建立耦合伞状采样的粗粒度分子动力学方法,研究球状胶束中表面活性剂分子的脱附过程,揭示表面活性剂聚集数、盐种类及浓度对表面活性剂脱附过程的影响机制。发现球状胶束半径及偏心率均随聚集数增加而增大,盐浓度的影响主要取决于抗衡离子的半径和吸附特性,半径更大、吸附更强的水杨酸根离子对胶束结构的影响更为显著;基于伞状采样方法获得了表面活性剂脱附自由能、脱附时间等关键参数,发现球状胶束中表面活性剂脱附自由能和脱附时间均随聚集数和盐浓度呈非单调变化,揭示其主要机制为离子吸附引起的静电屏蔽作用;发现自由能在表面活性剂脱附过程中起主导作用,结合胶束热力学理论发展了临界胶束浓度预测方法,获得了临界胶束浓度下胶束尺寸的分布范围。  相似文献

核磁共振(NMR)技术是研究表面活性剂在溶液中聚集状态的一种非常有用的工具,本文运用多种NMR技术研究了几种不同类型表面活性剂及水溶性功能高分子在水溶液中的聚集行为: 1. 季铵盐型双子表面活性剂16-4-16的聚集行为季铵盐型双子表面活性剂N,N′-双(十六烷基二甲基)-α,ω-丁烷溴化铵(16-4-16)分子中联接基团及靠近离子头的质子位于胶束的壳层, 运动受到一定限制. 而距离离子头较远的烷烃链位于胶束的内部,运动相对自由. 与对应的单链表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)相比,16-4-16形成的胶束堆积更为紧密. 通过NOESY谱中交叉峰强度的定量计算,认为16-4-16在胶束中分子以上下交错排列的方式形成球形聚集体.  2. 脱氧胆酸钠与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的相互作用在脱氧胆酸钠(NaDC)溶液中,NaDC质子H3与其他质子不同,其横向弛豫时间(T2)表现为双指数衰减,表明此质子可能存在两种不同的状态. 实验证明,其它胆酸盐的H3的横向弛豫也呈现双指数衰减. 因此推测在胆酸盐的稀溶液中,3-OH质子和羰基氧之间有可能存在氢键作用,形成了头尾相连的分子对结构.  在NaDC和CTAB的混合溶液中,两者形成1∶1的混合胶束. 用NOESY和ROESY研究混合胶束的结构,显示CTAB的离子头位于NaDC的羧酸基团附近. 这可能是正负离子之间的静电性相互作用的结果.  3. 丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸模板共聚物的微结构研究了不同pH值条件下,丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸共聚物分子在水溶液中的聚集形态. 在酸性溶液中,分子内的氢键致使聚集体形成较为紧密的堆积,侧链的苯氧基团运动受阻;随着溶液pH值的增大,丙烯酸电离产生的阴离子使得分子间的静电斥力增大,分子链变得伸展,分子间的氢键作用导致了聚集体体积变大. 当溶液呈强碱性,丙烯酸完全电离,氢键作用力被破坏,分子呈现自由伸展的状态,侧链的苯氧基团运动相对自由.  相似文献

高斯多峰拟合用于烷基葡萄糖苷临界胶束浓度测量   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
报道了可见吸收光谱线型的高斯多峰拟合用于新型非离子表面活性剂烷基葡萄糖苷(APG),如辛基-β-D-葡萄糖单苷(C8G1)和癸基-β-D-葡萄糖单苷(C10G1)的临界胶束浓度(CMC)的测定。具体作法是以结晶紫(crystal violet,CV)为探针,测量一系列不同浓度的APG-CV水溶液体系的可见吸收光谱。其光谱特征是CV单体吸收峰598~609 nm和二聚体吸收峰538~569 nm叠合在一起。用高斯多峰拟合法实现了体系可见光谱吸收叠合峰的分峰、峰面积(积分吸光度)、频移及半高宽等光谱线型参数计算。单体和二聚体峰面积比(相对积分吸光度A2/A1)、频移(Δλ)及半高宽(w1,w2)对APG浓度图形在CMC处发生突变。首次发现可见吸收光谱线型参数半高宽对APG聚集行为敏感,并成功用于APG的CMC测量。  相似文献

以芘为荧光探针,测定了不同条件下的Tween系列表面活性剂增溶芘后的稳态荧光光谱,建立了Tween非离子表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(CMC)的测试方法,研究了影响非离子表面活性剂临界胶束浓度的因素。根据I338/I333与Tween浓度的变化关系,可得到Tween20、40、60、80的临界胶束浓度分别为5.1×10-5、3.7×10-5、3.1×10-5、8×10-6mol/L。结果表明,同系列的非离子表面活性剂的分子结构对其临界胶束浓度有一定影响。同时,制备温度和外部添加的试剂如无机盐、乙醇、丙三醇均影响其临界胶束浓度。  相似文献

十二胺与缩水甘油在碱催化下合成了不同聚合度的十二胺聚甘油醚表面活性剂,并以FTIR、ESI-MS、13CNMR进行了合成产品的光谱表征。用吊环法测定了该表面活性剂水溶液在25℃时的表面张力,考察了不同聚合度对其表面性质的影响。结果表明,十二胺二聚甘油醚、四聚甘油醚、六聚甘油醚水溶液的临界胶束浓度CMC(mmol/L)分别为0.32、0.055和0.20,先减小而后增大;最低表面张力γCMC(mN/m)分别为28.46、29.41和34.02,逐渐增大。  相似文献

采用水溶液均聚合方法,制备了阳离子型表面活性单体(2-丙烯酰胺基)乙基十四烷基二甲基溴化铵(AMC14AB)的均聚物,使用荧光探针法、表面张力测定及电导测定法,重点考察了均聚物P(AMC14AB)在水溶液中的胶束化行为与表面吸附现象. 在水溶液中,均聚物P(AMC14AB)呈现单分子链胶束的聚集形态,具有零临界胶束浓度,从开始加入P(AMC14AB)起,水溶液中随即产生单分子链胶束,不存在Krafft温度. P(AMC14AB)在溶液表面也发生表面吸附,使水的表面张力下降,即P(AMC14AB)也具有表面活性;随着浓度增大,表面吸附量增大,水的表面张力持续下降;当表面吸附达饱和时,表面张力~浓度曲线上出现突变点,该点定义为饱和的表面吸附浓度,而不应该再称为临界胶束浓度. P(AMC14AB)单分子链胶束溶液对疏水有机物(甲苯)的增溶情况,明显不同于普通小分子表面活性剂十六烷基溴化铵(CTAB)的多分子胶束溶液,甲苯增溶量~P(AMC14AB)浓度的关系曲线上无突变点,而且对甲苯的增溶能力高于CTAB的多分子胶束溶液.  相似文献

应用核磁共振技术,对几种典型的表面活性剂在水溶液中的聚集行为、结构特征、动力学特性和相互作用等进行了研究. 
利用1D 1H NMR方法测得4-癸基萘磺酸钠(SDNS)在313 K温度时的临界胶束浓度(CMC)在0.82~0.92 mmol/L之间,与报道的298 K时的CMC范围相同. 弛豫时间和2D NOESY实验结果表明,与298 K时的SDNS胶束相比,313 K温度时,SDNS胶束中烷烃链排列得更紧密,其中与萘环相连的第一和第二个亚甲基参与了胶束紧密层的形成,更紧密地堆积在萘环之间. SDNS质子T2值随温度的变化表明,在单体和胶束两种状态下,质子运动对温度的敏感性明显不同. 由自扩散系数分析得到,SDNS胶束的水合半径约为其单体水合半径的5.3倍. 而在十二烷基磺酸钠(SDSN)胶束中,由于静电排斥力的作用,在同样温度下SDSN的胶束紧密层排列比SDNS更疏松. 
NMR实验表明,在SDNS/Triton X-100 (TX-100)和SDNS/SDSN体系中形成了混合胶束. 在SDNS/TX-100混合胶束中,TX-100的苯环靠近SDNS的烷烃链,而它的聚烷氧链除与苯环相连的第一个乙氧基基团以外都被限制在SDNS的萘环附近. 在SDNS/SDSN混合胶束中,SDSN的磺酸基比SDNS分子更靠近胶束内部. 而SDNS的萘环将SDSN的磺酸基分隔开,在降低带负电荷的磺酸基极性头之间的静电排斥力中起到了积极的作用,有助于混合胶束的形成.
从自扩散系数、横向弛豫和质子距离等NMR测定参数推测,在浓度为0.26 mmol/L(318 K)的N,N′-双(十六烷基二甲基)-α,ω-丙烷溴化铵(16-3-16)溶液中形成了近似球形的胶束,胶束表面的带正电荷的铵基极性头呈锯齿状排列以减弱分子间静电排斥力的影响. 弛豫时间测定表明,与N,N′-双(十六烷基二甲基)-α,ω-丁烷溴化铵(16-4-16)相比,16-3-16在胶束表面的spacer链段更僵硬, 在胶束核区的烷烃侧链排列的更紧密. NMR共振峰的线形分析表明,16-3-16和16-4-16侧链末端的甲基在胶束中位于两个不同的位置.   相似文献

KE型染料与Gemini阳离子表面活性剂T122的光谱研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在室温(25℃)下,通过紫外-可见光谱法及稳态荧光法分别测定了Gemini型阳离子表面活性剂T122和传统阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)与三种KE型活性染料相互作用后的临界胶束浓度(CMC),并对二者作用的机理进行了初步分析.实验结果表明,两种方法测出的CMC值基本吻合;KE型染料的加入都能使阳离子表面活性剂的CMC值有所提高;如染料黄KE-4R的加入使表面活性剂T122的CMC增至不加染料前的7.0倍,而CTAB的CMC值增加至原来的1.5倍;带有双亲分子结构的表面活性剂T122的性能要明显优于传统表面活性剂CTAB.  相似文献

AOT微乳体系中纳米银的可控合成及其紫外-可见光谱研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在以琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠(AOT)为表面活性剂、环己烷为连续相形成的W/O型微乳体系中,用增溶于微乳液水核中的AgNO3为银源、水合肼为还原剂制备了纳米银溶胶,利用UV-Vis光谱分析了AgNO3的浓度、AOT的浓度、还原剂的种类和水与表面活性剂的物质的量比(W)等参数对形成粒子数量及平均粒径的影响,为纳米银粒子的可控合成和纳米银的UV-Vis光谱解析提供了新的依据。研究表明,适当增大AgNO3的浓度,有利于形成粒径较小的纳米银粒子;W值增大,形成粒子的平均粒径和粒子数量明显增加。和NaBH4相比,水合肼在反胶束中的溶解性能较好,有利于微乳液反胶束中Ag+的还原。增大AOT的浓度,在一定范围内胶束对反应物的增溶能力增强,胶束的半径也相应减小,有利于形成数量较多、平均粒径较小的纳米银粒子。  相似文献

核磁共振弛豫,自扩散以及2D NOESY谱研究结果表明:双子表面活性剂16-4-16溶液在形成胶束的过程中,联结基团及其邻近的碳氢链质子形成胶束的壳层,而距离离子头较远的疏水质子位于胶束的内部. 与对应的单链的表面活性剂CTAB相比,其分子运动更受限制. 2D NOESY谱显示联接基团及临近的碳氢链的质子间有较强的交叉峰,表明形成胶束时,分子在联结基团附近堆积的较为紧密. 由2D NOESY谱计算得到的质子间距与HYPERCHEM模拟值有偏差,表明这些强交叉峰是分子间相互作用的结果,并且对应质子对在双子表面活性剂16-4-16分子中位于邻近的区域. 因此我们推测,双子表面活性剂16-4-16分子在球形胶束中形成特殊的排列方式.  相似文献

The effect of KCl on micelle formation and structure of Triton X-100 (TX-100) was investigated by using combined static and dynamic light scattering measurements, together with the fluorescence probe technique. An analysis of the light scattering data, including hydrodynamic radius and micellar aggregation number, accounted for both micelle growth and hydration. Fluorescence studies using pyrene as a probe were carried out to determine the critical micelle concentration (CMC) as a function of solution composition. In addition, with the aim of gaining information on the possible changes in the micro-environmental properties of TX-100 micelles, fluorescence probe studies, including intermolecular pyrene excimer formation and fluorescence polarization of coumarin 6 associated with micelles, were carried out. It was found that the addition of electrolyte induces a decrease in the CMC and an increase in both aggregation number and hydration. However, complementary data of partial specific volume and cloud point of the surfactant suggested that the main contribution to micellar hydration is due to water mechanically trapped in the micelle. Fluorescence measurements do not indicate changes in the micellar micropolarity, probably due to modifications of the solubilization site of the probe caused by the micellar growth. Both pyrene excimer formation and fluorescence polarization of coumarin 6 revealed an increase in microviscosity with electrolyte addition, which is consistent with increased micellar hydration.  相似文献

The micellar properties of sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) in aqueous thiourea solutions were investigated with the aim of studying the effect of thiourea on these properties. The critical micelle concentrations (cmc) and the degree of dissociation of the micelle were determined by the conductometric method over the temperature range 298–323 K for different concentrations of thiourea. The cmc values of the surfactant in the presence of thiourea were obtained by following the change in the relative intensities of vibrational fine structure of the pyrene fluorescence spectra. The aggregation numbers were determined by employing the static quenching fluorescence method. The cmc values in the presence of varying electrolyte concentrations (NaCl) were obtained with 8-anilinonaphthalene 1-sulphonate (ANS) as a fluorescence probe, and from these values the degree of dissociation was calculated. The mass action model was applied in the present study to obtain various thermodynamic parameters of micellization. All these properties were compared with the micellar properties of an aqueous urea/SDS system, and it was found that thiourea is a better demicellization agent.  相似文献

报道了四甲酰氯酞菁铜的合成及其与反应得到正丁醇、正戊醇、正己醇、正辛醇、正十二醇5个含脂肪链取代基的酞菁铜衍生物.分别用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、元素分析、核磁共振氢谱等方法对这些衍生物进行了结构和取代度的表征,并研究了该系列酞菁铜衍生物在有机溶剂中的溶解性及荧光性能与浓度、取代基的关系.研究结果表明在一般有机溶剂中这些酞菁铜衍生物的溶解性显著提高,荧光强度不随浓度的变化而线性变化、长链要高于短链取代酞菁铜衍生物的荧光强度.  相似文献

4-(2,3,4-trimethoxyphenyl)-8-methoxy-2-oxo-1,2,5,6 tetrahydrobenzo [h] quinoline-3-carbonitrile (TMTQ) dye was synthesized by one-pot multicomponent reactions (MCRs) of 2,3,4 trimethoxybenzaldehyd, ethyl cyanoacetate, 6-methoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-naphthalin-1-one and ammonium acetate under microwave irradiation. The structures of the synthesized compound was established by spectroscopic (FT-IR, 1H–NMR, 13C–NMR, EI-MS) and elemental analysis. In addition, spectroscopic and physicochemical parameters, including electronic absorption, excitation coefficient, Stokes shift, oscillator strength, transition dipole moment and fluorescence quantum yield have investigated in order to explore the analytical potential of synthesized compounds. TMTQ dye undergoes solubilization in different micelles and may be used as a probe and quencher to determine the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of CTAB and SDS. In addition we extent of TMTQ anti-bacterial properties TMTQ was first tested in vitro by the disk diffusion assay against two Gram-positive and two Gram-negative bacteria, and then the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined with the reference of standard drug Tetracycline.  相似文献

Blue emitting 2-amino-4-(3, 4, 5-tri methoxyphenyl)-9-methoxy-5,6 dihydrobenzo[f]isoquinoline-1-carbonitrile (AMQC) dye was synthesized by one-pot multicomponent reactions (MCRs) of 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyd, malononitrile, 6-methoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-naphthalin-1-one and ammonium acetate. Results obtained from spectroscopic and elemental analysis of synthesized AMQC was in good agreement with their chemical structures. Fluorescence polarity study demonstrated that AMQC was sensitive to the polarity of the microenvironment provided by different solvents. In addition, spectroscopic and physicochemical parameters, including electronic absorption, excitation coefficient, stokes shift, oscillator strength, transition dipole moment and fluorescence quantum yield were investigated in order to explore the analytical potential of AMQC. Dye undergoes solubilization in different micelles and may be used as a quencher and a probe to determine the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of SDS and CTAB. Nonlinear optical parameters of AMQC dye shows relatively lower nonlinear refractive index and nonlinear absorption coefficient at the power levels. Variation of n2 with concentration is linear in the concentration range used in the present study.  相似文献

含苯氧基的非离子型和阴离子型表面活性剂在一定激发波长下可发出特定波长的荧光,在稀溶液中荧光发射强度与其浓度成正比,不受溶液里存在的其他物质的影响,在适当条件下相互之间也无影响。本文报道了用荧光检测复合驱油体系中的OP10、石油磺酸盐和OP10+石油磺酸盐的结果。此法选择性高,灵敏度高,操作简便,可望用于复合驱油体系中表面活性剂的分析、研究。  相似文献

2-amino-4-(4-bromophenyl)-8-methoxy-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinoline-3-carbonitrile (ABDC) was synthesized by the reaction of (2E)-2-(4 bromobenzylidene) - 6 -methoxy-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one (Chalcone) with malononitrile and ammonium acetate under microwave irradiation. Chalcone was synthesised by the reaction 4-bromobenzaldehyd, 6-methoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-naphthalin-1-one under the same condition. Structure of ABDC was conformed by 1H and 13C NMR, FT-IR, EI-MS spectral studies and elemental analysis. The electronic absorption and fluorescence spectra of ABDC have been studied in solvents of different polarities, and the data were used to study the solvatochromic properties such as excitation coefficient, stokes shift, oscillator strength, transition dipole moment and fluorescence quantum yield. The absorption maximum and fluorescence emission maximum was observed red shift when increase solvent polarity n-Hexane to DMSO. ABDC undergoes solubilization in different micelles and may be used as a probe and quencher to determine the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of CTAB and SDS. The anti-bacterial activity of chalcone and its cyclized product ABDC was tested in vitro by the disk diffusion assay against two Gram-positive and two Gram-negative bacteria was determined with the reference of standard drug Tetracycline. Results showed that the ABDC is better anti-bacterial agent as compared to chalcone. The anti-bacterial activity was further supported by the quantum chemistry calculation.  相似文献
