The dispersion relations and Landau damping of Alfven waves in kinetic and inertial limits are studied in temperature anisotropic Cairns distributed plasma.In the case of kinetic Alfven waves(KAWs),it is found that the real frequency is enhanced when either the electron perpendicular temperature or the non-thermal parameter A increases.For inertial Alfven waves(IAWs),the real frequency is slightly affected by the electron temperature anisotropy and A.Besides the real frequency,the damping rate of KAWs is reduced when the electron perpendicular temperature or A increases.In the case of IAWs,the temperature anisotropy and A either enhance or reduce the damping rate depending upon the perpendicular wavelength.These results may be helpful to understand the dynamics of KAWs and IAWs in space plasmas where the non-Maxwellian distribution of particles are routinely observed.  相似文献

以临近空间高超声速飞行器和航天器再入大气环境飞行过程中其表面产生的高密度非平衡态等离子体为研究对象,基于本研究组所建立的多相交流电弧放电等离子体实验平台(MPX-2015),开展了非平衡态氩等离子体射流特性的二维数值模拟研究.在亚音速条件下二维、非平衡数值模拟所得到的计算结果与实验测量结果符合良好.超音速条件下的数值模拟结果表明,随着真空腔压强的降低,等离子体射流流速明显增大,覆盖钝体头部的等离子体鞘套的厚度先减小,而后又增加,鞘套的空间均匀性以及等离子体向钝体表面的总传热量均显著降低,而钝体头部的局部电子数密度则增大.数值模拟结果为在MPX-2015上开展超音速条件下的实验研究提供了理论指导.  相似文献

本文利用朗缪尔静电探针对掺入了电负性气体O2, Cl2, SF6的由4068 MHz激发的单射频容性耦合Ar等离子体进行了诊断测量. 测量结果表明: 随着电负性气体流量的增加, 电子能量概率分布函数出现了高能峰, 高能峰且有向高能侧漂移的现象; 电负性气体掺入Ar等离子体后显著降低了等离子体的电子密度; 电子温度随着电负性气体流量比的增加而升高. 另外, 本文还测量了掺入三种电负性气体后在不同流量比下的混合气体等离子体的电负度α . 对实验现象进行了初步的解释. 关键词: 电负性等离子体 电子密度 电子温度 电负度  相似文献

大气压非平衡等离子体由于其独特的非平衡特性,可为甲烷和二氧化碳稳定温室气体分子活化和重整提供非热平衡和活化环境.本文采用了零维等离子体化学反应动力学模型,考虑了详细的CH4/CO2等离子体化学反应集,重点研究了反应气体CH4/CO2摩尔分数(5%—95%)对大气压非平衡等离子体甲烷干法重整制合成气和重要含氧化合物的影响.首先,给出了进料气体不同体积比时电子密度和温度随时间的演化规律,结果表明初始甲烷摩尔分数的提高有利于获得较高的电子密度和电子温度.随后,讨论了主要自由基和离子数密度在不同的甲烷摩尔分数下随着时间的变化规律,并给出了反应气体的转化率、合成气体和重要含氧化合物的选择性.此外,还明确了合成气和含氧化合物主要生成和损耗的化学反应路径,发现甲基和羟基是合成含氧化合物的关键中间体.最后,归纳总结给出了主要等离子体粒子之间的总体等离子体化学反应流程图.  相似文献

We present analysis of the experiments on excitation of bismuth by ultrafast laser pulses and compare with heating bismuth in equilibrium conditions. The analysis shows that the electron–phonon relaxation time is a strong function of the lattice temperature. We developed a kinetic theory, which predicts well the experimental results. We demonstrate that lattice heating and re-structuring with the temperature-dependent energy exchange rates occurs much faster than what follows from the two-temperature model with constant relaxation factor. The analytic formulae corrected by equilibrium and non-equilibrium data allowed the interpretation of various experiments without controversy. We demonstrate that all observed ultrafast transformation of bismuth are purely thermal in nature, thus excluding the conjectures about non-thermal melting.  相似文献

In order to improve laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy for low-level elements testing capability, the enhancement effects of KCl additive on the emission spectra of soil samples were studied. The laser spectrum analytical system is composed of a high-energy neodymium glass laser ablating samples, a multifunctional and automatic scanning spectrometer, and a CCD data acquisition system recording plasma spectra. The electron temperature and electron density of plasmas were calculated by measuring spectral line intensity and stark broadening respectively. The experimental results showed that with the increase in the KCl additive, the spectral intensity, signal-to-background ratio, the electron temperature and the electron density all went up firstly and then down. When 15% KCl was added, the radiation intensity of plasma reached the maximum value, the spectral lines intensity of element Mn, Fe, and Ti increased by 2.23, 1.13 and 2.04 than that without additive respectively, the spectral signal-to-background ratio increased by 1.33, 0.89 and 0.94 times respectively; while the electron temperature and electron density of plasmas were heightened by 14% and 38% respectively.  相似文献

为了改善激光诱导等离子体的辐射特性,利用由高能量钕玻璃脉冲激光器、组合式多功能光栅光谱仪和CCD数据采集处理系统构成的光谱测量装置,以国家土壤标样为靶,研究了NaCl样品添加剂对激光等离子体辐射强度的影响,并由光谱线的强度和Stark展宽分别计算了等离子体的电子温度和电子密度。实验结果表明:随着NaCl加入量的增加,激光等离子体的光谱强度、信背比、电子温度和电子密度均呈现出先增大而后减小的趋势。当NaCl加入量为15%时,等离子体的辐射强度最大,元素Mn,K,Fe和Ti的谱线强度分别比无添加剂时提高了39.2%,42.5%,53.9%和33.8%,光谱信背比分别提高了64.4%,84.3%,44.5%和58.2%,而等离子体的电子温度和电子密度比无添加剂时分别提高了0.17倍和0.36倍。  相似文献

The electron temperature gradient mode is investigated in elongated toroidal plasmas with a gyrokinetic integral eigenmode equation code. Dependence of the critical electron temperature gradient on the elongation is calculated. It is found that when the elongation increases, the growth rate spectrum is greatly shifted towards shorter poloidal wavelength, and then the poloidal wavenumber at which the mode is destabilizing critically in elongated plasmas will be larger than that in circular plasmas.  相似文献

The asymptotic dependence of the non-equilibrium parameters on the electron density is included. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been grown directly on a Si substrate without a diffusion barrier in ethanol diffusion flame using Ni as the catalyst after a photoresist-assisted catalyst annealing process. The growth mechanism of as-synthesized CNTs is confirmed by scanning electron microscopy, high resolution transmission-electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. The photoresist is the key for the formation of active catalyst particles during annealing process, which then result in the growth of CNTs. The catalyst annealing temperature has been found to affect the morphologies and field electron emission properties of CNTs significantly. The field emission properties of as-grown CNTs are investigated with a diode structure and the obtained CNTs exhibit enhanced characteristics. This technique will be applicable to a low-cost fabrication process of electron-emitter arrays.  相似文献

In this article, four kinds of optical emission spectroscopic methods of determining electron temperature are used to investigate the relationship between electron temperature and pressure in the cylindrical plasmas of dc glow discharges at low pressures in laboratory by measuring the relative intensities of ArI lines at various pressures. These methods are developed respectively on the basis of the Fermi--Dirac model, corona model, and two kinds of electron collision cross section models according to the kinetic analysis. Their theoretical bases and the conditions to which they are applicable are reviewed, and their calculation results and fitting errors are compared with each other. The investigation has indicated that the electron temperatures obtained by the four methods become consistent with each other when the pressure increases in the low pressure argon plasmas.  相似文献

获得覆盖较宽温度和压力范围内的等离子体热力学和输运性质是开展等离子体传热和流动过程数值模拟的必要条件.本文通过联立Saha方程、道尔顿分压定律以及电荷准中性条件求解等离子体组分;采用理想气体动力学理论计算等离子体热力学性质;基于Chapman-Enskog方法求解等离子体输运性质.利用上述方法计算了压力为0.1, 1.0和10.0 atm (1 atm=101325 Pa),电子温度在300—30000 K范围内,非局域热力学平衡(电子温度不等于重粒子温度)条件下氩-氮等离子体的热力学和输运性质.结果表明压力和非平衡度会影响等离子体中各化学反应过程,从而对氩-氮等离子体的热力学及输运性质有较大的影响.在局域热力学平衡条件下,计算获得的氩-氮等离子体输运性质和文献报道的数据符合良好.  相似文献

利用波长532nm,脉宽15ns的Nd:YAG 激光器作用于Cu靶上,研究了产生等离子体的紫外段(180 nm~300 nm)发射光谱。在局部热力学平衡条件下,采用Boltzmann图表法估算了等离子体的电子温度,得到了电子温度随时间和空间的变化,以及电子温度随激光能量密度的变化。结果显示,随着激光能量的变化,电子温度有一个极大值。随着时间的发展,电子温度先减小,而后增大,接着缓慢减小。随着距靶面距离的增加,电子温度呈下降趋势。  相似文献

Polarisation of the particle spin can be an important problem for different plasmas. In this article, the contribution of the electron spin on the growth rate of the temperature anisotropy of electromagnetic instabilities has been investigated. Results show that polarisation of the electron spin will restrict the instability growth rate while instability can survive due to the spin-depolarised electrons even when the requested temperature anisotropy is vanished. Instability can reach the damping state exponentially due to the spin-polarised electrons while it can grow linearly due to the spin-depolarised (the semi-classical) electrons.  相似文献

金属氢化物作阴极的真空弧离子源,假设其放电产生双温度的非平衡态Ti-H等离子体,其内部的气体解离过程和粒子电离过程分别由Culdberg-Waage解离方程和Saha电离方程进行描述,结合原子发射光谱以及电荷准中性条件,求出Ti-H等离子体的电子温度Te、重粒子温度Th和粒子数密度之后,可更进一步对等离子体的质量密度、焓、比热容等热力学参数进行描述。在不同的电子数密度下,研究各参数随变量θ(电子温度Te与重粒子温度Th的比值)变化的情况。计算结果显示:电子数密度已知,随θ值升高,除氢气分子数密度外,等离子体温度和单原子粒子数密度的计算结果均变化甚微。高电子数密度时,等离子体中单原子粒子占绝对优势,热力学参数由其控制;低电子数密度下,随θ值的升高,等离子体逐步由单原子粒子占优势转为氢气分子占绝对优势,热力学参数的变化情况表现出相同的规律。  相似文献

The basic properties of nonlinear ion-acoustic (IA) waves (IAWs), particularly finite amplitude IA rogue waves (IARWs) in a plasma medium (containing pair ions, iso-thermal positrons, and non-thermal electrons) are theoretically investigated by deriving the nonlinear Schr?dinger equation (NLSE). The criteria for the modulational instability of IAWs, and the basic features of finite amplitude IARWs are identified. The modulationally stable and unstable regions are determined by the sign of the ratio of the dispersive coefficient to the nonlinear rcoefficient of NLSE. The latter is analyzed to obtain the region for the existence of the IARWs, which corresponds to the unstable region. The shape of the profile of the rogue waves depends on the non-thermal parameter$\alpha$ and the ratio of electron temperature to positron temperature. It is found that the increase in the value of the non-thermal parameter enhances both the amplitude and width of IARWs, and that the enhancement of electron (positron) temperature reduces (enhances) the amplitude and width of IARWs. It is worth to mention that our present investigation may be useful for understanding the salient features of IARWs in space (viz., upper region of Titan's atmosphere, cometary comae, and Earth's ionosphere, etc.) and laboratory (viz., plasma process ingreactor and neutral beam sources, etc.) plasmas.   相似文献

Rayleigh–Taylor (RT) instability widely exists in nature and engineering fields. How to better understand the physical mechanism of RT instability is of great theoretical significance and practical value. At present, abundant results of RT instability have been obtained by traditional macroscopic methods. However, research on the thermodynamic non-equilibrium (TNE) effects in the process of system evolution is relatively scarce. In this paper, the discrete Boltzmann method based on non-equilibrium statistical physics is utilized to study the effects of the specific heat ratio on compressible RT instability. The evolution process of the compressible RT system with different specific heat ratios can be analyzed by the temperature gradient and the proportion of the non-equilibrium region. Firstly, as a result of the competition between the macroscopic magnitude gradient and the non-equilibrium region, the average TNE intensity first increases and then reduces, and it increases with the specific heat ratio decreasing; the specific heat ratio has the same effect on the global strength of the viscous stress tensor. Secondly, the moment when the total temperature gradient in y direction deviates from the fixed value can be regarded as a physical criterion for judging the formation of the vortex structure. Thirdly, under the competition between the temperature gradients and the contact area of the two fluids, the average intensity of the non-equilibrium quantity related to the heat flux shows diversity, and the influence of the specific heat ratio is also quite remarkable.  相似文献

The helium 447 nm complex line has been excited in a wall-stabilized arc fed at atmospheric pressure by pure He, He-H2, He-Ne-H2 or He-Ar-H2 mixtures. Photoelectric endon observations of the central part of the arc channel were made with high spatial (1/600) and spectral (53,000) resolution.A collection of 88 helium 447 nm line profiles, of which 75 were recorded simultaneously with Hβ and Ne I or Ar II line profiles, yielded information about the electron concentration (2 X 1020-2 X 1022 m-3), temperature and relative ion composition of the plasma. Plots have been made of the forbidden to allowed peak separations (S), forbidden to allowed relative intensities of the peaks (F/A) and dips (i.e. the minimum intensities between lines) to allowed peak intensities (D/A) as functions of electron concentration, temperature and ionic composition in different plasmas.The peak separations depend only on the electron concentration. Other characteristic line-profile parameters (F/A and D/A) show weak ion motion with a strong electron-concentration influence. We propose simple formulae, which may be useful for practical determinations of the electron concentrations in helium-containing plasmas with an accuracy of ±15% and without taking into account either the chemical composition of the plasma or the temperature.  相似文献
