We discuss the consequence of local duality for elastic scattering, and derive a model-independent equation between structure functions at x ~ 1 and elastic electromagnetic form factors. Then the electromagnetic form factors of proton are discussed using the quark-hadron duality theory. Proton radioactivity is an important decay mode for nuclei near the proton drip-line. Studies of this decay mode can reveal valuable information on exotic nuclear structure and provide important information on the stucture of nuclei in extreme conditions. The new experimental data can let us understand the interactions in exotic systems, which motivate further theoretical development. The most recent application of the projected shell model (PSM) for proton emitters is represented. We study the rotational bands of the deformed proton emitter 141Ho by using the PSM. The experimental data are well reproduced. Strongly suppressed γ transition from the low-lying IΠ= 3/2+ state makes this state isomeric. Variations in the dynamical moment of inertia are discussed due to band crossings using the band diagram. The calculated results for proton emitter 151Lu shows it is oblately deformed  相似文献

Abstract In this study, the proton and neutron densities, charge densities, rms nuclear charge radii, rms nuclear mass radii, rms nuclear proton, neutron radii, and neutron skin thickness are calculated by using Harfree-Fock method with an effective nucleon-nucleon Skyrme interactions with SⅠ, SⅡ, SⅣ, T3, SKM, and SKM^* parameters. These nuclear properties for the neutron-rich isotopes of B (Boron) are presented. The calculated results are compared with the experimental and theoretical results of other researchers.  相似文献

Based on Glauber Multiple Scattering Theory, high-energy proton elastic scattering on halo-like nucleus ^13C is studied in a single nucleon wave function with low angular momentum configurations. A great agreement with experimental data is obtained and the theoretical prediction clearly shows that 13U has a neutron halo-like structure.Then, the origin and nature of nuclear halo phenomena are explained in terms of nuclear short-range correlations. Our conclnsion shows ttiat the origin of nuclear halo-like phenomena originates from short range nuclear correlation.  相似文献

In this paper, potential energy curves for the X 1 Σ+ , a3 Π, a′3 Σ+ , d3 , A1 Π and I 1 Σ states of CO have been calculated using complete active space self-consistent field and multi-reference configuration interaction methods. The calculations have been performed at 108 nuclear separations from 0.7 to 4.0 A by the aug-cc-PV5Z basis set. Spectroscopic constants for the six low-lying electronic states are found in good agreement with experimental data. The vibrational states of the X1Σ+ and A1Π states are also calculated, which are reliable and accurate by comparison with the experimental data and the other theoretical values. The transition dipole moment (TDM) shows that the TDM of the two states (X1Σ + A1Π) are reduced strongly with increase of bond length.  相似文献

The total reaction cross sections (TRCSs) of^29S ^28Si have been measured at intermediate energies. An obvious enhancement in TRCS of ^29S is observed as compared with its neighbouring nuclei. The TRCSs of ^29S ^28Si arecal culated with the modified Glauber theory in the optical limit and few-body approaches. The different factor d as a possible measure of halo appearance is deduced from the experimental and theoretical data. It is well accepted that ^27p is a proton halo nucleus. Although not as anomalous as ^27p, the different factor d of ^29S is obviously larger than that of its neighbouring isotones of N = 13. This result indicates that a moderate proton halo may exist in ~9S nucleus. We calculate the total reaction cross sections for ~9S with the modified Glaubertheory as a function of incident energy and compare the results with those for 2rSi which is a core nucleus 0f29S.The measured TRCSs of 27Si4-2SSi can be described to be satisfactory by the modified Glauber theory of theoptical limit approach. Although a diffused nuclear density distribution is used, the theories still inadequatelypredict the experimental TRCSs of 29S4-2SSi, which further indicates the possibility of proton halo in 29S.  相似文献

Constant temperature and pressure molecular dynamics (MD) simulations are performed to investigate the thermal expansivity of MgO at high pressure, by using effective pair-wise potentials which consist of Coulomb, dispersion, and repulsion interactions that include polarization effects through the shell model (SM). In order to take into account non-central forces in crystals, the breathing shell model (BSM) is also introduced into the MD simulation. We present a comparison between the volume thermal expansion coefficient α dependences of pressure P at 300 and 2000~K that are obtained from the SM and BSM potentials and those derived from other experimental and theoretical methods in the case of MgO. Compared with the results obtained by using the SM potentials, the MD results obtained by using BSM potentials are more compressible. In an extended pressure and temperature range, the α value is also predicted. The properties of MgO in a pressure range of 0--200~GPa at temperatures up to 3500~K are summarized.  相似文献
