Teleportation is a quantum information process without classical counterparts, in which the sender can disembodiedly transfer unknown quantum states to the receiver. In probabilistic teleportation through a partial entangled quantum channel, the transmission is exact (with fidelity 1), but may fail in a probability and the initial state is destroyed simultaneously. We propose a scheme for nondestructive probabilistic teleportation of high-dimensional quantum states. With the aid of an ancilla in the hands of the sender, the initial quantum information can be recovered when teleportation fails. The ancilla acts as a quantum apparatus to measure the sender's subsystem. Erasing the information recorded in it can resume the initial state.

In this paper, we propose a protocol which can realize quantum cloning of an unknown tripartite entangled state and its orthogonal complement state with assistance from a state preparer. The first stage of the protocol requires usual teleportation via three entangled particle pairs as quantum channel. In the second stage of the protocol, the perfect copies and complement copies of an unknown state can be produced with the assistance (through a tripartite projective measurement) of the state preparer. We also present a scheme for the teleportation by using non-maximally entangled quantum channel. It is shown that the clones and complement clones of the unknown state can be obtained with certain probability in the latter scheme.

We present a model to realise a probabilistic quantum teleportation of two-particle mode entangled state through the four-photon quantum channel. Four modes of the two-photon mode entangled state are directly transferred to other spatial four modes of the quantum channel with success probability of 50%. The quantum protocol operates in space of photon number states. A Bell state measurement with four beam splitters and four pairs of detectors in the teleportation protocol is accomplished in the fourfold coincidence basis.

Wireless quantum communication networks transfer quantum state by teleportation. Existing research focuses on maximal entangled pairs. In this paper, we analyse the distributed wireless quantum communication networks with partially entangled pairs. A quantum routing scheme with multi-hop teleportation is proposed. With the proposed scheme, is not necessary for the quantum path to be consistent with the classical path. The quantum path and its associated classical path are established in a distributed way. Direct multi-hop teleportation is conducted on the selected path to transfer a quantum state from the source to the destination. Based on the feature of multi-hop teleportation using partially entangled pairs, if the node number of the quantum path is even, the destination node will add another teleportation at itself. We simulated the performance of distributed wireless quantum communication networks with a partially entangled state. The probability of transferring the quantum state successfully is statistically analyzed. Our work shows that multi-hop teleportation on distributed wireless quantum networks with partially entangled pairs is feasible.

In this paper we present a teleportation protocol by which the multitask of transfer of a two-qubit and two single-qubit quantum states is performed simultaneously with the help of a single entangled channel. The protocol is under the supervision of a controller. There are three pairs of senders and receivers who are connected among themselves along with the controller by a single entangled state. The teleportation protocol is perfect.

We present a model of quantum teleportation protocol based on a double quantum dot array. The unknown qubit is encoded using a pair of quantum dots, with one excess electron, coupled by tunneling. It is shown how to create a maximally entangled state using an adiabatically increasing Coulomb repulsion between different dot pairs. This entangled state is exploited to perform teleportation again using an adiabatic coupling between itself and the incoming unknown state. Finally, a sudden separation of Bob's qubit allows a time evolution of Alice's, which amounts to a modified version of standard Bell measurement. A transmission over a long distance could be obtained by considering the entangled state of a chain of N coupled double quantum dots. The system is shown to be increasingly robust with N against decoherence due to phonons.

Probabilistic Teleportation of Multi-particle d-Level Quantum State   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The general scheme for teleportation of a multi-particle d-level quantum state is presented when m pairs of partially entangled particles are utilized as quantum channels. The probabilistic teleportation can be achieved with a successful probability of $ \prod \limits_{N=0}^{d-1} ({C_0^N})^2/{d^M}$, which is determined by the smallest coefficients of each entangled channels.

In this paper, we propose a protocol to deterministically teleport an unknown mixed state of qubit by utilizing a maximally bipartite entangled state of qubits as quantum channel. Ira non-maximally entangled bipartite pure state is employed as quantum channel, the unknown mixed quantum state of qubit can be teleported with 1 -√ 1- C^2 probability, where C is the concurrence of the quantum channel. The protocol can also be generalized to teleport a mixed state of qudit or a multipartite mixed state. More important purpose is that, on the basis of the protocol, the teleportation of an arbitrary multipartite (pure or mixed) quantum state can be decomposed into the teleportation of each subsystem by employing separate entangled states as quantum channels. In the case of deterministic teleportation, Bob only needs to perform unitary transformations on his single particles in order to recover the initial teleported multipartite quantum state.

Deterministic and exact teleportation can be achieved via two partially entangled pairs of particles [Gu Y J 2006 {\em Opt. Comm.} {\bf 259} 385]. The key point of the protocol is a generalized measurement described by a positive operator-valued measure, which can be realized by performing a unitary operation in the extended space and a conventional Von Neumann orthogonal measurement. By decomposing the evolution process from the initial state to the final state, we construct the quantum circuits for realizing the unitary operation with quantum Toffoli gates, and thus provide a physical means to realize the teleportation. Our method for constructing quantum circuits differs from the usual methods based on decomposition of unitary matrices, and is convenient for a large class of quantum processes involving generalized measurements.

We propose a scheme for the teleportation of an arbitrary two-atom state by using two pairs of two-atom nonmaximally entangled states as the quantum channel in cavity QED. It is Shown that no matter whether the arbitrary two-atom pure state to be teleported is entangled or not, our teleportation scheme can always be probabilistically realized. The success prohability of teleportation is determined by the smaller coemcients of the two initially entangled atom pairs.

A scheme for teleporting a three-particle state is proposed when three pairs of entangled particles are used as quantum channels. Quantum teleportation can be successfully realized with a certain probability if the receiver adopts an appropriate unitary-reduction strategy. The probability of successful teleportation is determined by the smaller coefficients of the three entangled pairs.

An electron teleportation protocol, inspired by the scenario by Bennett et al., is proposed in a mesoscopic set-up. A superconducting circuit allows to both inject and measure entangled singlet electron pairs in an array of three normal quantum dots. The selection of the teleportation process is achieved in the steady state with the help of two superconducting dots and appropriate gating. Teleportation of the electron spin is detected by measuring the spin-polarized current through the normal dot array. This current is perfectly correlated to the pair current flowing inside the superconducting circuit. The classical channel required by Bennett's protocol, which signals the completion of a teleportation cycle, is identified with the detection of an electron pair charge in the superconducting circuit. Multi-hop teleportation has significant value due to long-distance delivery of quantum information. Many studies about multi-hop teleportation are based on Bell pairs, partially entangled pairs or W state. The possibility of multi-hop teleportation constituted by partially entangled pairs relates to the number of nodes. The possibility of multi-hop teleportation constituted by double W states is (4/9)~n after n-hop teleportation. In this paper, a multi-hop teleportation scheme based on W state and EPR pairs is presented and proved. The successful possibility of quantum information transmitted hop by hop through intermediate nodes is deduced. The possibility of successful transmission is (2/3)~n after n-hop teleportation.

A Scheme for teleporting an unknown four-particle entangled state is proposed via entangled swapping. In this scheme, four pairs of entangled particles are used as quantum channel. It is shown that, if the four pairs of particles are nonmaximally entangled, the teleportation can be successfully realized with certain probability if a receiver adopts some appropriate unitary transformations.

We propose a new protocol for quantum teleportation of an arbitrary two qubit state via continuous variables entangling channel. In our scheme two pairs of entangled light fields are employed. An outstanding characteristic of this scheme is that arbitrary state of two atoms is transmitted deterministically and directly to another pair of atoms without the help of the other atoms.

Quantum multi-hop teleportation is important in the field of quantum communication. In this study, we propose a quantum multi-hop communication model and a quantum routing protocol with multihop teleportation for wireless mesh backbone networks. Based on an analysis of quantum multi-hop protocols, a partially entangled Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) state is selected as the quantum channel for the proposed protocol. Both quantum and classical wireless channels exist between two neighboring nodes along the route. With the proposed routing protocol, quantum information can be transmitted hop by hop from the source node to the destination node. Based on multi-hop teleportation based on the partially entangled GHZ state, a quantum route established with the minimum number of hops. The difference between our routing protocol and the classical one is that in the former, the processes used to find a quantum route and establish quantum channel entanglement occur simultaneously. The Bell state measurement results of each hop are piggybacked to quantum route finding information. This method reduces the total number of packets and the magnitude of air interface delay. The deduction of the establishment of a quantum channel between source and destination is also presented here. The final success probability of quantum multi-hop teleportation in wireless mesh backbone networks was simulated and analyzed. Our research shows that quantum multi-hop teleportation in wireless mesh backbone networks through a partially entangled GHZ state is feasible.
