This paper reports that the high-quality Co-doped ZnO single crystalline films have been grown on $a$-plane sapphire substrates by using molecular-beam epitaxy. The as-grown films show high resistivity and non-ferromagnetism at room temperature, while they become good conductive and ferromagnetic after annealing in the reducing atmosphere either in the presence or absence of Zn vapour. The x-ray absorption studies indicate that all Co ions in these samples actually substituted into the ZnO lattice without formatting any detectable secondary phase. The magnetic and magnetocaloric effects (MCE) of the amorphous $RE_{55}$Co$_{30}$Al$_{10}$Si$_{5}$ ($RE={\rm Er}$ and Tm) ribbons were systematically investigated in this paper. Compounds with $R ={\rm Er}$ and Tm undergo a second-order magnetic phase transition from ferromagnetic (FM) to paramagnetic (PM) around Curie temperature $T_{\rm C} \sim 9.3$ K and 3 K, respectively. For Er$_{55}$Co$_{30}$Al$_{10}$Si$_{5}$ compound, an obvious magnetic hysteresis and thermal hysteresis were observed at low field below 6 K, possibly due to spin-glass behavior. Under the field change of 0 T-5 T, the maximum values of magnetic entropy change ($-\Delta S_{\rm M}^{\rm max}$) reach as high as 15.6 J/kg$\cdot$K and 15.7 J/kg$\cdot$K for Er$_{55}$Co$_{30}$Al$_{10}$Si$_{5}$ and Tm$_{55}$Co$_{30}$Al$_{10}$Si$_{5}$ compounds, corresponding refrigerant capacity (RC) values are estimated as 303 J/kg and 189 J/kg, respectively. The large MCE makes amorphous $RE_{55}$Co$_{30}$Al$_{10}$Si$_{5 }$ ($RE={\rm Er}$ and Tm) alloys become very attractive magnetic refrigeration materials in the low-temperature region.  相似文献

This paper reports that the Zn掺钴;氧化锌粉末;氧化锌薄膜;磁性差异;晶体取向ZnO, Co-doped, crystalline orientation, magnetismProject supported by the Shanghai Nanotechnology Promotion Center (Grant No~0452nm071).2006-09-152006-11-29This paper reports that the Zn0.95Co0.05O polycrystalline powder and thin film were prepared by sol-gel technique under the similar preparation conditions. The former does not show typical ferromagnetic behaviour, while the latter exhibits obvious ferromagnetic properties at 5 K and room temperature. The UV-vis spectra and x-ray absorption spectra show that Co2+ ions are homogeneously incorporated into ZnO lattice without forming secondary phases.The distinct difference between film and powder sample is the c-axis (002) preferential orientation indicated by the x-ray diffraction pattern and field emission scanning electron microscopy measurement, which may be the reason why Zn0.95Co0.05O film shows ferromagnetic behaviour.  相似文献

The relationship between charge-density-wave (CDW) and superconductivity (SC), two vital physical phases in condensed matter physics, has always been the focus of scientists' research over the past decades. Motivated by this research hotspot, we systematically studied the physical properties of the layered telluride chalcogenide superconductors CuIr$_{2-x}$Al$_{x}$Te$_{4}$ ($0 \leqslant x \leqslant 0.2$). Through the resistance and magnetization measurements, we found that the CDW order was destroyed by a small amount of Al doping. Meanwhile, the superconducting transition temperature ($T_{\rm c}$) kept changing with the change of doping amount and rose towards the maximum value of 2.75 K when $x=0.075$. The value of normalized specific heat jump ($\Delta C/\gamma T_{\rm c}$) for the highest $T_{\rm c}$ sample CuIr$_{1.925}$Al$_{0.075}$Te$_{4}$ was 1.53, which was larger than the BCS value of 1.43 and showed the bulk superconducting nature. In order to clearly show the relationship between SC and CDW states, we propose a phase diagram of $T_{\rm c}$ vs. doping content.  相似文献

<正>Magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effects of La1-xRxFe1105 Si9105)(R=Pr,(0≤x≤0.5);R = Ce and Nd, (0≤x≤0.3)) compounds are investigated.Partially replacing La with R = Ce,Pr and Nd in La1-xRxFe11.5Si1.5 leads to a reduction in Curie temperature due to the lattice contraction.The substitution of R for La causes an enhancement in field-induced itinerant electron metamagnetic transition,which leads to a remarkable increase in magnetic entropy change△Sm and also in hysteresis loss.However,a high effective refrigerant capacity RCeff is still maintained in La1-xRxFe11.5Si1.5.In the present samples,a large△Sm and a high RCeff have been achieved simultaneously.  相似文献

The single crystal of cubic perovskite BaFeO$_{3}$ shows multiple magnetic transitions and external stimulus sensitive magnetism. In this paper, a 5%-Co-doped BaFeO$_{3}$ (i.e. BaFe$_{0.95}$Co$_{0.05}$O$_{3})$ single crystal was grown by combining floating zone methods with high-pressure techniques. Such a slight Co doping has little effect on crystal structure, but significantly changes the magnetism from the parent antiferromagnetic ground state to a ferromagnetic one with the Curie temperature $T_{\rm C} \approx 120$ K. Compared with the parent BaFeO$_{3}$ at the induced ferromagnetic state, the saturated magnetic moment of the doped BaFe$_{0.95}$Co$_{0.05}$O$_{3}$ increases by about 10% and reaches 3.64 $\mu_{\rm B}$/f.u. Resistivity and specific heat measurements show that the ferromagnetic ordering favors metallic-like electrical transport behavior for BaFe$_{0.95}$Co$_{0.05}$O$_{3}$. The present work indicates that Co-doping is an effective method to tune the magnetic and electric properties for the cubic perovskite phase of BaFeO$_{3}$.  相似文献

The structure and magnetic properties of Y2Fe16Al compound have been investigated by means of x-ray diffraction and magnetization measurements. The Y2Fe Fe16Al compound has a hexagonal Th$_{2}$Ni$_{17}$-type structure. Negative thermal expansion was found in Y2Fe16Al compound in the temperature range from 332 to 438K by x-ray dilatometry. The coefficient of the average thermal expansion is \alpha =-3.4\times 10-5K-1. The spontaneous magnetostrictive deformations from 293 to 427K have been calculated based on the differences between the experimental values of the lattice parameters and the corresponding values extrapolated from the paramagnetic range. The result shows that the spontaneous volume magnetostrictive deformation \textit{$\omega $}$_{\rm S}$ decreases from 5.4$\times $10-3to near zero with temperature increasing from 293 to 427K, the spontaneous linear magnetostrictive deformation \textit{$\lambda $}$_{\rm c}$ along the $c$ axis is much larger than the spontaneous linear magnetostrictive deformation \textit{$\lambda $}$_{\rm a}$ in basal-plane in the same temperature range except near 427K.  相似文献

The dependences of soft magnetic properties and microstructures of the sputtered FeCo (=FeFeCo薄膜 溅射条件 软磁性 高饱和磁化强度FeCo film, sputtering conditions, high saturation magnetization, soft magnetic properties2005-10-263/7/2006 12:00:00 AMThe dependences of soft magnetic properties and microstructures of the sputtered FeCo (=Fe65Co35) films on Co underlayer thickness tCo, FeCo thickness tFeCo, substrate temperature Ts and taxget-substrate spacing dT-s are studied. FeCo single layer generally shows a high coercivity with no obvious magnetic anisotropy. Excellent soft magnetic properties with saturation magnetization μ0Ms of 2.35 T and hard axis coercivity Hch of 0.25 kA/m in FeCo films can be achieved by introducing a Co underlayer. It is shown that sandwiching a Co underlayer causes a change in orientation and reduction in grain size from 70 nm to about 10 nm in the FeCo layer. The magnetic softness can be explained by the Hoffmann's ripple theory due to the effect of grain size. The magnetic anisotropy can be controlled by changing dT-S, and a maximum of 14.3 kA/m for anisotropic field Hk is obtained with dT-S=18.0 cm.  相似文献

We perform a first-principles simulation to study the electronic and optical properties of wurtzite Zn1 xCuxO.The simulations are based upon the Perdew-Burke-Ernzerhof form of generalised gradient approximation within the density functional theory.Calculations are carried out in different concentrations.With increasing Cu concentration,the band gap of Zn1 xCuxO decreases due to the shift of valence band.The imaginary part of the dielectric function indicates that the optical transition between O 2p states in the highest valence band and Zn 4s states in the lowest conduction band shifts to the low energy range as the Cu concentration increases.Besides,it is shown that the insertion of Cu atom leads to redshift of the optical absorption edge.Meanwhile,the optical constants of pure ZnO and Zn0.75Cu0.25O,such as loss function,refractive index and reflectivity,are discussed.  相似文献

Strontium and oxygen co-doped La1.937Sr0.063CuO4+δ superconductor with Tc≈ 40K, which is obtained by oxidizing strontium-doped starting ceramic sample La1.937Sr0.063CuO4 in NaC10 solution, is annealed under different conditions to allow interstitial oxygen to redistribute. The evolution of the intrinsic superconducting property with the oxygen redistribution is studied in detail by magnetic measurements in various fields. It is found that there occurs the electronic phase separation from the single superconducting phase with Tc ≈ 40 K into two coexisting superconducting states with values of Tc: 15 and 40K or of 15 and 35 K in this system, depending on annealing condition. Our results indicate that the 15, 35 and 40 K superconducting phases associated with the excess oxygen redistribution are all thermodynamically meta-stable intrinsic states in this Sr/O co-doped cuprate.  相似文献

Co-Al-W基高温合金具有类似于Ni基高温合金的γ+γ'相组织结构.根据面心立方固溶体的团簇加连接原子结构模型,Ni基高温合金的成分式即最稳定的化学近程序结构单元可以描述为第一近邻配位多面体团簇加上次近邻的三个连接原子.本文应用类似方法,首次给出了Co-Al-W基高温合金的团簇成分式.利用原子半径和团簇共振模型,可计算出Co-Al-W三元合金的团簇成分通式,为[Al-Co_(12)](Co,Al,W)_3,即以Al为中心原子、Co为壳层原子的[Al-Co_(12)]团簇加上三个连接原子.对于多元合金,需要先将元素进行分类:溶剂元素——类Co元素Co (Co, Cr, Fe, Re, Ni,Ir,Ru)和溶质元素——类Al元素Al (Al,W,Mo, Ta,Ti,Nb,V等);进而根据合金元素的配分行为,将类Co元素分为Co~γ(Cr, Fe, Re)和Co~(γ')(Ni, Ir, Ru);根据混合焓,将类Al元素分为Al, W (W, Mo)和Ta (Ta, Ti, Nb, V等).由此,任何多元Co-Al-W基高温合金均可简化为Co-Al伪二元体系或者Co-Al-(W,Ta)伪三元体系,其团簇加连接原子成分式为[Al-Co_(12)](Co_(1.0)Al_(2.0))(或[Al-Co_(12)] Co_(1.0)Al_(0.5)(W,Ta)_(1.5)=Co_(81.250)Al_(9.375)(W,Ta)_(9.375) at.%).其中,γ与γ'相的团簇成分式分别为[Al-Co_(12)](Co_(1.5)Al_(1.5))(或[Al-Co_(12)] Co_(1.5)Al_(0.5)(W,Ta)_(1.0)=Co_(84.375)Al_(9.375)(W,Ta)_(6.250) at.%)和[Al-Co_(12)](Co_(0.5)Al_(2.5))(或[Al-Co_(12)] Co_(0.5)Al_(0.5)(W, Ta)_(2.0)=Co_(78.125)Al_(9.375)(W,Ta)_(12.500)at.%).例如,Co_(82)Al_9W_9合金的团簇成分式为[Al-Co_(12)]Co_(1.1)Al_(0.4)W_(1.4)(~[Al-Co_(12)]Co_(1.0)Al_(0.5)W_(1.5)),其中γ相的团簇成分式为[Al-Co_(12)]Co_(1.6)Al_(0.4)W_(1.0)(~[Al-Co_(12)]Co_(1.5)Al_(0.5)W_(1.0)),γ'相的团簇成分式为[Al-Co_(12)]Co_(0.3)Al_(0.5)W_(2.2)(~[AlCo_(12)]Co_(0.5)Al_(0.5)W_(2.0)).  相似文献

The electron tunnelling phase time τP and dwell time τD through an associated delta potential barrier U(x) = ξδ(x) are calculated and both are in the order of 10^-17~10^-16s. The results show that the dependence of the phase time on the delta barrier parameter ξ can be described by the characteristic length lc = h^2/meξ and the characteristic energy Ec=meξ^2/h^2 of the delta barrier, where me is the electron mass, lc and Ec are assumed to be the effective width and height of the delta barrier with lcEc=ξ, respectively. It is found that TD reaches its maximum and τD = τp as the energy of the tunnelling electron is equal to Ec/2, i.e. as lc =λDB, λDB is de Broglie wave length of the electron.  相似文献

The crystal structure, martensitic transformation and magnetocaloric effect have been studied in all-$d$-metal Ni$_{35}$Co$_{15}$Mn$_{33}$Fe$_{2}$Ti$_{15}$ alloy ribbons with different wheel speeds (15 m/s (S15), 30 m/s (S30), and 45 m/s (S45)). All three ribbons crystalize in B2-ordered structure at room temperature with crystal constants of 5.893(2) Å, 5.898(4) Å, and 5.898(6) Å, respectively. With the increase of wheel speed, the martensitic transformation temperature decreases from 230 K to 210 K, the Curie temperature increases slightly from 371 K to 378 K. At the same time, magnetic entropy change ($\Delta S_{\rm m}$) is also enhanced, as well as refrigeration capacity ($RC$). The maximum $\Delta S_{\rm m}$ of 15.6(39.7) J/kg$\cdot$K and $RC$ of 85.5 (212.7) J/kg under $\Delta H = 20$ (50) kOe (1 ${\rm Oe}=79.5775$ A$\cdot$m$^{-1}$) appear in S45. The results indicate that the ribbons could be the candidate for solid-state magnetic refrigeration materials.  相似文献

We study the characteristics of temperature fluctuation in two-dimensional turbulent Rayleigh–Benard convection in′a square cavity by direct numerical simulations.The Rayleigh number range is 1×108≤Ra≤1×1013,and the Prandtl number is selected as Pr=0.7 and Pr=4.3.It is found that the temperature fluctuation profiles with respect to Ra exhibit two different distribution patterns.In the thermal boundary layer,the normalized fluctuationθrms/θrms,max is independent of Ra and a power law relation is identified,i.e.,θrms/θrms,max~(z/δ)0.99±0.01,where z/δis a dimensionless distance to the boundary(δis the thickness of thermal boundary layer).Out of the boundary layer,when Ra≤5×109,the profiles ofθrms/θrms,max descend,then ascend,and finally drop dramatically as z/δincreases.While for Ra≥1×1010,the profiles continuously decrease and finally overlap with each other.The two different characteristics of temperature fluctuations are closely related to the formation of stable large-scale circulations and corner rolls.Besides,there is a critical value of Ra indicating the transition,beyond which the fluctuation hθrmsiV has a power law dependence on Ra,given by hθrmsiV~Ra?0.14±0.01.  相似文献

This paper reports that single-layer and graded Au-TiO2 granular composite films with Au atom content 15%- 66% were prepared by using reactive co-sputtering technique. The third-order optical nonlinearity of single-layer and graded composite films was investigated by using s- and p-polarized Z-scans in femtosecond time scale. The nonlinear absorption coefficient βeff of single-layer Au-TiO2 films is measured to be -2.3×10^3-0.76×10^3 cm/GW with Au atom content 15%-66%. The βeff value of the 10-layer Au-TiO2 graded film is enhanced to be -2.1×10^4cm/GW calculated from p-polarized Z-scans, which is about ten times the maximum βeff of single-layer films. Broadened response in the wavelength region 730-860 nm of the enhanced optical nonlinearity of graded Au-TiO2 composite films was also investigated.  相似文献

<正>This paper reports that the transmission of O6+ ions with energy of 150keV through capillaries in an uncoated Al2O3 membrane was measured,and agreements with previously reported results in general angular distribution of the transmitted ions and the transmission fractions as a function of the tilt angle well fitted to Gaussian-like functions were observed.Due to using an uncoated capillary membrane,ourψc is larger than that using a gold-coated one with a smaller value of(?),which suggests a larger equilibrium charge Qin our experiment.The observed special width variation with time and a larger width than that using a smaller(?) were qualitatively explained by using mean-field classical transport theory based on a classical-trajectory Monte Carlo simulation.  相似文献

The comparison between single-point energy scanning (SPES) and geometry optimization (OPT) in determining the equilibrium geometry of the α^3∑u^+ state for ^7Li2 is made at numerous basis sets such as 6-311++G(2df), cc-PVTZ, 6-311++G(2df, p), 6-311G(3df,3pd), 6-311++G(2df,2pd), D95(3df,3pd), 6-311++G, DGDZVP, 6-311++G(3df,2pd), 6-311G(2df,2pd), D95V++, CEP-121G, 6-311++G(d,p), 6-311++G(2df, pd) and 6-311++G(3df,3pd) in full active space using a symmetry-adapted-cluster/ symmetry-adapted-cluster configuration-interaction (SAC/SAC=CI) method presented in Gaussian03 program package. The difference of the equilibrium geometries obtained by SPES and by OPT is reported. Analyses show that the results obtained by SPES are more reasonable than those obtained by OPT. We have calculated the complete potential energy curves at those sets over a wide internuclear distance range from about 3.0α0 to 37.0α0, and the conclusion is that the basis set cc-PVTZ is the most suitable one. With the potential obtained at ccopVTZ, the spectroscopic data (Te, De, D0, ωe,ωeХe, αe and Be) are computed and they are 1.006 eV, 338.71 cm^-1, 307.12 cm^-1, 64.88 cm^-1, 3.41 cm^-1, 0.0187 cm^-1 and 0.279 cm^-1, respectively, which are in good agreement with recent measurements. The total 11 vibrational states are found at J=0. Their corresponding vibrational levels and classical turning points are computed and compared with available RKR data, and good agreement is found. One inertial rotation constant (By) and six centrifugal distortion constants (Dr Hv, Lv, My, Nv, and Ov) are calculated. The scattering length is calculated to be -27.138α0, which is in good accord with the experimental data.  相似文献

This paper studies the isotopic effect of Cl2+ rovibronic spectra in the A2Πu(Ω=1/2) X 2Πg(Ω= 1/2) system.Based on the experimental results of the molecular constants of 35 Cl2+,it calculates the vibrational isotope shifts of the(2,7) and(3,7) band between the isotopic species 35 Cl+2,35 Cl 37 Cl+and 37 Cl2+,and estimates the rotational constants of both A 2 Π u and X 2 Π g states for the minor isotopic species 35 Cl 37 Cl+and 37 Cl2+.The experimental results of the spectrum of 35 Cl 37 Cl+(3,7) band proves the above mentioned theoretical calculation.The molecular constants and thus resultant rovibronic spectrum for 37 Cl2+ were predicted,which will be helpful for further experimental investigation.  相似文献

This paper investigates the infrared absorption spectra of oxygen-related complexes in silicon crystals irradiated with electron (1.5~MeV) at 360~K. Two groups of samples with low [Oi]=6.9× 1017~cm-3 and high [ Oi]=1.06× 1018~cm-3 were used. We found that the concentration of the VO pairs have different behaviour to the annealing temperature in different concentration of oxygen specimen, it is hardly changed in the higher concentration of oxygen specimen. It was also found that the concentration of VO2 in lower concentration of oxygen specimen gets to maximum at 450~℃ and then dissapears at 500~℃, accompanied with the appearing of VO3. For both kinds of specimens, the concentration of VO3 reachs to maximum at 550~℃ and does not disappear completely at 600~℃.  相似文献

The multi-reference configuration interaction method and aug-cc-pvqz (AVQZ) have been used to calculate potential energy curves (PECs) of the singlet and triplet states of the riu and rig symmetry of B2++. All of the four states (^l∏u, ^1∏g, ^3∏u and ^3∏g) are found to be metastable states, though the potential well of ^3∏u symmetry is very shallow. Based on the PECs, the analytical potential energy functions (APEFs) of these states have been fitted using the least square fitting method and two models of function. The spectroscopic parameters of each state are also calculated, and are compared with other investigations in the literature. The credibility and veracity of the two functions are evaluated. Some ideas to improve the fitting accuracy are presented. Also the vibrational levels for each state are predicted by solving the SchrSdinger equation of nuclear motion.  相似文献
