本文叙述用氢化法电感耦合等离子体发射光谱同时测定生物样品中痕量硒,砷,锡,锑的方法。比较了浓度为2.88mol/L,4.8mol/L和6.0mol/L的HCl对Se,As,Sn,Sb,Hg和Ge谱线强度的影响,也比较了NaBH4溶液中VC对测定Se,As,Sb,Sn,Hg和Ge的影响。在4.8mol/L HCl浓度下,在1%NaBH4溶液中加0.5%VC,HY-ICP-AES的检出限是:Se 0. 相似文献

The hydrogen chemical adsorption on a single-walled carbon nanotube (6, 6) has been studied by quantum-chemical computer simulation. Different variants of hydrogen coverage of the nanotube have been considered, and the dependences of the adsorption energy and the nanotube strain energy on the coverage density have been found. In addition, the adsorption has been considered on both the outer and inner surfaces of the nanotube wall. It has been established that some adsorption conformations are unstable, which leads to fracture of the nanotubes. 相似文献

A model of adsorption on epitaxial graphene has been constructed in two stages: first, the density of states of a graphene monolayer adsorbed on a solid substrate has been found and then an adsorbed atom has been placed on the epitaxial graphene thus formed. Metallic and semiconductor substrates have been considered. Charge transfer between the adatom and epitaxial graphene has been calculated. A systematic study has been carried out on properties of CdS thin films grown on glass substrates by thermal route and growth parameters have been optimized to achieve near stoichiometry. Raman spectroscopy of the films has been carried out to get more insight on chemical and structural information of the films. Photoluminescence study was carried out to get the knowledge of defect-states which play major role in transport mechanisms. In order to obtain electrical parameters, Hall measurement has been carried out by van der Pauw’s technique at room temperature. Also, variation of electrical resistivity of the films at temperature range 20–300 K has been studied. The experimental data on the surface relief of loaded ribbons of an amorphous alloy have been obtained. The distributions
of surface defects formed under loading have been analyzed using the wavelet transform and box counting method. Moreover,
the data on the time accumulation of microcracks in the volume of a loaded granite specimen have been examined. It has been
shown that power-law size distributions of defects (scaling) appear on the surface and in the bulk before fracture. It has
been revealed that the appearance of the power-law distributions is one of the indications of the formation of the self-organized
critical state. The formation of the self-organized critical state in the bulk and on the surface of the material has been

The infrared spectra of peroxoesters based on tert-butyl hydroperoxide and aliphatic acids, tert-butyl peroxobenzoate, and their nonperoxo analogs have been studied. The observed absorption bands have been assigned to the vibrations of individual bonds, the characteristic features of the structure of the peroxoester molecules have been investigated, and the force constants have been calculated. The epitaxial films Co(111)/Cu(111)-R30°/Si(111) have been grown on the atomically smooth and vicinal Si(111) surfaces. The roughnesses of the substrate and the
cobalt film have been determined using scanning tunneling microscopy. The dependence of the coercive force has been investigated
as a function of the azimuthal angle. The dependence of the magnetic anisotropy and the coercive force on the surface roughness
has been determined. It has been shown that, in the epitaxial cobalt films deposited on the atomically smooth silicon surfaces,
crystalline anisotropy of the 〈110〉 type leads to the isotropy of the magnetization reversal processes. The step-induced uniaxial
anisotropy has been observed upon deposition on the vicinal surfaces. The films deposited on the atomically smooth surfaces

All experimental data on Ne VII, including
previously unpublished beam-foil spectroscopy data, have been compiled and
critically evaluated. More than a hundred spectral lines have been newly
identified. For 40 transitions, the previous identifications have been
revised. These revisions resolved all existing contradictions between
previously published interpretations of the spectrum. An optimized level
scheme has been derived from the total list of observed lines. About a
hundred new energy levels have been found, including several highly excited
hydrogenic levels. Based on these newly determined levels, as well as on the
analysis of theoretical data, the ionization potential has been newly
determined with improved confidence.
