襟翼侧缘噪声是飞机机体重要的噪声源,作者应用平面传声器阵列测量技术对民用客机进场着陆过程中的襟翼侧缘噪声进行了测量。基于实验测量结果,本文应用气动声学的基本理论,对飞机襟翼侧缘噪声进行理论的分析和研究,目的是深入的理解襟翼侧缘噪声源声辐射的机理、建立可靠的噪声预测模型,并期望获得可行的飞机机体噪声抑制方法。研究结果表明,同简单的旋涡振荡模型相比,Howe的襟翼侧缘噪声模型更接近于实际襟翼侧缘宽频噪声物理过程。  相似文献

机翼后缘噪声是飞机重要的机体噪声源之一。本文基于CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamic)数值模拟和Ffcows Williams-Hall理论,研究应用了一种预测干净机翼后缘气动噪声的方法。采用Menter’s SSTκ-ω湍流模型对翼型和机翼进行N-S方程数值模拟得到后缘附近的湍流特征速度和特征长度,再利用Serhat Hosder的预估方法计算后缘噪声强度级。本文首先计算了NACA0012翼型在7种不同状态的后缘噪声,计算结果与实验值比较,符合很好,从而证明了本文采用的方法的可行性和正确性;然后研究了两个亚音速翼型(NACA 0009,NACA 0012),两个超临界翼型(SC(2)- 0710,SC(2)-0714),EET机翼的不同参数对后缘噪声强度级的影响,得出了对降低后缘噪声有参考意义的结论。  相似文献

本文以某型客机为研究对象,从飞行试验数据分析和声学建模两方面研究机体表面声压分布及其对舱内壁板近场辐射声压的影响。首先根据试飞数据分析了机体表面声压分布,然后利用统计能量法建立飞机客舱中后段的声学模型,以试飞数据作为声源输入,研究机体表面声压分布对客舱内部壁板附近声压分布的影响,并在此基础上提出优化设计方案,通过模型验证优化方案的有效性。试飞数据表明:机体表面声压在后应急门前方、靠近地板处最大;巡航速度升高,声压级较大区域的面积随之增加;巡航高度和发动机N1N2频率变化对机体表面声压级分布无明显影响。仿真数据表明:仅蒙皮结构无法有效降低客舱噪声;对声学降噪包进行优化能增加壁板隔声量,降低舱内声压。  相似文献

提出了施加电磁力于边界层实现流动控制和降低水动力噪声的方法。对未施加与施加电磁力后翼型模型的流场与声场进行数值计算,结果表明:流向电磁力可延缓翼型表面的流动分离,抑制离散小涡生成,减弱翼型表面的湍流脉动压力,达到降低水动力噪声的目的。归纳了电磁力降低水动力噪声效果随雷诺数、攻角和电磁作用参数的变化规律,同时在循环水槽中对电磁力控制翼型水动力噪声的效果进行试验验证。由于转捩区是翼型模型的压力最小区域且面积非常有限,通过研究电磁力的作用方式,发现只在转捩区施加电磁力,即可达到最佳的降噪效果且减小了功耗,并分析了磁泄露带来的影响。研究结果为抑制翼型的水动力噪声提供了一种新的思路。  相似文献

用大涡模拟方法对Mach数3.0下的压缩拐角激波/湍流边界层干扰问题进行数值研究.对拐角上游平板区域边界层转捩及湍流进行模拟,设定平板区域长度,使得转捩过程于平板区域发生并充分完成,从而在拐角处产生激波/湍流边界层相互干扰,研究激波/湍流边界层的作用机理.研究表明:流场能够在非定常扰动激励下迅速转捩,并于平板区发展为完全湍流;湍流边界层与激波相互作用过程中,拐角附近分离区较层流情况明显减小;展向不同区域分离区大小差异较大,局部区域分离现象消失.  相似文献

边界层感受性问题是层流向湍流转捩的初始阶段,在转捩过程中起关键性作用,尤其是三维边界层流动.因此,研究三维边界层感受性问题对进一步理解层流向湍流转捩机理以及湍流成因具有重要的理论意义.采用数值方法研究自由来流湍流与三维壁面局部粗糙相互作用下三维边界层的感受性问题,确定是否能在三维边界层内寻找一种新的横流失稳模态;确定在何种条件下三维边界层内能诱导出定常、非定常的横流失稳模态;探索自由来流湍流的强度、展向波数和法向波数以及三维壁面局部粗糙的大小和结构类型等因素在自由来流湍流与三维壁面局部粗糙作用下三维边界层内被激发出的感受性过程中有何影响,并确定何种横流失稳模态在三维边界层感受性过程中占据何种地位.对自由来流湍流与三维壁面局部粗糙作用激发三维边界层内感受性问题的深入研究,将有助于完善流动稳定性与湍流理论,为层流向湍流转捩过程的预测与控制提供合理的理论依据.  相似文献

在边界层流中层流向湍流转捩机理的研究一直是人们所关注的重要理论课题之一.感受性阶段是边界层内整个转捩过程中的初始阶段,它在层流向湍流转捩过程中起着关键性的作用.但是,在过去的边界层前缘感受性研究中大多数都是针对外部声波小扰动,很少见到考虑在自由流中普遍存在的自由来流湍流作用下边界层内诱导前缘感受性问题的相关报道.本文采用直接数值模拟的方法,研究自由来流湍流与无限薄平板前缘驻点扰动作用下边界层流中前缘感受性过程的内在机理.数值结果发现,在自由来流湍流与无限薄平板前缘驻点扰动作用下边界层流中能被感受出一组小扰动波,且它们的色散关系、增长率、中性曲线等结果都与流动稳定性中的线性理论获得的理论解相一致,由此可知在边界层内被激发产生的一组小扰动波就是Tollmien-Schlichting波,这也证明自由来流湍流与无限薄平板前缘驻点扰动相互作用是激发边界层流中前缘感受性过程的另一种物理机理;另外,还探讨了自由来流湍流度以及自由来流湍流的运动方向对无限薄平板边界层前缘感受性过程有何影响等.总之,开展边界层前缘感受性过程的深入研究,有益于完善流动稳定性理论,将为层流向湍流转捩过程的预测提供合理的理论依据.  相似文献

采用Navier-Stokes方程和标准k-ε湍流模型,对五种不同结构的弯掠轴流风机A/B/C/D/E进行稳态数值模拟,结合给定的性能要求筛选出B/E风机。以稳态流场为基础,采用大涡模拟(LES)与基于Lighthill声类比的FW-H模型相结合的方法对B/E风机进行非定常计算和气动噪声预测,并将预测结果与试验数据进行了对比验证。分析了以叶轮表面作为噪声源时B/E风机的涡流噪声频谱特性,研究了风机三维非定常内部流场中旋涡分布特性,并探讨了风机旋转区域内部声压级的分布规律。  相似文献

The modeling of the surface pressure spectrum beneath a turbulent boundary layer is investigated, focusing on the case of airfoil flows and associated trailing edge noise prediction using the so-called TNO model. This type of flow is characterized by the presence of an adverse pressure gradient along the airfoil chord. It is shown that discrepancies between measurements and results from the TNO model increase as the pressure gradient increases. The original model is modified by introducing anisotropy in the definition of the turbulent vertical velocity spectrum across the boundary layer and by considering a frequency-dependent vertical correlation length. The degree of anisotropy is directly related to the strength of the pressure gradient. It is shown that by appropriately normalizing the pressure gradient and by tuning the degree of anisotropy, experimental results can be closely reproduced by the modified model. The model is validated against Large Eddy Simulation results and additional wind tunnel measurements. It is further validated in the context of trailing edge noise for which the model formulation makes use of the above surface pressure spectrum.  相似文献

The objective of the present study is to investigate and quantify how sensitive the response of an aircraft panel is to the change of the turbulent flow parameters. Several empirical models currently exist that provide the turbulent boundary layer wall pressure cross spectrum. These wall pressure cross spectrum models are usually dependent on four parameters: the reference power spectrum, the flow convective velocity, and the coherence lengths in streamwise and spanwise directions. All the proposed models provide different predictions for the wall pressure cross spectrum. Also, real flow conditions over aircraft do not conform to the ideal behavior of the turbulent boundary layer pressure predicted by the models. In this context, the questions that this work aims to explore are “What is the impact of different wall pressure estimates in the radiated sound power?” and “What is the effect of the range of possible flow conditions on the radiated sound power?”. For that objective, data from flight tests and estimates provided by the empirical models are used to predict radiated sound power, and the results are compared. A sensitivity analysis is performed and the relative contribution of each boundary layer parameter to the radiated sound power is obtained.  相似文献

The self-noise in cavity is tested in the circling tank,prediction method of cavity's self-noise induced by turbulent boundary layer is established.The window's vibration is using the simply supported boundary condition,the sound wave in the cavity is expanded using the rigid wall boundary condition,the modal coupling vibration equation between them is established using the radiation boundary condition.The turbulent boundary layer pulsating pressure is random,the self-noise power spectrum in the cavity is solved.Test of self-noise and turbulent pressure is carried out in the circling tank when the flow velocity is 5 m/s and 8 m/s,the result verifies that the theoretical method can predict the real cavity's hydrodynamic noise approximately,the trends are similar,this provides one analytical method for sonar dome's material selection and noise control.  相似文献

循环水槽中试验测量了腔体内水动力自噪声,并与模态法建立的湍流脉动压力引起腔体自噪声预报进行比较验证。透声窗振动以简支边界为条件,腔体内部声波以刚性边界为条件模态展开,通过辐射边界条件建立模态耦合振动方程。在随机湍流脉动压力作用下,推导了模态振动方程在随机力激励下的自噪声功率谱响应。对循环水槽中5 m/s和8 m/s两种流速工况下的腔体水动力自噪声和湍流脉动压力进行了测试,结合测量的脉动压力预报方法可以计算腔体水动力自噪声量值,理论预报与试验测量结果大致吻合,趋势一致,为声呐罩材料选取及声学环境控制提供了一种分析方法。   相似文献

Rotor spectra from a variety of axial flow machines have been compared and acoustic trends examined. Types of rotor considered in the investigation included aircraft propellers, helicopter rotors, jet engine compressor and by-pass fans and a range of domestic, automotive and industrial cooling fans. Rotor sizes varied from 15 in to 60 ft in diameter and tip speeds from 200 ft/s to transonic speeds.The study showed that the acoustic output from these various rotor devices can be described by a common characteristic spectrum. In particular, the minimum broad band noise generated by ducted and free field rotors corresponds to laminar and turbulent boundary layer shedding, and discrete excess noise is generated by various degrees of impulsive blade loading. Finally the study showed that aerodynamic details can be interpreted from the acoustic spectra, and as a result, new insight into the mechanisms of rotor noise has been formed.  相似文献

Recent flight tests of a Prop-Fan (advanced technology turboprop) model mounted on a business aircraft revealed noise levels on the fuselage surface considerably lower than was expected from theoretical calculations and other test experience. In this paper the role of the fuselage boundary layer in shielding the surface from noise via classical refraction effects is examined. In order to study the physical phenomenon with minimum mathematical complexity, the boundary layer is modeled by concentrating its shear in an infinitesimally thin layer displaced an effective boundary layer thickness from a rigid wall. Incident energy is assumed to arrive in plane waves. For the Prop-Fan model at its design cruise Mach number of 0·8, the theory indicates a strong shielding effect. The shielding diminishes at lower flight Mach number and for larger sound wavelengths. At full scale, the shielding effects will be less than in model scale because the wavelength of the dominant noise is larger relative to the fuselage boundary layer thickness.  相似文献

The aerodynamic noise generated by high Reynolds number flow around a bluff body with large surface roughness was investigated. This is a relevant problem in many applications, in particular aircraft landing gear noise. A circular cylinder in cross-flow and a zero-pressure-gradient turbulent boundary layer with various types of roughness was tested in a series of wind tunnel experiments. It has been shown that distributed roughness covering a circular cylinder affects the spectra over the entire frequency range. Roughness noise is dominant at high frequencies, and the peak frequency is well described by Howe?s roughness noise model when scaled with the maximum outer velocity. There are differences between hemispherical and cylindrical roughness elements for both the circular cylinder and the zero-pressure-gradient turbulent boundary layer cases, indicating a dependence on roughness shape, not described by the considered roughness noise models. Cylindrical roughness generates higher noise levels at the highest frequencies, especially for the zero-pressure-gradient turbulent boundary layer case. Cable-type roughness aligned with the mean flow does not generate roughness noise, and its spectrum has been found to collapse with the smooth cylinder at medium and high frequencies. At low and medium frequencies the noise spectra have the same features as the smooth cylinder, but with higher shedding peak levels and fall-off levels, despite the decrease in spanwise correlation length. Roughness induces early separation, and thus a shift of the spectra to lower frequencies.  相似文献

We revisit the problem of a spatially developing turbulent boundary layer over a concave surface. Unlike previous investigations, we simulate the combined effects of streamline curvature as well as curvature-induced pressure gradients on the turbulence. Our focus is on investigating the response of the turbulent boundary layer to the sudden onset of curvature and the destabilising influence of concave surface in the presence of pressure gradients. This is of interest for evaluating the turbulence closure models. At the beginning of the curve, the momentum thickness Reynolds number is 1520 and the ratio of the boundary layer thickness to the radius of curvature is δ0/R = 0.055. The radial profiles of the mean velocity and turbulence statistics at different locations along the concave surface are presented. Our recently proposed curvature-corrected Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) model is assessed in an a posteriori sense and the improvements obtained over the base model are reported. From the large Eddy simulation (LES) results, it was found that the maximum influence of concave curvature is on the wall-normal component of the Reynolds stress. The budgets of wall-normal Reynolds stress also confirmed this observation. At the onset of curvature, the effect of adverse pressure gradient is found to be predominant. This decreases the skin friction levels below that in the flat section.  相似文献

The spectral levels of the quadrupole noise generated by a boundary layer flow over a smooth surface are calculated. Explicit dependences of the noise levels on the Reynolds number are obtained for the low-frequency and high-frequency ranges. It is shown that the logarithmic zone of the velocity profile is responsible for the region of the quadrupole noise spectrum with a hyperbolic dependence on frequency. A method of calculating the dipole noise of a boundary layer flow over a rough surface is developed. The method is based on the use of the combined probability density for the turbulent velocity fluctuations and the random dimensions of protuberances of the rough surface. The two constants involved in this theory are determined from a special experiment. It is shown that the surface roughness noticeably increases the radiation levels of a boundary layer flow in a certain frequency range.  相似文献
