亚波长波导能够控制光在亚波长的尺寸中以很小损耗传输,在集成光学中有广泛的应用。利用二维时域有限差分(FDTD)法,研究了光波在金属层中亚波长两狭缝之间的耦合过程。分别在较厚的金属层前表面和后表面刻上两个狭缝,纵向错开一定距离(间距),横向重叠一定长度(耦合长度),两个狭缝能够将光波从金属层的前表面耦合到后表面。改变两个狭缝长度、间距和耦合长度等参数,耦合波长和效率发生明显变化。结合振幅分布,认为光波在两狭缝形成波导共振,前表面狭缝的共振将入射波能量耦合进入狭缝中,后表面狭缝的共振将能量耦合出去,两个狭缝之间通过隧穿效应耦合。  相似文献

金属薄膜上亚波长金属狭缝的非共振光增强透射对宽频带光子器件的设计具有重要意义. 为增强金属狭缝的光透射, 设计了内嵌矩形腔楔形金属狭缝阵列, 并用有限元方法研究了该结构的透射特性. 结果表明, 内嵌矩形腔的楔形金属狭缝阵列比无矩形腔的楔形金属狭缝阵列透射率高. 此外, 还研究了矩形腔的结构参数和位置对内嵌矩形腔楔形金属狭缝阵列透射特性的影响. 这些结果将对设计具有更高透射能力的金属狭缝具有一定的指导意义. 关键词: 光异常透射 金属狭缝 表面等离极化激元  相似文献

阿达玛光谱仪的入射狭缝选择方法研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了确定光谱仪的入射多狭缝结构设计的可靠依据,研究了4种阿达玛S型狭缝阵列发生衍射后的光强分布.采用MEMS加工技术制作出最小狭缝单元为6 μm×6 μm的一体式微硅片阿达玛狭缝阵列,对3种S7型狭缝和一种S15型狭缝进行比较.首先利用阿达玛矩阵构造狭缝阵列的孔径函数,得到了衍射后的光强分布函数;然后运用Matlab软件对光强分布函数仿真,获得了符种狭缝衍射后的光强分布图及光通镀对比.搭建了试验装置进行验证,试验表明实际衍射光强分布及光通量间的比值都与仿真结果相符.最后分析了狭缝结构参数对光强分布的影响,总结了S型狭缝阵列衍射规律.所提出的衍射光强分布方法,为光谱仪中入射狭缝的选择与设计提供了理论依据,为实际应用提供了有价值的参考.  相似文献

根据色散型成像光谱仪静态和扫描成像两种工作模式的特性,提出了通过狭缝法测试成像光谱仪系统静态的调制传递函数(modulation transfer function,MTF),通过刀口法测试系统扫描成像的MTF的完整的测试方案,并给出了测试实例。刀口法给出了系统扫描成像时沿扫描方向和垂直扫描方向的MTF;狭缝法采用虚拟狭缝代替成像光谱仪的自身狭缝测试了系统静态时的MTF,两者测试结果基本吻合。虚拟狭缝法对于其他存在狭缝的成像光谱仪系统成像质量的测试具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

用阳极氧化的方法制备了阳极氧化铝膜,向其孔中镀入了铜,制备了镶嵌铜多孔铝膜。为了研究狭缝宽度与取样间隔对其透射光谱的影响,利用岛津UV-3101型分光光度计,测得了相同取样间隔不同狭缝宽度和相同狭缝宽度不同取样间隔情况下镶嵌铜多孔铝膜的透射光谱,并分析了狭缝宽度和取样间隔对透射曲线的影响,得到了测试镶嵌铜多孔铝膜所需合适的狭缝宽度和取样间隔。测试结果表明:对镶嵌铜多孔铝膜而言,在可见光波段选择3nm的狭缝宽度和0.5nm或1nm的取样间隔为宜;在近红外波段选择5nm或8nm的狭缝宽度和2 nm的取样间隔为宜。  相似文献

为了满足大气微量成分高精度测量需求,需要能准确描述星载高光谱大气微量成份探测仪的仪器狭缝函数。针对高光谱大气微量成份探测仪视场大、波段宽、空间分辨率和光谱分辨率高等特点,研制了狭缝函数测量仪。介绍了狭缝函数测量仪的工作原理及基本结构,并利用狭缝函数测量仪可同时实现高分辨率、宽谱段测量的特点,通过搭建定标装置,对高光谱大气微量成份探测仪进行全视场的狭缝函数测试,得出了仪器狭缝函数的数学表达式,给出仪器狭缝函数的特性分布,并对结果进行分析。测试结果表明:高光谱大气微量成份探测仪全视场光谱分辨率在0.423~0.597 nm之间,其狭缝函数特性曲线近似满足高斯分布规律。由于星载大视场成像光谱仪存在光谱弯曲现象,从而导致边缘视场分辨能力略低于中心视场分辨能力。狭缝函数测量仪是基于中阶梯衍射光栅设计,可同时输出多条高分辨率谱线,且分布均匀,不仅可以测量高光谱成像光谱仪的仪器狭缝函数,也可对星载高光谱仪器光谱定标,为后续研究提供了参考依据和方法。  相似文献

设计了在极近红外波段(890 nm)的聚合物基狭缝波导微环折射率传感器.分析了波导高度、宽度及狭缝宽度对灵敏度的影响,以找到最佳的设计标准用于折射率传感.采用电子束光刻工艺制备了硅母版模,并用独特的氟化聚合物PFPE从硅母版模上成功制备了柔性软模具.采用紫外软压印工艺制备了聚合物基狭缝波导.波导的宽度和高度以及狭缝波导的宽度分别约为510 nm、830 nm和234 nm,聚合物狭缝波导残留层的厚度约为350 nm.制备的狭缝波导具有高的高宽比并与低成本批量生产工艺相兼容.  相似文献

We present a theoretical study of the optical transmission from a thin metallic double slit. The second-order correlation function as a function of the displacement of the detectors for different values of slit separation is studied. It is shown that surface plasmons excited at one slit and propagating to the other slit modulate the coincidence counts with the variation of slit separation. Sub-wavelength interference effect has also been observed for the field assisted by surface plasmons. It is also shown that the second order interference-diffraction pattern changes with slit separation and at some particular value of slit separation it changes into the Hanbury Brown and Twiss (HBT) effect.  相似文献

In the framework of phenomenological time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau(TDGL) formalism,the dynamical properties of vortex-antivortex(V-Av) pair in a superconductor film with a narrow slit was studied.The slit position and length can have a great impact not only on the vortex dynamical behavior but also the current-voltage(Ⅰ-Ⅴ) characteristics of the sample.Kinematic vortex lines can be predominated by the location of the slit.In the range of relatively low applied currents for a constant weak magnetic field,kinematic vortex line appears at right or left side of the slit by turns periodically.We found such single-side kinematic vortex line cannot lead to a jump in the Ⅰ-Ⅴ curve.At higher applied currents the phase-slip lines can be observed at left and right sides of the slit simultaneously.The competition between the vortex created at the lateral edge of the sample and the V-Av pair in the slit will result in three distinctly different scenarios of vortex dynamics depending on slit length:the lateral vortex penetrates the sample to annihilate the antivortex in the slit;the V-Av pair in the slit are driven off and expelled laterally;both the lateral vortex and the slit antivortex are depinned and driven together to annihilation in the halfway.  相似文献

A position sensor based on slit imaging is proposed and its measurement principle is described.An imaging slit is illuminated by a collimated laser beam with square-wave modulation and imaged on a detection double slit through a 4f system.A magnified image of the detection double slit is formed on a bi-cell detector.The position of the imaging slit is obtained by detecting light intensity on two parts of the bi-cell detector.In experiments,the feasibility of the sensor was verified.The repeatability was less than 40 nm.  相似文献

A new wire-plate-type discharge system, with a slit dielectric barrier, has been proposed and investigated by focusing on the generation of ozone and the discharges on the slit barrier. This wire-plate-type discharge system, with a slit barrier, can generate a corona discharge twice, once from the corona wire electrode and again from the surface and the slits of the slit barrier. As a result, this proposed wire-plate-type discharge system, with the slit barrier, can produce much more ozone than without the slit barrier. The discharge mechanism of the wire-plate-type discharge system, with the slit barrier, would be hard to arc discharge and to break the system down directly because of the blocking action of the slit dielectric barrier. This proposed wire-plate-type discharge system, with the slit barrier, may be useful as an effective means for removing pollutant gases.  相似文献

Pressure reducing valves are widely used to maintain the pressure of gas reservoirs to specific values. In a normal valve, supply pressure is decompressed with an orifice structure. When compressed air passes through the orifice structure, considerable noise occurs at the downstream side. In this paper, we have developed a radial slit structure that can reduce pressure without noise. The noise is reduced by changing the orifice structure into the radial slit structure. The radial slit structure valve reduces pressure without noise by suppressing the generation of turbulence and shock wave at the downstream. The analysis of the flow in radial slit structure was achieved by CFD2000 software. The flow rate and pressure distribution were simulated and compared with the experimental result. To confirm the generation of shock wave, the flow of orifice and radial slit structure at the downstream was visualized by Schlieren photography method. A shock wave was generated in the orifice structure, but no shock wave was generated in the radial slit structure. Noise reduction efficiency was investigated by the experiment. The experiment apparatus was set up to JIS standards. The experimental results indicated that the noise level decreased by approximately 40 dB in the slit structure. It is confirmed that the radial slit structure has effectiveness for low noise in the pressure reducing flow. And, it is expected that it can be applied to various kinds of industrial fields.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the excitation of surface plasmon polariton (SPP) in the metallic slit partly filled with dielectric by using the finite-difference time-domain method. It is found that the slit structure displays high asymmetry in the field distribution and SPP excitation due to the difference in matching degree of SPP wavevector on the two sides of slit exit. At certain incident wavelengths, the power flow carried by SPP modes on one side of slit exit is over three orders of magnitude greater than that on the other side, an efficient directional excitation is achieved. The SPP generation efficiencies on both sides of slit exit can be periodically adjusted by the dielectric width, but their changes are not synchronous, implying that such slit structure could be acted as a directional splitter/coupler. Moreover, the asymmetry degree of SPP excitation can also be modulated by the refractive index of dielectric layer.  相似文献

As the basis of the evaluation of nature cracks, a millimeter wave method to evaluate the shape of a thin 3D slit on the metal surface is demonstrated. An open-ended coaxial line sensor was proposed to improve the spatial resolution of the measurement. The amplitude of the reflection coefficient that is associated with the dimensions of the slit is measured by scanning the specimen in the direction perpendicular to the detected slit. A characteristic signal corresponding to the detected slit was obtained and, was used to evaluate the depth of the slit.  相似文献

In this paper,we reveal that the enhanced transmission through a perforated metal film can be further boosted up by a V-shaped nanoslit,which consists of two connected oblique slits.The maximum transmission at resonance can be enhanced significantly by 71.5%in comparison with the corresponding vertical slit with the same exit width.The value and position of transmission resonance peak strongly depend on the apex angle of the V-shaped slit.The optimum apex angle,at which the transmission is maximal,is sensitive to the slit width.Such phenomena can be well explained by a concrete picture in which the incident wave drives free electrons on the slit walls.Moreover,we also simply analyze the splitting of the transmission peak in the symmetry broken V-shaped slit,originating from the resonances of different parts of the V-shaped slit.We expect that our findings will be used to design the nanoscale light sources based on the metal nanoslit structures.  相似文献
