HVAS涂层力学性能的T-S模糊辨识   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
将基于模糊C均值聚类算法的T-S模糊模型用于辨识大型轴类零件的高速电弧喷涂(HVAS)涂层的力学性能。该方法结合递推最小二乘法辨识后件参数,可以提高收敛速度和增强模型的泛化性能;以3Cr13丝材的喷涂涂层为例,建立了喷涂电压、喷涂电流、喷涂距离和气源压力四个影响因子到涂层强度的非线性映射。仿真结果表明,所建T-S模糊模型具有较好的学习和泛化能力,在辨识力学性能中效果较好。最后利用该模型优化高速电弧喷涂的工艺参数,找出了最佳工艺参数的范围。  相似文献

主要研究裂纹对梁结构动力特性的影响规律,进而为含裂纹梁结构状态监测提供理论依据。首先,对裂纹影响区域进行分析,建立含裂纹梁二维接触非线性有限元模型,阐明含裂纹梁具有拉压不同刚度的静力特性;其次,通过对机理模型的分析,指出拉压不同刚度会引起轴向与弯曲的耦合振动;然后,通过非线性动力学分析方法研究其动力特性,观察到含裂纹梁在冲击荷载下会产生轴向与弯曲的耦合振动现象,并指出这种轴向与弯曲耦合振动的一个重要特征是轴向振动频谱图中含有弯曲振动基频的两倍频成分;最后,通过引入非线性弹簧建立一种新颖的含裂纹梁简化动力学模型,通过与精细有限元分析对比,验证了模型的合理性。该简化动力学模型将接触非线性问题转换为材料非线性问题,避免了费时的接触非线性动力学求解过程。  相似文献

常温下为液态的镓铟锡合金以其优异的导热性能在具有特殊要求的传热领域有着重要的应用价值,与传统流动介质相比较大的表面张力使得其产生的流动现象必有所区别.本文研究镓铟锡所形成的液滴撞击泡沫金属表面后所产生的铺展、回缩及回弹现象.采用高速相机拍摄液滴投影轮廓随液滴运动的变化过程,并通过图像处理获得不同撞击速度、底板表面孔径下的液滴铺展系数、中心位置轮廓高度以及液滴回弹后在空中的振动特性.研究结果表明:具有较高表面张力的镓铟锡液滴的铺展系数随无量纲时间的变化在铺展初始阶段仍满足常规流体的1/2次幂关系,只在铺展后期与底板的无量纲孔径有关系;液滴的最大铺展系数在较小无量纲孔径底板大于在光滑镍板,且随底板无量纲孔径增大而逐渐减小;在回弹过程,由于底板孔隙结构的存在使得液滴回弹后在空中的振动呈现3种形态:规则的横向和纵向振动、带旋转的横向和纵向振动以及旋转振动;最后,通过对振动频率的拟合和分析,进一步拓展了传统振动频率理论公式在非规则振动过程预测中的应用.   相似文献

航空遥感用三轴惯性稳定平台由于其机械结构特点,飞机姿态的扰动会耦合到安装在平台的相机上,影响相机的成像质量。为了对复杂耦合关系进行分析,从分析力学的角度出发,采用拉格朗日第二类方程,考虑轴承摩擦,建立了航空遥感用三轴惯性稳定平台动力学模型。在此基础上,对基座振动对相机相对于惯性系的扰动进行了数值仿真。仿真结果表明:基座振动同框架间的耦合力矩相比,基座振动对相机相对于惯性系的扰动占主导作用。当轴承间为动摩擦时,基座振动频率越高,对相机相对惯性系的扰动越小,并从理论上证明了此结论的正确性。研究结果为深入研究航空遥感用三轴惯性稳定平台的振动主动控制提供了理论依据。  相似文献

在已研究的车桥耦合振动动力学模型的基础上,针对简支桥梁模型,将车载对桥梁的耦合作用力看作是外干扰,提出了一种对桥梁的半主动控制模型。根据哈密顿原理推导了控制模型,发现这种模型自身具有状态反馈的特点;针对四分之一车辆与桥梁耦合振动建立的控制模型,经过搭建Simulink仿真,可以看出该模型对于跨中位移以及耦合力作用点位移振幅的削减幅度达80%左右,由此说明了半主动控制模型具有良好的控制效果。  相似文献

道砟振动对其磨损、破碎和道床累积变形有显著影响,为揭示高速车辆移动荷载作用下道砟动态响应特性,建立有砟道床离散元模型,开展车辆-轨道耦合动力学计算得到离散元模型输入荷载,模拟分析高速车辆以不同速度通过时有砟道床的振动响应,并与车辆-轨道耦合动力学计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明,轨枕、道砟和道床块振动位移波形相似,位移幅值沿道床深度方向减小,道床块振动位移与轨枕底面以下0.3m处道砟的振动位移相当;轨枕、道床块振动速度与加速度随行车速度提高而增大;受道砟颗粒间复杂相互作用的影响,道砟振动加速度会出现突变。道床离散元模型能合理反映道砟颗粒的振动响应特性,道床块模型体现了道床层在有砟轨道结构中的动力传递与减振特性,两种道床模型的计算结果具有一定的相似性。  相似文献

针对雨刮器建立2自由度非线性摩擦振动动力学模型,基于复模态理论计算复特征值并进行稳定性及其对刮刷速度的依赖性分析;通过数值计算分析摩擦振动对刮刷速度的分岔特性,并利用相轨迹、庞加莱映射、频谱特性分析不同刮刷速度下的非线性振动现象.研究发现:摩擦-速度特性的负斜率是导致系统不稳定的根本原因,增大刮刷速度有利于提高系统的稳定性;在高、低刮速区,随着刮刷速度的下降,系统振动形态遵循周期→准周期→混沌的演化规律,并会伴随显著的粘滑振动;仅高速区的周期振动和非振动条件下,刮刷时无附加的粘滑振动.  相似文献

以某工程不同爆点不同监测点的爆破振动监测数据为背景 ,在分析爆破振动主要影响因素的基础上 ,建立了能同时对爆破振动速度峰值、振动主频率和振动的持续时间进行预报的BP神经网络模型。该模型的预报结果 (爆破振动的幅值、振动主频率和振动持续时间 )与实际监测结果基本吻合 ,从而得到了该场地不同地质、地形情况下爆破振动预报的BP神经网络模型。  相似文献

首次用双流体模型对雾化燃料在扩张形超燃室中沿九喷嘴顺流喷射的混合问题进行了数值研究。气相用迎风 TVD格式求解三维全 Navier- Stokes方程 ,液相用预估、校正 NND格式求解三维 Euler方程。相间相互作用的常微分方程用预估、校正Runge- Kutta法求解。用三维 Poisson方程生成网格。结果表明 :气相较液相的扩散效果好 ,小直径液滴的扩散效果好。相间速度滑移、改变气相喷射压力和喷射速度对液相扩散的贡献不大 ,但调整喷射角度会明显地增强液相的扩散、混合 ,本文结果未出现阻塞。  相似文献

Shock waves traveling through a multiphase flow environment are studied numerically using the Flux Corrected Transport (FCT) algorithm. Both solid particles and liquid droplets are used as the dispersed phase with their trajectories being computed using a Lagrangian tracking scheme. The phases are coupled by including source terms which account for mass transfer, momentum, and energy exchange from the dispersed phase in the governing equations of motion for the gas phase. For solid particles, droplet size effects are examined at constant mass loading. Deceleration of the shock wave is observed with effects increasing with decreasing particle size. The equilibrium velocity attained is found to agree with analytical results for an equivalent dense gas with a modified specific heat ratio. For liquid droplets, a droplet breakup model is introduced and the results show a faster attenuation rate than with the solid particle model. The inclusion of vaporization to the breakup model is seen to increase the attenuation rate but does not alter the final equilibrium velocity. When an energy release model is used in the simulations, behavior resembling a detonation is observed under certain conditions, with energy release coupling with and accelerating the shock front. 为探究煤油液滴不同初始直径对气液两相旋转爆轰发动机流场的影响,假设初始注入的煤油液滴具有均匀直径,考虑雾化破碎、蒸发等过程,建立了非定常两相爆轰的Eulerian-Lagrangian模型,进行了液态煤油/高温空气爆轰的非预混二维数值模拟。结果表明:在初始液滴直径为1~70μm的工况范围,燃烧室内均形成了单个稳定传播的旋转爆轰波;全局当量比为1时,爆轰波前的空气区域大于液滴煤油的蒸气区域,导致波前燃料空气混合不均匀,波前均存在富油区和贫油区,两相速度差导致分离出的空气形成低温条带;当煤油液滴的初始直径较小时,波前的反应物混合过程主要受蒸发的影响,爆轰波可稳定传播;当直径减小至1μm时,煤油液滴在入口处即蒸发,旋转爆轰波表现为气相传播的特性,爆轰波结构平整;当煤油液滴的初始直径较大时,波前的反应物混合过程主要受液滴破碎的影响;对于相同的燃料质量流量,在不同初始煤油液滴直径工况下,煤油液滴最大的停留时间均占爆轰波传播时间尺度的80%以上;爆轰波前燃料预蒸发为气相的占比越高,爆轰波的传播速度越高;初始液滴直径为10~70μm的工况范围内,爆轰波的速度随初始直径的增大先升高后降低。  相似文献

This paper describes the implementation of the instability analysis of wave growth on liquid jet surface, and maximum entropy principle (MEP) for prediction of droplet diameter distribution in primary breakup region. The early stage of the primary breakup, which contains the growth of wave on liquid–gas interface, is deterministic; whereas the droplet formation stage at the end of primary breakup is random and stochastic. The stage of droplet formation after the liquid bulk breakup can be modeled by statistical means based on the maximum entropy principle. The MEP provides a formulation that predicts the atomization process while satisfying constraint equations based on conservations of mass, momentum and energy. The deterministic aspect considers the instability of wave motion on jet surface before the liquid bulk breakup using the linear instability analysis, which provides information of the maximum growth rate and corresponding wavelength of instabilities in breakup zone. The two sub-models are coupled together using momentum source term and mean diameter of droplets. This model is also capable of considering drag force on droplets through gas–liquid interaction. The predicted results compared favorably with the experimentally measured droplet size distributions for hollow-cone sprays.  相似文献

利用液滴冲蚀试验装置,开展了泡沫镍/聚氨酯双连续复合材料和纯聚氨酯的液滴冲蚀试验研究,并采用PIV系统,测量了液滴冲蚀中液滴速度和直径. 结果表明:随着冲击能量的增加,复合材料表现出比纯聚氨酯更好的抗液滴冲蚀性能;泡沫镍结构参数对复合材料的液滴冲蚀行为有重要影响,泡沫镍孔径越小、体密度越大,复合材料的抗冲蚀能力越强;密集的金属骨架能有效阻挡高速液滴的破坏作用,并为树脂基体提供较强的阴影保护效应和地毯保护效应,显著提高复合材料的抗冲蚀性能.   相似文献

A new approach to the analysis of droplet grouping in an oscillating gas flow is suggested. This is based on the investigation of droplet trajectories in the frame of reference moving with the phase velocity of the wave. Although the equations involved are relatively simple, the analysis shows distinctive characteristics of grouping and non-grouping cases. In the case of grouping, droplet trajectories converge to the points for which the ratio of flow velocity in this frame of reference and the amplitude of flow oscillations is less than 1, and the cosine of the arc sine of this ratio is positive. In the case of non-grouping, droplet trajectories in this frame of reference oscillate around the translational velocity close to the velocity of flow in the same frame of reference. The effect of droplet size on the grouping pattern is investigated. It has been pointed out that for the smaller droplets much more stable grouping is observed. The effect of droplet evaporation is studied in the limiting case when the contribution of the heat-up period can be ignored. It is shown that evaporation can lead to droplet grouping even in the case when the non-evaporating droplets are not grouped. This is related to the reduction in droplet diameter during the evaporation process. Coupling between gas and droplets is shown to decrease the grouping tendency. A qualitative agreement between predictions of the model and in-house experimental observations referring to Diesel engine sprays has been demonstrated.  相似文献

Based on previous work, a new temperature measuring system for gas–liquid flow, composed of shielded and unshielded thermocouples, on-line laser detection device for liquid droplets, vacuum pump and wavelet analysis data processor, is developed in this work. The necessity of vacuum pump and the criterion of mesh size selection are also described. Through an application of measuring temperature in saturator, it shows that the system can evaluate the separation of gas–liquid two-phase flow and measure the liquid droplet temperature and the gas temperature effectively in counter-current spraying field.  相似文献

Despite many theoretical and experimental works dealing with the impact of dense melt droplets on the substrate during the process of thermal spray coating, the dynamics of the impingement of hollow melt droplet and the subsequent splat formation are not well addressed. In this paper a model study for the dynamic impingement of hollow droplet is presented. The hollow droplet is modelled such that it consists of a liquid shell enclosing a gas cavity. The impingement model considers the transient flow dynamics during impact, spreading and solidification of the droplet using the volume of fluid surface tracking method (VOF) coupled with a solidification model within a one-domain continuum formulation. The results for spreading, solidification and formation of splats clearly show that the impingement process of hollow droplet is distinctly different from the dense droplet. Study with different droplet void fractions and void distribution indicates that void fraction and void distribution have a significant influence on the flow dynamics during impact and on the final splat shape. The results are likely to provide insights for the less-explored behaviour of hollow melt droplets in thermal spray coating processes.  相似文献
