该设计解决了低温工程与低温技术等领域所使用的高纯度气体介质换热的要求,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。其换热器是由四个管壳式热交换器串联组合而成,壳体呈窄矩形,换热管采用U形换热管,四个管壳式热交换器呈方阵置放在低温换热器筒体内。低温换热器采用的材料是0Cr18N i9/304,该种材料的透气性小、耐磨损、抗腐蚀能力强和性能稳定,防止了气体被污染。另外在低温下,考虑了材料的热胀冷缩所产生的应力,使应力能够自行消除,提高了它的密封性能,最终使低温换热器密封性能好,防止了气体被污染,保证了气体的高纯度。 相似文献

低温地面支持设备系统CGSE是用于冷却第二代阿尔法磁谱仪AMS02的磁体组件并将超流氦注入AMS02磁体杜瓦的低温设备系统。介绍用于CGSE系统中液位指示稳定的补液式低温沸腾换热器,介绍了换热器的技术特性、设计原理、结构特征和技术要求。该低温沸腾换热器的结构特征主要在于两个筒体的使用,其中加注液体及装液位计的稳定筒与沸腾的换热筒是分开的,通过封头连通,减小了沸腾引起的液位计信号波动。另外的一个结构特征是汇气管的使用,降低了气流对液位的冲击。最终实现了液位指示稳定,提高了低温沸腾换热器的换热性能,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。 相似文献

为了对换热器在低温结霜工况下的动态运行特性进行研究,设计搭建了换热器结霜工况性能实验台,安装了各参数测量仪表和传感器。实验台由制冷循环和模拟低温工况的风道循环两部分组成,并采用C#编程技术,基于.NET开发了集环境模拟、数据采集、显示和数据处理、实时曲线和视频显示功能于一体的远程测控系统,该试验系统的研制为低温结霜工况下换热器运行特性研究提供了更多的实验参考和计算依据。 相似文献

先进光源技术研发与测试平台(PAPS)需要2K超流氦系统为超导腔提供低温环境,2K负压换热器是低温系统的关键部件,考虑氦工质的物性随温度变化较剧烈,采用分段法对换热器进行计算,建立了2K负压换热器的计算模型,基于该模型编写了换热器的设计及校核计算程序,并对换热器进行了优化。结果表明,结构参数对换热性能有较大的影响,优化后的换热器所需的换热面积减小,换热系数增加,低压侧压降降低。 相似文献

System performance of a solid single-fluid compact heat exchanger with tree-like flow passages has been experimentally examined. The results, presented in the form of commonly defined dimensionless parameters, demonstrate that system performance can be characterized in a mode similar to traditional compact heat exchanger designs. Pressure forces were found to dominate inertia forces at low Reynolds numbers. Correlations of the Euler number, Nusselt number, Colburn factor, and friction factor as a function of Reynolds number were utilized to compare system performance to traditional two-fluid compact heat exchangers. 相似文献

The axial dispersion model for cross-flow heat exchangers is investigated to predict steady state thermal performance more accurately. This model takes flow maldistribution and backmixing into account and is simple and effective in describing their effect on the temperature effectiveness of a heat exchanger. An exact solution together with its asymptotic form for high dispersive Péclet numbers is obtained. The analysis shows that the temperature effectiveness deterioration caused by axial dispersion is significant for the dispersive Péclet number Pe < 20, particularly when the thermal capacity rate ratio is close to one. The P1, P2-charts are presented, which are useful for the design of compact cross-flow heat exchangers. 相似文献

本文通过实验研究了冷凝式燃气热水器中烟气伴随有水蒸气凝结的受迫对流换热过程。着重介绍实验系统、测试方法和对塔板式换热器和肋片板式换热器的实验研究结果。实验表明,有水蒸气凝结时的烟气对流换热系数远大于无凝结时的换热系数,可提高数倍。在冷凝式换热器中,塔板式换热器的换热系数大于肋片板式换热器。 相似文献

An extended temperature oscillation measurement technique based on the axial dispersion model is proposed for the determination of both heat transfer coefficients and axial dispersion coefficients in heat exchangers. The test technique uses a sinusoidal inlet temperature variation which is realized with a computer controlled compact electric heater. The corresponding analytical solution of the outlet temperature response in the initial stage is obtained and used to evaluate the heat transfer coefficients and axial dispersion coefficients. Experiments were carried out on a standard test core. Comparison was made between the experimental results and data available in the literature. 相似文献

There has been increased attention on various types of plate heat exchangers because of their high efficiency and compactness. This article presents an investigation of heat transfer and fluid flow performance of a novel plate heat exchanger based on numeric studies and experimental tests. Parameters of the novel plate heat exchanger are analyzed and discussed. The thermo-hydraulic transfer performance of different plate heat exchangers is comprehensively analyzed using the exergy and entransy principle. The results indicate that the novel plate heat exchanger has better thermo-hydraulic transfer performance than the smooth plate heat exchanger. The result of this study provides a paradigm for the optimal design of plate heat exchangers. 相似文献

地源热泵地下换热系统对于地源热泵系统的稳定运行和地源热泵系统的投入成本起着关键的作用.为了对地下换热系统换热效果和周围土壤的温度场进行实验研究,我们在北京工业大学高科技能源楼建立了一套包含60套不同结构地下换热系统的实验台.利用温度及流量测试装置获得运行过程中温度变化并计算换热量,探求不同结构地下换热系统的换热情况.本实验台还可以收集系统运行过程中地下换热系统的传热温度扩散半径,实验系统不仅为地源热泵的设计提供了数据,而且为地源热泵的深入研究提供了平台.本文给出的部分实验结果证明,根据当地地质情况、负荷需求及系统运行模式配置能源井是至关重要的. 相似文献
