的剪切阀式磁流变减振器的动态特性进行了实验研究,得出了相应的实验曲线。实验结果表明剪切阀式磁流变减振器具有优良的电控阻尼力特性,且振幅、速度和频率等因素对其阻尼力有着重要影响,另外也对其阻尼力的理论计算公式作了验证。  相似文献

金属丝网橡胶材料是一种完全由金属丝编织成的多孔复合材料,与传统螺旋卷制金属橡胶材料相比,其改进了成型工艺,剔除了制备过程中大量的手工工艺干扰,提高机械化程度,重合度更高,拥有更稳定的力学性能.由于金属丝网橡胶材料具有承载能力高、阻尼大、耐高温、耐低温、耐老化、抗油抗腐蚀等优良特性,在很多方面强于传统橡胶,多用于航空航天、船舶、军事武器等军工工业.弹簧$\!$-$\!$-$\!$金属丝网橡胶组合减振器具有可设计刚度和较高承载能力,但因其具有复杂的非线性迟滞特性,目前相关材料的本构模型还难以准确描述其力学特性.本文在弹簧$\!$-$\!$-$\!$金属丝网橡胶组合减振器静态迟滞力学性能实验的基础上,结合其干摩擦阻尼迟滞特性,提出了一种迟滞力学性能理论模型.根据减振器迟滞实验恢复力$\!$-$\!$-$\!$位移曲线特点,利用参数分离的方法将迟滞曲线分解为弹性恢复力和干摩擦阻尼力,分别建模求解等效刚度和干摩擦阻尼系数,以此建立了组合减振器理论模型,并与实验结果进行对比及进行误差分析,验证了理论模型的准确性.   相似文献

几何非线性摩擦阻尼隔振系统动力学行为研究   总被引:6,自引:5,他引:1  
非线性隔振系统由于具有较线性系统更优的隔振性能,因此在工程中应用广泛.本文通过配置与被隔振对象的运动方向相垂直的库伦摩擦阻尼器,构建了几何非线性摩擦阻尼模型.由于引入了几何非线性,因此其摩擦力与位移正相关,这与传统与位移无关摩擦力模型有显著不同.首先,建立了具有几何非线性摩擦阻尼的数学模型以及隔振系统的受迫振动方程;然后,使用谐波平衡法求解了动力学方程,并使用数值仿真方法验证了谐波平衡法求解的准确性;最后,研究了几何非线性摩擦阻尼隔振器的绝对位移传递率和相对位移传递率.研究结果表明,在库伦摩擦阻尼选择适当,非线性摩擦阻尼系统可以在保持高频振动衰减效果的前提下,显著降低系统共振峰,其性能优于传统的恒定摩擦阻尼隔振模型.同时,几何非线性摩擦阻尼系统能够避免传统摩擦阻尼系统中的“锁定”现象,从传递率角度来说,不利于共振峰控制;但从激励环境改变引发隔振系统失效的角度来看,几何非线性摩擦阻尼系统可以拓宽系统对激励幅值的适应范围,避免隔振系统失效.本文的研究结果对此类隔振系统的设计和摩擦阻尼参数的选择具有通用的指导意义.   相似文献

利用形状记忆合金(Shape Memory Alloy,简称SMA)丝的超弹性,提出了一种具有复位功能的阻尼器。在SMA丝的Graesser本构模型基础上,建立了阻尼器恢复力的滑移双线性模型;假定滞回面积相等,提出了恢复力的滑移刚塑性模型以近似简化滑移双线性模型。采用等价线性化法建立了单自由度超弹性SMA减振结构在高斯白噪声激励下的平稳随机振动分析公式。通过一算例,考虑不同激励谱密度和结构阻尼比:比较了等价线性法和蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo)模拟法计算的结构振动响应(位移标准差和速度标准差),证明了SMA减振结构随机振动控制理论的有效性;比较了等价线性减振结构和无控结构的动力特性(刚度和阻尼比)和振动响应,说明了SMA阻尼器能提高结构的刚度和阻尼比,因而可有效抑制结构的振动。  相似文献

机抖激光陀螺的捷联惯性导航系统结构设计的关键在于惯性测量单元(IMU)的减振设计。文章描述了一种IMU减振系统设计的方法,并在实际应用当中获得良好的效果。IMU减振系统的设计方法主要分为三大内容。首先是对减振系统中减振器的布局方案进行仿真分析,建立减振系统的六自由度振动响应模型,研究减振器布局方案的频谱特性,比较得到减振效果较优的减振器方案。然后针对获得的减振器布局方案,设计IMU结构框架和各向同性的减振器,并采用有限元的方法,对IMU的减振系统进行模态分析,获得IMU减振系统的前20阶模态频率和振型,用有限元仿真分析的方法来验证减振设计。目前这种IMU减振系统的设计方法已应用到某新型捷联惯导系统当中,减少了系统陀螺精度的降低。  相似文献

建立交错式扇贝阻尼密封三维数值分析模型,基于动网格及多频椭圆涡动模型研究密封动力特性沿轴向分布规律,计算分析错开角度(α=0°、11.25°、22.5°、33.75°)与密封腔深度(h=2.8、3.3、3.8和4.3 mm)对密封动力特性的影响. 结果表明:上游腔室(C1~C4)具有较大的正直接刚度和有效阻尼,对抑制转子涡动、提升系统稳定性的贡献相对较大. 相对并列式(α=0°)结构,交错式扇贝阻尼密封流体周向速度较小、湍流耗散增加,系统稳定性提升,同时密封泄漏量降低. 错开角度为33.75°时的有效阻尼约为0°时的111%~121%;错开角度为22.5°时的泄漏量相较于0°时约降低了2.11%. 有效阻尼随密封腔深度减小而增大,密封腔深度为2.8 mm时的有效阻尼约为4.3 mm时的146%~211%;密封泄漏量随密封腔深度增大而降低,密封腔深度为4.3 mm时的泄漏量相较于2.8 mm时降低了约3.73%.   相似文献

研究了高效耗能摩擦阻尼器的减震机理。利用力学原理,分析了地震作用下高效耗能摩擦阻尼器的摩擦阻尼力放大系数变化规律,推导了设置高效耗能摩擦阻尼器结构的等效阻尼比计算公式。在此基础上,对分别设置传统摩擦阻尼器和高效耗能摩擦阻尼器的框架结构进行了地震反应分析,结果表明,高效耗能摩擦阻尼器通过将较小的摩擦阻尼力放大可以显著降低结构地震反应,减震效果良好;利用本文给出的等效阻尼比分析得出结构顶层位移反应幅值,与阻尼等效前相应值误差不超过10%。  相似文献

电流变液是一种可控流体,它在电场的作用下可从牛顿流体变为屈服剪应力较高的粘塑性体,且这种变化连续,可逆,迅速。本文在简要介绍了电流变阻尼器的原理和特点后,就电流变阻尼器的动力特性,如流量和阻尼力等,建立模型,将流体流动分为剪切流动和压差流动两种情况进行了讨论,并进行迭加,使流量和阻尼计算公式得到修正和完善,最后对阻尼力进行简化,提出压差流动占绝对优势,完全可以反映电流变阻尼器的阻尼特性,为进一步实现对阻尼器的控制提供了理论基础。  相似文献

A basic design method of doubly acting fluid viscous dampers with double guide bars is presented. The flow of the viscoelastic fluid between two parallel plates, one of which is started suddenly and the other of which is still, is analyzed. According to this solution, the velocity and the shear stress of the fluid at the fringe of the piston are solved approximately. A mathematical model of viscous dampers is derived, and the shock test is carried out. From experimental results, the parameters of the mathematical model are determined. Consequently, a semi-empirical design equation is obtained. Applying this equation to a certain practical damper, the damping material is chosen and the physical dimensions of the damper are determined. Shock tests using this damper are performed. Theoretical results are in good agreement with experimental results, which validates the reliability of the calculated physical dimensions of the specimen damper and the validity of the basic design equation. 分析了拉索-并联弹簧-阻尼器系统的自由振动特性,由系统的运动方程及边界条件 得到其复特征值方程。进一步研究了系统的极限解,由此讨论了拉索-并联弹簧-阻尼器系统的模态变化分区现象。以拉索-并联弹簧-阻尼器系统的二阶模态解为例,给出了模态频率和阻尼比的变化分布区间及其对应振型的变化情况。讨论了系统分区中存在的模态交叉现象;同时也讨论了斜拉索垂度对于一阶振动模态变化规律的影响。研究表明拉索-并联弹簧-阻尼器系统的振动模态演化因并联弹簧-阻尼器的位置不同而存在的明确的分区现象;安装并联弹簧和阻尼器后拉索的模态阻尼比和模态频率均可明显提高。  相似文献
