介绍了一种基于双光纤布喇格光栅实现波长解调的高准确度、低成本光纤光栅压力传感器.在外界压力下,传感光纤布喇格光栅的反射波长产生漂移,其漂移量被粘贴在以一定频率上下扫描的等强度悬臂梁上的匹配光纤布喇格光栅调制为系统输出时间脉冲序列的脉冲宽度.实验结果表明:该解调技术的波长测量范围为0~3nm,波长测量的不确定度为1pm,对于量程为0~6MPa的压力传感器其测量的不确定度为0.005MPa.  相似文献

提出一种使用光纤双布喇格光栅测定压力的测量方法.在外界压力作用下,传感光纤布喇格光栅反射波长的漂移,被转变成在交变力策动下,发生弯曲的等强度悬臂梁调制扫描光栅反射光脉冲间隔的变化.实验结果表明,光纤布喇格光栅反射波长漂移的测量范围为0~3 nm,波长测量的不确定度为1 pm;压力传感器的量程为0~6 MPa时,压力的测量不确定度为0.005 Mpa.  相似文献

提出一种基于光纤光栅传感技术的称重系统.用特种粘贴剂将布喇格光纤光栅(FBG)粘贴于悬臂梁的自由端,当悬臂梁自由端受力发生微挠度弯曲时,光纤光栅将沿轴向发生形变,通过监测布喇格光纤光栅传感器反射波长漂移测量悬臂梁的微挠度变化.通过分析悬臂梁结构,建立悬臂梁受力与挠度的数学关系,进而测量出加载在悬臂梁自由端应力的数值.通过对系统结构理论分析和实验验证,该装置称重测量范围达到50千克力,测量灵敏度达到0.05千克力,线性拟合度达到0.9997.  相似文献

以较大载荷轴向拉伸光纤布喇格光栅时,由于裸纤与涂覆层的弹性模量不同,会产生中心波长反向漂移现象,严重影响了传感器的准确度与测量范围.实验研究表明,在光纤固定端适当剥除一段涂覆层,然后将裸露部分与带涂覆层部分同时固定,可将光纤布喇格光栅的中心波长反方向漂移量控制在10-3 nm以内,同时可增大光纤布喇格光栅的有效调谐范围,并使其能够保持较好的线性度,实验结果与理论计算结果相符合.  相似文献

本文提出并论证了一种光纤光栅高速解调的新方法, 利用色散补偿光纤的色散效应, 将光纤光栅的波长漂移信息转换成时域信息. 采用脉冲激光器作为光源, 仅需一个光脉冲可获取单根光纤上所有光纤光栅的反射光脉冲, 再根据各个光栅反射回光脉冲的延时变化即可实现波长的解调. 本方法可用于准分布光纤光栅传感网络解调, 系统采用全光纤结构, 无需波长扫描, 大大提高了解调速度. 本文搭建了测试系统进行实验验证, 对3个光纤光栅组成的准分布式传感网络进行了解调, 实验结果表明, 解调出的光纤光栅布喇格波长线性度好, 解调速度最高可达1 MHz, 采样数据取10次平均后解调线性度可达0.9969, 解调误差约为27.8 pm.  相似文献

对光纤布喇格光栅径向受力特性进行了理论与实验研究,给出了光纤布喇格光栅的径向受力灵敏度,并利用可调F-P标准具设计了一套解调光纤布喇格光栅反射峰劈裂值的实验系统.此系统消除了外界环境对F-P标准具初始腔长的干扰所引起的误差,系统的准确度达到了0.02 nm.  相似文献

采用光纤布喇格光栅作为基本传感器件, 设计制作了光纤光栅水听器. 利用匹配光纤光栅解调技术, 实现了高灵敏度、高速度的动态信号测量, 并进行了相关的水下声音测量实验. 实验系统可测量水声信号频率范围为10 Hz~3 kHz, 测量动态范围为60 dB, 其结果具有很高的线性度.  相似文献

为了消除由法布里-珀罗标准具的干涉峰偏移引起的光纤布喇格光栅波长解调误差,采用多参考光栅进行法布里-珀罗标准具波长校准,搭建了相应的光纤布喇格光栅解调平台.将待解调光栅、法布里-珀罗标准具和多个参考光栅分别接入采样通道,用多个参考光栅对法布里-珀罗标准具进行波长校准,得到准确度较高的标准具干涉峰波长,再以此波长计算待测光栅波长,降低了校准误差.实验结果表明,利用该方法搭建的光纤布喇格光栅解调系统校准的重复性误差小于1.6pm,波长解调误差低于1.8pm.  相似文献

采用一对辅助匹配光纤光栅,结合基于MAX1968EUI芯片闭环自动控制,设计了一种半导体小型温度控制系统.通过控制传感光栅反射峰值变化,使匹配光栅温度变化与传感光栅周围环境温度变化相匹配,实现了动态匹配光栅解调方案的应变测量系统温度补偿,消除了光纤光栅传感器温度、应变交叉敏感效应对传感系统测量应变的影响.解调系统同时采用一支微测力传感器作为解调系统的输出,消除了传统动态匹配光栅解调系统中压电陶瓷磁滞效应对测量结果的影响.实验结果表明,温度变化对系统应变测量影响误差小于2%,传感系统的线性优于0.999 5.  相似文献

A whole temperature sensor in one package utilizing a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) made in a conventional single-mode fiber and which uses a long-period grating (LPG) made in a photonic crystal fiber is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The function of the interrogation is that the wavelength change of the FBG with environmental temperature is transferred to the intensity of the output via the LPG. Utilizing the temperature-insensitivity of the LPG in the PCF, the interrogation is stable and enables a cheap and practical temperature measurement system with a wide dynamic range.  相似文献

An exact linearity interrogation technique with enlarged dynamic range for fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor has been analyzed theoretically and demonstrated experimentally. The technique bases on two matched FBGs for receiving the reflected signal from the sensor FBG and two photodiodes (PDs) for collecting the reflected signal from the two receiver FBGs. The linear expression between the nature logarithm of the output ratio of the two PDs and Bragg wavelength of the sensor FBG is obtained on the condition that the bandwidths of the two receiver FBGs being equal to each other. The wavelength of the sensor FBG can be interrogated simply and accurately by the linearity technique according to the expression. In addition, a new tunable paralleled matched gratings interrogation scheme is proposed. The interrogation range can be enlarged and multiple FBG sensors can be interrogated simultaneously with the tunable interrogation scheme.  相似文献

A pulse train with a wavelength dependent time sequence is generated in a fiber laser configuration, which contains a cascaded wavelength-division-multiplexing (WDM) fiber Bragg grating (FBG) array and a tunable F-P filter. By distributing pulses to corresponding channels with a 1 × N analog electrical switch, a novel FBG sensors interrogation technique with advantages of high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and high interrogation speed is experimentally demonstrated. Then, a FBG sensing system based on this interrogation technique and the mature unbalanced scanning Michelson interferometer (USMI) demodulation technique is realized. The system has shown a sensitivity of 1.610°/με, for the 1555 nm FBG, which agrees well with the theoretical value of 1.674°/με.  相似文献

A novel fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor system based on an interrogating technique by two parallel matched gratings was designed and theoretically discussed. With an interrogation grating playing the role of temperature compensation grating simultaneously, the wavelength drifts induced by temperature and strain were discriminated. Additionally, the expressions of temperature and strain were deduced for our solution, and dual-value problem and cross sensitivity were solved synchronously through data processing. The influence of the FBG's parameters on the dynamic range and precision was discussed. Besides, the change of environment temperature cannot influence the dynamic range of the sensor system through temperature tuning. The system proposed in this paper will be of great significance to accelerate the real engineering applications of FBG sensing techniques.  相似文献

The multiplexed-reflective matched fiber grating interrogation technique was presented in this paper.The interrogation technique was based on the use of two (or more) wavelength-matched fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) to receive the reflected signal from the sensing FBG. The two (or more) matched gratings were arranged parallelly and used as filters to convert wavelength into intensity encoded information for interrogation. Theoretical and experimental results demonstrated that the interrogation system is immune to the source fluctuation and cross-sensitivity effect between temperature and strain, and also can enlarge the dynamic range.  相似文献

The authors implemented a tunable linear cavity Erbium-doped fiber (EDF) laser for the interrogation of multiplexed fiber Bragg grating sensors (BGS). A high-strength single-pulse draw-tower fiber Bragg grating (FBG) was used as the mechanically tunable element enabling the rapid wavelength sweeping of the laser center wavelength. A simple algorithm to process the noisy acquired data and identify the peak of the BGS spectra was employed. For the first time, this type of configuration was used to reliably interrogate at least three fiber Bragg grating sensors with a standard wavelength spacing between the Bragg wavelengths of 3 nm, without risk of breaking the stretched fiber, using an FBG with a simple PZT driven mount as the tuning elements.  相似文献

报道了一种基于环形腔光纤激光器和1×4模拟电子开关的具备实时监测功能的光纤光栅传感网络查询技术,利用级联的波分复用光栅串充当环形腔光纤激光器端镜,借助可调法布里珀罗滤波器对反射的信号光进行扫描,调整光路结构并增加抽运光强度使信号光得到足够的增益,则可获得各传感元工作波长的激光脉冲,且依时序输出。又引入1×4模拟电子开关,将转换为电信号的激光输出按时序分配至4个输出信道。结合非平衡扫描干涉解调技术,实现了对4光栅传感阵列的查询解调。1555 nm波长时系统传感灵敏度的实验值为1.630°/με,与理论值1.674°/με基本吻合。  相似文献

A fiber Bragg grating (FBG) interrogating technique based on the relative intensity-demodulating and the demultiplexing of an arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) is presented in this paper. The analytical simulation and the experiment validate the feasibility of this setup. Both theoretical and experiment results show that the shift of the Bragg wavelength of the FBG sensors can be precisely interrogated by the relative intensity reading of two-adjacent-channels of the AWG-based demultiplexer. Errors caused by the light source fluctuation and micro-band losses can be reduced with the relative technique. This technique potentially offers a low-cost, compact, and high-performance solution for the interrogation of FBG distributed sensors.  相似文献

研制了光纤光栅弹簧管压力传感器,并与双边缘解调技术相结合搭建了基于边缘解调技术的光纤压力传感器检测系统,对传感器和解调器的性能进行了测试,给出了实验结果.压力灵敏度为0.33nm/MPa,解调系统线性拟合度为0.99977,系统压力测量分辨率可达0.01MPa.  相似文献
