功能梯度材料的宏观物理性能随空间位置连续变化,能充分减少不同组份材料结合部位界面性能的不匹配因素.功能梯度壁板用作高速飞行器的热防护结构,能有效消除气动加热带来的壁板内部热应力集中.本文考虑热过屈曲变形引入的结构几何非线性,分析功能梯度壁板的气动弹性颤振边界.基于幂函数材料分布假设,采用混合定律计算功能梯度材料的等效力学性能.根据一阶剪切变形板理论、冯·卡门应变-位移关系和一阶活塞理论,基于虚功原理建立超声速气流中受热功能梯度壁板的非线性气动弹性有限元方程.采用牛顿-拉弗森迭代法数值求解壁板的热屈曲变形,分析超声速气流对热屈曲变形的影响机理.在壁板热过屈曲的静力平衡位置分析动态稳定性,确定了壁板的颤振边界.研究表明,当陶瓷-金属功能梯度壁板的组份材料沿厚度方向梯度分布时,会破坏结构的对称性导致壁板在面内热应力作用下发生指向金属侧的热屈曲变形.超声速气流中壁板热屈曲变形最大的位置随气流速压增大向下游推移,并伴随屈曲变形量的减小.热过屈曲壁板的几何非线性效应会提高壁板的颤振边界,这种影响在高温、低无量纲速压且壁板发生大挠度热屈曲变形时表现显著.较高无量纲气流速压下由于壁板的热屈曲变形被气动力限定在小挠度范围,几何非线性效应不明显.   相似文献

基于von Karman 大变形理论及带有曲率修正的一阶活塞理论, 用Galerkin方法建立了超音速气流中受热二维曲壁板的非线性气动弹性运动方程; 采用牛顿迭代法计算得到由静气动载荷和热载荷引起的静气动弹性变形; 根据李雅谱诺夫间接法分析了壁板初始曲率与温升对颤振边界的影响; 对二维曲壁板的非线性气动弹性方程组进行数值积分求解,分析了动压参数对受热二维曲壁板分岔特性的影响, 给出了典型状态下曲壁板非线性颤振响应的时程图与相图. 分析结果表明对小初始曲率的曲壁板, 温升对其静气动弹性变形影响较大, 且随着温升的增加其颤振临界动压急剧减小; 对具有较大初始曲率的曲壁板, 温升对其静气动弹性变形的影响较弱, 且随着温升的增加颤振临界动压基本保持不变. 初始几何曲率与气动热效应使得曲壁板具有复杂的动力学特性, 不再像平壁板一样, 经过倍周期分岔进入混沌, 而会出现由静变形状态直接进入混沌运动的现象, 且在混沌运动区域中还会出现静态稳定点或谐波运动, 在大曲率情况下, 曲壁板不会产生混沌运动, 而是幅值在一定范围内的极限带振荡.   相似文献

针对激波主导流动下弹性壁板的热气动弹性稳定性分析问题,建立了基于当地活塞流理论的分析模型,并用数值仿真方法来验证其正确性. 首先基于Hamilton原理和Von-Karman大变形理论,建立壁板的热气动弹性运动方程,其中假设壁板受热后温度均匀分布,激波前后区域的气动力模型采用当地一阶活塞流理论;利用Galerkin方法将具有连续参数系统的偏微分颤振方程离散为有限个自由度的常微分方程;基于李雅普诺夫间接法将非线性颤振方程组在平衡位置处进行线化,再用Routh-Hurwits判据来判断线性系统的稳定性,从而来推论出非线性颤振系统的气动弹性稳定性. 在时域中采用龙格--库塔法对非线性颤振方程进行数值积分,得到壁板非线性颤振响应的时间历程,与理论分析结果进行对比. 研究结果表明,壁板受到斜激波冲击时,更容易发生颤振失稳,并且激波强度越大,极限环幅值和频率越大;激波主导流场中的壁板失稳边界不同于传统单纯超声速气流中壁板颤振的失稳边界;只有在斜激波前后不同的动压值都满足颤振稳定性边界的条件下,壁板才可能保持其气动弹性稳定性.   相似文献

为考查基于假设模态法在时域中开展壁板非线性颤振分析的可行性,在相同的参数下,分别采用时域方法和频域方法研究了超声速飞行器壁板的非线性颤振响应,并从壁板的颤振幅值、颤振频率和颤振型态三个方面对时域和频域分析结果的一致性作了较详细的比较。首先,基于von Karman应变-位移关系和Mindlin板理论建立考虑几何非线性的壁板力学模型,应用一阶活塞理论分析壁板上单面承受的超声速准定常气动力,基于虚功原理和有限单元法推导壁板的运动微分方程。然后,用壁板的线性固有模态作为假设模态,减缩系统的自由度而得到降阶模型。采用四阶龙格-库塔法对降阶模型作时域数值积分,得到壁板的非线性颤振响应。另一方面,假设壁板的极限环颤振为简谐振荡,可对壁板的非线性刚度作等效线性化处理,进而在频域中直接在有限元(未降阶)模型的基础上分析壁板的颤振幅值、颤振频率和颤振型态。数值分析表明,当极限环颤振为简谐振荡时,时域方法和频域方法的计算结果符合一致。本文最后讨论了时域法和频域法应用在壁板非线性颤振分析中各自的优点和局限性。  相似文献

针对受压球壳非线性屈曲过程,对含初始缺陷受压球壳的稳定性进行研究。根据EN1993-1-6(2007)规范,给出不同制造等级壳体的等效缺陷值计算方法;基于线性特征值分析的模态构型给出初始缺陷的分布。利用非线性有限元弧长法对球壳受压失稳过程进行数值模拟,得到屈曲前后球壳变形情况及全过程载荷-位移曲线。计算一致缺陷模态法和N阶缺陷模态法对应的球壳屈曲临界载荷,结果表明,受压球壳对缺陷较敏感,承载能力随缺陷值增大而降低;一致缺陷模态法计算便捷,在工程应用上具有合理性,N阶缺陷模态法考虑高阶模态缺陷构型,结果更加全面,可以为工程中缺陷结构稳定性设计提供参考。  相似文献

本文根据结构振动与稳定性的相关性,以振动频率测试值作为监控参数进行了复合材料圆柱壳的失稳状态监测。该方法首先利用模态试验,测量得到了复合材料圆柱壳在轴压和外压栽荷作用下的模态特性变化特性,进而利用一阶固有频率在低载荷下的这种变化特性,采用多项式拟合法,无损预估了复合材料圆柱壳的轴压和外压屈曲栽荷,估计值与试验测试结果比较一致。  相似文献

研究了两端弹性支承输流管道静态失稳和动态失稳临界流速. 根据梁模型横向弯曲振动模态 函数,由两端弹性支承的边界条件得到了其模态函数的一般表达式. 根据特征方程具体分析 了弹性支承刚度、质量比、流体压力和管截面轴向力等主要参数对失稳临界流速的影响. 数 值计算结果表明,管道在弹性支承下的动力稳定性比较复杂,在较小的弹性支承刚度和较小 的参数范围内,管道主要表现为动态颤振失稳;在较大的弹性支承刚度和较大的参数作用下, 管道的失稳形式主要表现为静态失稳;并且失稳临界流速随流体压力和管截面轴向压力的增 加而下降,随管截面轴向拉力的增加而上升.  相似文献

静气动弹性问题考虑弹性结构与定常气动力间的相互耦合作用,对飞行器的性能和安全具有显著的影响.在现代飞行器设计阶段,计算流体力学(CFD)/计算结构力学(CSD)直接耦合方法是精确考察静气动弹性影响的重要手段.然而,基于CFD技术的气动力仿真手段在耦合过程中计算量大且耗时长,难以满足设计阶段的需求.因此,为了兼顾计算精度与效率,文章采用本征正交分解(POD)和Kriging代理模型相结合的模型降阶方法,替代CFD求解过程并耦合有限元分析(FEA)方法,建立了高效、准确的静气动弹性分析框架.相较于传统的以模态法为主的静气动弹性分析方法,该方法能够解决更为复杂的静气动弹性问题以及提供静气动弹性变形过程中的气动分布载荷.针对典型三维跨声速HIRENASD机翼模型开展的马赫数、迎角变化的算例验证表明:由建立的静气动弹性分析方法与CFD/CSD直接耦合方法计算得到机翼翼梢处的静变形量间的相对误差在5%以内;同时该方法预测静平衡位置处的气动分布载荷的误差在5%以内,静气动弹性分析的计算效率至少提升了6倍.  相似文献

A nonlinear aeroelastic analysis method for large horizontal wind turbines is described. A vortex wake method and a nonlinear finite element method (FEM) are coupled in the approach. The vortex wake method is used to predict wind turbine aerodynamic loads of a wind turbine, and a three-dimensional (3D) shell model is built for the rotor. Average aerodynamic forces along the azimuth are applied to the structural model, and the nonlinear static aeroelastic behaviors are computed. The wind rotor modes are obtained at the static aeroelastic status by linearizing the coupled equations. The static aeroelastic performance and dynamic aeroelastic responses are calculated for the NH1500 wind turbine. The results show that structural geometrical nonlinearities significantly reduce displacements and vibration amplitudes of the wind turbine blades. Therefore, structural geometrical nonlinearities cannot be neglected both in the static aeroelastic analysis and dynamic aeroelastic analysis.  相似文献

In this study, the nonlinear aeroelastic stability of wind turbine blade with bending–bending–twist coupling has been investigated for composite thin-walled structure with pretwist angle. The aerodynamic model used here is the differential dynamic stall nonlinear ONERA model. The nonlinear aeroelastic equations are reduced to ordinary equations by Galerkin method, with the aerodynamic force decomposition by strip theory. The nonlinear resulting equations are solved by a time-marching approach, and are linearized by small perturbation about the equilibrium point. The nonlinear aeroelastic stability characteristics are investigated through eigenvalue analysis, nonlinear time domain response, and linearized time domain response.  相似文献

The aeroelastic derivatives for today's aircraft are calculated in the concept phase using a standard procedure. This scheme has to be extended for large airships, due to various nonlinearities in structural and aerodynamic behaviour. In general, the structural model of an airship is physically as well as geometrically nonlinear. The main sources of nonlinearity are large deformations and the nonlinear material behaviour of membranes. The aerodynamic solution is also included in the nonlinear problem, because the deformed airship influences the surrounding flow. Due to these nonlinearities, the aeroelastic problem for airships can only be solved by an iterative procedure. As one possibility, the coupled aerodynamic and structural dynamic problem was handled using linked standard solvers. On the structural side, the Finite-Element program package ABAQUS was extended with an interface to the aerodynamic solver VSAERO. VSAERO is based on the aerodynamic panel method using potential flow theory. The equilibrium of the internal structural and the external aerodynamic forces leads to the structural response and a trimmed flight state for the specified flight conditions (e.g. speed, altitude). The application of small perturbations around a trimmed state produces reaction forces and moments. These constraint forces are then transferred into translational and rotational acceleration fields by performing an inertia relief analysis of the disturbed structural model. The change between the trimmed flight state and the disturbed one yields the respective aeroelastic derivatives. By including the calculated derivatives in the linearised equation of motion system, it is possible to judge the stability and controllability of the investigated airship.  相似文献

This paper details the study of the aeroelastic effect on modal interaction and dynamic behavior of acoustically excited square metallic panels with fully clamped edges using finite element method. The first-order shear deformation plate theory and von Karman nonlinear strain–displacement relationships are employed to consider the structural geometric nonlinearity caused by large vibration deflections. Piston aerodynamic theory and Gaussian white noise are used to simulate the aerodynamic load and the acoustic load, respectively. Motion equations are derived by the principle of virtual work in the physical coordinates and then transformed into the truncated modal coordinates with reduced orders. Runge–Kutta method is employed to obtain the system response, and the modal interaction mechanism is quantitatively valued by the modal participation distribution. Results show that in the pre-/near-flutter regions, in addition to the dominant fundamental resonant mode, the first twin companion antisymmetric modes can be largely excited by the aeroelastic coupling mechanism; thus, aeroelastic modal participation distribution and the spectrum response can be altered, while the dynamic behavior still exhibits linear random vibrations. In the post-flutter region, the dominant flutter motion can be enriched by highly ordered odd order super-harmonic motion occurs due to 1:1 internal resonances. Correspondingly, the panel dynamic behavior changes from random vibration to highly ordered motions in the fashion of diffused limit-cycle oscillations (LCOs). However, this LCOs motion can be affected by the intensifying acoustic excitation through changing the aeroelastic modal interaction mechanism. Accompanied with these changes, the panel can experience various stochastic bifurcations.  相似文献

This paper presents a coupled flap–lag–torsion aeroelastic stability analysis and response of a hingeless helicopter blade in the hovering flight condition. The boundary element method based on the wake eigenvalues is used for the prediction of unsteady airloads of the rotor blade. The aeroelastic equations of motion of the rotor blade are derived by Galerkin's method. To obtain the aeroelastic stability and response, the governing nonlinear equations of motion are linearized about the nonlinear steady equilibrium positions using small perturbation theory. The equilibrium deflections are calculated through the iterative Newton–Raphson method. Numerical results comprising steady equilibrium state deflections, aeroelastic eigenvalues and time history response about these states for a two-bladed rotor are presented, and some of them are compared with those obtained from a two-dimensional quasi-steady strip aerodynamic theory. Also, the effect of the number of aerodynamic eigenmodes is investigated. The results show that the three-dimensional aerodynamic formulation has considerable impact on the determination of both the equilibrium condition and lead-lag instability.  相似文献
