An initial-boundary value problem for shallow equation system consisting of water dynamics equations, silt transport equation, the equation of bottom topography change, and of some boundary and initial conditions is studied, the existence of its generalized solution and semidiscrete mixed finite element (MFE) solution was discussed, and the error estimates of the semidiscrete MFE solution was derived. The modelling of one kind of nonlinear parabolic distributed parameter control system with moving boundary, which had extensive applications was presented. Two methods were used to investigate the basic characteristics of the system: 1) transforming the system in the variable domain into that in the fixed domain; 2) transforming the distributed parameter system into the lumped parameter system. It is found that there are two critical values for the control variable: the larger one determines whether or not the boundary would move, while the smaller one determines whether or not the boundary would stop automatically. For one-dimensional system of planar, cylindrical and spherical cases the definite solution problem can be expressed as a unified form. By means of the computer simulation the open-loop control system and close-cycle feedback control system have been investigated. Numerical results agree well with theoretical results. The computer simulation shows that the system is well posed, stable, measurable and controllable. The principal resonance of a visco-elastic systems under both deterministic and random parametric excitation was investigated. The method of multiple scales was used to determine the equations of modulation of amplitude and phase. The behavior, stability and bifurcation of steady state response were studied by means of qualitative analysis. The contributions from the visco-elastic force to both damping and stiffness can be taken into account. The effects of damping, detuning, bandwidth, and magnitudes of deterministic and random excitations were analyzed. The theoretical analysis is verified by numerical results. The controllability for switched linear systems with time-delay in controls is first investigated. The whole work contains three parts. This is the second part. By applying existence theorems of maximal elements for a family of GB-majorized mappings in a product space of G-convex spaces, some coincidence theorem, Fan-Browder type fixed point theorem and some existence theorems of solutions for a system of minimax inequalities are proved under noncompact setting of G-convex spaces. The inverse problem for a class of nonlinear evolution equations of dispersive type was reduced to Cauchy problem of nonlinear evolution equation in an abstract space. By means of the semigroup method and equipping equivalent norm technique, the existence and uniqueness theorem of global solution was obtained for this class of abstract evolution equations, and was applied to the inverse problem discussed here. The existence and uniqueness theorem of global solution was given for this class of nonlinear evolution equations of dispersive type. The results extend and generalize essentially the related results of the existence and uniqueness of local solution presented by YUAN Zhong-xin. The dynamic behavior of two collinear anti-plane shear cracks in a piezoelectric layer bonded to two half spaces subjected to the harmonic waves is investigated by a new method. The cracks are parallel to the interfaces in the mid-plane of the piezoelectric layer. By using the Fourier transform, the problem can be solved with two pairs of triple integral equations. These equations are solved by using Schmidt’s method. This process is quite different from that adopted previously. Numerical examples are provided to show the effect of the geometry of cracks, the frequency of the incident wave, the thickness of the piezoelectric layer and the constants of the materials upon the dynamic stress intensity factor of cracks.  相似文献

Re-initialization procedure in level-set interface capturing method were investigated. The algorithm accomplishes the re-initialization step through locking the interface positions. Better accuracy was obtained both on the interface positions and the total fluid volume keeping. Though one mare step of the interpolations is added in the procedure, there is no significant increase in total machine time spent.  相似文献

Studies on nonlinear stability of three-dimensional H-type disturbance   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
The three-dimensional H-type nonlinear evolution process for the problem of boundary layer stability is studied by using a newly developed method called parabolic stability equations (PSE). The key initial conditions for sub-harmonic disturbances are obtained by means of the secondaryinstability theory. The initial solutions of two-dimensional harmonic waves are expressed in Landau expansions. The numerical techniques developed in this paper, including the higher order spectrum method and the more effective algebraic mapping for dealing with the problem of an infinite region, increase the numerical accuracy and the rate of convergence greatly. With the predictor-corrector approach in the marching procedure, the normalization, which is very important for PSE method, is satisfied and the stability of the numerical calculation can be assured. The effects of different pressure gradients, including the favorable and adverse pressure gradients of the basic flow, on the “H-type“ evolution are studied in detail. The results of the three-dimensional nonlinear “H-type“ evolution are given accurately and show good agreement with the data of the experiment and the results of the DNS from the curves of the amplitude variation, disturbance velocity profile and the evolution of velocity.  相似文献

First the deviator strain energy is introduced, then the problem of plane-crack critical growth was discussed, a path independent line integral J^* was defined, furthermore its conservation was proved strictly. As application examples, Mode-Ⅰ stress intensity factors of cracked beams were obtained with present approach. The controllability for switched linear system with time-delay in controls was first investigated. The whole work contains three parts. This is the first part, including problem formulation and some preliminaries. Firstly, the mathematical model of switched linear systems with time-delay in control functions was presented. Secondly, the concept of column space, cyclic invariant subspace and generalized cyclic invariant subspace were introduced. And some basic properties, such as separation lemma, were presented. Finally, a basic lemma was given to reveal the relation between the solution set of a centain integral equations and the generalized cyclic invariant subspace. This lemma will play an important role in the determination of controllability. All these definitions and lemmas are necessary research tools for controllability analysis. A class of nonlinear nonlocal for singularly perturbed Robin initial boundary value problems for reaction diffusion equations is considered.
